Temple Tempest
In Peru, The Alpha Gang is wandering in the jungle, looking for something.
"How are we supposed to find the Temple of the Moon?" Ursula asked, "What are we? Astronauts?"
"Easy! It says right here it's below the Temple of the Sun." Ed said.
"Oh, well, in that case…you wanna tell me how we're supposed to find the 'Temple of the Sun'?!"
"Let's put our heads together and figure out this map Dr. Z gave us." Zander said, looking at the map, "If you ask me, it looks like he pulled it off the back of a cereal box."
"Sshhh. There's somebody here." She hushed them.
"What're ya talking about? I don't hear anything." Ed said before he hears a gong. "Never mind."
At the temple, the locals is gathered at the temple with Temple Priest is announcing.
"Oh great shiny Spirit of the Sun, We are humble servants pledge to defend your temple." Temple Priest said, "Guide us and keep our village peaceful, well lit, and toasty with your bounteous raise."
"Spirit of the Sun, huh?" Ursula said before looking at Zander and Ed, "So that mean this is the Temple of the Sun. Oh yeah!"
She jumps out of the bush with her pickaxe before Zander and Ed stops her.
"If the Temple of the Moon is underneath, then I'll just open up a little and raise the door!"
When she strikes the base of the Temple of the Sun, her pickaxe rebounded, making her wobbled. Zander and Zed came to help her, but they were wobbled with her when they grabbed her.
"Infidels! Intruders! Get away from this temple!" The Temple Priest glowered.
"Sorry, your big-headed-ness, but we were told there was a Temple of the Moon around here somewhere, have you got one?" Ursula said.
"The Temple of the Moon?!" He shuddered as the others did. "Fools, the Temple of the Moon is the entrance way to the underworld! No mortals who begins that journey hasn't ever made it out alive!"
It made Ed and Zander shrieked in fear about it.
"Ursula, I've seen the brochure and the underworld is not a place I want to visit." Zander reasoned.
"Yeah, Let's stay in the overworld!" Ed agreed.
"Don't tell me you two actually believe in all those phony baloneys superstitions!" Ursula scowled. "Now quit your whining and help me dig."
"All right." They said and start digging with her.
The locals begins kneeling as the gong rang.
"What's all the racket?" She said before getting an idea. "Hey, I know, let's get Terry to do this for us."
"Oh, I don't think such-" Zander begin.
"QUIT ARGUING AND SUMMON HIM, ZANDER! NOW!"
"Alpha Slash!" Zander slashed the card on his Alpha scanner "Let's go, Terry! Get to work!"
Terry is summoned in full-sized T-rex, frightened the locals away before slamming his tail against the wall, creating an opening for them.
"It worked! So let's go!" Ursula shoved Zander and Ed in the cave.
Terry roared at the Peru locals and chased them away.
"We're doom! It's the rage of the spirit!" He moaned, thinking Terry is the evil spirit.

In the D-lab, Terran and the kids is gathered to see what Dr. Taylor has brought with him.
"Whoa, where'd you get that, dad?" Max asked.
"It's a skull, but it's kinda pretty." Zoe said.
"Pretty impressive, I'd say. It's a Peruvian skull, found in the ruins and made of solid crystal." Dr. Taylor said, "And its estimated to be several thousand years old."
"No way, really?" The kids gasped.
"It is?" Max inquired.
"You forgot to mention that it's a replica." Reese said.
"Oh man. So it's just a fake." He groaned.
"Um, I prefer the term, quality reproduction and besides, the original is never located." Spike said.
"How could something like that get made thousands of years ago?" Reese asked.
"Well, that's the mystery of the crystal skull. They couldn't have made it with the technology they had in those days and no one really knows what the skull was used for either. The world's chock full of mysterious places and items like this one."
"That's the fun of studying the artifacts." Rex said.
"Exactly, Rex, when light hits the skull just right…" Dr. Taylor walks to the machine and puts the skull in.
The light shines in the crystal skull replica.
"You have your very own headlight. Headlight!" He joked and laughed before Chomp hops on the machine and snatched the crystal skull replica from the light.
"Chomp, no! You're gonna break it!" Max said as Ace and Wisp joins in to play with him.
"No, Ace! That's not a soccer ball!" Rex yelled.
"Hey, don't just stand there, kids! Somebody stop them before they shatter my skull!" Spike yelled as they play around with it until the crystal skull rolled to Paris, who chirped and crushes it.
"AUGH!" Spike shrieked.
"Oh, boy." Zoe moaned as their dinos stomps on the remains.
"I hope I save the receipt." He moaned before fainted.
Suddenly, their dino-holders and wrist gauntlet's alarm goes off.
"The dino-holders got something." Max said.
"I'll get a fix on it." Reese said, located the dinosaur. "It's from the ancient ruins in Peru."
"Let's go, guys!"
They turned their dinosaurs into a card before heading to the teleporter.
"See ya, dad!"
They teleported to the Peru.
"I wonder if they'll let me exchange it." Spike sobbed while cleaning up the shattered crystal skull.
"Good thing it was a fake, huh?" Reese said.
"Yeah, and it was a replica, not a fake." He cried.
At Peru, Terran and the kids arrived in Peru and saw the Temple of the Sun, where the temple priest and the locals kneeled at the entrance where the Alpha Gang entered.
"Here's the doll you requested, your excellency." The man said, handing the straw doll to the temple priest.
"We're left with no choice but to offer it as a gift." He said.
Terran and the kids is watching from the jungle.
"What are they doing with that doll?" Max asked.
"Don't know." Rex replied.
"Kids, the dinosaur is located somewhere in this building." Terran said, looking at the scanner before it disappeared. "And now it's gone."
"Then let's go check it out." Zoe said.
The group decided to go investigate, but they saw them coming.
"What do you want with our village?" The temple priest demanded.
"Hello, sir, we came here looking for the dinosaur." Max said.
"Dinosaur?"
"Yeah, and I bet it made this hole, didn't it?" Rex said.
"No, it did not! That was a divine rage!" He barked
"Divine rage?" Terran questioned.
"What is that supposed to mean?" Rex said.
"It was thanks to intruders like you that this happens." The Temple Priest said as they leave. "Leave us alone and get back on your tour bus."
"Wait, mister. Are you saying someone else is here? Is that what caused the divine rage to get mad at you?" Max inquired.
"Yes, three troublemakers created this chaos."
"Three troublemakers?" Terran said.
"Sounds like the old lady and the Alpha Gang." Zoe frowned while Rex nodded in agreement.
Unfortunately, Ursula had a sneaky feeling that someone called her an 'old lady'.
"I heard that! Someone said 'old lady'." Ursula growled while putting her hand on her left ear.
"And 'ear' she is!" Ed and Zander joked.
The Alpha Gang continued their way in the Temple of the Sun.
"Oh, this place is too confusing." She said, "How are we supposed to know which path will lead us to the mysterious Temple of the Moon."
"Ugh, that same rock again!" Zander exclaimed, pointing at the rock. "We've just been going around in circle like stupid lab rats."
"Without the cheese at the end." Ed moaned, slumping down.
"Oh quit your sniveling, you lightweights!" Ursula scolded them. "Dr. Z ordered us to search this temple and bring back the Alpha metal and that's exactly what we're going to do."
"Even if it means going into the underworld." Zander mentioned.
"Enough about the underworld!" She snapped, "Get up and start searching or I'll give some size seven motivation into a world you'll never forget!"
She did the flying kick at Ed and Zander, who got up and moved out of her way, and shattered the wall as they hugged each other in fear.
"Next time, it won't be a wall I put a hole into…"
The card capsule dropped from the wall that Ursula kicked.
"Hey, look at this." Zander noted as they crawled over to it.
"Hey, I'm threatening you here."
"Yeah, but look what fell out of the wall."
"Hey…" Ursula picked up the card capsule and open it. "There's a card inside."
The card is a move card and it has Pawpawsaurus in it.
"Ooh, and it's a really powerful move card too."
"Do you really think that maybe this is a good sign?" Ed asked, hopefully.
"No doubt, I'd say things are looking up." Zander said.
"So, no more talking about the underworld?" She asked.
They nodded in agreement, now that they have the move card.
Outside of the Temple of the Sun, Terran and the kids stood outside, wondering why the Alpha Gang is wandering in the temple.
"The three intruders went in through here, didn't they?" Max questioned.
"That's right. They seemed to think there was some sort of treasure inside." The Temple Priest told them.
"A treasure?"
"Probably something they're gonna steal and take back to that crazy doctor." Zoe guessed.
"You're probably right." Rex said, putting his on his chin.
"But what for?" Terran mumbled.
"The Temple of the Moon is the resting place of the moon spirit." The Temple Priest replied, "If these intruders awaken the moon spirit from the centuries of rest, something unspeakable will happen."
"Don't worry, the D-team is on the case. No sweat." Max said.
"Stop!" He said, stopping them. "These things cannot be handled by outsiders. We have our own way of doing things and the only way to restore the spirit's happiness is to make children eat deep-fried peanut butter and pickle sandwiches."
"PEANUT BUTTER AND PICKLE SANDWICHES?!" The kids exclaimed.
"Say what?" Terran said, perplexed.
"Just kidding, we will offer it, the doll of serenity."
"Hey, how about letting me offer the doll?" Max suggested.
"Huh?"
"Very well, if you are sure?" Temple Priest said.
Max snickering, thinking that this should be the way in to explore the temple.
The Temple Priest led Max and the others in the temple as Max is wearing a traditional robe.
"I can't believe Max wanted to be the one to offer the doll." Rex exclaimed.
"I think he just liked the idea of wearing a ceremonial robe." Zoe remarked.
Chomp barked in agreement.
"But what about the Alpha Gang?" Terran asked.
"Don't worry, we'll find them after we go through with this." She assured.
They kneeled down before the alter as Terran and the rest follows their examples.
"Oh, god…!"
"This is the moon temple?" Rex asked.
"No, but this is close as we can get to it." The man said.
Suddenly, they felt a ground shake and in the darkness is Terry, in his full-size T-Rex, roaring at them and the temple worshipers.
"It's Terry!" Max yelled as Terry is about to take a bite at Temple Priest
"Dino Slash!" Terran slashed Wisp's card on his wrist controller. "Shine your way, Brachiosaurus!"
Wisp turns into a full-sized Brachiosaurus and headbutted Terry away from him.
"You must go, excellency!" The man said, carrying him away from both dinosaur attacks.
Terry recovers and roars, angrily at Wisp, who roared back at him. Terran and the kids heard a familiar cackle and looked at the Alpha Gang.
"Well, if it isn't my least favorite bunch of obnoxious runts and punk come to visit." Ursula sneered. "What do you think of all the rage we created?"
"Why are you looking for the Temple of the Moon anyway?" Max demanded.
"You're gonna steal something from it, aren't you?" Rex questioned.
"Yes, we plan on stealing the Alpha Metal if you must know, brat." Zander said.
"Alpha Metal?" Max said.
"What is this Alpha Metal?" Terran asked.
"Alpha Metal, a rare and highly adaptive alloy, used by Alpha Gang and its mechanical devices and-" Ed explained, but Ursula punched him and Zander.
"Hey!" Zander cried.
"That's all!" Ed said.
"Anything else you want to tell the enemy, you blabbermouth?" She scolded them for giving their information away before ordering Terry. "Now, Terry, go beat them all up!"
Terry roared and charges against Wisp, who roared and swings his tail around, but missed when Terry jumped up and kicked him down.
"Oh no!" Terran cried.
"Max, catch!" Rex threw Max's dino-holder at him.
"Oh, yeah!" Max catches his dino-holder and took off the robe. "Dino Slash!" He slashed the card. "Go Triceratops, Roar!"
Chomp turns into a full-sized Triceratops. When Terry is about to finish Wisp, Chomp jumps forward and rams Terry away from Wisp and bites his leg, but Terry kicks him away.
"Oh no!" Max cried.
Terry roared in anger and they charged each other, but Chomps flips him over, sending him skidding away.
"Good job!" Zoe and Rex cheered.
"Let's finish it!" Max declared, activating the dino-holder and popping up the move card. "Lightning Strike!"
Chomps charges the lightning sphere from his horn.
"Let's see what this move card can do. Alpha Slash!" Ursula said, slashing the move card on her Alpha scanner.
Chomp blast lightning attack at Terry, but Pawpawsaurus appeared in between and took the attack head-on and skidded back to Terry and roared at them.
"What's that?" Max said.
"Another dinosaur?" Terran said.
"Wow, it's a Pawpawsaurus!" Rex exclaimed.
"Explain, Zander?" Ursula told him.
"But of course, it's a dinosaur that is able to absorb enemy attacks to shield its teammate." Zander explained.
"I've never heard of anything!" Max said.
Chomp roared, but Terry kicked him in the face. Wisp recovers and tried attacking Terry, but Pawpawsaurus blocked his way by scratching his front legs before Terry rams him down.
"Attack again, Chomp!"
Chomp charges Terry, but Pawpawsaurus intercepts him.
"That dinosaur keeps blocking us!" Max exclaimed.
"Better get used to it." Ursula smirked, "You can attack Terry until calamus-saurus come home and our Pawpawsaurus will absorb everything you throw our way."
Terry smack him in the face with his tail.
"Great hit, Terry!" Zander cheered.
"Now finish him off!" Ed cheered.
Chomp charges again, but is stopped and knocked back by Pawpawsaurus again.
"This isn't gonna work! Pawpawsaurus won't let any attacks get through!" Rex said.
"You creeps don't fight fair!" Zoe shouted.
"Alright, let's try one more thing. Chomp, Electric Charge attack!" Max swipes the card on his dino-holder.
The lightning storm electrified Chomp and charged at Terry, but Pawpawsaurus knocked him, sending him crashed against Wisp, who bellowed in pain and knocked his head against the rock.
"Man, that's one powerful move card that they have." Terran remarked.
"Yeah, even that attack didn't work." Rex added.
Suddenly, the whole temple is started shaking.
"Now what?" Zoe said.
The rock that Wisp bumped into, is sinking down as well as the other rocks and the wall behind the Alpha Gang opened.
"What's happening?" Ursula asked as the door opens.
"A secret passage!" Max said.
"This must be it. The entrance to the Temple of the Moon."
"Why don't you go get the Alpha Metal? I'll wait here." Ed suggested.
"Good idea. Ed and I will keep a good lookout." Zander agreed.
"I see you need a little encouragement." Ursula scowled and kicked both of them in first. "Come on, Terry. Pawpaw, you stay here."
Terry went to follow the Alpha Gang.
"You get back here and fight!" Max yelled, running after them.
"Max, wait!" Terran rushed forward and grabbed him away from Pawpawsaurus. "Nice Pawpaw, just step away now."
"Terran, we gotta go after them." He insisted as Zoe and Rex joins them.
"Max, we need to see to our dinos first." The android said, firmly. "We'll catch up to them after Chomp and Wisp recovers from battle."
"He's right, Max. Chomp and Wisp needs time to recover." Zoe said.
Max looks back to see both of their dinos is tired and beaten by Terry and Pawpawsaurus, hating to admitted, but reluctantly did what he said.
"Chomp needs to recover." He said, turning Chomp back into card, turn back to chibi form. "Are you alright, Chomp?"
"He doesn't look so good." Zoe said, worried.
"You okay?" Rex asked
Terran turn Wisp back into the card while Pawpawsaurus follows after Terry and Alpha Gang before it turned into card.
"It's gone." Terran said while the kids looked.
The move card flew right into Ursula's hand.
"So, let's go find that Alpha Metal, boys."
"Aye, aye!" They said as they head down to the tunnel.
Back wit the D-Team, they climb through the rubble to the entrance.
"I'll bet nobody's been down in these tunnels for like a thousand years." Max said.
"Hey, look. Hieroglyphs." Zoe said,
When she touch the hieroglyphic, it pushes in and causes the tunnel to rumbled until something pops out of the ground and it was a giant centipede.
"Run!" Terran yelled.
"Run for it!" Max screamed while carrying Chomp.
They ran from the giant centipede.
Meanwhile, the Alpha Gang continues heading down the tunnels to the Temple of the Moon.
"Oh well, no Alpha Metal. Guess I'll head back." Zander said, having a second thought.
"You can stay here and wait for us all by yourself if you want to?" Ursula suggested before moving on.
"No, that's okay! I'm coming!" Zander ran to catch up to Ursula and Ed, but tripped on the rock.
The rock that Zander tripped on, triggered the booby-trap and encasing the Alpha Gang with net and carrying them.
"Fire! Hot, hot, hot!"
They were taken over the fire pit.
"Water! BLEERRHH!"
They're through the waterfall and splashed by it.
"Ice! Cold, cold, cold!"
They were exhausted after triggering the booby-trap until they stopped and the net releases them, sending them falling down the pit.
"Well, I have to admit, I'm pretty impressed with the security system." Ursula admitted.
"Maybe we should take a hint and turn back." Zander said.
"Yeah, Ursula. I don't think we're gonna find any Alpha Metal." Ed added.
"Haven't you lamebrains ever seen any action-adventure movies?" She said, "The traps and devices always get tougher, the closer you get to the big treasure."
"Do you really think it's nearby?" Zander asked.
"I would bet on it." Ursula laughed, but stopped laughing. "Wait a minute, does something feel a little prickly?"
"Uh?" Ed and Zander begins and look down, realizing that they fell in the pit with spikes.
"AAAAHHHH!" They jumped up, crashing through the ceiling while screaming. "WE GET THE POINT!"
Back with Terran and the kids, they keep running from the giant centipede until they hit the dead end.
"It's a dead end!" Max said, trying to ram the wall.
"There's no way out!" Zoe said, trying to push the wall.
They looked back to see the giant centipede is coming for them.
"Maybe Paris can handle this ugly thing." She pulls out her dino-holder.
"No, there's not enough room in here for that." Max said, "The ceiling will come down and crush us all!"
"There's some kind of lever thing over there." Rex pointed at the lever in the small cave. "It might be the switch to open this door."
He tried to reached the lever, but it's too far for him to reach it.
"But I can't reach my hand in that far. Terran, can you reach it?"
Terran kneeled and tried to reach the lever, but it's still too far to reach it.
"I can't reach the lever either." He said and heard Chomp barking.
"Let's let Chomp give it a try." Max suggested.
Chomp managed to squeeze through the small cave.
"We need you to push that lever down."
Chomp barked and took a bite on the lever as the centipede is getting closer.
"Now!" They yelled as Terran put the kids behind him.
Chomp pushed the lever down, causing the door to open behind them that they fall through and closed it before the giant centipede can get to them.
"That was close." He said as they got up. "Hey, where's Chomp?"
They heard and saw Chomp, crawling out of the hole to get to the other side.
"Chomp!" Max hugged him.
"You've saved us!" Zoe said.
"Good job, Chomp." Rex said.
"Way to go, Chomp." Terran said.
Chomp barked, happily that he did it.
"Hey, wait." Max said as they look around, realizing they're in deep temple. "I think we're in the temple."
He sees the crystal skull in on top of the pedestal.
"And that looks like the crystal skull dad was talking about."
"You're right, it's the real thing." Zoe exclaimed.
They ran to the pedestal, but the Alpha Gang beat them to it.
"You mean, this thing?" Ursula asked, putting her hand on the crystal skull. "Sorry squirts, but any treasure found in this temple is ours."
"Not if we stop you!" Max rebuked.
"That must be the Alpha Metal in its eyes." Rex noted.
"You can't steal it! That belongs to the villagers." Zoe said.
"Yes, we can. That's why we're criminals, we get to steal things." Zander sniggered.
"That crystal skull belongs right here in this temple where it's been for thousands of years and you crooks have no right to take it!" Max exclaimed.
"I think it was Shakespeare who said 'finders keeper'." Ursula retorted.
"That's not what this Shakespeare said." Terran mumbled.
"Grab it and let's go." She told them.
"Right!" Zander and Ed said, grabbing the crystal skull.
"Stop! If you disturb its rest now after all these centuries, there's no telling what might happen." Zoe warned them.
"Oh right, the Spirit of the Moon." Ursula pulls Terry's card. "How about some Alpha Slash?!"
She slashed the card on her Alpha Scanner, summoning Terry in full-size T-Rex.
"Terry, crush these annoying brats and punk!"
Rex pulls out Ace's card. "Dino Slash!" He swipes the card on his holder. "Carnotaurus, Blow them away!"
Ace is summoned in full-sized Carnotaurus.
Terry roared and running towards Ace, who did the same thing. They ram each other, then Ace hits Terry in the face with his tail, knocking him back. Ace charges again.
"Go, Pawpawsaurus!" Ursula slashed the move card.
Pawpawsaurus appeared and blocked Ace's move.
"Showtime!"
"Not again!" Max said, "It's absorbing our attacks!"
"Don't worry, I have an idea of what to do." Rex said, popping out the move card from his dino-holder. "Go, Ninja Attack!" He slashed the card.
Ace runs faster and split into six duplicates before jumping and ran around Terry, but Pawpawsaurus switches places with Terry at the center, taking all the hits and letting Terry hit Ace after his attack finishes.
"Oh, Ace!" Rex said.
"It didn't even work against that dinosaur." Terran said
"We're stuck as long that Pawpawsaurus keeps blocking every single attack we tried throwing at Terry!" Max exclaimed.
"What's the hold up, guys? Pick that Alpha Metal out and let's go!" Ursula hurried them.
"We're trying, but they won't budge." Ed said.
"Then let's just take the whole skull!" Zander said, "Come on, Ed! Lift!"
When they lift the crystal skull from the perch, it sinks down.
"What?!" They yelped as the pedestal is sinking down as well.
The temple is starting to quake as the Alpha Gang has accidentally triggered the booby-trap.
"This does not feel a good thing." Ursula said, having a bad feeling as the pillar is collapsing.
Outside the temple, the villagers felt the rumble from the Temple of the Moon.
"Those fools have awakened the Moon's Spirit!" The Temple Priest exclaimed before the villagers kneels down.
"Move, move, hurry!" Terran said, hurrying the kids and Chomp to somewhere to take cover from falling debris.
"Let's get out of here!" Ed yelled.
"DAAAGHH!" They yelped as Zander accidently dropped the crystal skull down the stairs.
"The skull is getting away!" Ursula barked.
They went down the stairs to get it back, but the ceiling is coming down.
"The ceiling is coming down!" Max said as they take cover under Ace.
"Oh no!" Rex gasped.
"We gotta think of a way out!" Zoe said.
"I don't wanna be squished!" Zander said while they took cover under Terry.
Pawpawsaurus looks up at the ceiling before rushed forward to the lower parts of ceiling and stops it, halting the ceiling from getting crushed.
"Pawpawsaurus is saving us!" Ed said.
"It's blocking attacks on us now." Zander noted.
"So now's our chance, let's save ourselves and go!" Ursula said.
"What about the Alpha Metal and the skull?" Ed asked.
"I'm not about to become jelly for that thing, are you?" She said before to the dinosaur. "Good job, Pawpawsaurus! You keep holding that wall up for us until we make it out of here alive. Let's go, boys!"
They and Terry rushed to the exit.
"Sorry, big guy." Ed said, feeling sorry for the dinosaur.
"Hold it, you creeps! Pawpawsaurus just saved your life and now you're gonna leave him behind?!" Max said.
"Let me think, yeah!" She answered as they exit through the tunnel while Terry follows them.
Pawpawsaurus barked while trying to keep the ceiling from crushing them as Terran and the kids approaches it.
"What should we do now?"
"Let's think about this; what was it started the whole temple collapsing?" Rex said.
"I know, it was when those guys moved the crystal skull." Zoe remembered.
"That's right. So if we just put it back, maybe all this will stop." Max said.
"It's worth a try." Rex said before looking at the android. "Terran, we need you to put the crystal skull back in place."
Terran looked at the crystal skull in the rubble.
"What about you kids? I had to make sure that no harm comes to you."
"Don't worry, we'll get Pawpawsaurus out of there." Max said. "Come on, guys. Help me move this rock."
Terran grabbed the crystal skull from under the rubble while the kids head to the big rock.
"We'll push it under the wall to hold it up!"
"Got it!"
"Hurry!"
They pushed the big rock hard as they can until they felt the big rock and saw Ace pushing it.
"Ace!" Rex said.
"Come on, Ace!" Zoe said.
"Help us!" Max said.
The D-team and Ace pushed the big rock to help Pawpawsaurus out of there while Terran is looking for the perch to put the crystal skull back.
"Where is it? Where is that pedestal?" He said, looking around in the smoke.
The sunlight from the windows shines through, showing the pedestal in light.
"There it is." Terran ran up the stairs.
Outside the Temple of the Sun, the Alpha Gang and Terry made it out alive when the temple shook.
"We're saved!" Ed said, falling on the ground.
"I don't think it was such a good idea leaving the Alpha Metal behind, do you?" Zander said.
"That was not Alpha Metal, got it?" Ursula said, making an excuse. "Now get this through your thick heads, when we report to Dr. Z, there was no Alpha Metal and there's no reason to ever come here again."
"No reason to come here again." Ed and Zander repeated.
"Mm-hmm. Now let's bring him up and give him the bad news. "
Meanwhile, The kids and Ace pushed the big rock until Pawpawsaurus turned back into a card, meaning Ursula has recalled Terry as Chomp picked it up and the kids took cover under Ace while Terran reached the perch.
"This must be it. Let's hope it stops everything." Terran said, putting the crystal skull back in the perch.
The crystal skull started to shine brightly, blinding Terran, all over the temple room and the others. After the light dies down, the temple has somehow restored back in place before it collapsed.
"It worked, kids! The Temple of the Moon has returned to normal."
"Whoa, that was close." Max remarked.
They looked to where Chomp runs up to them with the card in its mouth.
"Look, it's a Pawpawsaurus' card!" Zoe said as Terran joins in.
Outside the temple, the villagers and the Temple Priest looked to see the Temple of the Sun is returned to normal.
"Well, that's very strange." He said, "Oh!"
He sees the Alpha Gang is leaving in their pedal glider.
"Alpha Gang is leaving the Temple!" Ursula said, "It was little bit rough, but we're okay."
"Spare me a detail! Did you find the Alpha Metal?" Dr. Z asked, making Ed and Zander gasped.
"Well, actually Dr. Z, it turns out they're really was no Alpha Metal anywhere in that temple. Although, it did have some lovely artwork on the walls."
"And we also didn't find a move card in a dinosaur capsule or crystal skull, and definitely, not a Pawpaws-" Zander added,
"Did I ask you to speak?!" She hissed, punching him.
"Is that so? You know, it's hard to believe how much the three of you fail each and every time." Dr. Z said, "So I built a special lie detector device in your flying machine. So I can be sure you always telling me the absolute truth!"
"Uh-oh!" They gulped.
"And it looks like the results are in!"
Without warning, the Alpha Gang was electrocuted on their flying machine.
"They were even good lies."
"This lie detector sure gonna put a crimp in our style." Zander said.
"At least it's still flying."
Suddenly, their flying machine is breaking apart from the lie detector, sending them falling down to the jungle.
Back from the temple, the D-team and Terran made it out of the temple.
"Good thing, we got that crystal skull back in time or the whole temple would come down." Max said.
"We owe it all to Pawpawsaurus and Chomp." Zoe said, making Chomp barked.
"Oh thank you, my children."
They heard a Priest's voice and looked where they were.
"Please show us again the huge creatures with which saved our temple so that we may honor them."
"Uhh…" They looked down to Chomp, who looked at them.
"Maybe we should-" Terran said.
"No, I think we should play along for now." Max said,
Without hesitation, They bring out Chomp, Wisp, and Pawpawsaurus, in full-size, in front of the villagers.
"These animals bravely challenged the spirits of the Sun and Moon." The priest said, "Thanks to them, the two spirits stand alongside one another in peace!"
They kneeled before the three dinosaurs while the Terran and the kids watched.
"Should we really go along with this?" Rex questioned.
"I agree, the dinosaurs was meant to be in secrecy." Terran added, "Not in public."
"Relax, it's not hurting anyone." Max said.
"I think Pawpawsaurus, Wisp, and Chomp really loving all this attention." Zoe remarked.
"And all the food." He joked.
They laughed at his joked while Terran doesn't get the jokes.
"Let us continue honoring our guests with peanut butter and pickle sandwiches." The Temple Priest announced.
The villagers cheered.
