Shortly after Fu Hua leaves the dorm house something interesting happens to one slumbering Raiden Mei
Arcs of purple electricity coils around her body
With the bomb on her heart no longer active, the increase in Honkai energy in Mei's body has no negative effect on her
In fact, it doesn't even rouse her from her slumber
Her torso lifted off of the bed slightly as the lightning consolidated there
A purple gemstone of pure power leaves her body and Mei's body falls limp as the Herrscher core of thunder (along with the consciousness of the Herrscher of Thunder) has left its original host
"Did you truly believe that i wouldn't leave you behind, coward" the voice of the Herrscher silently echos from the core, "perhaps you will finally start to improve without me there to power your lackluster talent not that it'll matters any longer"
The core floated to the door and floated there for a moment, "while your body may be elsewhere, your mind remains trapped on that rooftop, and until the day that you leave that rooftop by your own power, you will remain… stagnant" the herrscher says, not that the sleeping girl can hear her
The core moved forward and somehow, fazed through the door

With how familiar the Herrscher of Thunder was with the Dorm house
there was no difficulty for the Core of Thunder to make its way to Kiana's room

The Core of Thunder floats over to the bed where Kiana and Ana are sleeping
But with how restless Kiana is in her sleep, even with Ana holding her tight
Ana for her part was mostly awake due to Kiana's restlessness
And one of her sharp, Ice Blue eyes was glaring at the Core of Thunder, but she didn't do anything as though there's an unspoken truce between the two of them
"What do you want?" Ana asks with a growl in her voice
"Nothing that will bring her harm" came the echoing reply from the core of thunder
Ana for her part just glared at the floating core
"If i were to cause her harm, even if unintentional, i am willing to take whatever punishment you and the other one have to throw at me" the Core of Thunder says to appease the Schariac
It was only after the Schariac lessened her glare that the Core of Thunder slowly descends towards Kiana and enters her body, forming a few arcs of purple lightning harmlessly coiling around Kiana and Ana
A few seconds after the Core of Thunder enters Kiana's body, Kiana, in her sleep lets out a blissful sigh and settles in Ana's arms
Ana keeps an eye on Kiana for a few more minutes to ensure nothing goes wrong before allowing herself to finally succumb to slumber

A white and purple haired girl lay strapped to a metal table
Her blue and gold heterochromia eyes showed fear and distress as she struggled against the metal bindings keeping her strapped down to the metal table
Around the painfully white lab like room are masked faceless "doctors" watching her with interest
One of them started approaching her with a syringe filled with liquid pain
The girl struggled harder as tears formed in her eyes
"No, please no," her breathing gets erratic as the individual gets closer with the syringe, "stop"
As the 'doctor' grabbed her hand, she screamed, "SOMEONE, PLEASE HELP ME!"
Almost as though by god's will, lightning strikes the facility
The lights in the room flicker as the 'doctor' with the syringe takes a few steps away from the girl
Sparks of purple electricity was all the warning that was given before the entire room was consumed by purple lightning
Everyone was attacked and killed
Everyone except the girl strapped to the metal table
For the girl, everything happened extremely quickly
For her, in one second the scary man was moving away from her
And the next, she was being gently cradled by a purple demon
She should be scared of the demon, terrified of it even
But she wasn't, because something about it felt nice
felt safe
And the girl fell asleep in the demon's arms
Rei, didn't know what to think
She knew that this dual haired girl with heterochromia eyes was Kiana
She didn't know what happened to her to make Kiana's mental image of herself be this child
And she will ask her when she gets the chance
There's a chance that Kiana, herself, won't be able to answer the question
And that's fine, they can figure it out together if that's the case
But for the time being…
Until the day that she can get a body for herself…
She will be here…
