Time Napped/Alien Parent Trap
The bright light shines on the sky, blinding Max, Zoe, and their families.
"It's coming this way!" Zoe said.
Before Max says something, the Backlander comes out of the temporal vortex and swoops over them.
"Huh? It's the time machine!"
"I wonder why they're back so soon." Max wondered as the ship is slowly positioning itself in the air.
"It might not be soon." Zoe said, "They could have been gone a hundred years and still come back to this moment right now."
"Yeah, that's true."
When the ship positions to Max's house, the beam shines and teleported The Ancients, Rod, Laura, and Terran.
"Rex!" Max said.
"How was the future?" Spike asked.
"How long were you guys gone?"
"We were out there for only a day when a ship broke down." Rex said.
"Sabotage?" Spike assumed.
"I'll bet the Alpha Gang did." Max said.
"No, it couldn't have been them this time." Laura swears.
"Helga had given them a timeout, so they can think about what they'd done." Rod said.
"It's true. Helga did lock them in the room and sometimes brings them a meal." Terran said.
In the room, Dr. Z, the Alpha Gang, and their dinosaurs is still locked in room until Dr. Z sneezed while farting.
"Who did that? Uh.. Which one's the culprit?" He said, looking around.
"Oh, you're not fooling anyone." Ursula said, remotely.
"If she's going to keep us locked in here, she has to stop feeding his beans." Zander said.
"Ah…Ah…Ah…!" Dr. Z started to sneeze.
"Noooo!" They screamed as Helga carrys the box of toys.
"It wasn't sabotage." Dr. Ancient said, "Someone came out of the time space continuum and attacked the ship."
"Who was it?" Max asked.
"Fellow time travelers?" Spike guessed.
"We couldn't determine their identity." Dr. Cretacia said.
"Whoever they are, they had very advanced weapons." Dr. Ancient said.
"Our scans couldn't identify our attackers and our ship is damaged from the attacks." Terran added, "So we cannot return to the future."
"Yes, I get the feeling they're not done with us and that they're going to come back."
"Ahoy!" They turned to see Jonathan, hanging on the hole of the ship.
"Jonathan, what's wrong?"

Jonathan went to the bridge and teleport himself to the ground with the others and putting the ship in stealth mode.
"What happened to the time machine?" Max asked.
"It's in stealth mode." Jonathan said as he is teleported.
"Why do you need it to hide it?" Zoe asked.
"Dad thinks it's possible we were followed here." Rex said.
Dr. Z sneezed while farting as Terry tugged his beard as he looked around.
"Any idea who it might be?" Dr. Taylor asked.
"To follow you, they'd need very advanced technology." Reese stated.
"Which they had." Dr. Ancient said. "Our attackers moved very easily through time and space."
"Which means they're not from our future." Dr. Cretacia added. "Since the only way we can travel through time is by using the power of the stones."
"Even traveling by car is extremely exhausting, so you must be tired." Aki said, "Please, come in and have some tea and lemonade with us."
"Hey, our lemonade's got real pulp in it." Spike said. "It's pretty awesome."
"A guy just like me who likes pulp in his juice." Dr. Ancient said.
"Nice." Dr. Cretacia said.
The Ancients followed them in to their house.
"What about you, Dr. Drake?" Spike asked.
"Pulp's good." He said.
"So uh, where's Chomp?" Max asked.
"Yeah, and Paris?" Zoe said.
"Up in the ship. You wanna see them?" Rex said.
"You bet I do!" Max said.
Rex turned to Jonathan. "Come on, Jonathan."
"If you're all going up to the ship, I'd like to come along and have a look around inside." Reese requested.
"Sure! Come on! I'll give you a tour myself!" Laura smiled.
Jonathan deactivated the stealth mode on the Backlander and teleported the group inside the ship before activating the ship in stealth mode.
The kids gets their respective stones from the perch while Terran went to get their dinosaur cards. Once they have them, they turned their cards to their chibi form.
"Chomp!" Max said as Chomp jumps on him and bit his nose. "Ouch! So happy to see you!"
Zoe hugged Paris as she chirped. "I know it's just a day but I missed you so much."
"Good to see again, old friend." Terran said as Wisp licked his visor.
"Come here, Ace. Come on." Rex called as Ace is on the display that fills of technological devices.
"Wow. What are those?" Reese said, noticing them.
"Wow! Never saw those before." Laura said as she and Rod noticed them.
"Dr. Cretacia is trying to develop a fully integrated Dino Bracer which it was based on Terran's Wrist Controller and his card holder." Jonathan explained, giving it her to see it.
"What's a Dino Bracer?" Reese asked.
"It's like the Dino Holder, but it's a lot more technologically advanced and has features you wouldn't think were possible. Especially in such a small contraction."
"What's this?" Max asked, looking at the additional device.
"It's a Dino Gadget." Jonathan said, "Cretacia says it will make the Dino Blast even more powerful."
At Taylor's residence, the parents is having a tea while waiting for someone to come.
"So Dr. Owen is coming soon?" Dr. Ancient asked.
"Yes. He just sent a text message saying he's nearby." Spike said.
"We are so grateful to Dr. Owen." Dr. Cretacia said, gratefully. "If he hadn't taken Rex in as a baby, who knows what would happen? He must be a very kind and very lovely man."
"The kindest." Dr. Ancient added.
"He is kind and very nice," Spike said before performing his wacky moves like his colleague "But he's also strange and wacky and unpredictable."
"Oh, I like strange and wacky and unpredictable." She said, liking the aspect of Dr. Owen antics.
"Before meeting you, I has no idea that people could travel from the future." Dr. Drake said, "It's really quite surprising."
"I'm so out of it. Until this morning, I thought Chomp was just a rare species of dog." Aki said.
"Yes well. I didn't want to worry you unnecessarily." Spike said, looking away, sheepishly.
"Thre's only one other thing that was as surprising to me as this and that's when my entire house was teleported to an island." Dr. Drake said, remembered that day.
"The Alpha Gang was behind that." Spike said.
"I don't ever wanna go through that anything like that again."
"Don't worry. We're not likely run into anyone as bad as the Alpha Gang again, right?"
The Ancients was bit uneased as Dr. Taylor say that.
Outside their house, Dr. Owen is on their way to the house with Patrick carrying him.
"Uh. I know I lost my bet but maybe you could walk for just a little while?" Patrick said while panting.
"Stop complaining! The house is right up there!" Dr. Owen exclaimed.
As they walk, they sees something shining on the sky.
"Huh?"
"What is that?" Patrick asked as an unknown aircraft is slowly descending above the house.
Coming out of it was the flying red alien with a bad haircut as it is flying towards the house.
"He's got wings!" Dr. Owen said.
"And a very bad haircut." Patrick added.
The alien hovers and spotted the Ancients in the house.
"Target identified. Lock on and capture." It said.
He flew back in the alien aircraft and hovers back in the air and captured them by teleporting the whole house, along with Max's parents and Zoe's parents. Dr. Owen and Patrick was shocked and surprised as he falls on the ground.
Meanwhile, the group is at the bridge with Rod giving a tour.
"You just pick the time period you want, engage the warp drive and hit launch." Rod explained, "Dr. Ancient said he'll let me drive it sometime."
"Wow!" Max said before Helga comes in. "Hey, how's it going, Helga?"
"Where are the others? It's time for calisthenics." She asked.
"They're at Max's house." Rex said.
"We'll start with a round of sit-ups und jumping jacks."
"We're kinda busy right now." Max said.
"That's too bad because it is on the schedule."
They heard a cellphone ringing and Reese answered it.
"Huh? Hello Dr. Owen?" She said, "What? The house has vanished?"
"The house what?" Terran gasped as the kids did.
A few minutes later, the Terran, Reese, and the kids teleported back to the ground and saw that the house has disappeared.
"This is bad!" Reese exclaimed.
"How did this happen?!" Terran said.
"My mom and dad were in there!" Zoe said while Dr. Owen is inspecting the foundation hole.
"So were mine!" Max said.
"Mine too!" Rex said.
"Excuse me, Dr. Owen?" Reese asked as Rex is checking his device. "Do you really think was an alien that did this?"
"Let me put it this way. He was extremely large, had wings and flew like a bird." Dr. Owen described what they saw.
"Not just wings, but a bad haircut." Patrick added.
"Guys, our parents are traveling through time." Rex said, making them look at him.
"What do you mean?" Zoe questioned.
"I mean the entire house was carried off by a time machine."
"With them inside? How did you know this, Rex?" Dr. Owen questioned.
"I can track them using this TPS device." Rex said, holding a device.
"Huh? TPS?" Reese said.
"Time Position System. It's just like GPS but for time. My parents gave it to me in case we ever got separated." He explained before saddened. "I can't believe this happened. Again."
Terran puts his hand on his shoulder for comfort.
"Don't worry." Zoe said.
"She's right, Rex." Max assured. "This time's different. This time we can find out where your parents are and follow them."
"But the time machine is broken, Max, remember?" Zoe said.
"Then we better get up there right now and fix it!"
"You're right, Max!" Rex said, getting his hopes up. "Let's go find our parents and rescue them!"
"Yeah!"
At the ship, Dr. Z and the Alpha Gang was treated with meals as Helga told them what happened.
"What? The whole group of them have time napped?" Dr. Z exclaimed.
"Yeah, und now everyone is racing to repair the ship, so they can try to rescue them." Helga said.
Dr. Z sniggered. "I feel sorry for them. Well actually, I don't. it serves them right for taking my ship and locking me in here. What's that expression? Nanana!"
In the time machine room, Helga then told Terran and the kids about Dr. Z's proposal.
"Dr. Z said he wants to help us fix it?" Max questioned.
"He says that it is far too difficult to do without him." She said.
"The problem is we don't trust him." Rex said while pushing the cart. "Even as far as we throw him."
"Which isn't very far." Zoe said.
"Right." Max said before looking up. "Hey, Jonathan! How's everything going with the warp generator up there?
"I'm afraid there are some complexities, that are beyond my comprehension." He said.
"Max, if you wanna finish fast, you should really consider getting grandpa's help." Rod said.
"Just keep an eye on him and don't let him trick you." Laura added.
"Rex, if this takes too long , we could lose them for good." Max told him.
"I know." Rex said.
"I'm sorry to say that fixing an enormous time warp generator takes an enormous amount of time." Jonathan said, "And they're starting to fading from your TPS tracking system."
"Listen. I think we're gonna have to take a chance on Dr. Z." Max said. "I mean. Who knows what our parents are going through right now?"
Rex looked at the TPS then at Max.
Terran remained quiet while working on repairing the time machine, wondering why this alien kidnaps the Ancients and their parents and what did it want with them.
Meanwhile, the Ancients and the parents is outside the house, wondering what was going on.
"Where do you think we're going?" Aki said, confused.
"I don't know, but my lasso is ready for action." Spike said.
"We're traveling through time, but there's no way to tell where to." Dr. Ancient said, realized.
As they look around, a dinosaur called Torvosaurus pops up in front and roared, scaring them.
"Everyone inside!" Dr. Drake said.
They all went inside before Torvosaurus bites them.
"A Torvosaurus!" Spike said.
"There's some kind of mark on its forehead." Dr. Cretacia said, noticed the mark on the dinosaur.
"Like a brand."
As the dinosaur growled, the alien pushed it aside and entered the house.
"It's lasso time! Hee-YA!" Dr. Taylor threw his whip at the alien, but it caught it.
"Must be a strange Earth greeting." He said and simply threw Spike towards the patio window. "Hello to you too."
The alien flew towards the Ancients.
"You two scientists, we need you to help us, right away." He said.
"No way after you time-napped us." Dr. Ancient argued.
"Well, doctor, you can either help us or you can help him. And all he wants is lunch." The alien gesture to Torvosaurus, who roared.
Back in the Backlander, Dr. Z and the Alpha Gang was let out by Helga so they can repair the time machine.
Dr. Z sniggered while holding the tools. "I can fix this in no time at all. All I need is my eyebrow curler and my ear wax remover."
He begins repairing around the time machine while Terran and the kids watched him.
"Ursula, disentangle the dimensional wiring."
"I'm on it!" She said, carrying the wires.
"Zander, switch out the star alignment unit." He instructed him.
"Right away!" He said, carrying the star alignment.
"Do you think Dr. Z really knows what he's doing?" Max asked.
"I just hope he's not planning some kind of trick." Zoe hoped.
"Yeah!" Rex frowned.
"Regardless, he might be our only chance to fix the time machine and find your parents and this alien." Terran said.
"He's right. Grandpa is doing everything by the book." Rod said.
"I think this time you can really trust him." Laura said.
"I sure hope you're right." Zoe said.
"Everyone!" They turned to see Reese with the briefcase. "I finished work on the Dino Bracers."
She present them a completed Dino Bracer and Dino Gadget.
"Wow! Awesome!" Max took the Dino Bracer.
"Reese, this is so cool!" Zoe puts the Dino Gadget on her belt.
"They're great, Reese!" Rex puts it on his wrist.
"Well, you kids have one just like mine." Terran said. "It has a map, communication, camera, and even more."
"Maybe next I can figure out how to extend the range of your TPS device." Reese said.
"That would be great." Rex said.
"You know." They looked up to see Rod. "There's a crystal that has all the information you need inside of it."
"Really?" Reese said.
"If we take it down to the D-Lab, I bet you could figure it out how it works, Reese."
"Then what do you say we get going right now?"
"Dr. Owen, stay away from me!" They looked over to see Ursula is once again being chased by Dr. Owen.
"But it's been so long, Ursula!" He said as their dinosaurs joins in. "Mon petit, Ursula!"
"Poetry will get you nowhere!"
"Stop, Dr. Owen!" Patrick said, joining in as well.
"Um, hey dad. What are you doing?" Rex asked.
Dr. Owen stopped running. "Just trying to convince Ursula…"
Their dinosaurs and Patrick crashed into him.
"To be your mother." He finished.
"No chance!" Ursula screeched.
"Oh wait! You just meet your birth mother, so now I guess you have two dads and a mother." Dr. Owen realized.
"And I'm pretty lucky." Rex smiled. "To have a dad as amazing you and two birth parents as well."
"Oh rex. You're the only who's amazing. You becoming my son was the best thing that ever happened to me. I should never doubt how strong our bond is. Not ever."
He then turned to se Zander is singing to Reese.
"Oh my angel, I love my dinosaur,
But when I look into your eyes, I think I love you more.
Be-"
"ZANDER!" Dr. Z kicked him away. "There's no time for romance here!" He then turned to Dr. Owen and Patrick. And you! You're distracting my workers with your disgusting puppy love!"
He teleported Dr. Owen and Patrick back to the ground.
"I am so over her." He admitted.
"It's for the best." Patrick said.
"I still love you!" Dr. Owen shouted.
At the D-Lab in sundown, they were working on upgrading the TPS system to make it easier to track down.
"The TPS operating system is far more than just a tracking device." Reese said.
"What else can it do, Reese?"
Reese checked the system. "Among other things. It looks like it also contains the technology to see into other periods."
"For real?" Rod said.
"Do you think we can use it, so we could see parents?" Laura said.
"I don't see why not." She said.
"All right!" Laura then pulls out here projector of their parents.
Back on the ship, the TPS on their parents is getting weaker as they're getting further away.
"The signal's getting weaker." Rex said.
"What happens if they disappears?" Max asked.
"Then we won't be able to find the exact location of our parents. Even if we can get the ship into time warp, there's no way we'll be able to follow them."
"No." Zoe cried, softly.
"Why the long faces? Don't you know? No one likes a sad sack!" Dr. Z said.
The Alpha Gang then showed up.
"What's the matter? Someone take your candy?" Ursula said.
"Or maybe they their itty-bitty-whittle toes." Zander said.
"Will you be quiet?" Max said.
"Yeah! Just zip it, old lady!" Zoe said.
"Hey! How dare you call me an old lady?" Ursula snarled while Ed and Zander holds her back.
"Great news, everyone. I have fixed the machine." Dr. Z said.
"Yeah?" Max and Zoe said.
"Really?" Terran said.
"It's really fixed?" Rex said.
"I said I'd fix it. I fix it. And now I'm telling you it's fixed." Dr. Z exclaimed. "Am I the greatest or what?"
"Hurray!" The Alpha Gang praised him.
"Now quickly. Put the stones in the war panel."
The console appears where their dinosaurs is and the kids puts back the original stones in place.
"Now Jonathan, try to fire up the warp generator."
"All right then. Here we go." The butler android starts up the power.
The time warp generator is starting up as Helga is vacuuming in the room.
"What's this?" She said.
"Nothing like the sweet sound of time folding in on itself." He said, enjoying the sound of the engine running. "Now all we have to do is set the time we want and in no time, we'll be there."
"And what sort of timeline can you set, doctor?" Terran asked.
"Whenever we go. Who's the greatest evil scientist of our time? Heck maybe of all the time." Dr. Z accidently pressed the buttons on the pilot controls without the plot course. "That isn't supposed to happen. I didn't tell it where we want to go."
Outside the ship, Dr. Owen and Patrick then noticed the ship is about to take off as they're headed to the D-Lab.
"They're leaving." Dr. Owen said.
The Backlander then took off to the temporal vortex and vanished in it.
The ship traveled in the time vortex with no destination of where or when they're going.
"No one's at a destination." Zander said.
"I know." Ed groaned.
"Where is this thing taking us?" Ursula demanded.
"Stop complaining, you three!" Dr. Z chided them before laughing. "We're traveling through time. That's all that matters."
"No! What matters is that we end up wherever our parents are." Zoe said as Rex checked his TPS.
"And now, we don't even know where we were going." Terran said
"This is bad. We're losing the signal." Rex said.
"Oh! We were tricked!" Max glowered.
"I didn't trick you, but I would have if I though of it." Dr. Z said, leaning on the chair. "All that's important is we're on our way."
"On our way to where?" Rex questioned.
"You didn't plot our time destination and the Ancients and the parents are getting further away from us, doctor." Terran said.
"Ha! He doesn't have any idea where we're going!" Max said.
"That's ridiculous!" He cackled.
"Tell the truth, Dr. Z!" Zander said. "We're racing the uncontrollably through time and you absolutely no clue at all where we're headed.
"And plus, now we're separated from Rod and Laura!" Ed added, noticing Rod and Laura isn't with them either.
"What?" Dr. Z said.
"Now that he mentions it. I haven't seen them since they went to the D-Lab." Zoe said.
"They left?"
"They left!" Rod said after Dr. Owen and Patrick told them what happen.
"I can't believe they took off without us." Laura said.
"If we keep going like this, we could end up at the beginning of time." Ursula pointed out.
"I didn't think of that." Dr. Z said.
"I can't steer us to a time destination." Jonathan informed them. "I'm afraid those controls aren't working at all."
"Do something!" He screeched.
"What if we're going toward the end of time?" Zander said, worried.
"Either way, we'd be destroyed." Jonathan said.
"Destroyed?" Zoe said, uneased.
"What if you made a crash landing?" Max suggested.
"I could do that but there would be two dangers." Jonathan said.
"What are they?"
"One would be the crash. The other is, we don't know where we'd end up."
Without warning, the alarm is blaring in red.
"I say 'go for it'!" Max said.
"All right! Hang on!"
Jonathan steered the ship towards one of tunnels and travels in it. The children yelped as Terran holds the kids close to them when they made it in the time period.
"We're going down!" Max yelled as they crash landed on the forest. "Where are we?"
"There's some pretty big clues right below us." Rex said, noticing something below them.
They see the herd of grazing Triceratops.
"Those are Triceratops." Max noted.
"So that means we're in the…" Zoe begins.
"Cretaceous Period." Rex finished.
"Which means we're in 65 million years ago." Terran said. "We've got to get out of here. This era marks their extinction."
"Hey guys. Where's the Alpha Gang?" Max said, noticed Dr. Z and the Alpha Gang is not with them.
Rex noticed some stones is missing from the consoles.
"Their stones are gone!" He noted.
"Those creeps!" He snapped.
"Hey! Over there! Look!" Zoe said, spotted them on the ground.
"Quick, you kids! Stop them!" Terran said.
The kids grabbed their stones from the console and their dinosaurs as they follow Terran.
On the ground, Dr. Z and the Alpha Gang is running towards the dinosaurs herd.
"How brilliant am I getting us back to the age of the dinosaurs?" Dr. Z exclaimed, proudly. "I'll tell you how brilliant! I'm super amazing brilliant! This proves that I am destined to become the Dinosaur King!" He then slashed the card on the Alpha Scanner. "Alpha Slash! You're up, Terry!"
Terry is summoned in full-size T-rex.
"Capture all those docile grass munching vegetarians!" He ordered.
Terry attacks the wild Iguanodon and Saurolophus, who was scared off before Terran and the kids arrived to stop them.
"Hey! You leave those dinosaurs alone!" Max yelled.
"Sure, I'll leave them alone." He smirked as the trio made faces at them. "Just as soon as I capture them all and take them back to join my dinosaur kingdom!"
"We don't have time for this, doctor!" Terran said, "Just leave them alone."
"Come on, guys! Let's stop them." Max said, activated the Dino Gadget and zaps the card to his hand. "Dino Slash!" He slashed the card on his Dino Bracer. "Go Triceratops, roar!"
Chomp is summoned in full-size Triceratops.
When Terry is about to attack the herd of Triceratops, Chomp cuts in and knocked Terry away from them.
"You're gonna pay for that!" Dr. Z snarled and slashed the move card. "Volcano Burst!"
Terry roared and used the Volcano Burst move by sending volcanic flames towards Chomp, but he stood firm on the ground and took the whole attack to protect the herd.
"Chomp, go and get him!" Max shouted,
Terry is about to use the Volcano Burst move again, but the wild Ampelosaurus hits him from the left, sending him flying towards charging wild Pachycephalosaurus and Styracosaurus, who send him flying and tumbling head over heels.
"And now!" Max activates his Dino Gadget and caught the move card and slashed the move card. "Lightning Strike!"
Chomp use the Lightning Strike on Terry, zapping and defeating him.
"All right!" Max cheered.
"Alpha Gang! Bring out Spiny and Tank, now!" Dr. Z barked.
"I wish we could." Ursula said, fearfully while they're surrounded by full-size Brachiosaurus, Carnotaurus, and Parasaurolophus.
"What do you mean?" He turns and yelped to see them.
"It's over, Dr. Z!" Rex said.
"Yeah! Leave the dinosaurs alone!" Zoe said.
Ace walks up to Dr. Z and growls at him.
"That's a good boy. Settle down now." He said, shuddered.
Suddenly, Chomp stomping on the ground as well as the herd did.
"Huh? What's going on?" Max said, confused.
"Everyone! You must return to the ship immediately!" They turned to Jonathan is running towards them.
"What is it, Jonathan?" Rex asked.
"Up in the sky! A giant meteor is racing towards us." He pointed at the incoming meteor in the sky.
"Huh? Woah!" Max awed as the meteorites is falling from the skies.
"Time to get out of here!" Dr. Z panicked and ran back to the ship.
"Wait for us!" The trio shrieked and ran after him.
Wisp, Paris, and Ace is being called back.
"Come on, Max! Let's get out of here!" Zoe said.
"But Chomp. He ran off with the other dinosaurs." Max said as he watched Chomp runs away with them as they escape the extinction. "Hey Chomp! Came back! Hurry!"
Chomp stopped running when he heard Max before turned back into a card. Max looked up as the meteorites is hits the land as the Saltasaurus bellowed and Maiasaura and her babies roared helplessly.
"Max, come on! We gotta go! Now!" Terran ran back and took Max by the shoulder and ran back to the ship as fast as he can.
Terran and the kids teleported back to the ship as everyone is on board.
"Get this tin can out of here before we become extinct along with the dinosaurs." Dr. Z exclaimed.
Terran and kids watched as the dinosaurs was perished by the meteorites.
"It's terrible. Those poor dinosaurs are doomed." Max mumbled.
"We are ready to launch, but I still cannot set a target time." Jonathan said.
"Just get this going now!" Dr. Z pounds the buttons, causing the ship to fly to the time warp tunnel.
"I wish there was something we could have done." Zoe said.
"Me too. But I guess that was their fate." Rex said.
"Yeah, their fate." Max said. "And I guess there's no way you can change fate."

Suddenly, something large, bright and glowing appeared in front of the ship.
"What is that thing?" Zoe asked.
No one said anything as the flying entity appeared to be a pterosaur.
"You are all in great danger." It said as everyone is glowing. "But if you follow me, I will guide you to safety and I will also guide you to your destiny."
Terran was a bit tense when he heard the familiar voice as the white pterosaur is guiding them in the time warp tunnel.
