By the time they landed at Hogwarts it was bit of a chaos. When Harry got out of the hangover of the portkey travel, he could see the scared or confused faces around them, which turned to that of relief and joy at seeing both him and Cedric safely returned. He could also see Albus, Fudge, judges, Ron, Hermione, Mr.Diggory and very specifically Moody coming towards them. Harry then remembered of the plan he discussed with Cedric, just before Tom found they were hiding behind the bush.

Flashback begins

Harry turned to Cedric said, "Cedric, I think it's better we keep the thing about me surviving the killing curse a secret. We don't need to make a huge scene out of it. If it reaches a situation were we have to reveal it, then we can. But it's better to keep it silent. Also I need a favour from you. After we get back at Hogwarts, when you get a clear shot, I want you to fire a silent stunner on Moody. He is not the real Moody, he is a deatheater under polyjuice. He was also the one who put my name in the goblet and rigged the portkey and transported us here. We can't let him getaway with it."

A shocked Cedric replied, "I'm still not being able to process a lot happening around me and you owe a big explanation. But I will give you my word. I will keep your survival a secret until needed and I will silently stun Moody when I get a clear shot."

Harry nodded with a smile and turned around to fire the third stunner on Peter.

Flashback Ends

Harry then tilted his head slightly to Cedric and nodded, indicating that it's time. He was also thrilled by the fact that media was there. This is not going to be easy for Fudge to swipe under his mat like he did last time. Dumbledore was the first to reach him and started questioning about what happened, why were they late, but it all stopped, when Albus saw the man near Harry, he asked "Harry? Is that who I think it is?", but before Harry answered, they were shocked by a sudden red light and large thud behind them. Many were screaming at this and Albus and judges took out their wands and Albus asked, "Cedric, what is the meaning of this? Why did you attack a professor?". But it was Harry who answered the question.

"It was me Professor. I asked Cedric to stun Moody. I will explain to you what happened. When we reached near the cup, we decided to take the Cup together. When we took the Cup, we were taken to graveyard. Were this guy was waiting for us. Oh, by the way this man is Peter Pettigrew, the one you all thought was killed, sorry in your terms "destroyed" by my godfather, Sirius Black. Apparently he was intending to bring back You Know Who with some ritual. But luckily we were able to fool him and escape from there. We took him with us, because I knew you wouldn't believe us just like last year when I told you Sirius was innocent and he never received a trial. Anyways, as for why we stunned Moody, because he is not the real Moody. He is a deatheater disguising himself as Moody and was also Peter's accomplice in this kidnap. He was also the one who put my name in the goblet of fire and also the one who rigged the portkey."

Everyone were paling at Harry's revelations. When Fudge got over the initial shock, he stuttered about how preposterous Harry's claims were and how Peter Pettigrew was dead. But, unfortunately for Fudge there was someone among the guests who saw through Fudge's claims. It was Amelia Bones. She came to Harry and asked, "Mr.Potter what do you mean by last year you said Minister about Sirius' innocence and how did you know Moody is fake?".

Before explaining he asked Amelia if she knew any Anti-Animagus charms, for which he said how Peter is a rat animagus and it was using this he framed his death last time. A bit stunned by that revelation and not wanting to lose a chance to nab a criminal who escaped justice for a way longtime, she asked an Auror with her, Kingsley if heard correctly to put Anti-Magic cuffs on Peter, which he did. Then Harry calmly explained to her about the incidents that happened last year. About their trip to Shrieking Shack, confrontation with Sirius and Peter, Sirius explaining his innocence, Peter's confession, Snape's intervention, Peter's escape, Severus again intervening and making Fudge believe that Sirius confounded them and that Sirius was indeed the criminal. Amelia was extremely livid about.

Harry then said, "Minister again going to call it "preposterous". So, I'm ready to answer any questions under a Veritaserum or give you a magical oath to prove that I'm not confounded to say this as a confoundus charm has no effect under Veritaserum or Magical oath and I can also assure you that if you check Sirius' files, you will see that he wasn't even given a trial. Also if you check Peter's left arm, you will see the dark mark." Amelia then asked Kingsley to go to Ministry and get Sirius' files. She asked another pink-haired Auror, Tonks to check his and left arm, and was convinced by Harry's story by seeing the dark mark.

Fudge was having the greatest humiliation he had in his entire life. He was not only being accused but all those accusations are being proven true infront of the not only the entire Hogwarts, but also the media, by the boy-who-lived himself. He was sure his long reign as Minister is coming to an end. When he started to counter in a dire attempt to save his post, Amelia glared at him and said, "No Minister. It's what you did which is extremely "preposterous". You had no right to take action in this incident. It was very much under the jurisdiction of DMLE and it was our job to decide whether they were confounded or not. You even went on to believe the words of an ex-deatheater against whom we already have received both legit and anonymous complaints regarding his behaviour and his extremely disgraceful teaching. As a senior to both Black and Snape, even I remember how much both of them despised each other. It was very much clear that you can't believe Snape's statement. It is also clear that Harry was right about Pettigrew being a deatheater. So if it becomes clear that Black was sent to Askaban, then I'm going to give him a trial at the earliest as Askaban is not a place for an innocent person".

Fudge was unable to comprehend what just happened was stuttering something inaudible. By the time the stunned Moody started to convulse and change. Harry then Accioed a bottle from Moody's belt and gave it to Amelia. He also gave a fake story of how Peter gloated about Moody is a deatheater under something polyjuice and that he has seen Moody frequently drinking from that bottle. Amelia then smelled the contents of the bottle and confirmed it was Polyjuice and also confirmed it with Tonks. When his change was complete, Amelia and Harry both fired stunners on him. Harry then saw Amelia and many other adults including Albus paling at seeing the deatheater. He then understood from their conversations that he was Barty Crouch Jr., a convicted deatheater, who as per records died in Askaban. Apparently it became clear that not only did he faked his death, but also broke out from Askaban, funnily braking Sirius' record of being the first person to successfully break out of Askaban. They were also planning on interrogating him about his escape and the whereabouts of Moody.

By then Kingsley came back. He came to Amelia and said, "Boss, I double-checked Sirius Black's files. There was nothing about a trial in it. It is clear that he wasn't given trial and was just thrown into Askaban like that." As if she was expecting it, Amelia took out her wand and said, "I, Amelia Bones, with the powers bestowed upon me as the Head of Department of Magical Law Enforcement, hereby revoke the "Kill at sight" order issued against Sirius Black. So mote it be." She then turned to the media and said, "I would like to issue a statement as Head of DMLE, I would like to inform Mr. Sirius Black that his "Kill at Sight" order has been revoked. We also want him to surrender as soon as possible so that we can give him a fair trial.".

"That won't be necessary Madame Bones. I'm already here and I'm ready to surrender". Many people screamed at seeing Sirius Black. But hearing Harry's accounts had reduce some of their fears. But some still tried to curse him after getting over their shock, but luckily Tonks and Kingsley covered him and prevented him from being attacked.

Amelia then told both of them to take Sirius into custody and take him, Peter and Barty to Ministry holding cells for further interrogation. Harry started to protest, but Amelia repiled, "I believe your words Mr.Potter. But he is still a suspect and he has to be questioned and trialed like all others. But, I can assure you, if it is as you have said

he will be cleared of all charges." Reluctantly Harry nodded his head having a feel that she might be the best chance Sirius will have in clearing his name.

Dumbledore the said, "Harry, I think it's time you and Cedric let Madame Pomphrey have a look on you guys". Even though he doesn't believe Albus anymore, he knew it was time to take some rest and get himself checked. Nodding his head, Harry went towards Hogwarts. At entrance of the arena Remus was waiting and he accompanied him to the Hospital wing.
