This is about Marco and Ace

Ace sat in his room, not feeling too well. He felt down and had so for about 3 days now, and he hoped this would get better soon, so he could feel better. But as he was trying to make himself feel better by relaxing, there was a knock on his door and he gave a come in and Marco came inside, sitting down on the bed beside him. "Hey, you okay, yoi?" Ace sighed. "Yeah, I am. Just a bit down." Marco nodded and moved a hand to his leg. "I hope you'll feel better, yoi. But, I came for a reason." Ace frowned a bit. It wasn't meal time now either. "What?" He said as he half lowered his head, not sure what Marco might want.
Marco moved his hand to his. "Ace, yoi." Ace took a breath, but looked up at Marco, who continued. "I really like you." Ace blinked. "I do too. You're nice, Marco. I am just a bit down today." Marco shook his head. "No, not like that. I like you, as in, romantically, yoi." Ace blinked, before he frowned. "What? You do?" Ace didn't know what to think. Marco nodded. "I do, yoi. I really like you." Ace blinked, he wasn't sure what to say, or what to even think. Was he this bad? That Marco pitied him so much he said he liked him? That made him feel worse. He did his best to give as smile. "I don't know what to say." Marco shook his head. "You don't need to say anything now, yoi. I just needed to tell it. Just, think of it, okay?" Ace nodded. "I will." He didn't know what to say or do.
Marco stayed with him a bit more, before he left, and when the door closed, Ace sighed, moving his head to his hands. He had no idea what to do.

Whitebeard sat in his room when there was a knock at the door and he gave a come in and Ace came in, making him smile. Ace had seemed a bit down lately. "Ace! Son, how are you?" Ace sighed and sat down in a chair. "I'm not entirely sure." He got that. "What brings you by?" Asked the captain, and Ace sighed. "It's just… Marco was with me earlier, and said he… had feelings for me." Ah, that made sense. He had seen the looks Marco had been sending Ace at times in the last weeks.
Whitebeard nodded. "And?" Ace sighed and looked at him. "I don't know what to do. I don't know if he just said it to make me feel better, or if my psyche is just so down that I don't believe it." Whitebeard nodded, he knew Ace was feeling low, but at the same time, he didn't know if Ace knew something. "Ace, son, Marco would bever lie to you, or tell a half truth just to make you feel better." Ace blinked. "He… meant it?" Whitebeard nodded. "Most likely yes. I know he has been sending you looks for a while." Ace blinked. "He… has?" Whitebeard nodded. "He has."
Whitebeard moved his hand to Ace's side. "I know you're feeling low right now, but believe him. Do you feel the same for him?" Ace moved a hand to his chest. "I… don't know. I wasn't sure it was real, so I haven't been able to think of that." Whitebeard nodded, he got that. "Try and think of it, it is true, he does have feelings for you." Ace looked lost for a second, before he nodded. "I may feel the same… He is so kind and nice to me…" Whitebeard nodded "Then, tell that to him. You two should speak." They really should talk about this, but he got Ace felt down, as he did that at times. But that electroconvulsive therapy had worked well on him, which made him glad. He was really glad Ace felt so much better as he did. He still had bad times or days, but it was nowhere as bad as it had been before.
Ace nodded. "I guess… I just, don't know what to say." Whitebeard gave a smile. "Say the truth. What you feel." Ace nodded. "But… I don't know what I feel… I feel… unsure." Whitebeard nodded. "Then say that. But either way, you two need to talk." They really did. Ace nodded. "I will try, tomorrow. I was hoping I could stay here for the night." Whitebeard smiled. "Of course, son. You're always welcomed here." Ace nodded and looked glad, and he stayed with him for the night, which was nice. He liked Ace. And he hoped me managed to make him feel a bit better.

Marco gave a come in when there was a knock at his door, and it opened to see Ace, which had him smiling. "Hi, Ace." Ace moved his hand as a hi, before he sighed as he closed the door behind himself. "I just… I think we should… talk." Marco nodded and sat down in his chair and offered the other to Ace. "Here." Ace nodded and sat down, before Ace started to talk. "I've been trying to think of what you said…" Marco nodded. "And?" He said when Ace didn't continue. He hoped this would be a good conversation.
Ace sighed and looked at him. "I am just feeling a bit low at the moment. I just… don't get what you see in me…" Marco smiled and moved a hand to his leg. "I see a caring and nice person, yoi. I see a person who is so full of life, a person I can see myself with." Ace nodded a bit slowly, before he sighed as he shook his head. "I don't feel like that." Marco hummed and moved his hand to Ace's cheek, making Ace look at him. "You are such a good person, Ace. You are, yoi. And I want to help show you that. On how amazing you really are." Ace gave a slow nod. "I… I am not sure, I can't say that. But… I think I like you too." That had him smile. "That makes me glad, yoi." Marco moved his hands to Ace's, holding them. "Hey, I know you're on a bad streak right now, but it will get better, I promise."
Ace nodded. "Yeah… I hope so. I was… unsure if you just said it out of pity for me." Marco shook his head. "I would never feel pity for you. I might feel bad for you, when you feel bad, but never would I pity you, yoi. I really admire you, on how you manage to move on with everything." Ace nodded, before he sighed. "My mind is just in a bad place right now, but there is something telling me I want to be with you as well." Marco nodded and smiled. "Makes me glad, and we can take it slow, we don't need to rush anything, yoi." Ace nodded and smiled. "Sounds good. And I hope I will get better fast." Marco nodded, moving a hand to Ace's cheek. "I do as well, yoi." He then leaned in for a small kiss, which Ace did return, and when he moved back, Ace had a smile and moved a hand to Marco's on his cheek, closing his eyes.
Yeah, Marco was sure things would turn out well.
