A/N: Welcome one and all! To the second chapter of The Four Sleeping Fairies, This one will focus on Naruto and his past and present in the Fairy Tail Guild, along with any people that are close to him in the guild, ie; the Thunder God Legion, and Natsu. Also his fight with one of the Element Four, and what he dreamed of (basically what happened in his show, minus Burrito[i don't really like his son])

The Wind Devil

As Happy carried him towards the walking guild hall, Naruto thought about his past, before that damned curse. He joined Fairy Tail when he was seven, and he was immediately accepted by everyone in the rowdy guild. Except Laxus, but he changed his mind when he finally found a magic he could use with his massive magic reserves, that being his Wind Demon Slayer Magic. As it turned out, it was the only kind of magic he was compatible with. Master had told him that he could have an affinity for slayer magic in general, but wind in general was his bread and butter. He first started training his body and magic when he was ten, after a particularly cruel action by Laxus. He had commented that his massive reserves had nothing to do with his strength as a part of Fairy Tail, and that if he was the master, he would have beat Naruto within an inch of his life before kicking him out of "his" guild. Makarov, of course, had chastised Laxus after Naruto had ran out of the guild hall, tears running down his face.

Naruto, after he ran into the forest surrounding Magnolia, started to get frustrated at his lack of talent with basic magics and started punching trees. He just kept punching until he accidentally hit a log cabin. Apparently, he had hit the side of one Porlyusica's house. In his frustration, he didn't care, so he yelled at her after she screamed at him. After hearing him vent his anger, Porlyusica gave him a book that she had found while foraging for medical supplies. She couldn't remember where she found it, but she somehow knew that this book called to the young human that had invaded her land. After he had been gone for about two months, he was found by Evergreen.

She had seen his progress and was impressed, exclaiming that she was now his big sister, even after everything she had did to him while under Laxus. She didn't care though, as she thought she would get famous through association with the brat. At first, she would take him on jobs that would let her look good, while he technically did all the work, not that she wouldn't do some of it. Evergreen wanted to be famous and Naruto, brat to her he was, would be her ticket to said popularity. Naruto was quick to gain popularity too, making sure to keep Natsu in line when they went on jobs together, affectionately calling him "Salamander's Leash", when both were younger. As he grew though, so did her love for, not just him, but the guild through his eyes. It had started when she took a job that even Laxus told her not to, the difficulty being something even he knew to be incredibly dangerous. Evergreen wanted to prove herself to Laxus, so she dragged Naruto with her, hoping to use him as fodder if nothing else. That was when Laxus and the rest were proven right about the difficulty. She couldn't handle this, even with Naruto taking hits for her. She had frozen. She was going to die. She... now had her brother's blood on her face. Naruto had taken the hit and now had a gaping wound in his fancy clothes she had gotten him. He then grabbed the mage that dared attack his sister and beaten him. Before he fainted, she had asked why he did that.

"Even after everything you and your team did for me, you said you were my sister. And I won't let anyone hurt my family," he had choked out. She immediately ran to the closest healer, and even afterwards, when the healer had said there was nothing they could do, had screamed at Porlyusica, of all people, to save her baby brother. They weren't blood, but his words had hit her hard. To the point where she even yelled at Laxus when he picked on Naruto for being so weak. Everyone, including the Thunder God Legion, were shocked at what Evergreen did, and for awhile, even quit the team until Laxus and Freed apologized, which was a shock in of itself.

That was enough reminiscing for now, he had a job to do.

He was almost to the guild hall, when his "old life" as a ninja came flooding to him like a dream, some of it good like finally finding love, some of it bad like almost dying to his "best friend". That curse had also, in inadvertently made him stronger mentally, as for some reason. It had also provided him, and by association, the other three trapped with him, knowledge of what happened, if only slivers of the demon that did it. Mard Geer Tartarous.

But right now, he had a mage to fight. Happy had finally landed on the top of the mechanical guild hall, which had started to draw Abyss Break, when it had started to rain. He loved rain!

"Happy, get Natsu and go after Gajeel. If I know him, he's gonna want to fight, and I don't wanna hear him complain when I got to fight when I just woke up," Naruto said, "Besides, I need a good workout to wake me up!"

"Aye, sir!"

He stood waiting for whoever made it rain to show themself. He waited. And waited. And wait..."OH COME OUT ALREADY!"

"Eep!" was his response. He turned to see a woman in her late teens trying to compose herself by saying her peace, while fast-walking and as "elegant" as possible, "Drip, drip, drop. I am a rain woman."

"That was cute," Naruto complimented. It really was adorable.

The girl blushed bright red, and responded, while once again trying to regain her composure, "I am Juvia, of the Phantom Lord's Element Four."

"Element Four? Like the elements needed for that Abacus Break thing? So does that mean if I beat you, it'll stop?" Naruto said, excitedly. He was ready to stretch his legs. Four years asleep in a curse-induced dream land did that to a person.

"It's Abyss Break. Juvia will win, though. This won't rid the rain, however, for Juvia is a gloomy rain woman," Juvia responded with a depressed sound in her voice.

"But rain isn't gloomy, though," Naruto exclaimed, "I always loved rain!"

Doki! Juvia's heart skipped. "Unfortunately, Juvia has to defeat you to make her guild proud," she said, ignoring the newfound infatuation she felt.

"And I have to protect my family, Juvia-chan! So get ready!" Naruto commented, wind-based magic swirling around his hands b"Wind Demon's Tornado Fang!"/b

Two spirals of wind shot from Naruto's hands towards the girl, who had no expression on her face as the winds slammed into her. Only for her entire body to become water.

b"Water Body"/b Juvia explained, "My body is made of water. Water is my body. No attacks can harm my body made of water."

Naruto's eyes sparkled. "That is so COOL!"

Steam came off of Juvia's head. Juvia didn't think she could handle anymore compliments from her enemy. They were supposed to be fighting, not complimenting each other!

b"Wind Demon's Scythe!"/b Naruto suddenly attacked while Juvia was distracted. "Don't lose focus, Juvia-chan. Just because I'm praising you, doesn't mean I will let your guild hurt mine. Especially the one that started our awakening. Natsu should be done by now."

At that the side of the mech exploded and a charred figure shot out, whited eyes and mouth agape, before crashing onto the bottom of the moving guild hall, unconcious. All the while, a certain Fairy Tail Salamander roared in victory, causing a vicious grin to spread across Naruto's face. "I can't let him show me up! I'm the big brother, I have to show off a little too!"

After he said this, he started to suck in air, or more specifically, the winds caused by Juvia's latent stormwinds. Juvia felt like she was about to get sucked into a black hole!

b"Demon Slayer Secret Art: Tempest Sickle!"/b

The sucking stopped only for Juvia to sweat at the amount of magic power emitting from her foe. Before she was slashed at by a storm of crescent shaped winds, bypassing her water body defense and actually cutting her, and her storm clouds, away showing a bright shining sun. As she was blown away, she remembered all the times she was called gloomy by people. 'As I thought, I am but a single rain drop. Destined to splatter against the ground never to be seen again.'

Before she could close her eyes, a hand caught her wrist. She looked to see Naruto, holding her wrist with a grin on his face. "I didn't mean to blow you off the robot! Good thing I caught you, too! That spell slashes away your connection to your magic power for a time, and I didn't want such a cool person to go!"

At that point, Juvia saw the sun shining behind him, making him look like the sun himself. Her face became red before he pulled her up a little too hard causing her to fall on top of him, his face at chest level. As he went to help her get off of him, his hand grabbed something...soft and big. It was at that point Juvia steamed up and fainted with a gaping grin and a heart-shaped tongue onto him, to which he softly pushed her off of him. He blushed at the sight of the pretty blue haired girl before shaking his blush off and focused, listening for anyone else.

In another part of Fiore, four people were running back to Magnolia, when the only woman in the group stopped and grinned. "Oooh, already awake and he's already capturing hearts! I'm so proud!"

The other three stopped and looked at her with blank faces. "How do you know that?" came the voice of the tallest one there, with dolls floating behind him.

"A sister, even if adopted, just knows," came his reply.

Back with Naruto, he turned and punched a suddenly appearing large man with a blindfold covering his eyes. He had heard him approaching during his fight with the girl, and felt him gather a large amount of magic that Naruto didn't grab when he started to eat the ether laced storm winds. Prepared for a big fight because of the spell his new foe was preparing, he had walked away disappointed when the man fainted after one punch, the magic dispersing immediately after. He stared at the unconscious man with a blank face.

It was at that point that Naruto's vision began to blur, and he stumbled and fainted. 'I guess that using so much magic after we just woke up wasn't such a good idea. At least that jerk master of these guys is in for a bad time.' At that Naruto Uzumaki lost consciousness after seeing a small blurry figure that said, "Good work, Naruto my boy. You protected your family once again."

A/N: That is the second Chapter of The Four Sleeping Fairies. Sorry it took so long to up date after saying that I would be posting at least once a week. Over the last weekend, I went to the doctor and they said I had the start of a bacterial infection. I'm okay now, they prescribed me some amoxicillin and I have alot more energy now! Without further ado, however:

Izuku and Levy's Magical Explanations!

Izuku: That was a short fight for Naruto-san, eh Lechan?

Levy: It was, but at least we got to see some of his spells.

Izuku: That's right! Naruto-san has Wind Devil Slayer Magic that he learned from a book that Porlyusica-sensei had found and gave him. It gives all the basic Slayer magic abilities like consumption of the corresponding element, immunity to said element and the ability to hurt whatever the magic is effective against, in this case, demons!

Levy: But as a Devil Slayer, his magic affects him in different ways as well. Unlike Natsu and other Dragon Slayers, Devil Slayers have enhanced hearing instead of enhanced scent. Because of that, Naruto-san hates loud noises.

Izuku: One time, before we went to sleep, Laxus-senpai put his magic headphones on Naruto-san's head and turned the volume all the way up as a prank. When he pressed play, Naruto-san shot up, screaming and punched everyone in the Thunder God Legion except for Evergreen-senpai.

Levy: Evergreen just hugged him as tears flowed down his face. I've never seen Laxus cower before anyone but the master before! It was a little funny.

Izuku:... Hey, Lechan.

Levy: Yeah, Icchan?

Izuku: Why did everyone forget us before the curse was broken?

Levy: I... don't know. But I won't give up before I find the answer.
