Hello! Here is a A new goal-fanfiction's new chapter. See you in the next chapter.

Natsuki sat in an armchair in Hikari's grandparents' living room, looking at them:

"I'm sorry to come so suddenly, but I heard about Hikari's disappearance on the news, and I'm worried about her, and her parents."

"That's understandable, because Hikari is your friend," Hikari's grandmother said, placing a cup of tea on the table in front of Natsuki.

"What did Hikari seem like before she disappeared, or rather, did she talk to you on the phone before she disappeared? Sorry to ask, but Hikari's sudden disappearance is worrying," Natsuki said.

"It's okay. Hikari called us a little before she disappeared, believing that her wish to start her own Karate dojo seemed impossible to her," Hikari's grandmother said, sitting down in another armchair.

"But he always seemed like nothing could break his will," Natsuki said, drinking tea, and then putting the teacup back on the table.

"Yes, but some people seemed to make fun of him for it. Hikari was quite angry about it," Hikari's grandfather said.

"It must have been hard for Hikari, but he's not the kind of person, who would care about other people's insults," Natsuki said.

Hikari's grandparents' home was in a terraced house, and the inside walls were light yellow, the floor was brown paneling, and the ceiling was white like the window sills, and there were a few pictures on the walls, and wall clocks. The doors of the house were brown. There were ceiling lamps on the ceiling, and the house was gray on the outside, and the roof was brown, and there were a couple of chimneys on the roof. On the living room floor was a brownish-yellow carpet, with a low brown table on top, with a pink tablecloth on top. The sofa was brown like the armchairs, and the curtains on the windows were pink. The television was on top of the brown chest of drawers in front of the living room, like the television remote.

"You know that very well, because you and Hikari have been friends since you were little," Hikari's grandfather said.

"Excuse me, but what else do you know about the time Hikari disappeared?" Natsuki asked, emptying her teacup and putting it on the table.

"She was talking to other missing girls online on a chat room. The first missing girl wanted to open her own wedding dress shop, but some people laughed at her dreams, and she took it quite hard. The second missing girl wanted to be an artist, but was hesitant about her skills," Hikari's grandmother said.

"Thank you. Is there anything I can do to help you?" Natsuki asked.

"Please, and just talking helped," Hikari's grandfather said.

"Okay. See you later," Natsuki left Hikari's grandparents's living room, and went to the lobby. She took her winter coat and hat from the hanger on the wall on the right side of the lobby, and put them on. She left her slippers in the lobby, and put on her boots, after which she took her shoulder bag from the dresser on the left side of the lobby onto her right shoulder, and looked at Hikari's grandmother:

"I'm going home now. Thank you for letting me talk to you."

"Please," Hikari's grandmother opened the door, and Natsuki walked out, after which Hikari's grandmother closed the door, and Natsuki started walking along the city sidewalk towards her home.

"Already 3 missing girls, and all of them were in a difficult situation," Natsuki thought, until she saw a general store on her right, and stopped in front of the store:

"I think I'll do a little shopping."

Natsuki went to the store, and returned a moment later with a bag, and then continued walking towards her home.

"You must have had a shopping day," Sasuke said, when he saw Natsuki as she walked along the city sidewalk, and stopped in front of Natsuki. It was snowing, and the sun was setting.

"Yes, senpai. By the way, here's your Christmas present," Natsuki said blushing, and took out a brown paper bag from her shoulder bag with a red gift ribbon, and inside it were the dark blue mittens she had knitted for Sasuke. "You must have heard about those missing jobs on the news?"

"Yes, I did," Sasuke said as Natsuki handed the bag to Sasuke.

"That's really worrying. I have to go home now. I'll see you at some point," Natsuki said, finally calming down, and walked past Sasuke.

"Why does he seem worried?" Sasuke wondered, looking at Natsuki.

(Later)

Natsuki walked around her house, and took the things she had bought today to the room whose door was on the left side of the hall.

The floor of the room was the same color as the living room floor, and the same was on the walls of the room. The same was on the ceiling, where there was a ceiling lamp. The light switch for the room was on the wall to the right of the door.

Natsuki pressed the light switch, turning on the ceiling lamp.

The walls of the room had no windows. The room was a small storage room with various things. On the left side of the room was an empty space, where Natsuki pinned the map of Japan she had bought today. Natsuki wrote the names of the missing girls on sticky notes with a red marker, and pinned them to the map, which she looked at with concern.

Natsuki had a bad conscience, because she hadn't been in touch with Hikari lately while she was focused on befriending Sasuke.

"Caring too much is really my weakness. Where could Hikari be?" Natsuki thought, drawing lines on the map with a red marker between the missing girls's hometowns, connecting the places, and then walked out of the room, turned off the ceiling lamp by pressing the light switch again, and closed the door to the room, sitting on the living room couch.

"If I had kept in touch with Hikari more recently, she wouldn't have had to worry about things before she disappeared," Natsuki thought. "I can't just feel sorry for myself. Of course I'm still trying to be Sasuke's friend, but at the same time I'm trying to find out where Hikari is, even though I'm not a detective."
