Hello to all, this is Chapter 24 of the fourth Arc of Volume 6: War in Karakura Town!
Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.
Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!
Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 6: Chapter 24: Love vs Sacrifice! The Compassion between Two Hearts!
Previously in DKR:
As Team Dragon Knight was forced to engage both the Espada and the Dark Lord's forces, Yugi was confronted by Tosen to prevent him from standing in Aizen's path. Yugi tried to talk him out but his justice, his revenge, refused to surrender. Sighing, Yugi clashed him and easily brushed him aside even when Tosen used Hollowfication. Forced to a corner and losing himself of being, Tosen entered his monstrous Hollow form.
Naruto and his group were stopped by Sasuke, having changed since the last time they crossed paths into a more destructive, revenge driven Shinobi who vows to destroy Konoha. Telling Ed and Ryan to help the others, Naruto and Judai confronted this much stronger Sasuke to a stand-still until Wizard got in between the two to assist his comrades.
Ed arrived to see Shadow confronting the 2nd Espada, Barragan, former ruler of Hueco Mundo. The two clashed as Respira, the death eating ability, has no effect on Shadow's ageless, immortal body. After a combination attack from Ed, Mustang, Sui-Feng and Hachigen; Barragan still withstood all of that regardless of his injuries. After everything that he witnessed, Shadow decided to do what Yugi would do and talk; getting the former king to realize he needed to take back what Aizen stole before death takes him. The first time of his life, Barragan realized someone was right and left to deal with Aizen; dying as long as he could take back what was his.
It was in that moment that the jackal, Zero, appeared having finally found 1 of the 2 that ruined his life and proceeded to engage Shadow. Even the Ultimate Lifeform was not prepared with the power of the Phantom Ruby.
Barragan engaged Aizen to finally settle things; not afraid to die as long as he can drag him to his death too. However, even with Respira and Gran Rey Cero, Aizen overpowered it all without Kyoka Suigetsu. Barragan died trying, slashed down by Aizen's sword.
1 Espada down, 2 to go. Who will fall next?
And now the conclusion... last left off:
Yawning within a small hideout building that the Saint Rose Crusaders had left, the now young woman that goes by Mew Blackberry yawns all to herself, lying on a couch in the dim dark with the only light being the large television set that she's changing channel, stopping at an episode of Regular Show.
''So boring…'' She complains, wearing nothing but a bed sheet as she poses sexually and showing her nude skin while being so utterly bored. ''Learning about humanity through this Television or their books is so bothersome Nya.''
She frowns as she can't just act, not for the Dragon Knight or the Dark Lord but waiting; waiting for her power to fully restore. Her youthful body is still new to her revived powers. So she'll wait until-
Suddenly she feels a surge of energies gathering from faraway and one of them resembles the Dragon Knight but his is much bigger than before. She curls her lips into a grin, certain Ichigo is there too and she feels so lonely. She wants to play with her again, just a bit.
''Seems like I'm missing out on real fun!'' She declares, leaping off the couch, the sheets falling off her as she holds up her Mew Pendant and utters out. ''Mew Mew Blackberry…'' She lowers her hand up to her face where she kisses her pendant which glows a menacingly black aura. ''Metamorphosis Nya~'' The black aura expands and she leaps out from the closed window. The black lion Mew Mew grins, leaping away with such speed that she vanishes altogether.
Danny groans, narrowing his eyes to the left and then right or up… ah, dizzy. He and Ryan, honestly not trying at this point, are trying to keep up with Sonic and Metal Sonic, dashing around like this was a cat-and-mouse game.
The hedgehog and its mechanical counterpart clash kicks and Spin Dashes, sparks of blue and dark blue energy colliding. Sonic somersaults backwards, releasing a Blue Tornado with a kick swing which Metal pierces through with its Black Shield. He swings his claw at the blue hedgehog who times it and twirls around the claw but not before Metal surrounds and expels a golden energy of energy around its body, the Ring Spark Field, that zaps and blasts Sonic through a building.
However, sparks fly out of Metal's body. This only a temporarily-
He's then kicked across the face and dunk by Sonic's foot, bouncing right back up as Metal crashes onto that same building he sent his archrival into.
"Come on, Metal!'' Declaring as he somersaults and lands on a close-by rooftop, Sonic taunts his robot doppelganger with a smug smirk. ''Can't we clash another time?''
He looks down from the edge of the rooftop, seeing the hole Metal crashed in and spots a pair of red eyes down there. Something shoots out with intense speed as Sonic times it and bends back swiftly, inches from Metal's claw from viciously ripping him apart. Metal then performs a downward spin kick but Sonic responds with an upward spin kick. Both kicks collide and the sheer force pushes the two away. Sonic somersaults backwards again, his shoes grinding across while Metal somersaults in the air but stops itself, floating in the air with a menacing gaze down at his enemy.
''I take that as a no.'' Sonic taunts him with a smirk, Sonic Boosting right at him which Metal responds with the same force; both colliding once more.
''Huh?'' Ryan blinks, turning to Danny who shrugs his shoulders, not surprised with those two. He's sort of the same with his archenemies too, Stalker most likely. But Sonic seems to always have a thrill for these kinds of fights regardless.
Starrk watches this, sighing as he notices that ponytail Shinigami still wanting a fight but he's just not into it since he might face Yugi but if he doesn't, then Aizen will-
''Hey Starrk!'' The Espada looks at his gun which is Lilynette in their Resurreccion form as she orders him. ''Shoot them already! You know we don't have a choice!''
Starrk just sighs, rubbing his head by the end of his barrel before he raises his pistols and utters out. ''CERO METRALLETA.'' He triggers and fires multiple Ceroes at the group. Ryan panics as Danny grabs him and both turn intangible as the beams pass through them.
Sonic turns and instantly evades around the beams, almost in slow motion, using a mix of Blue Tornado and Sonic Boost to increase his evasion in the air.
Metal dodges around the beams too, much better than Sonic, while debating whether to use V. Maximum Overdrive Attack or turn into Neo Metal, but he decides not to so he can preserve more energy.
''Kids these days being way too impulsive.'' Shunsei comments, also evading the beams. As amused as this is, he's not liking their situation. The Dark Lord has viciously beaten down nearly all of the Visoreds that showed up as well as the other Captains too. It's honestly ironic the big bad dragon is even helping Aizen when he clearly wants to kill him too.
Danny takes Ryan up to another rooftop and tosses him onto it while both becoming intangible.
''DRAGONAUN WAVE AIR!'' Swinging as his Dragon Braver is coated in green energy, Ryan shouts, swings his sword and fires a wind-like energy slash. Danny assists with multiple ice ghost rays towards Starrk.
He sees their attacks and immediately fires his hundred Cero shots at them. Their attacks collided and exploded on impact. Even Metal, forcefully, assists with the Plasma Pulse Attack, firing an energy shot from his large circle chest that cuts through the multiple Cero beams.
''Excuse me, mate, you mind not attacking anyone!'' Ryan yells politely, not wanting them to get blasted. Lilynette then yells out, actually forcing Starrk to swing her around. ''NOBODY ASKED YOU!''
''… T-that g-gun just spoke?!'' Ryan utters out in horror, actually hearing that voice coming from that gun. Danny sweat drops but much calmer than him as he says. ''Not a surprise at this point.''
Sighing, Starrk is not happy about fighting children. Shinigami, not much of a choice but kids just feel… wrong.
''Tch, this is annoying. I don't want to fight human kids.'' He admits openly but he narrows his eyes towards Aizen's direction, busy at the other fights happening. He sighs, becoming serious as he proclaims. ''But Aizen-sama will tell me to do this anyway so my apologies.''
''Same back to you!'' Danny tells him, inhaling deeply as Starrk takes aim with his pistols.
''GHOSTLY…'' The ghost boy begins to utter out as the Espada fires another barrage of Ceroes just as he exhales a powerful ghostly green wave from his mouth. ''WAIL!''
The powerful waves collided against the multiple beams, causing a massive explosion.
Mew Ichigo and Alicia are both still left speechless to see the Azure Witch, still alive, since the last time; she fell to her likely death. It's like staring at a ghost as the cat girl finally speaks up, gulping. "This can't be Nya. We saw you…''
''I was saved in the last second.'' Selvaria immediately interrupts her, gazing her eyes at the direction that Metal Sonic is blocking the Ceroes from Starrk with his Black Shield.
''Metal Sonic, really?'' Alicia questions, actually taken back. Then again, his statement from way back in Zorc's twisted game does make sense now.
Mew Ichigo looks at her friend, knowing full well that this is really personal for her in so many ways. She understands it, smiling as she tells the others. ''Girls, let's leave this to Alicia-chan.''
This surprises the Valkyrie, looking at her and tries to protest. ''But-''
''Say what you need to say to her Nya.'' Alicia's face turns red by Mew Ichigo's words while smiling. She looks away, surprised how much she knows about people and their feelings. She slowly smiles before responding. ''… Thank you, Ichigo.''
The cat girl just smiles as she leaps off alongside Sailor Moon waving at Alicia and Ruby giving her a thumbs up as she leaps off too. Selvaria watches them leave, not interested in engaging them but one person.
Now it's just the two Valkyries, looking at the other, eye-to-eye. Selvaria gazes observant as Alicia slowly forms a smile towards her, confusing her.
''I'm happy…'' She begins to express, tears of joy dripping from her eyes. ''That you're still alive, Selvaria.''
Selvaria looks at her, not expressing anything but her eyes narrowing down. She had time to reflect, most importantly her time in that orphanage… no, that place trying to create Valkyries. She hated that place more than anything but the only good thing about it was her, her only friend.
Alicia wipes her tears, frowning as she then expresses. ''I'm just not happy that we're still enemies.'' She doesn't like that she's helping that monster.
''Why are you here? With the Dark Lord no less.'' She questions her, certain she's with him. Selvaria sighs as she responds firmly. ''I should be asking you the same.''
She's done her research, surprised the so-called baker didn't return to that village before she was pulled into that war and instead came here with them.
''Why leave Gallia? Why help the Dragon Knight and their comrades?'' Selvaria questions Alicia for even being here. Alicia frowns a bit, admitting to her determinedly. ''I can't accept a world with no peace while being a baker if my powers can still save so many. That's the kind of Valkyria I am!''
The Azure Witch looks at her, believing her and yet…
''… You're still naïve.'' Selvaria proclaims as she immediately charges forward. Alicia glares as she takes her stance and reflects her thrusting lance with her shield, sparks of blue flames igniting between their weapons.
Alicia grits her teeth, pushing the lance back as she thrusts her lance and Selvaria evades it by leaning to the left.
''Maximilian saved me from that hell. I am grateful to him for saving me.'' Selvaria begins to express her affection and gratitude for the former prince until she learns the truth and begins to frown, saddened. ''And yet he treated me as a weapon, as a pawn he would discard if necessary.''
She scowls as she swings her lance at her which Alicia blocks with her shield so she bashes it with her own shield, causing a burst of flames to explode and pushes Alicia back but she holds her ground, her feet skidding across the rooftop.
''I will no longer belong to another; I will become the one to restore the Valkyries back to their former glory!'' Selvaria then proclaims, going to not be bound as one's tool but seek to create her place in this world by reviving their dead civilization. She thought it for a long time and the Dark Lord was right; she wanted to restore what is rightfully hers.
''And that's why you chose to side with the Dark Lord?!'' Alicia protests in horror, finding that crazy. Selvaria admits for a moment that she's not wrong but at least she knows the man is one of his words.
''I am a soldier in his ranks but through him; my goals will achieve!'' She announces as she gazes at the concerned fellow Valkyria and just smiles, asking her with a small smile of her own. ''That's why you should stand beside me, Alicia. Join me and we will return the Valkyria back to this world.''
Alicia stares seriously, recalling the truth of the Valkyria from way back and why she won't end up being like them but better; a protector to the world than a conqueror. Besides, she has friends who all believe in saving the world rather than ruling it, especially ruling in unjust.
''Sorry, I don't want to create a war.'' Alicia declines her offer as she instead raises her lance, proclaiming strongly ''You're still my friend and that's why I will stop you but this time I will reach out and save you! will!''
Selvaria looks at her and slowly lets out a sigh, actually not surprised. Instead, her aura erupts across her body as she slowly says as her eyes glow even redder, piercing them towards her. ''… Then I won't show no mercy this time.''
Alicia stares back, her eyes glowing redder, as a similar fiery blue aura surrounds her. The two gaze at the other as they take aim with their lances.
''BLUE…'' The two begin to utter as they shout and their lances are immediately wrapped in blue flames. ''FLAME!'' They each fire a torrent of flames at the other and collide, blasting upward like some kind of geyser.
Mew Ichigo turns back at the torrent of opposing flames creating a pillar of flames before exploding. She frowns, hoping that Alicia can-
''Ichigo!'' The cat girl staggers, hearing familiar voices. She, Sailor Moon and Ruby look up as they land on the next rooftop and there, the Tres Bestias were floating in the air, debating to even finish Rangiku who pants. She's been struggling badly when and before Momo ran off. Can't blame her but at least she should be fine now with this backup.
''You three…'' Mew Ichigo mutters, not even noticing the Shinigami as her eyes are upon the three Arrancars that she befriended in Las Noches and thankful for their companionship. The three also felt the same, liking the girl for how well she impressed Harribel but also her kind nature. It's rare for even Arrancars to be treated as nice as she treated them. But now… it seems those times are behind them.
''Guess it was expected for us to become enemies, Ichigo.'' Sung-Sun expresses with her voice sounding sad for the whole thing. The cat girl still eyes them before she smiles.
''Apacci, Mila, Sung; this my cousin Usagi and my friend Ruby.'' Mew Ichigo finally speaks up, introducing the surprised Sailor Moon and Huntress to the equally surprised Arrancar girls. The cat girl eyes her cousin and fellow red haired friend and greets them with the other three. ''These 3 are also my friends and I don't want to fight them to the death. If not for them, I would be depressed through that whole event.''
She turns back at the three, looking down surprised as the cat girl smiles again and expresses happily. ''You 3 mean a lot to me like Harribel-san, Nya! That's why we will fight but I won't kill any of you!''
This shocks the 3, not even expecting that. Neither was Rangiku who utters in a panic. ''Y-You're serious?!''
Mew Ichigo shoots a look and tells her upsetly, pointing her right finger at her. ''Hey, I got to know them amazingly, big chest lady Nya!''
Rangiku blushes, making a friend as does the cat girl, blushing red as she utters. ''I um… Forgot your name.''
''F-Fair enough.'' Rangiku lets it slide, sweat dropping as she's just as forgetting like Kurosaki.
Gritting her teeth, Apacci can't stand it and lets out a shout at the cat girl. ''Idiot, we also don't want to fight you like this…'' She hesitates, looking away as did the other girls.
''But Aizen-sama…'' Mila Rose begins uttering with Sung-Sun nodding. ''His will is absolute. Even Harribel must obey.''
Frowning as Aizen has such a hold onto them, the Mew Mew can't help but shake her head and protest loudly. ''Then I will reach her Nya! I won't give up, not once, not ever!''
The three are silent by her words.
''First, we-'' The cat girl begins to declare only for Ruby to tell her with a grin and a flex of her arm. ''Go Ichigo!''
She blinks confused as Sailor Moon agrees, telling her with a peace sign. ''We got this cousin.''
''But girls-'' Ichigo starts uttering, not wanting to leave them on their own until another voice speaks up. ''They got us too!''
The 3 girls blink, turning to see as they are running from some stairs are Taichi and Agumon, breathing heavily. They aren't good with jumping rooftops so running down to reach this building was the best they had.
''Taichi-kun!'' Mew Ichigo utters and sweat drops, actually forgetting he was with them.
''Haha, hi. I wasn't sure who should I go to help so here I am.'' Taichi says, pretty awkward on where they could help but seems he picks the right group. The cat girl blushes warmly, not sure how to repeat this but she will, saying with a smile. ''Thank you Nya.''
She looks at the Tres Bestias and smiles too before the Mew Mew leaps off with such speed to confront Harribel and reach her.
''…'' The 3 Arrancars are quiet, debating if they should stop her and yet… honestly…
''Thank you for letting my cousin to meet your leader.'' The three startles, looking down to see Sailor Moon waving at them, thanking them. Ruby nods her head rapidly, also saying. ''And also for taking care of her!''
The three Arrancar girls blush with embarrassment, never thankful like this before.
Apacci tries to be stoic but she can't help but let out a shout, complaining enraged. ''AW, HOW COME NO ONE TOLD US HUMANS WERE OKAY WITH US?!''
''FREAKING PISSES ME OFF TOO!'' Mila Rose also yells out in agreement. Sung sighs, feeling the same for once as she says. ''The irony of all this is we're fighting for the wrong reasons.''
Sailor Moon smiles nervously as Ruby hums and concludes with a carefree tone. ''You know; you three are not like the other ones we fought. So I guess we were both wrong.'' She honestly feels like fighting them is unnecessary.
''Taichi, do we have to fight?'' Agumon then asks his partner, also confused since these girls don't seem bad. Taichi hums, crossing his arms as he's not sure. They're nothing like how bad the Dark Masters were or Myotismon… or Etemon, or Devimon, or every bad Digimon they confronted that wasn't possessed or controlled. He then gets an idea, smiling as he speaks it out loud. ''Let's think of this like a game at least. No one has to get hurt if we pretend to play along.''
Sailor Moon gasps at his conclusion with Ruby nodding, finding that very smart.
Rangiku just blinks awkwardly before uttering so very confusedly. ''W-why the hell is a kid even here? This is a war, not a-''
''Trust me lady, I've been through this kind of stuff and I know it's not great!'' Taichi, looking away embarrassed to see her large cleavage, utters out loudly. Sailor Moon sweat drops that at least Taichi is really respectful about women's chests.
Sighing annoyed, the Lieutenant doesn't have a choice as she utters with her arms crossed, scoffing as her head waves to the left. ''Fine! Might as well to see if Ichigo's friends are as strong as they say they are!''
''You bet we are!'' Ruby proclaims determinedly. Rangiku sighs again, stepping back to let them fight the Arrancars but she'll step in if the fight becomes too much.
This is all so confusing for the Tres Bestias. Are they actually going to fight them like a game rather than a battle to the life-and-death? How is this-
''LET'S START!'' Pulling and unfolding her Crescent Rose into its scythe mode, Ruby stomps her right foot and blasts upward with such speed thanks to her Semblance, seemingly vanishing as a storm of roses as Apacci blinks in shock as the dark redhead is right behind the three of them, already swinging her scythe at her back. They quickly turn and respond with their swords, blocking her slash but Ruby smirks as she presses the fire trigger at the back of her scythe's engine.
''ROSE TWISTER!'' She shouts as the engine erupts and blasts her spinning, pushing back the swords and begins spiraling rapidly, covered in roses and resembling a twister. The Tres Bestias panic as they try to attack her but the speed of the twister repels each of their physical attacks. They prepare to form a Cero but then the twister attacks back and slams them crashing onto the rooftop from down below. It moves uncontrollably before it too crashes into another rooftop and Ruby on the ground with dazed eyes. She still needs to perfect this technique.
The 3 Arrancars blink awkwardly, so very stunned by what just even happened.
''MOON KICK!'' Looking to their side, they watch Sailor Moon leaping at them with a strong flying kick that connects across Mila Rose's face. The impact stuns the Arrancar, causing her to fly off her feet and hit the ground away from the other two but Usagi also felt the impact, tears forming across her eyes before she cries out in agony. ''OW-OW-OW!'' She rubs her boot, sobbing as she feels a nail crack.
The two sweat drops as Sailor Moon then shouts, running at them still sobbing as she raises her right hand flat. ''MOON CHOP!'' She swings and strikes Apacci with a karate chop… hitting her Hollow part of her head and Sailor Moon's eyes widen before she cries out in agony as she's pushed backward by her own attack. ''IT HURTS SO MUCH!''
The other Arrancars, even Mila Rose who gets up; all sweat drop at her reaction.
''… Huh? So I was expecting-'' Apacci starts uttering until Agumon leaps over them and shouts, inhaling flames. ''BABY FLAME!'' He breathes out intense small flames at them as the three turn and quickly dodges them with ease.
''We got this!'' Taichi declares with a small smile as his Digivice glows a bright orange light and the same light engulfs Agumon while charging at the Arrancar girls.
''AGUMON, EVOLVE!'' The yellow dinosaur cries out, expanding and growing while the Tres Bestias turn and widen their eyes in complete horror with the little thing growing into a giant T-Rex. ''GREYMON!''
''Oh...'' Apacci starts uttering nervously with Sun-Sung paralyzed and Mila Rose finishes with a grim expression with both having a stun expression. ''Crap!''
Greymon thrusts his claws at them, who they dodge around the claw swipes as he slams his giant beetle-like skull at them. They evade the headbutt too with Sonido but Greymon holds back its breath, scanning the area fast and spots them from above him.
''BIT FIRE!'' He roars, spitting out multiple fireballs at the three who vanish again, evading the fireballs.
Taichi looks around for them but his eyes can't keep up as the Tres Bestias try slashing down at Greymon with their insane speed, cutting him but not able to cut deep through the dinosaur Digimon. Regardless, it still hurts Greymon as he roars angrily.
Ruby looks around too and for a brief second as her silver eyes glow; she spots them coming from the left.
''Your left!'' She warns Taichi as he turns to his left. In synch, Greymon also turns his head and swings his claw at Apacci as she almost gets near him and instead is flung through a wall.
''Your right!'' Ruby then warns him as Taichi and Greymon turn around at the same time, seeing a blur coming at the Digimon.
''TAIL WHIP!'' Spinning his body, mainly his tail, Greymon roars as he swings his tail as both girls move around the tail swing as it raises upward. ''TAIL CRUSH!'' He slams his tail downward against both Mile Rose and Sung-Sun's attacks, repelling them as it keeps coming down. The two barely dodges it but not before the dinosaur charges at them.
''GREAT ANTLER!'' Greymon rams forward with its massive beetle-like skull helmet but then Apacci, shooting out from the building with Sonido, intercepts with a kick alongside Mila-Rose's fist. This pushes the giant dinosaur backwards as the three Arrancars gather their energies, charging up energies with different colors, and fires a triple combination Cero blasts at the Digimon. Greymon's eyes glow as he inhales back before shouting, exhaling a massive fireball from his fangs. ''MEGA FLAME!'' He breathes a powerful fireball that collides against the combined Cero attack, canceling them out. Steam flows across the area of this attack with Greymon's figure within the fog, breathing out another fireball at the three who dodge upward.
This shocks the Tres Bestias, horrified by the giant dinosaur able to stop their best attack with ease. This was too much for them to handle, even with their Resurreccion forms.
''I hate to suggest this but-'' Apacci tries to speak up unease with Sung-Sun replying, fully aware of what she's going to suggest. ''Ayon, right?''
This surprises the other two, meaning their situation is that bad. They have a few seconds to reflect before Mila-Rose sighs, agreeing with them. ''Can't be helped. At least they'll have a bigger target.''
The three nod as they each grab onto their own left arm and literally tear them off to the other's surprise. They then toss their torn, bleeding arms up high, glowing red energy before the 3 torn arms stick together and release a massive burst of Spiritual Energy.
The others watch in shock as the energy builds up and the three arms transform into a massive large Hollow-like beast with a white deer skull at the center of its head. It has a long, dark brown mane, which flows to its lower back, with a lighter brown fur covering its arms and legs. A long, greenish-white snake tail extends from below the mane. In place of feet, it has two black hooves.
Even Greymon widens his eyes, looking up at the massive Hollow-like creature towering over him.
''Oh crud…'' Taichi, Ruby and Sailor Moon all utter out as Apacci commands their giant. ''Get them, Ayon!''
Ayon opens its massively large mouth underneath its long manes and reveals its large eyes just beneath its deer skull horns, releasing a horrifying shriek that echoes across the whole fake town. ''RRRAAAAAWWWWW!''
The mere shrieking howl shook even Greymon as Ayon suddenly appears in front of it and slams its claw at the Digimon who catches it with his claw… until the Hollow literally lifts him up and tosses the mon into the air. Greymon screams in panic as Ayon leaps up at him, shrieking out viciously.
''HELP!'' Greymon yells out in horror. Ruby reacts fast, switching her scythe to sniper mode and shoots the head of Ayon, barely even grazing it to her shock.
''MOON SPIRAL HEART ATTACK!'' A burst of light forms around Sailor Moon and her Moon Heart Rod, firing a powerful heart blast that slams the gigantic beast-like Hollow into the air. Greymon sighs as he lands on the ground.
However, this was a temporary moment of relief as Sailor Moon's attack is torn apart and Ayon comes back down, howling enraged. Greymon panics, breathing multiple fireballs but the Hollow slams its whole body through them.
''ROSE BLIZZARD!'' Switching her Crescent Rose back to Scythe mode, Ruby swings like a windmill and releases a cyclone of roses at the Hollow who tears through the attack with its arms. This stuns her heavily.
''GREAT HORN ATTACK!'' Greymon roars, jumping upward towards the creature and thrusts its horns at it only for Ayon to catch it by the horns. The Digimon makes an expression of horror as the creature starts spinning him around.
''RRRAAAWWW!'' Ayon howls once more before releasing the orange dinosaur at full force. Greymon screams as he's flung through multiple buildings. He grunts, pulling himself up as Ayon releases another terrifying howl.
Taichi glares at this monstrous berserk, realizing they'll need to go all out to even stand a chance. "Man, these guys are strong." He admits, surprised just how hard they hit.
Harribel is still engaged with Captain Hitsugaya, badly burned for even trying to engage the Dark Lord previously. He got help from some of Ichigo's allies but due to the Dark Lord's onslaught; they are all nearly drained.
''MASHIRO KICK!'' Mashiro shouts, coming down at the Espada with her Hollow Mask enhanced kick. Harribel swipes the kick with a powered lancer swing, sending her crashing through a building. Lisa grunts, not sure what they could do to harm her.
''Damn this stupid over breasted woman!'' Hiyori yells, coming at her only to get blasted by Harribel's lance.
Hitsugaya tries attacking the Resurrected Espada but she blasts him with a burst of water, sending him backwards across the air as he skids through it.
''What's wrong, Shinigami? Are you unable to use Bankai?'' Harribel questions him, wondering why he deactivated his Bankai. Hitsugaya glares calmly, having spent his time in Bankai. He can't use it right now.
''Then it's time we end things.'' Expressing disappointedly, Harribel prepares to finish the fight until a familiar voice calls out to her. ''Harribel-san!''
The Espada nearly freezes up, stopping as she turns around and sees the cat girl, looking up at her from a nearby rooftop.
''Momomiya-san…'' She utters out, rather relieved she's okay. Biting her lips, Ichigo raises her Strawberry Bell forward, gripping both hands on it, as she aims it at the 3rd Espada.
''… I see.'' Harribel utters out, figuring she would end up fighting her.
Mew Ichigo smiles softly as she expresses. ''I don't want us to be enemies, I don't want to hurt you or the other girls.'' She then becomes serious, declaring determinedly. ''And why I have to ask you to not hurt anyone else, to not side with Aizen!''
Harribel looks at her unfazed yet her eyes drift. She's spent a long time with this girl, learning that humans are not their enemy, even that they treat their women better than Hollow males. And yet, she can't betray Aizen, not when he gave them a home and a purpose.
''We owe our existence to Aizen-sama. If not for him…'' She begins to express, not wanting to think of when they had to struggle to even survive but Mew Ichigo understands it, proclaiming with a sad tone. ''You girls would be devoured eventually being females among the other Hollows.''
Widening her eyes a little, Tier is amazed she remembers that with her forgetfulness. She almost smiles but doesn't as she responds firmly. ''That's right. If not for Aizen-sama, we would be gone.'' She looks at the kind human girl and her pink eyes and pains her to oppose her but she must for her and most of all her girls' survival. ''I will not go against him and I will kill any that oppose him…'' She raises her lance blade towards her. ''Including you.''
Mew Ichigo isn't surprised by her answer as she tries to put up a brave smile and declares. ''Then I'll give it my all and stop you Nya!'' She eyes the others and tells them. ''And you guys don't get involve!''
This shocks the young captain as Hitsugaya protests. ''You can't be serious. She's a Hollow; she'll-''
''I don't care!'' The cat girl protests loudly, needing to be the one to fight her as she's not aiming to kill her but stops her as she looks at the three. ''I owe her for saving her; I have to be one to fight her Nya! I need to!''
Hitsugaya frowns, gazing at her eyes and only sees resolve in them. He… understands those eyes well, respecting her choice.
Lisa sighs annoyed, reminded of Yugi as she says. ''She's just like him; both too stubborn for the people in their lives.''
''I like that!'' Mashiro, however, declares with a thumbs up to the cat girl.
''… Do what you want.'' Hiyori utters, looking away annoyed.
Mew Ichigo smiles as she gazes at the blonde haired Espada and proclaims strongly. ''Here I come, Harribel-san!''
The Espada narrows her eyes, not wanting to fight her. But… she must. She's not as exhausted due to the Dark Lord and his forces attacking the Shinigami more so she should be able to sweep the cat girl with her Resurreccion.
Harribel soon engulfs her body in yellow Spiritual Energy, erupting across her body like waves before she tells the cat girl. ''Come.''
Grinding the front tip of her right legged boot, Mew Ichigo immediately runs up at her. Harribel sighs as she vanishes and reappears in front of the cat girl, swinging her lance sword but the cat girl quickly reacts, forming her pink barrier through her heart-shaped bell weapon. The attack connects, sparks of energy pressuring upon the barrier that launches the cat girl out of the rooftop, flying her across a few others before she somersaults and stomps her feet on the surface of another rooftop, stopping herself.
Harribel watches that impressively before she flies up, above the sky. Calming her breathing, Mew Ichigo dashes fast, leaping left to right on each rooftop to reach her just as Harribel raises her large lance sword up. The cat girl stops moving as she looks around and widens her eyes to see swirls of water moving upward above her. She looks up to see a large sphere of water in the sky.
Once gathering enough water, Harribel swings her lance downward as the sphere shoots out hundreds of spike-shaped water missiles down at the heroine. Mew Ichigo panics as she starts moving, dodging and evading the descending spikes with her cat reflexes and instinct. She back flips, dives around, somersaults; it's like she's doing gymnastics but it is survival.
''Is that the best you-'' The cat girl begins to taunt her until the ground begins to shake violently to her panic to see the rooftop ground cracking open. The building begins to crumble as the cat girl leaps out with her all, forcing to enter her Evolution form to give her that extra push to land on the next closest rooftop.
Using this moment, Harribel's lance is surrounded in strong yellow spiritual energy as she shouts, aiming her lance at the cat girl. ''OLA AZUL!'' She fires a powerful beam of the same color in the shape of an energy blade projectile. Mew Ichigo widens her eyes as she barely reacts, raising her heart-shaped bell weapon and shouts. ''RIBBON STRAWBERRY CHECK!''
She fires her pink magical blast, colliding against the energy blade before both attacks explode. The cat girl breathes for a second until she suddenly twirls her body downward like a hula pole, evading Harribel's swing from her weapon as she had appeared through Sonido. The Espada notices this as she forms another Ola Azul, this time containing it within her lance and unleashing it in the shape of a ribbon as it thrusts towards the cat girl. Mew Ichigo quickly flips backwards fast, dodging the ribbon. However, it moves right up underneath her but the cat girl hears it coming and dodges to the right. She times it, raising her Strawberry Bell at the ribbon as it emerges upward where she stood and blasts it away.
Breathing, Mew Ichigo turns and widens her eyes as Harribel appears on her left, swinging her lance. She ducks it by bending backwards, evading the swing as she twirls around and performs a double stomping kick across his chest with the second one slightly harder that it launches her backwards. However, the Espada was charging up an attack as the gill markings of her lance blade glow and shoots out ripples of water that hit the cat girl across the left shoulder, blasting off her feet and crashing into inside a building and hitting a wall. She gasps in pain and blood, hissing as she slides and sits on the floor for a moment. She stirs up, transforming into her Evolution form as her healing powers fixes her up instantly.
Suddenly multiple more ripples of water blasts through the walls as the cat girl, getting on all fours, zig-zag dodges them, using the walls and ceiling as pounces like she was doing parkour to evade them.
She dashes right outside as she shouts, extending her right hand above her where Harribel is waiting for her. ''RIBBON CHIDORI YARN KNOT!'' She forms sparks of pink electricity and swings her hands forward, releasing the electricity as yarn-like threads. The threads wrap rapidly around Harribel, planning to electrify her until the Espada unleashes her Spiritual Energy and repels the thread lightning attack. She then swings her lance to her side, beginning to glow yellow energy.
''TRIDENT!'' She declares, preparing to swing her sword. Widening her eyes as they glow like the Inner Tiger, Ichigo suddenly uses Ribbon Chidori Tangled on impulse, her electrical ribbons forming and extending to wrap around Harribel's lance sword and raises right above the cat girl as her energy slash misses her. The swing fires a series of three energy shots that moves extremely fast and powerful, cutting through air that misses the cat girl and instead cuts through a building behind her.
Not wasting time, Mew Ichigo's body glows, entering her Ribbon Thunder Armor mode as she dashes and kicks Harribel directly across her face. This stuns the Espada as the kick sends her flying into the air as the cat girl vanishes, zig-zagging towards her only for Harribel to stop in her tracks and swing her weapon, clashing against another kick from the cat girl. They connect as sparks fly out but the lance pushes the cat girl into somersaulting and landing on a rooftop.
Hissing, Mew Ichigo raises her evolved Strawberry Rose Bell and takes aim at Harribel with electricity flowing through the weapon.
''RIBBON CHIDORI STRAWBERRY SURPRISE!'' The Mew Mew shouts, firing a combination of Ribbon Strawberry Surprise with Ribbon Chidori's power. Harribel watches the electrical blast coming at her and soon sighs as she raises her sword to the side, charging up yellow energy again.
''CERO!'' She utters out, swinging her sword in an arc and firing a very wide arc yellow energy beam. The wide beam consumes and tears through the cat girl's best attack like it was nothing. Mew Ichigo makes an expression of disbelief as the beam is coming at her but she blocks it by forming a barrier, tanking the energy blast as it explodes upon her. The rooftop and the whole building explodes in the process.
The three Vizored girls are speechless while Hitsugaya looks across the debris in a panic, thinking she was a goner.
Harribel floats in the air, looking down calmly as if she knows that she's still alive.
The smoke clears up, revealing the reduced, destroyed building and, dimly, there is also a pink barrier. Mew Ichigo, no longer in her Ribbon Thunder Armor mode, breathes heavily, scratched up across her outfit but still pretty alive. She was scared for a moment that her barrier would crack but she withstood it pretty well. But, she's not even sure how to match-
''I admire your strength, Ichigo Momomiya.'' Mew Ichigo panics, looking up to see Harribel slowly descending down towards her with a look of disappointment. ''But this fight is over.''
The Mew Mew stares as she bites her lip, thinking she's screwed. Evangeline still watches, knowing full well that girl is far from finished.
Commercial Break:
The battle against Ayon continues going wrong for the others as the Tres Bestias try ordering their beast to hold back its punches but Ayon is difficult to obey or be controlled, simply attacking the biggest target which is poor Greymon. He's beating up on the poor Digimon like a punching bag before Ayon delivers a mean, pull back, massive punch across his helmet, actually cracking it and thrusting the dinosaur back.
Greymon yells as he's thrown through a building and crashes onto its back.
"HE'S AN ACTUAL MONSTER!'' Ruby yells out in horror with Sailor Moon nodding her head rapidly. Taichi sweats, trying to be the calmest but he can't let his partner get anymore beaten up. Only one choice; Ultimate. But they have to overcome it with teamwork in case this thing gets stronger through its rage.
Breathing out, Taichi turns to the two older girls and tells them. ''I got it! Follow my lead!'' He explains the plan through whispering.
The two look at him and nod. Taichi smirks as he runs up to the edge of the rooftop and shouts out. ''Get up, Greymon! We're not finished yet.'' As his Digivice begins glowing.
In response, Greymon opens his eyes and shoots back up onto its feet. He runs to the building as Taichi drops and lands on his cracked helmet head.
''Right, Taichi!'' Greymon roars as its body begins to glow a bright orange light. ''GREYMON, SUPER EVOLVE!'' Ayon watches as do the Tres Bestias in shock as Greymon transforms into its cyborg dinosaur form with torn-up butterfly wings. ''METALGREYMON!'' He lets out a strong cybernetic roar, actually flinching the beast-like Hollow.
In response, Ayon opens its actual eyes and lets out a monstrous howl before charging at him. MetalGreymon clashes against the giant with a swing of its metal claw, smacking him backwards, skidding through multiple buildings. Ayon's left eye glows red and fires a Cero from it but MetalGreymon flies upward, evading it. He then comes charging forward, swinging a strong claw that sends him flying upward.
''Ruby, do it!'' Taichi yells at her as Ruby has somehow shot herself up in the air, just above Ayon as she dives down and switches her Crescent Rose into blaster form. Ayon sees her coming and howls, swinging a punch but Ruby vanishes as a burst of red roses.
''ROSE STORM!'' Her voice shouts as suddenly those same roses spiral around the Hollow and he's suddenly shot through by an energy blast within this twister of roses. It howls, swinging its claw around in the air but only hits the roses as more shots hit through him, over and over. Ruby is moving within the twister with her Semblance so fast that she's also shooting across his body.
Ayon loses it, howling so strongly that blows away all the roses but not MetalGreymon who's right in front of him, raising its claw above him and swings it downward, slashing the Hollow. Ayon howls in pain as MetalGreymon roars, extending back its metal claw. ''METAL ARM!'' He thrusts his Trident Arm with such force and stabs it into Ayon's chest. The Hollow once more howls in agony as the Trident Arm fires like a hook and slams him crashing into the ground.
It crashes onto a few buildings on top as MetalGreymon dives down with great speed as his claw ignites in flames.
''OVER FLAME!'' He roars, slashing Ayon with such force from its fiery metal claw that it literally drags and tosses him over the cyborg Dinosaur right back up into the sky.
''Usagi!'' Taichi now orders Sailor Moon who's in position, twirling her rod while MetalGreymon charges up his energy into his chest.
''MOON SPIRAL HEART ATTACK!'' Sailor Moon shouts, tracing her rod in a heart shape before she aims and fires a large pink magical energy blast right at Ayon.
''TERA DESTROYER!'' MetalGreymon roars as he fires two, radiated orange glowing versions of his organic missiles from his metal chest's hatch, launching with such velocity. The two attacks instantly consume the giant hybrid Hollow and create a devastating explosion. Ayon screams in such pain that the Tres Bestias all scream, feeling its agony.
The others watch as the massive giant falls out of the smoke of the explosion and crashes onto the ground, completely burned and destroyed. MetalGreymon pants, landing onto the ground before his body glows and reverts back to normal Greymon, drained by that last attack.
Ayon's body dissolves as the Tres Bestias' missing arms were restored but they were badly hurt. Rangiku watches all of this, taken back by how well the kids won.
Ruby pants heavily as does Sailor Moon, not expecting their teamwork to do it.
''Nice job buddy! That should-'' Taichi declares with a big smile until they see an explosion nearby. They watch as Mew Ichigo is in the air, dodging swings from Harribel's sword lance.
''Harribel-sama!'' The Tres Bestias utter in alarm as do the others for their cat girl comrade. ''Ichigo!''
Ruby frowns, not able to just sit around when Ichigo is probably facing someone even stronger. She dashes off to help her until multiple Gargantas open up from the sky and hundreds of Hollows rain down on the group. One of them nearly claws through Ruby but she spins around and slashes the Hollow in half, destroying it. She somersaults on a rooftop where she and the others are surrounded by so many Hollows. Even Greymon is surrounded, growling upset.
''Who summoned all of those Hollows?'' Rangiku questions, slashing a Hollow down only for 3 more to replace it.
From afar, Aizen smiles amused as he had reserves.
Hollows also surround Alicia and Selvaria who are clashing lances but they blow them away with their intense flames, burning them away with intense waves of flames.
Sailor Moon screams as she dodges around the Hollow attacks while Greymon tries slashing or blasting his but they were too small to hit.
''Taichi, there's too many!'' Greymon roars, not able to land a single hit. Taichi gets frustrated, not able to keep up with their movement.
''Taichi-chan, any new plans?!'' Sailor Moon begs loudly, ducking a claw swipe as Ruby is shooting her group down but more still pop in to surround her.
Taichi groans, not even sure as he complains. ''Wish Izzy was here for this.''
Mew Ichigo lands on a rooftop as Harribel gets behind her, swinging downward but the cat girl performs an expertly backflip, evading the slash as it blows a hole where she stood.
The cat girl gets some distances away from her, panting as she's really-
Her eyes narrow to the side and they widen to see everyone struggling by the hundreds of Hollows attacking them.
"Everyone Nya!'' She utters, about to leap over there to help them but Harribel appears right in front of her, thrusting her sword lance but the cat girl extends her Strawberry Bell with both hands and forms a pink barrier, blocking the weapon. Sparks fly out as Harribel grinds her lance downward and then launches her swing upward, actually sending the cat girl in her barrier up into the air. Mew Ichigo hisses, bracing herself by the strong acceleration of the thrust as the Espada raises her lance up over her. Swirls of large amounts of water condense around her blade before she utters out, taking aim at the cat girl and her barrier. ''LA GOTA!'' She fires the water as a black which resembles a shark's tooth.
Mew Ichigo panics as her barrier tanks the attack but it pierces halfway through it. This shocks the cat girl, relieved as she descends down towards a rooftop… only for Harribel, still locking aim, proceeds to fire multiple of the same blasts in rapid succession. The cat girl panics as the blasts hit her over and over, each one piercing into her barrier before the last one is bigger and slams into her barrier, cracking through halfway too but sends her crashing through multiple buildings. She screams in agony as she comes out of the fifth and immediately drops her barrier, somersault over the shark tooth energy attacks that fly past her and she barely manages to land on a rooftop on all fours though she skids her feet to stop herself.
She breathes heavily, getting on all fours. Harribel is too strong for her. How did she expect to even fight her alone?!
''Are you finished?'' Mew Ichigo as Harribel floats above her, turning to look at the Espada looking down at her rather sad. ''Then I will make this painless.''
Slashing down another Hollow, Ruby turns to see Mew Ichigo struggling. She bites her lips as she has to do something for her friend, squeezing tightly on the grip of her Crescent Rose- She then gasps, realizing what she can do!
Nodding, Ruby lets out a scream as leaps up into the air with her Semblance, twirling around rapidly. ''ICHIGO!'' She times it as she spins one more time and then throws the Crescent Rose, spinning rapidly like a cyclone towards the cat girl.
Mew Ichigo turns and widens her as she moves to the side, watching the Crescent Rose swing and she catches it with both hands by its grip. Harribel watches confused as the cat girl looks at the elegant scythe.
''Ruby's…'' She utters out, not sure how to feel but she smiles, not going to fail her.
Seeing enough, Harribel fires another Gota at the cat girl who turns towards the attack and smirks as she twirls the scythe with one hand before an eruption of lightning flies across the blade.
''RIBBON CHIDORI BLADE!'' The water shot is slashed in half by the strong swing of the cat girl, coating the scythe of her friend with her Ribbon Chidori. Harribel startles as Mew Ichigo gazes at her, shouting as she swings again. ''RIBBON CHIDORI SLASH!'' She fires a pink electrical wave from her swing that hits Harribel but she repels it with her lance, piercing through it before she is shocked by it.
''You just don't quit.'' Harribel utters out, descending to stare at the cat girl who smirks and charges at her.
Ruby watches from a distance, slowly descending while whistling that Yang would be proud of the toss. She does wonder how the others are-
''Ruby-chan, look out!'' She blinks, hearing Sailor Moon's screams; Ruby turns as she's smacked onto the pavement of a rooftop by a large Hollow. It dazes the dark red head as the Hollow howls and dives down at her. Taichi and Sailor Moon are too far away to reach her.
Ruby only manages to turn to see the Hollow opening its mouth to rip Ruby apart with them until a fist connects across his face.
''GET AWAY FROM MY LITTLE SIS!'' Shouting out fiery, the flaming fist cracks through the Hollow's face and slams it crashing onto a building's side, destroyed. The one who did it and none other than Yang, smirking through her eyes burn bright red of her Semblance.
''Yang?!'' Ruby utters out, blinking awkwardly. Yang lands in front of her, turning as she grins. ''Yo! Couldn't let some monster hurt my little sis.''
Ruby blushes, just happy to see her. Multiple Hollows come down at them only for them to be shredded by multiple bullet shoots that are ricocheted by multiple Glyphs surrounding the Hollows. The bullets bounce around them like ping pong balls, destroying the Hollows.
Just then, landing beside Yang is both Blake and Weiss, sighing as that was exhausting.
''Weiss, Blake!'' Ruby shouts excitedly, jumping back up on her feet.
''Honestly, what would you do without us.'' Weiss tells her with a confident smirk while Blake smiles. ''She actually missed you.''
''N-NO I DIDN'T!'' Weiss yells embarrassed. Ruby can't help but cry joyfully as she hugs all three, squeezing them affecting. Blake blushes shyly as Weiss puffs her cheeks, deeply liking this. Yang smiles, missing her too.
Sailor Moon sees this, smiling as more Hollows are-
''MARS FIRE!'' A wave of flames ignites and burns through the Hollows around Sailor Moon. She gasps, recognizing those flames as Sailor Mars along with the rest of the Sailor Guardians arrive.
''Mars, everyone!'' Sailor Moon yelps joyfully to see her friends. Mars smiles to see her well, praising their leader. ''Good to see you're doing well without us, Us-''
Sniffing, the girls blink to see Sailor Moon lowering her head and rubbing her eyes.
''Eh, Usagi-san?'' Sailor Mercury asks worryingly until Sailor Moon erupts in tears and hugs all of them, finally crying out from all the experience she went through today.
''WHY DID I AGREE INTO COMING TO THAT PLACE?!'' She cries out loudly, finally complaining about it all to them as she sobs heavily. The four just blink awkwardly with Jupiter uttering unease. ''O-our leader huh?''
''That's our Usagi-chan!'' Venus, however, giggles as it wouldn't be their leader if she's not freaking out.
Giving her a moment of comfort, Sailor Moon sniffs loudly before she utters out, full of energy and determination. ''YOSH! Let's beat these monsters, Sailor Guardians!''
''Yes ma'am!'' The other Sailor Guardians respond as they come charging at the other Hollows attacking Greymon.
As that is happening, Mew Ichigo is evading around Harribel's sword slashes as she tries to swing with Ruby's scythe but the Espada easily repels each of her swings before the last one pushes the cat girl back. She pants, not used to wielding a scythe though it is oddly-
''Why do you keep fighting?'' The Mew Mew looks at the Espada, questioning her choice for being here, for even fighting, for this life she's chosen. ''You're more of a normal human girl than someone to be part of this world.'' Mew Ichigo hesitates as those words are something her old self wanted deeply.
She charges, thrusting her sword lance at her but the cat girl evades it by leaping and twirling her body, inches from touching her as she then kicks her but the Espada withstands it easily.
''You have people you love. Stop risking your life when you don't have to!'' Annoyed, Harribel yells at Ichigo's choice before she takes aim with her lance and shouts. ''LA GOTA!''
Mew Ichigo panics as the Espada fires another water blast. She plans to slash it until a familiar voice shouts. ''RIBBON MINT ECHO!'' A blue energy arrow shoots from out of nowhere and pierces through the water drop attack, exploding before it touches the cat girl.
''You're welcome by the way!'' Mew Ichigo, gasping, turns around as the one who fires that arrow from afar is Mew Mint, smirking with regal and she's not alone as the other Mew Mews are with her. Ichigo's eyes water, closing them before she smiles happily. ''Minto, everyone!'' She eyes them all, especially Mew Erika. Ichigo blushes warmly as does Erika.
''I called them woof!'' Mew Plum tells her with a grin, figuring they'll need all the help against these Hollows.
Mew Ichigo nods as she makes an order. ''Then help the others and save the day, Mew Mews!''
''Yes, leader!'' They all shout in union before they dash away to engage the Hollows.
Sighing like a breath of relief washed her doubts, Mew Ichigo turns around to face Harribel before finally answering her question. ''You asked why I'm doing this?'' She points her finger at the Tres Bestias watching from afar, badly wounded. ''I'm doing what you would have done for them Nya!''
This shocks Harribel as the cat girl heroine proclaims with a firm expression. ''I never asked for this life, it was placed on me by two who needed girls to protect the Earth's future. Selfish yes; I didn't like it. I honestly hated being turned into this cat girl but I can't deny how much happier I am too!''
Her expression becomes a smile, showing how much Ichigo has changed from the girl who wanted to leave this world behind at the last second to the heroine who wants to protect love and hope.
''Because thanks to these powers, I can protect others; I can always give it my all to save and protect those I love Nya!'' Mew Ichigo declares passionate, crouching slightly before dashing at top speed in her Ribbon Thunder Armor mode, and swings Ruby's scythe at her. Harribel repels the swing as the cat girl keeps swinging, using her agile speed to move swiftly and fast but Harribel still manages to keep up but not for long.
''And I met so many like me, including Yugi-kun!'' Ichigo then says, grateful for all the friends she's met; both her fellow Mew Mews and everyone of Team Dragon Knight that went to save her, even Kojan. She swings the scythe in a certain downward swing that she forces Harribel's sword to stab into the ground to her shock.
''This cat girl is also me and I am her!'' The Mew Heroine declares smiling, using her left hand to manifest Ribbon Chidori and she swings her arm at Harribel's guardless front. ''Human or Mew Mew; I am still Ichigo Momomiya who loves those around me and want to protect them and this wonderful world!''
Harribel watches as she cracks a small smile. Suddenly spirals of water wrap around Mew Ichigo's arm to her surprise as it pulls and sends her flying backwards with such force that she loses grip of the Crescent Rose, flying off and hitting the side of a building wall. The water becomes like tentacles that wrap around the cat girl, panicking.
Breathing, Harribel responds back. ''Then I will do what I can to protect those I love too.'' She raises her lance at the cat girl, helpless to break free from the water binds. She now comes at the cat girl, preparing to impale her until Mew Ichigo's eyes glow a brighter pink and a light shine across her body, vaporizing the water.
This shocks the Espada as the cat girl nearly evades the thrust and then kicks her across the face, sending her flying upward. Harribel stops herself, panting as the cat girl looks up at her, glaring at all fours as she's not going to lose.
She wanted to avoid this but now Harribel has no choice. Raising her sword lance, she announces as swirls of water form around it. ''This is my final attack.''
Mew Ichigo watches terrified as the water grows and enlarges massively. She bites her lips, hesitating to ask for the power of the other Mew Mews as they're fighting the Hollows. With just her Strawberry Bell alone, Ichigo wishes she still had the Mew Aqua Love Rod.
Sparks flying as their lances clash, Alicia notices the fight going on for a single gaze and realizes Ichigo can't do this alone. Breathing, Alicia bashes her shield against Selvaria that slams her back and then shouts, twirling around rapidly and thrusts her lance towards the cat girl. ''ICHIGO, CATCH!'' The throw was precision, flying and descending in an arc.
Mew Ichigo turns around just in time as Alicia's Valkyria lance crashes in front of her. Selvaria is taken back by this, questioning Alicia. ''W-why would you-''
''Selvaria, I was a weak child when we met.'' Alicia interrupts the Azure Witch, looking at her with a smile. ''But through you, I learned what was more important; to show trust and kindness to others.'' She smirks, raising her shield forward. ''I won't fail another friend again and I won't stop trying until I can reach your hand!''
Selvaria glares calmly and just charges at her.
Mew Ichigo grips on the lance's hilt and picks it up, staggering a bit by how heavy it feels but she can wield it with both her hands. She turns to see Alicia giving her a thumbs up as she guards against Selvaria's onslaught.
''Alicia-chan…'' Ichigo utters, touched by her friend's decision to give her weapon. She looks up at Harribel, gathering all of the water in the area for this final attack.
''Even with that, you can't win without me.'' Ichigo stirs with a narrow gaze, hearing the voice of the Inner Tiger, tempting her with her power. The cat girl, however, frowns as she immediately protests telepathically. ''I already told you this, didn't I Nya? I don't need your power because I have mines, everyone's Nya!''
Squeezing the grip of the lance, Mew Ichigo proclaims as she positions the weapon aiming at the Espada but pulls back. ''Let's end this, Harribel-san!'' She comes running at full speed before leaping up right towards her.
Harribel looks at her, narrowing her eyes rather sad but not going to stop. She charges up all the water into this final attack.
''RIBBON…'' Mew Ichigo begins to utter, raising Alicia's weapon as ribbons of electricity flying across her and they spiral around the Valkyria lance.
Harribel frowns before she declares loudly, swinging her lance sword and firing her attack. ''CASCADA!'' She launches a rushing, massive surge and torrent of water at the cat girl.
The Tres Bestias try to shout at the catgirl to stop but she doesn't, instead advancing as her eyes glow brightly with a pair of energy angelic wings forming on her back for a single moment, almost letting her fly at the Espada.
''STRAWBERRY CHIDORI LANCE!'' Ichigo shouts out passionately, thrusting the lance as it's covered in pink magical-electrical attack as it spirals rapidly like a drill. The two attacks connect and clash, water and electrical floating between them in such a collision like a geyser clashing against lightning.
Harribel glares as she releases more surge of water into her attack, about to consume the cat girl until the Espada widens her eyes as the drilling, energy attack of Mew Ichigo penetrates through the blast. The Espada is shocked as she quickly tries to block the lance but it penetrates through her sword and electrifies her, watching for a brief moment of Ichigo with a pair of angelic wings. Harribel screams by the intense electricity flowing through the lance before Mew Ichigo pushes forward, crying out as she slams her and crashes onto a rooftop.
The Tres Bestias all panic, thinking Ichigo stabbed their leader, as they try to use Sonido to reach her, shouting in horror. ''HARRIBEL-'' But as they get there; they're surprised that Harribel is staring down, pinned down by the lance aimed at her face but that was it.
Mew Ichigo breathes heavily, withdrawing the lance off her before she looks at the partly damaged but defeated Espada.
''Ichigo…'' Tier utters as the cat girl smiles softly, asking her. ''Good fight, right Nya? Now, will you listen?''
''… Why?'' The Espada questions her, not believing that she's okay with this knowing that they are enemies.
Mew Ichigo just hums, pretending she has no clue before answering her joyfully. ''I don't hurt those precious to me either. I just open up more to them Nya.'' She holds forward her hand towards her, asking her kindly with blushing cheeks. ''Will you open up to me too?''
Harribel looks at her with such surprise on her face. She chose to not kill her because… because she… She's always been protecting her girls for nearly her whole existence so it feels nice that someone else cares for her. She slowly smiles, moving her left hand towards the cat girl. To think… She befriended a human.
The Tres Bestias are silent, not going to interrupt as they kinda… they want this.
Evangeline sighs, impressed Ichigo won her fight and lasted as long as she did but now she won't even kill her opponent is rather boring.
Aizen watches this from afar and sighs of disappointment, hoping that if Ichigo fought someone as motive and important as how he expected Harribel would be with the girl due to their similar traits; it would force her to rely on the Inner Demon's power. Shame; he'll just have to bring out that power through another more extreme method like-
''RIBBON BLACKBERRY LANCE!'' Her ears twitching, Mew Ichigo widens her eyes as moving at intense speed is a thrown spear, spiraling rapidly right towards the cat girl's back. She panics, trying to turn only to be pushed aside by Harribel, standing up with Sonido and instead she's stabbed through by the black lance. She gasps out heavily blood from both her mouth and the wound through her stomach before the lance rams her onto a building, literally impaling her into it.
The moment was too fast as the Tres Bestias are all paralyzed in horror as is Mew Ichigo with a dreaded expression.
''HARRIBEL-SAMA!'' They scream in tears, dashing to her aid. Aizen is surprised by this, for a moment, as his eyes narrowed to a figure suddenly appearing and sitting on the edge of a rooftop, her feet dangling playfully while posing rather sexually.
''Hehe, so this is an interesting party.'' Mew Blackberry proclaims, looking down at the cat girl with a glow in her eyes. ''Weren't you planning to invite your big sister, Ichigo-Onee-chan.''
''You…'' Her eyes pulsing as she recalls all the pain from her first confrontation, Mew Ichigo slowly gazes with such hate towards the evil lion girl, still grinning. She can't ever forget that evil and what did.
Mew Erika spots her too, glaring mad as she never saw her appearing with her visions. Is she unaffected by that too?
''YOU CRAZY BITCH!'' Narrowing her eyes away from the pink Mew Mew, the black lion girl eyes an enraged Apacci as Mila-Rose and Sung-Sun manage to rip the lance off the bleeding and unconscious Harribel, getting her off the building.
''Oh?'' Uttering excitedly, Mew Blackberry just grins sadistically as if to taunt her and the other Arrancars glaring just as vengeance as Apacci. ''She was special? Well I hope I can behead her. That way I get to see your expressions.'' All while she licks her lips.
Snapping, the Tres Bestias yell out as they come charging at her. The lion girl grins as she vanishes and is already charging at the three with much faster speed… until Mew Blackberry suddenly leans to the right, just dodging the throw Valkyria lancer from sniping her head. The weapon stabs into the side of a building, halfway through that side of its wall.
Stopping as she somersaults onto another rooftop, Mew Blackberry eyes that it was Mew Ichigo who threw the lance.
''Ichigo, don't you dare-'' The blue haired Arrancar tries warning the cat girl but almost like she's not even there, the cat girl turns to her and begins yelling at her. ''Bring Ringo, the red haired, to Harribel. She can heal her.''
This surprises the Tres Bestias as Sung questions her surprise. ''W-why would-''
''I SAID HEAL HER NOW!'' Yelling madder, Mew Ichigo glares furiously at all three. ''She and I have a score to settle and I want NO ONE ELSE INVOLVED!''
They're silent as they've never seen her this angry before. Even the brightness of her eyes are like daggers with the sudden change of her sharp pupils.
''Well?'' Uttering ominously, Mew Ichigo orders them firmly. ''Go.''
Actually scared by that part, the Tres Bestias vanish with Sonido to get this Ringo. Mew Ichigo turns halfway, one eyes glaring with murderous intent towards Mew Blackberry who grins viciously.
''What good is one's strength when this monster surpasses you.'' The Inner Tiger asks her host, cooing as she's just as vicious in killing the lion before the cat grins. ''Now will you listen, my dear Ichigo~''
"… Yes~'' Responding mentally, Mew Ichigo's expression becomes an evil grin; so enraged that she doesn't care what happens to her. Immediately a rush of dark pink energy wraps around the Mew Heroine, shrieking before she growls monstrously as she's trying to transform into that form.
Mew Erika feels this hateful power as she blasts a Hollow with a venomous blast from her tail.
''No, Ichigo!'' She yells out, turning as she sees the wild energy beginning to wrap around her friend.
Even Yugi feels it, worryingly but he can't stop her with the fight he's in.
Evangeline giggles, hoping for this moment with Arkham commenting, his gaze towards Mew Lettuce for a moment before looking at the cat girl. ''How ironic. Seems her emotions she's so proud of are also her greatest weakness and power too.''
Aizen watches as he slowly grins, his eyes fixated at the radiate-
Smirking, Mew Blackberry vanishes and appears in front of the shocked cat girl before tapping her forehead. As she did, the violent energy surrounding Mew Ichigo vanishes as her eyes revert back to the normal pink eyes. This takes Aizen of surprise, humming as this evil Mew Mew is quite unique.
She gasps in horror, not able to feel the power that the-
''Inner Tiger huh?'' Mew Ichigo panics as Mew Blackberry grabs her by the throat with one hand and literally lifts her up, smirking. ''I see that pet still cares about its mistress after all this time but it has no place in our fight Nya~''
Evangeline narrows her eyes as she orders Sasuke telepathically. ''Sasuke, change of plans.''
Still in his fight against Wizard, Naruto and Judai; Sasuke stops as he turns around to see Mew Ichigo being choked. This was enough as he manifests his Susanoo and takes aim not at the three he was fighting but at Mew Blackberry, firing a shot. The purple energy arrow fires off at top speed and nearly snipes the lion's head but her ears twitch and she's forced to drop Mew Ichigo to dodge the arrow with a backflip. The arrow pierces through multiple buildings, destroying them.
Gasping, Mew Ichigo drops to her knees as she turns around in a daze to see the purple Susanoo and Sasuke. The Uchiha looks at Naruto before he vanishes instantly and reappears, standing in front of Mew Ichigo and against Blackberry who scowls.
''Damn that boy, why would he interrupt such a-'' Arkham questions the Uchiha's decision but Evangeline answers firmly. ''I ordered him to.''
The masked villain hums, now making more sense as Dark Evangel smirks, explaining herself. ''Other for Akumu; I don't want a beast to take control, I want someone fully committed into becoming a literal devil.'' Grinning as Ichigo can become quite a devil if she was trained.
Calmed down, Mew Ichigo pants as she looks at Sasuke from his back and asks him hesitantly. ''W-why Nya?''
''… For opening my eyes.'' Sasuke responds, not going to forget what she did for him and her words about Itachi before his fight. Now he appreciates her before he tells her coldly. ''Now beat it. Go to your Dragon Knight.''
The cat girl is so confused but she won't argue, standing up woozy before leaping away. Sasuke scoffs with a small smile before he scowls and shouts. ''Selvaria, Metal Sonic!''
Selvaria stops her attack on Alicia, looking at her before she vanishes. Metal Sonic is in a deadlock with Sonic, Spin Dash VS Spin Dash until Metal hears the command and vanishes to Sonic's confusion.
The two soon appear beside the Uchiha while Mew Blackberry glares irritated by these three standing in her way from her sister.
''You dare, mortals!'' Mew Blackberry growls furiously for ruining her playtime. Sasuke scoffs, twirling his katana before raising it forward as his Mangekyou Sharingan eyes glow.
''Let me show you what true hatred is like.'' He proclaims as his Susanoo manifests and lets out a powerful shriek, echoing across the battlefield. Selvaria responds, releasing her blue fiery Valkyria aura and Metal Sonic transforms into Neo Metal as his eyes glow even redder.
Mew Ichigo watches from afar, frowning and looking down as she wants to beat her but even when she succumbs to the Inner Tiger. She… Ichigo can't even think straight, looking down defeated all while Evangeline smirks, looking forward to making her enjoy this.
''Ichigo-kun…'' Yugi utters, feeling his kitten's heart in agony. He frowns, glaring annoyed at Tosen and his fly-like Hollow form as he shrieks loudly. ''LET THIS BE YOUR GRAVE, HUMAN!''
The Dragon Knight just glares, not going to let this pointless fighting continue.

The battles rage even harder as Yugi's battle against the Hollow transformed Tosen is about to reach its climax. Enraged by the idea of justice and killing for the sake of winning; Yugi prepares to settle things and finally confront Aizen unless the Primera Espada stands in his way.
Jonouchi: Damn it, now that crazy lion girl that looks like Momomiya is here!
Masaya frowns madly: Mew Blackberry.
Anzu: I honestly thought you were overreacting with the appearance but geez, yea.
Honda: Yugi better hurry up and help her out.
Mew Plum overhears them and nods, hoping he does too: He will… *blinks as the narrator is waiting for her* OH! Well next time in Yu-Gi-Oh! Dragon Knight Reborn: Bonds that You Protect! Ichigo-chan?

Author's Note: I'm honestly surprised I managed to do a Mew Ichigo-like chapter but since Ichigo has been well not the main focus, here she is. I like setting stuff from past stuff into something like this.
I wanted to extend Alicia vs Selvaria Round 2 a little longer but I chose not to, wanting to save that big clash in the future.
Just curious, Ayon is a fucking monster but I really doubt it could beat MetalGreymon. Like literally. It's a beast vs a cyborg dinosaur with a giant metal claw, metal plated chest that can shoot missiles with teeth or an energy blast and has BUTTERFLY WINGS that work?! But where is Alterous Mode? Not yet.
Also nice to have done the arrivals of Team RWBY, the Sailor Guardians and the Mew Mews. Against an army of Hollows, yea, this was needed.
Now the big thing of this chapter. Would canon Mew Ichigo- No. Not the original or the TMM New version; Harribel would have DESTROYED HER and still held back too. Like I have said many times in the past; a DKR character will be stronger or better than their canon version. For example, DKR Naruto with Sage Mode bodied Nnoitra even with help. Or DKR Jonouchi dueling better even up against someone like DKR Kaiba. And you know DKR Yugi is at this point in the current top tier alongside Darkus, Evangeline and Aizen… Obito too I guess? And Mew Ichigo is up there too. I just wanted to clarify this since someone would bring up "ICHIGO IS SHIT, LET HER DIE" like it happened to me when I first started DKR. Still pisses me off. So yes… DKR Mew Ichigo is no pushover and still has room to become more.
Anyway, this is a better fight and how Harribel was defeated than Aizen cutting her down because she failed. Mew Ichigo even with her Evolution Form V2 with the Crescent Rose and Alicia's lance managed to reach the Espada… only for Mew Blackberry to do the finishing blow. I added her as a last minute thing because it feels right to build up that hate/anxiety that Ichigo has towards the evil Mew Mew, plus to bring her back for this Volume too.
And of course the repayment Sasuke is giving to Ichigo after the advice she gave him before she engaged Kojan in Volume 5.
Next time is a small wrap up with Aizen's remaining forces before we get to the main fight. See you all there!
