Future to Past Pt.5!

After seemingly defeated the female Deinonychus, the BB Bandits managed to find the door that leads to the exit but… they couldn't leave due to there's an invisible barrier blocking it.

"What do you mean, "We can't get out"?!" Snivels shouted.

"That's what I said, "We. Can't. Get. OUT"!" Vivian shouted back.

The BB Soldiers were sweating bullets at the argument of the Captain's 2 hands.

"Well, have you tried using the dinos to break down this barrier?" Snivels question.

"I've tried, but it's no use! It's indestructible." Vivian shake her head.

The 3 dinosaurs of Vivian were all exhausted from ramming the barrier. Not even Styca, her Styracosaurus's lightning moves work on it. As for the idea of digging a hole to escape, it's out of the question since they don't want to leave any evidence behind or in case that female Deinonychus recovers and hunt them down.

"Then, looks like we'll just have to find another way out of this place." Snivels sigh.

"Yeah." Vivian agreed. "Let me try calling Captain Bullwort." She grab her Dinoshot, dialling the number.

However, the screen shows the notice "No Signal".

"What? No Signal?"

Looking at the notice, the BB Bandits are starting to have a really bad feeling about this. They are like rats trap in a cage.

(Meanwhile, for Sue)

The two human form Acceraptors were carrying the heavily injured female Deinonychus into the Guest Room of the castle and they started treating her wounds.

Sue, feeling her leg being bandaged up, she weakly open her eyes as she moan. When she open her eyes she found herself looking at 2 unfamiliar humans right in front of her!

She gasp as she tries to sit up and scoot back. "W-who are you?!" She cried.

The 2 humans, in Sue Deinonychus' eyes, were a male and female.

The human male has short, bright wavy blond hair and green eyes. He's wearing a black shirt with grey-accented vest, black pants and black shoes. "My name is Axel."

The human female has long wavy brown hair and honey coloured eyes. She's wearing a white dress with grey ribbon belt, white stockings and black ballet slippers. "And my name is Alexa."

"It's alright, young one."

"We mean you no harm. We treated your wounds."

Sue calms herself as she look at her bandaged leg. She sighs in relief that it's treated and healing. But who are these humans that dared to come close to a dangerous Secret Dinosaur like her; a Deinonychus, even if there's only 1 of 3. She wanted to thank them but she's keeping her guard up.

"Um, t-thanks." She bark? She doubt they could respond back.

The two of them smiled and to her shock, they replied back! "You're welcome."

Sue gasp in shock. "Y-you can understand me?!" She found it hard to believe that someone besides the Periwinkle family, Maia and Cera that can communicate with dinosaurs.

"Of course we can. We are the same as you."

"Huh? What do you mean?"

The 2 nod as they started transforming their bodies from human to dinosaur! The dinosaur species resembles a raptor but bigger; medium sized. Their crests are the same colors as their hair while retaining their eye colours with slit pupils. On the male's tail tip, there's a blade like a knife or dagger while the female doesn't have.

"We are the Slashers AKA Acceraptor."

(Meanwhile, for the BB Bandits)

"Come in Captain Bullwort! Hello?"

Vivian tried multiple times to call Captain Bullwort on her Dinoshot but the result still ended with the notice of "No Signal".

"Oh… it's no use! It still said no signal."

"So, what do we do now-Bee?"

RUMBLE~

The sound of the BB Soldier stomach's rumbling made them blush.

"I'm hungry-Bee!"

"Me too-Bee!"

"Come on you BB Soldiers! This is no time to be thinking about food!" Snivels scold. "We have to leave this place so we can complete our mission! And report that we lost… one of our teammates…" He added softly, mourning the loss of BB Soldier 3 that the Deinonychus took out.

RUMBLE~

This time, all of the members' stomachs are rumbling, including Snivels and Vivian, embarrassed.

Snivels cough awkwardly. "Well, I supposed a little snack wouldn't hurt."

"For once, I agree." Vivian too blush in embarrass due to her own tummy rumbling. "I could go for some fruits. So, which way is to the kitchen?"

"Let's see….huh?" Snivels click on the Dinoshot to check the map on but just like the communication system, "…it's no use!"

"WHAT?!"

"The map's not working just like the communicator!"

(Meanwhile, for Sue)

The sight of the newly species dinosaur made Sue so shocked that she can't put it into words.

"Now then, let us tell you our question."

"What's your name, young female one?"

They said as they circled around the Deinonychus in their true dino form.

"Um…I…I'm Sue."

"I see, what a nice name?" Axel said. "But, how did you get into the castle?

"Also, you're not from around here, aren't you?"

Sue gulp as she tries to calm herself. "How did you know? And… this is a castle?"

"We Acceraptors have a unique sense when it comes to the identity of life and yes, this is a castle."

"This is a castle who belongs to the Royal Family of Dainason Kingdom."

'Dainason Kingdom?' Sue wondered where is she and why does it sound or feel similar.

"To be honest, I don't even know how I got here."

"Are you sure?"

"You're not sneaking here despite the barrier still on?"

Sue nodded. 'Wait, what barrier?' She thought.

The Acceraptors stare into the young female Deinonychus' eyes intently to see if she is really telling the truth.

Sue found herself a bit intimidated despite being a dangerous predator herself. The aura of the Acceraptors are really terrifying, maybe even more than a large theropod.

The 2 pull away as they nodded. "It seems you're telling the truth."

"I believe so too, my dear." Alexa said to her mate. "But let me confirm something first. Sue sweetie."

"What is it?"

"Why were you badly injured when we found you? Was there somebody else who came with you? And how did you all appear here in the castle's library where we found you after we heard the crash?"

"Oh, that's right! The BB Bandits!" Sue exclaimed.

Sue told the Acceraptors about how she lived in her time world here both humans and dinosaurs alike living happily in peace and harmony. There were no Acceraptor species which would explain why she was shocked that she discovered them. The dinosaurs have the ability to turn into cards when they're defeated and they can be summoned using a magic tool called "Dinoshot" by their human partners. The Acceraptors comment that her world was really similar to their world, with some difference, before it fall into darkness, they hoped that the future of their time would prosper just like in Sue's world. Anyways, Sue told them that she was trying to get back what the BB Bandit thieves; the name of the thieves, have stolen from which were her human partner's husband's dinosaur cards who entrusted her and her brothers to guard while he and his human family went on a short vacation, and how she was badly hurt when battling against their Ceratosaurus despite being injured form the chasing. As for how she and them appear in the castle's library, well, it's hard to explain but she said all from what she can remember.

"Hmm, so back in your time world, when the clock in your home's library strikes 12 midnight, a blinding light flashed and then… you found yourself and them into our time world?" Alexa said.

Sue nodded.

"That is a mystery…" Axel said.

"It is, isn't it." Alexa said.

"But how will I get back home? I can't stay here, even if I get back at those thieves! My brothers, and my family are back in my own time world!" Sue almost like about to cry.

"It's alright, Sue. Everything will be alright." Alexa comforted.

"But first, you need to heal that leg first before you do your unfinished business and then we'll find a way to send you back to your world." Axel added.

Sue calmed down, feeling better at the two comforting her.

RUMBLE~

The sound come from Sue's tummy. "Ahaha… I haven't ate much during my meal time."

"Oh you poor dear, you should eat something!" Alexa exaggerate.

"I believe we still have some leftovers fish and meat in the kitchen. Allow me to go get it." Axel insists as he transform into his human form and headed for the door.

"Wait, Mister Axel."

"Yes?"

"Watch out for the BB Bandits I've told you about." Sue warned. "They not only have dinosaurs to fight their battles but they had their own weapons as well. Be careful."

"Thanks for the warning, Miss Sue. As an Acceraptor and Slasher, we learn not to underestimated our opponents. Even if it means in death." Axel added with a smirk.

With that he left the Guest Room for the kitchens.
