Everyone knows the story of how Simba overcame impossible odds to reclaim Mufasa's stolen throne from his evil brother Scar and free the land from darkness. What many don't know is how the tale all started. As an orphan cub, Mufasa was rescued and brought into another pride by its prince named Taka. But Mufasa wasn't alone. In the Pride Lands, a fragile peace crumbles as Simba faces the cunning Zira in a battle for survival. Burdened by scars of the past, Simba must lead his pride against rising shadows. A lion loses his pride due to an attack from other lions. He manages to flee and lives in rough terrains until he finds a strange warthog that can solve the young, rogue lions problems.

This is a what if story about what would happen if Scar survived the hyena attack at the end of the movie and how it would affect Simba and the other.

This story is about Simba and Nala's untold story before, during, and after the events of Simba's Pride. Focusing on all the challenges and hurt the royal couple had to go through as they also learn to heal, and move forward with their lives…even if it means living with the burden and keeping those memories a secret to protect their two remaining children.
