Harry couldn't believe his eyes. He was in the moment which he was dreaming his entire life. His mother is right in front of him. With her fiery red hair and vibrant green eyes. He was also feeling this was some kind of a dream, so he cautiously moved towards his mother and slowly touched her face. He was shocked when he felt she is real. That was all that required for the dam to broke as he leapt into his mother's arms and cried into her shoulders. He couldn't believe it. Even Lily was crying along at seeing him after 13 years, who is now a 14 almost 15 year old grownup. After few minutes, though it felt like eternity, Harry lifted and asked, "So I take it I'm dead".

Lily laughed at his statement and said, "Yes and No for that question Harry. You were hit by the killing curse, but you weren't dead, because the killing curse took another soul instead of you. This place is what we call after life. It takes different shape for each person. As for you, it's Kings Cross. Everyone who gets dead comes here. Death herself makes them view their actions. After which they're taken to the world of dead. A normal person who gets hit by a curse will actually be faced by Death herself, but as you aren't like the others. You see Harry, before Voldie came to attack us that day, he found a way to keep himself immortal. As you know my sacrifice provided a protection for you which rebounded the AK which went straight to Voldie. As I told he found a way to save his life, instead of killing him, the AK split his soul. The large portion which you currently know as Voldie and small one which was desperately in need for a body attached to the only living thing it could find. You. Yes, Harry. There was a piece of Voldie's soul within you. That was the thing that allowed you to be a Parseltongue. That is also the reason why you got all those dreams, related to Voldie. Even you have felt not much, but a bit of darkness in your behaviour. It was all because of it. But, when you took the AK, the piece of Voldie's soul within you got destroyed, removing that taint from you. You will still have the Parseltongue ability and connection to Voldie's mind, as his primary soul is still there. When that is also gone, you will lose those abilities as well. As it was Voldie's soul that got destroyed. You have a chance to go back."

Harry was stunned by all these revelations. He was disgusted by the thought of a piece of Voldie's soul was present within him, but got relieved when Lily told it was removed. Harry's face begin to change when she told that he can go back. He had waited for this moment his entire life and he doesn't even want it to end. Harry pleaded to her, "What if I don't want to go back? What if I stay here with you? I wanted it my entire life. No one even cares if I go back, except for Sirius, Remus and maybe Hermione and Ron. So why should I go back?"

It broke Lily's heart to see her son beg to stay with her. She herself missed her son so much. But she can't be selfish. Her son has been through so much. He needs to live a happy life and she came here to make sure it happens. Composing herself Lily continued, "Unfortunately, you have to Harry. Voldie is still out there. You are the only person who is aware of his immortality. Even if Dumbles suspect it, he might use it for his on machinisations instead of stopping him soon. So you have to go Harry."

Harry was not happy with the answer he got from her. He had been dealing with Voldie or his men since the year he came back to magical world. He don't get it why that guy is after him. "Why should it be me? For the past 4 years I have been dealing with the guy or his minions. Why is he even after me? I never went for a fight with him. I never attacked him. Then Why?"

Lily sighed said, "Well Harry, before you were born, one day Dumbles came to see us. While he was interviewing Trelawney for the post, she gave out a prophecy. "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not... and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives... the one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies...". A deatheater, Severus Snape was there at the time it was given and heard the first part of the prophecy. He told it to Voldie, who was dead set to kill the child who matches the criteria. It was you and Neville. On knowing this Dumbles insisted both us and Longbottoms to hide. He kept us under fidelius charm and made Sirius secret keeper, though both us and Sirius weren't interested with idea as Sirius was a too obvious secret keeper for us. So we changed it to Peter after your first birthday. But we didn't inform it to Dumbles, as we were starting to suspect he had some hidden agendas as he was never trying to end the war quickly. We started to feel that he was trying to make the situation more and more complicated and even let many get killed because of his "Only Non-Lethal" Policy and Second Chance nonsense. But, what didn't expect was Peter to cheat us. We didn't see that coming."

She paused a minute before composing herself to explain the rest. Then she continued, "When a person enters the world of dead Harry, they can see everything that happens down in the world of living since that moment. Me and you dad saw everything happened after that, that was how we saw how Peter framed Sirius for his fake death, how Dumbles took you to Dursleys to give you a miserable family, which will easily make you his puppet, because of which you had live with those horrible sister of mine and her family and endure all their tortures, all your adventures in Hogwarts, Snape's tortures, how Hogwarts saw you one instant as hero and other as a villain, literally we saw everything Harry. That is how we also saw Dumbles true intentions. Not only with Voldie Harry, with Grindelwald as well he knew exactly what was coming, but he still waited until it came to the situation were he would be the only option and when he enter an defeat the dark lord, he will praised and people will follow him without scaring or controlling them. He is literally a Light Lord. He will then use the support he has to get things done his way. But when Trelawney gave the prophecy, he was shocked by the fact that his plans to gain power with Voldie's defeat was being shattered. But he wasn't ready to accept the defeat. So he tracked down the children who matched the criteria. Luckily for him it came out to be kids of two families that followed him. James and Frank literally worshipped him, while me and Alice, Neville's mom were skeptical about many of his decisions. So, they were ready to go into Fidelius even if it was literally painting a target in our back. Fidelius is a good protection method. But its strength lies in finding the apt person to be its secret keeper. If the person is to obvious, your enemies will find you in days. Me and Sirius were not ok with this decision. So, when Sirius came up with the plan to switch keeper, I was ok with it. But we didn't expect Peter's betrayal and we were killed. Though Dumbles wasn't happy you survived, he made another plan to make you his puppet and gain everything he wants. He knew, Sirius would be a problem for it. So when he got a chance for removing Sirius out of the path and he took it by not giving him a trial. I think he doubted Sirius is innocent. But send him to Askaban anyways."

All these revelations were tearing Harry's brain apart. Now he knows why Voldie wss after him? Why Dumbles never let him get put of Dursleys? Why all weird things happened with him? Everything were now clear. What shocked him most was, Dumbles was a man he always saw as a grandfather figure. To be used by such a person both angered and hurt him.

Seeing him like this hurt Lily a lot as well. But she had to reveal it. So she continued, "As you can see Harry, you're the only person with the knowledge of Voldie's soul anchors. If you stay here, millions will die in his hands and no one will ever be able to stop him. Muggleborns will be trashed. Muggles will be slaughtered. So dear, you have to go back."

"But, how will I stop him? You said it yourself mom that he has found a way of immortality. Then how can I stop him, as he can't be killed?" asked a confused Harry.

Hearing this question brought a smile on Lily's face as if she was expecting it. "The thing with the so called immortality methods is that Harry, they are not infallible. The one Voldie used is what we call a Horcrux. He split his soul and stored a piece in one or more objects. If we destroy all these objects, we can kill him. We don't know what they're, how many are there or where they're, which makes it a seemingly impossible task. But, luckily we have a head start. A man here with me and your father has a way to find them. It was through him that we came to know about Horcruxes. He has told me everything you need to know about Horcruxes, as only one person can come to meet you. So he shared it with me".

Harry asked, "Who is he?"

Lily said, "Regulus Black".
