Hey everyone I got another chapter ready for you hope you enjoy ive genuinely been pretty busy with work recently and in all honesty I just tend to just put so many projects I forget to do the ones I have a lot of work in, don't worry I don't intend to abandon this story I'm still writing and I intend to finish this story I still have a lot of stuff I want to put in this story but I'm putting extra into researching stuff so I'm able to at least able to represent places better than what I have. I've been putting too much now so enjoy the chapter and let me know what you think.

"WHERE IS MY SON THORLAN, I KNOW YOU HAVE HIM HERE" stoick yelled so loudly while he was running down the stairs to the great hall. Thorlan is confused as to what stoick is talking about so trying to diffuse the situation he speaks "chief stoick I do not know what you're talking about I didn't know you had a son" Thorlan spoke sincerely hoping to calm the angered chieftain down. The riders and heirs saw the whole ordeal while Oswald bertha and Mogadon was following out the great hall bertha and Mogadon were mainly looking for cami and thuggory while Oswald was secretly seething knowing what stoick did to his own son and his own tribe members, spitelout was following stoick while he is freaking out on Thorlan. The group stayed in the berserkers Hutt while the ordeal was being done, they knew spitelout would know who they were so they couldn't risk it while he was with stoick. Oswald was secretly seething since he knew what really happened with hiccup and stoick but he was trying to keep it together he knew the riders were hoping to avoid this confrontation so he was gonna do his best that they don't get involved but right now he was a bit stumped about what he should do now. He noticed two of his warriors nearby which gave him an idea he called them over." I need you two to get to the Hutt and lead our friends to the forest, they will need to make their way to the boat as discreetly as possible I will make my way to them as soon as I can, you'll need to make your way to the boat and help the guards in case someone gets suspicious" the two nod and make their way to the Hutt to get the riders to the forest. Bertha and Mogadon are now curious and decide instead of waiting they confront Oswald." Oswald do you happen to know anything about this situation?" bertha questioned as Oswald froze.

Stoick continued his verbal assault of Thorlan." I AM BEING AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE I KNOW MY SON IS ON THIS ISLAND NOW YOU WILL RETURN HIM OR I STOICK THE VAST OF BERK WLL WAGE WAR ON YOUR PITIFUL ISLAND" the chief of berk screamed in front of the entire village some looked on in disgust while others in fear they had no idea what the man is going on about while Thorlan is keeping himself neutral in the entire mess." I really do not appreciate how you are describing my tribes home right now stoick but we do not have your son, we did not know you had a son we had recently moved to this island so we are still trying to understand more about this archipelago we held this signing to learn about our neighbors and for our neighbors to see how our village is, we do not have anything to hide from you and we will not stand for your attitude towards us" he said sternly which helped calm the people around but was very on edge.

The berserkers Hutt

The riders were watching the entire transaction and just couldn't believe what stoick was willing to do to find hiccup this then brought the question what will berk do if they got them yes hiccup would probably fine because he was still stoicks son he hasn't disowned him again, but what about the other riders they weren't apart of any royal family or hold any power yes their parents were a part of the council but this didn't mean they were safe its clear their parents were not happy about them having dragons hell spitelout threatened to send snotlout off the island if he kept hookfang. They were terrified thinking they would be dead if stoick went and searched the houses. Hiccup felt ashamed to be the heir to berk with his father this way, his shame soon turned to fear for his friends what would happen if they went back, he was the heir, but his friends weren't, they would basically be at the mercy of the village. His thoughts were interrupted by two berserker warriors coming in." dragon riders the sent us to get you to the docks but you'll need to go through the forest it will be safer for you we will make our way down to the docks to guard the ship from anyone but you need to get there discreetly the chief will try to make his way to you" the riders nod at the warriors dagur cami and thuggory look to each other and thought it best they go with them at least until they get to the forest. The group snuck out the back of the Hutt to get to the forest still hearing the argument between the two chieftains.

It didn't take long for the group to make their way to the forest. The warriors stayed at the mouth while the riders and the heirs went into the forest. They went through the forest to find the port they weren't worried of any berkians being the forest as they walked, they saw different dragons around some were just sleeping around and some would be looking for food.

The group kept walking until dagur saw something that had him giddy but also saddened. He got the others' attention, and they saw what he was talking about, there was a Skrill on a large slab of rock it looked as if it was injured. Dagur looked back to hiccup, and he gave the berserker heir a nod as if to say to try but be careful. Dagur slowly made his way to the Skrill who had noticed the group was standing nearby and jumped into an intimidating stance in hopes of making the Vikings leave it alone. Dagur stopped for a moment when he saw the stance the dragon took, he looked back to hiccup for advice "take any weapons you have on you off and slowly approach show the dragon you will not hurt them" dagur nods as he slowly lifts his tunic showing a knife, the moment the Skrill saw the weapon it started to growl. Dagur soon slowly removed the knife and dropped it on the ground the Skrill soon calmed down slightly but still on edge from its injury. Dagur made his way to the Skrill while trying to talk as kindly as he could " hey there big guy I won't hurt you I might be able to help you if you'll let me" dagur said as he was able to get close enough to the Skrill that he was practically face to face with it he could hear hiccup in the back " now hold out your hand and you'll find out if the dragon will trust you" dagur turned around looking at hiccup " so this is how you and toothless did this" he slowly put his hand up like hiccup said while still looking at his brother" I don't know hiccup what if the dragon doesn't trust me I mean you got this whole thing with toothless before you were chosen to….." he didn't finish his sentence when he felt dragon scales on his hand then turned back and saw the Skrill had put its snout into his hand he looked amazed as the Skrill finally relaxes to his hand the riders look proud and hiccup has the biggest shit eating grin seeing his bro training a strike class like him already thinking what dagur will say now. Camicazi looked jealous now wanting a dragon of her own and thuggory was thinking about asking hiccup if he could help him train a dragon. Dagur soon started to carefully scratch the skrills neck as it was purring like a literal cat." See I'm not gonna hurt ya, now let's see what's bothering you so much" he looked at the Skrill and found it had a big cut on its leg leading to its stomach. Dagur looked at the cut concerned but he knew a good amount when it came to stitching and first aid he usually needed to know since his weapon addiction did end up hurting him in the worst times, so he knew how to deal with wounds. He turned to the group "hiccup, do any of you have any first aid this big guy has a bad cut" he looked to the riders as fishlegs comes up with a box with different herbs and bandages. After dagur got the box, he immediately started to patch up the Skrill by disinfecting the cut and wrapping where it had been cut to protect the wound soon enough the Skrill was wrapped up and was able to stand relatively easy with little discomfort not long after dagur helped it the Skrill looked at dagur in gratitude and respect. "Hiccup did I just earn a dragons trust" dagur looked over to the rider in question who has taken his mask off looks on with pride." Dagur, I think you just got your dragon" dagur soon smiled not long afterwards. Dagur soon looked to his new Skrill friend with curiosity "so if I'm gonna have a dragon I need to name you how does sparky sound" the Skrill shook its head no "lightning" again shaking no "oh I got it shattermaster" the Skrill thought on it and nodded yes. The group was impressed with dagur he just found a Skrill and just became friends with it. Now they had to get back to the boat but now they got a Skrill following them.

At the boat the berserker crew was tending to the ship making sure the ship would be seaworthy by the end of the next two days some was even chatting with some of the dock crew of thorhead some were learning a bit about the people of thorhead." So, you all are from all over you all must have a lot of stories to tell" a berserker crewman was asking a thorhead native" yes we are from different areas of the world we came in hopes of being able to finally find a place we can call home" the thorlan deck hand answered. The conversation continued until they heard sounds in the forest. "Wait you hear that" a deck hand pulled out a sword and a crewmen pulled out an axe. They both waited until the riders and heirs came out and they both instantly relaxed the berserker soon asked dagur the problem." Men, these guys need to hide here until we leave alright we need to make sure that no one gets curious but just in case let no one that isn't another berserker on this boat got it and don't harm the Skrill the dragon is with me" the berserkers look confused until shattermaster came out the forest curious of the new humans until he spotted dagur and walked up to him and the berserkers looked on in awe at seeing a Skrill upclose. Everyone soon had went about their business as the crewmen of the berserkers made to hide the riders and shattermaster right as two berkian crewmates came by with higstor laughing and joking about a multitude of different things. The riders let a breath out they were holding knowing the three were gone dagur camicazi and thuggory knew they would have to head back before bertha and Mogadon began looking for the two heirs Oswald wasn't gonna be concerned since he sent dagur ahead." Well, it's time we get back to our parents you all stay out of trouble, and we'll try to get to you again before the ship leaves" thuggory said as the riders started to relax in the ship." Thanks again for coming with us cami and thuggs I really missed the four of us hanging out" hiccup said as the old friends smile to eachother." Hey, it's no problem we're glad to have met the new friends you made I really like the hofferson girl H" cami said then grabbed hiccup by his tunic and pulled him really close to whisper in his ear." Don't keep her waiting for too long hic" cami let go of hiccup leaving him beet red, thuggory was grinning like a madman, and dagur trying to keep himself from laughing while snotlout the twins and fishlegs were grinning knowing what cami said to hiccup, and astrid looked as if she wanted to slug cami for the way she yanked hiccup like she did. The heirs soon left leaving the riders in the berserker boat. Fishlegs was the first to break the silence "so what do we do now hiccup" everyone looks to hiccup "we do what we are planning to do originally. We keep on exploring when we leave back to berserker island, we get ready to go to Constantinople" hiccup says this with confidence. Unbeknownst to the riders dagur cami and thuggory were outside and were able to hear them when they knew nothing else was said they left to the thorhead village.

With the heirs

There was a silence between the three friends as they walked up the stairs from the docks until dagur broke the silence" not gonna lie cami, thuggs but I'm kinda jealous that hiccup is going on these adventures and we're just going to be stuck here in the archipelago" thuggory was agreeing with dagur while cami made a comment about it as well" I am too but what could we don't have dragons you only just recently got shattermaster I don't think he'll let you ride him immediately" dagur knew cami was right but was still upset that it will most likely be years until he sees his brother again cami and thuggory were thinking the same when they saw Oswald on the staircase holding his head in annoyance the three thought it best to see what's happened now." Dad is everything alright" dagur asked as his father looked up and smiled briefly before his head went back into his hands." Aye dagur I was listening to stoick the entire time you were gone all he would say was he would wage war on thorhead to get hiccup back even threatened to the other chieftains he would declare war with them if there were suspicions that any of their tribes had him but that isn't, all spitelout was saying the entire time for stoick to find a new heir since they don't know if hiccup will ever come back the rest of the berkians were too busy starting fights leading me to want to step out before it got to the berserkers table" he looked up and saw cami and thuggs." Ah camicazi, thuggory I hope you don't mind the large amount of fighting inside I'm not sure if your parents are apart of it since I walked out when it was all starting" the three looked to each other out of curiosity went into the hall a they immediately regretted it they all saw almost all the tribes were in an all out brawl seeing the representatives just taking swings at eachother they even saw some of the people using the mugs as weapons to slap people around with. The moment they saw all this they turned on their heels and walked out the door to join Oswald.

Thanks for reading. I need to really reread the previous chapters because I made a few grammatical errors through these chapters I didn't notice until now. I want to get through with the berserker parts soon since I feel like im stretching chapters out a bit with the berserkers but I got a few plot points im trying to add that has to do with the berserkers or would fit with the berserkers. I won't bore you too much here so I'm gonna sign off thanks for reading but I'm gonna go to bed its 6 a.m. right now good lord I need to work on how late I'm up especially when I got to go to work the next day.
