A/N: Hello, I know this took more time then it should, but I was trying to write a chapter for my other fanfic, which you should try if you like Power Rangers, but I had a criativity block so decided to continue this one at the moment, and later update that one. Anyway good reading.

Chapter 3: Tanks a lot

"There you are from the old days Ace." Rex said while he read a book on his bedroom's floor as Ace ran around the room restlessly. "Man this limited edition book was worth every penny of those five months of allowance I paid for it." Ace started knocking things over. "Could you please calm down for a moment." The chibi carnotaurus stopped on Rex's book, he crouched and then went back to walk around. Rex looked at Ace and then turned back to his book, his gaze was met with a feces on it. His face turned into disgust. "Ace, your little piece of…" He shouted

"Oh, oh." Ace said before dashing through the halls, Rex followed him.

"what is happening…" Tsubaki tried to say, being interrupted by Rex who stumbled, falling over her. Rex quickly got up and chased Ace until outside. Tsubaki walked following them.

Max and Zoe who were playing with their partners turned their attention to Rex and Ace too. Rex was about to get Ace when Max held him from behind. Rex struggled trying to get free. "Let go of me, I am going to kill that dinosaur."

Paris tried to hide herself behind Zoe, scared of all the shouting. "What is happening?" Max asked his friend.

"I may have pooped on his new book." Ace said as he tried to hide himself behind Tsubaki.

"I spent all my savings on that book." Rex shouted.

"Rex, calm down." Zoe said.

"Hear Zoe, brother, I am sure he didn't mean it." Tsubaki said.

"I really didn't want to do that, it's just that I needed to do that." Ace said.

"Besides, with Max's dad in London we need to behave, or do you want Aki to discover our secret." Tsubaki said

"I don't care!I don't want to see you, Ace! You are the worst partner I could have!" Rex said before turning back, finally free from Max's grip, and walked back inside. Ace lowered his head

Aki walked outside passing by Rex. She turned her head to the blonde boy and then to the others. "What did happen?"

(Opening)

Every challenge we face is a new way to find,

(All the D-team stands in an open field, each one with their dinosaur, in chibi form on their side.)

the truth that was washed way

(Max plays with a full growth Chomp in the middle of a thunderstorm.)

Smash the the doubt you have,

(Rex walks with a full growth ace on an old mine.)

(Zoe dance alongside a full growth Paris in a beach near a bonfire)

The past is already over. So

(Tsubaki stands with a full growth Solar facing Seth, who just smiles.)

find a new hope, find the strength you need

(Many scenes of D-team fighting dinosaurs are passed.)

(Alpha gang stands in a room filled with many droids, Terry, Spiny and Tank in the background.)

Be a your own hero!

(D-team and Alpha gang's dinosaurs charges at each other as Solar flies right to the screen)

(The title appears)

At the alpha gang headquarter, Dr.Z finished to set a map on a table as Rod and Laura watched unsure about his idea. "Again, grandpa, why do you think this will work?" Laura asked.

"My dear, the bones of the dinosaurs will tell me where the next dinosaur will appear. This method uses the energy based on the fei shui from chickens." Dr.Z explained as he shook a small claw bone on his hands before rolling it on the map.

"Don't you think he has been a bit crazier than normal since the incident?" Rod whispered to his sister.

"Good thing Seth can make that medicine to keep this new level of craziness out, well atleast on great part of the time." Laura whispered back to him.

"London!" Dr.Z shouted, scarring the two kids.

"What do you mean?" Rod asked.

"I roll it and it always points to London. You know what that means?" Dr.Z said. The two siblings looked at each other before looking back at the doctor with worried eyes. "The next dinosaur will appear in London! What a genius I am"

"Grampa, I think you should use something a bit more scientific, instead of this fortune teller of yours." Laura said.

"Let's just leave him with the bones, the worst that can happen is he sends the three to London on a search for a dinosaur." Rod said as he and Laura left the room.

In London, talked to a blonde man inside a museum. "Let's get right down to business . I took a photo of the exhibition earlier, and when I inspected it closer I noticed a weird object in the corner." Spike said, handling the man a photography.

Meanwhile in the same museum, Ursula, Ed and Zander walked through a dark hall, Ed carrying many bags while Zander used a flashlight. "Can you believe it, we are in London in a crazy search for a dinosaur just because Dr.Z thinks they are magical or something, and, to be honest, I am surprised for you two for buying into it." Ursula said.

"But, Ursula, the only thing we did was just shopping anyway and we were supposed to search for a dinosaur." Ed said.

"Really I thought we were searching for designer stores" Ursula said sarcastically.

"That is understandable, it could have happened to anyone." Zander said before tripping over something and falling on the other two, making Ed drop all the bags.

Ursula fell on a vase making it fall along with a weird stone and an egg-like capsule. The capsule opened revealing a dinosaur card with purple details, the card then got covered by the dirt from the vase and started to glow. "I think we found the card!" Ursula said as she and the other two stepped back from the glow. The light faded and in place stood an ankylosaurid with a purple carapace and beige lower part. The light went on as an alarm sounded.

Many guards entered the room. "What are you three doing here? This part is restricted." One of the guards said as he and the others ran toward the trio not noting the dinosaur.

"Run, boys!" Ursula said as she and the three started running from the place.

"But what about the dinosaur?" Ed asked.

"Our freedom first then the dinosaur." Ursula replied

One of the guards stopped for a moment looking at the purple ankylosaurid for a moment, watching the tail of the dinosaur to swing. "Hey, since when do we have animatronics?" He questioned.

"Hey, come, they are escaping." Another one called him, the guard changed his focus to the invaders and got back on the chase. The ankylosaurid then started walking around.

"I really didn't mean it, if I knew that his book was so important I wouldn't have pooped on it, I would have done it in another place, like his bed." Ace tried to explain himself to the others, still outside Max's house. The three kids sighed.

"We really know you didn't mean it, but please don't poop on his bed." Zoe said as Solar played on her shoulder.

"Rex still needs to adapt to have you as a partner, not everybody matches so perfectly as me and Max." Chomp said, trying to cheer his friend.

"Again, not really helpful, but I get the spirit. All this is new to all of us and each of us have our own ways to adapt to it." Tsubaki started saying. "Maybe Rex hasn't understood that you are a great change in his life, just give it time and things will be fixed."

Ace looked down for a moment. "Are you sure?" He asked.

"I know my brother, he will forgive you in no time." Tsubaki answered right before their dino holders started to beep.

"A dinosaur!" Zoe said. Taking her dino holder from her pocket. "And it is in London."

"Let's go guys." Max said as he and the other two kids ran to the D-lab alongside their partners and Ace.

At the D-Lab, Rex was already on the teleporter when the others arrived with their partner and Ace. "I was expecting you." Reese, who was sitting monitoring the dinosaur signa, said as they rushed to the teleporter. Rex turned his face as Ace reached near making the dinosaur lower his head.

"London, right?" Max asked and Resse nodded. The four kids pressed their dino holders and a light involved them.

At the museum in London, and reached the area where the dinosaur had appeared. A light glowed in the middle of the room, the two gasped as the four kids of the D-team appeared in front of them. Spike shook his head for a moment. "Dad?" Max said, surprised.

"Kids? Is there a dinosaur here?" Spike asked.

"Yes, we came here because of it." Tsubaki answered. Spike then noted a giant hole on the wall

"Well, looks like we already know where the dinosaur went." Max said

"Then let's hurry up before someone poops in this situation." Rex said glaring at Ace. The carnotaurus ran away through the hole. Rex and Tsubaki started chasing him. "Where are you going Ace?"

"Zoe, Max is better if you two separate so you can cover more ground." Spike said and the kids nodded. "Grady,can you take me to the vigilance room so we can see where the dinosaur is?" the man that wasn't understanding anything nodded his head.

"But what about what you came here to see?" Mr. Brady asked.

"It can wait, there is a real dinosaur in your Museum." Spike said and rushed with him in the opposite direction of the hole.

Max and Zoe walked through the hole, they saw three ways following from that room. "Zoe, you go to the right and I go to the left since Rex went forward." Zoe nodded and the two kids ran in opposite directions.

With the Alpha gang, Ursula, Zander and Ed rested near a stair, the three panting. "Well that was quite a run." Ed said, taking a breath.

Ursula turned to where they came from. "We will need to search for the dinosaur now." She sighed.

The build rumbled, the three trying to hold themselves. Zander looked at the stairs near them. "We need to get that dino before it destroys this museum and buries us." He said then pulled Ed by the shirt. "I and Ed will stay on this floor. You take Terry and go upstairs to see if the dinosaur went there."

Ursula nodded and ran to the stairs. "Whoever finds it calls the others." She said. The two men started to walk.

Max and Chomp were now walking in a dark area filled with dinosaur models, Max had his cap lights on. "Hey, buddy, this is a perfect place for that dinosaur to hide, isn't it?" Max asked.

"Well, a good place for a herbivore to find a rest place and a good place for a carnivore to ambush its prey, really a good place." Chomp answered, Max's face changed into a fearful expression as he started to look from one side to another restlessly. "Oh, what is that?" He then rushed into the darkness.

Max looked around for a second before following Chomp. "Don't go all alone." He said. Max reached the triceratops trying to get on a triceratops statue. "What are you doing?"

Chomp looked down then to Max. "I just thought that it was a ceratopsid that was here." Chomp then walked back to Max. "And I…" Chomp then started to cry.

Max hugged his partner. "You aren't alone buddy, even if we don't get a ceratopsid card, you atleast have the D-team."

Chomp then shook his head. "Then let's get that dinosaur, Max!" The boy nodded. "Wait, I can smell something. It might be the dinosaur."

"Then let's go buddy." Max said following as his partner dashed into the darkness.

With Zander and Ed, they were walking through the halls of the museum, Ace passed running in front of them. "Wait, did you see that?" Zander asked with a smile to Ed.

"Isn't that one of the dinosaurs those brats used in Egypt?" Ed asked.

"Exactly! So let's go get it" Zander said as he and Ed ran toward the dinosaur. The two crashed on Rex and Tsubaki making the four fall.

Rex was the first one to get back on his feet. He turned to the the Alpha gang members. "What are you guys doing here, and how do you always follow us around?" Rex said before running to where Ace went. "I have a bigger mess to take care of now."

"That was what I was going to say. And you can forget about getting that Saichania" Zander claimed before turning to Tsubaki and narrowing his eyes. The girl got back on her feet and followed her brother. He turned to Ed. "Was it just me or that girl had an Archeopteryx on her shoulder?"

The two were interrupted by a wall near them being destroyed, making the two scream, from the dust the Saichania emerged and ran through the hall.

"Well, he was right, this is a bigger mess." Ed said.

With , he and Mr. Brady reached a room filled with a panel filled with screens. Spike started to look at each of them. "Where are you, dinosaur…" He said searching for it. He finally spotted the ankylosaurid. "A saichania! That is amazing." He turned to Mr. Brady. "Where is that?"

The man turned to the screen and analyzed for a moment. "It is the Egypt exhibition, I can take you there." Spike nodded and the two dashed out of the room. "Come on, Max… Hi, son. We know what dinosaur it's, it's a Saichania and it's in the Egypt exhibition." Spike said as he rushed through the museum halls.

Zoe and Paris were walking through the halls. "Paris." Zoe called and the chibi parasaur looked up as the two walked. "With Rex and Ace having some problems, I was thinking that we should try to get to know each other better."

"What do you want to know?" Paris asked shyly.

"What you liked to do when you were in the Cretaceous, did you have any siblings, did you live alone or in a herd…" Zoe started making questions without a breath, just stopping when she had seen Paris hide herself behind a vase.

"Why so many questions?" Paris said, shivering.

"I am sorry, Paris, forgot you are a bit shy." Zoe said, lowering herself to pet Paris. "Wanna know one thing? You don't need to answer me. Just having you on my side is enough." Paris smiled and started licking Zoe.

Zoe 's dino holder rang. "Zoe? can you hear me?"

"Yes, Max."

"My dad said the dinosaur is in the Egypt exhibition, go there. I am already on my way." Zoe nodded. and turned her dino holder off.

"Looks like we know where to go now." Paris said.

Behind a wall, Ed and Zander watched the two girls. "Well, Look what we got here" Zander said as he and Ed revealed themselves. The girls turned their gazes to them.

"You two just gave us the dinosaur's location and are about to lose a battle too." Ed said.

"You are the Alpha Gang!" Zoe said getting up and drawing her dino shot.

Zander drew his alpha scanner and swiped Spiny's card. "Alpha slash! Time for revenge, Spinosaurus!" He said. A blue light appeared and took form before vanishing, leaving in place the full growth spinosaurus.

Spiny roared as he appeared. "The small parasaur that hit me on those pyramids, let's see how you handle me without the help of your friends." The spinosaurus said.

Zoe looked to Paris for a moment, the chibi dinosaur nodded. Zoe raised her hand and Paris turned into a card in her free hand. Zoe swiped the card on her dino holder. "Dino slash! Blossom parasaurolophus" A green light shone and took form before vanishing leaving in place Paris in a full growth form.

Paris charged at Spiny, sliding him on the ground a bit. "I will win this." Paris said, roaring at the spinosaurid.

"I wouldn't be so sure, miss." Zander said.

"Wait, you can understand her?" Zoe said, shocked. "How?"

"This is none of your business." Ed said.

Spiny charged at Paris, She tried to headbutt his chest but he stepped aside and bit her neck holding her into his jaws. He then raised her from the ground and threw her into a wall.

"Paris are you ok?" Zoe asked.

"Yeah, but I don't know for how long." Paris said, getting back on her feet.

"Time to get our game on then." Zoe said as she pulled a move card from her pocket. "Green tackle!" She swiped the move card and shouted. A circle of green light appeared around Paris and some vines started emerging from the ground, wrapping around the spinosaurus. Paris running at Spiny

"Zander, time to show our new trick." Spiny said as the vines covered his body.

Zander took out a move card. "Let's show them a Shockwave!" He shouted as he swiped the move card. A blue light glowed around Spiny, water flowed around him, washing the vines away. Spiny roared and the flows of water were fired at Paris sending her into the air as they hit her.

The parasur fell to the ground right behind Zoe "Oh, No." Zoe said as she turned around to see her partner in a bad state.

With Rex and Tsubaki they finally cornered Ace. in an exhibition with some sarcophagus and many displays with jewelries. "Why do you keep following me?!" Ace shouted. "Wasn't you who said I was the worst partner?" Rex looked down.

"Look Ace, I said that when I was angry at you, I am still trying to process everything that happened this week. You are something I am not used to yet, so I will need you to forgive me." Rex said before stretching his hand to Ace.

"Just promise to never call me that again."

"If you don't poop on another thing of mine." Rex joked and Ace nuzzled Rex's hand. "Now let's get that dinosaur.

Tsubaki looked to the side and gasped. "I think we already found it." She said pointing her finger at the Saichania that was standing right behind them. The ankylosaurid roared and turned around before trying to swing its tail at them, Tsuaki jumped out of the way but Rex got paralyzed by fear. Ace jumped on Rex making the boy fall right before the club hit him.

A roar was heard and the two turned to see Terry charging at the Saichania. The kids and their dinos stepped away from the clash.

"Ace, can you take care of this?" Rex asked and the carnotaurus nodded. Rex clicked on a button on his dino holder and Ace turned into a card on his hand. "Dino slash! Blow them away carnotaurus." He then swiped the card shouting. A light blue light appeared in front of the two kids and transformed into Ace's full growth form.

Ace charged at Terry making the tyrannosaurus step back after the chirped happily from Tsubaki's shoulders. Ace roared but then got hit by the tail club of the saichania right on his side, sending him back a bit. "Hey, saichania, we are on your side." Tsubaki complained. The three dinosaurs stared at each other.

The saichania charged at Ace, when close it turned around and swung its tail but Ace jumped over. Terry used the opportunity to charge, biting the ankylosaurid tail and holding on it before turning around and throwing it on a wall. Ace then tackled the tyrannosaurus side making him step back. "He still has a chance to get it." Rex said, preparing to use his move card.

Terry advanced toward the carnotaurus and tried to bite his neck, Ace moved back. Terry turned around and swung his tail hitting Ace's face. "Looks like we are already warmed up." Ursula said, stepping into view, her alpha scanner and a move card on hands.

"So, you decided to show yourself." Tsubaki said. Terry tackled Ace into a wall. "Ace!"

"Paris, get up please." Zoe said as she eyed Spiny slowly approaching them. The parasaurolophus tried to get up but failed, staying in the ground right before changing back into a card. The girl took the card and gulped down.

"What, little girl? not so strong without your friend?" Spiny said, opening his jaws.

"Zoe!" Max shouted as he and Chomp reached the battle.

"Max?!" Zoe said surprised. "I need help. Paris was defeated."

Max and Chomp nodded, Max pressed his dino holder and Chomp turned into a card on his hand. "Dino Slash! Roar triceratops!" Max shouted as he swiped the card. Chomp appeared in his full growth form in front of the two.

"Looks like I will take my revenge for Egypt" Chomp said before charging at the spinosaurus. The dinos locked their heads in a fight for space, after a moment Chomp threw Spiny head away and headbutted his chest making him step back.

"Let's finish this." Max said, drawing his move card from his pocket. Zander and Ed stepped back knowing what was coming. "Electric Charge!" He swiped the move card. A yellow light glowed around Chomp, some storm clouds appeared above him, a thunderbolt hit him, Chomp's frill started shining as electricity flew through them. He charged at Spiny.

"Can't we just resolve this with tea?" The spinosaurus said right before the contact with the triceratop's horns. An electric ball formed right before collapsing, electrifying Spiny and sending him flying. He fell hard into the ground before changing into a card.

Zander ran, taking the card. He turned to Ed and the two started running."Thanks, for the battle, now we need to get off of here. Max and Chomp smiled

"Good thing we heard the battle and came to the rescue." Chomp said showing off his frills

"Thanks, Max and Chomp, I don't know what would have happened if it wasn't for you." Zoe said before swiping Paris' card. "Are you okay?" She lowered herself to pet her.

"Thanks, sorry for not being able to do much." Paris said shyly.

Max turned Chomp back into his chibi form. "We still need to go to the Egypt exhibition, I heard the sound of a battle happening when me and Max were near it." Chomp said, pointing in the direction.

"Let's go then, Rex might need our help." Max said.

The saichania came back roaring at the t-rex. Terry turned to it. "Looks like you came right back into my arms, time to show you a Volcano Burst!" Ursula shouted the last part as she swiped the move card in her hand. A red light appeared around Terry, fire emerged from its open mouth, he did a circular move with his mouth before bringing his head to the ground. The fire from his mouth moved in line until reach the saichania erupting into a column of flames.

The saichania roared in pain before glowing in a purple light and turning back into a card. "I take it" Spike said as he used his whip to catch the card. When he tried to pull the card, Terry stepped on 's whip.

Ursula calmly walked to the end of the whip and took the card. "looks like the card is mine again." She said. A roar was heard and Ace tackled Terry to the ground.

"We can still take it Rex!" Ace said standing in front of Terry. the t-rex roared and charged.

Rex swiped his move card. "Cyclone!" He shouted. A light blue glow appeared around Ace, clouds appeared above his head and a column of air descended into a cyclone around him, he then charged at Terry, the cyclone following his moves. He flipped the tyrannosaurus around and held in his tail before quickly starting to spin, then he threw Terry into a wall.

"That is it Ace." Tsubaki cheered.

The tyrannosaurus tried to get up but hadn't enough strength and glowed red before turning back into a card. At the same moment Zoe and Max arrived followed by their partners. "Well, I know when I am in a bad situation. But at least I got the card." Ursula said before running away.

Max tried to follow her but Dr. Taylor prevented him. "Why, dad? We have more dinosaurs than them.

"There isn't need for it, she already fled. And you will like to see the reason I came here in the first place." Spike said, the kids eyed each other with a confused expression on their faces. "Come with me and I will show you."

"Here it is, right, Mr. Brady?" Spike asked as Mr. Brady guided him and the D-team back to where the Alpha gang accidentally summoned the dinosaur. Spike took a step forward taking something from the ground. "Exactly what I thought it was."

"What was the reason of all this?" Tsubaki said. Spike turned to them showing what he took from the ground, the D-team gasped.

"The earth stone?!" they shouted in unison.

"I spotted it on a photo of an exhibition of this museum when I was checking some news about paleontology." Spike explained. "Then I decided to come to check by myself." He brought his hand to his chin. "But it didn't glow when I touched it."

"Can I see?" Max said, Dr. Taylor then handed him the stone. "Maybe it isn't just touching it, maybe the stone chose the user." Max Tried to explain. "Try it Rex." He handed him the stone.

As Rex touched the stone a purple glow covered him. Rex gasped and the light vanished. "Why, me? I was horrible to Ace." Ace approached Rex and nuzzled his leg.

"Well, you weren't the best partner to me." Ace said. "but you understood your mistakes and tried to fix them, and that is what matters." Rex then took Ace in his arms and hugged him.

"So cute." Zoe said.

"Cute." Solar said, making the kids and the dinosaurs turn to her.

Solar eyed around and tilted her head. Tsubaki took her and smiled. "Your first word, Solar."

"Cute, cute, cute." Solar continued to repeat the word many times. the kids started laughing.

"Let's see her." Zander said to Ed, they and Ursula were now back at the Alpha Gang HQ, Ed swiped the saichania card on his alpha scanner.

A chibi version of the ankylosaurid appeared in front of them, Terry and Spiny who were in their chibi forms approached her. "Hello, my armored friend." Spiny greeted.

"Can you not be weird?" Terry said, turning to him. "Pardon my semi-aquatic friend…" Terry turned to the saichania, before being met with her club tail.

"Who are you and where am I?"

"We are the Alpha Gang, my little Tank" Ursula said

-Well, now I think you can already predict that they won't just have the water stone but also the fire and earth ones too. The alpha scanners here doesn't need the stones to summon dinosaurs. I thought I had made Dr.Z say that on the first chapter, but I forgot. About Solar, she still a baby but with the flow of the story she will grow and slowly learn to use her Three moves. This chapter already shows it a bit with her saying her first word

To HunterHQ:

- Well, yes as you can see for the use of Green tackle, a DS, exclusive move, many things from the DS, and some others from the Arcade, which I won't be able to adapt very well since I haven't been able to play, will be adapted.

- I won't lie, but much of the inspiration for archeopteryx to be Tsubaki's main dinosaur came from Miku, from your fanfinc, eventhogh the moves she has will be very diferet from the ones Miku had.
