The girl had a round face a long brown hair that obscured most of her features and she was wearing an UA school uniform.

Izuku was shocked. He knew there was a possibility that girls aside from his friends may reach the point where he had to deal with them, but so far they hadn't shown the same ravenous hunger as those closest to him. He supposed it could be because they saw him and Toru going at it but even so, the level of insanity he saw in this girl's eyes didn't seam to match the established pattern.

Izuku grimaced. He didn't want to knock up a girl he didn't know, but the madness in this girl's eyes was beyond what even Mirko displayed if that was even possible. He simply couldn't ignore her.

So, Izuku steeled himself before tackling the girl into a nearby classroom as she passed him, which a duplicate quickly locked before dispersing.

Izuku pinned the girl to the teacher's desk as his mind raced in a last ditch effort to come up with another solution.

"Deku~"

Izuku gasped and a chill ran up his spine at the very familiar voice that came from below him.

Izuku gulped as he focused on the girl's face and her skin suddenly started sliding off like wet clay, revealing yellow eyes in cat-like slits and frazzled blond heir, along with a terrifying, wide smile, showing off elongated canines.

"H-H-Himiko!?" Izuku yelped in shock and fear. Before he could do anything though Toga latched onto Izuku and flipped them over and onto the floor, causing Izuku to grunt in pain from the fall.

Izuku's eyes quickly shot open as he heard her moaning though and he looked up into her especially crazed face.

"Do you know how hard it is… to be someone else… when I feel like thissssss!!!" Togo trailed off with a squeal of arousal and pleasure, as the rest of her disguise fell off, revealing her chalk white, mannequin like body.

Izuku stuttered as he stared at the girl in shock.

Izuku mentality screamed as his mind raced while his quirk attempted to assert it's self with a wave of arousal as he watched Toga moan while her body experienced another change, causing little bumps to slowly appear on l her featureless B cups until pale nipples had formed and stuck out, fully erect.

"I'm not actually going to do this am I? I mean she's a villain, and insane even without my quirk affecting her… but…" Izuku thought in a scramble, as he stared up at Toga's insane and terrifying facial expressions.

He knew all the reasons why he shouldn't, but he also couldn't leave the girl like this. And even if it wasn't for her own sake, which Izuku would probably do anyway, Toga was more likely then anyone to start killing if Izuku abandoned her after she saw him doing the deed with someone else.

Izuku felt so conflicted as he held Toga by the arms tightly. He was so lost in thought that he didn't notice her mouth going to his left arm until her teeth were already sinking in and she was sucking his blood. Her face braking into an even more deranged and enraptured expression as her nethers started to gush with her arousal and ecstasy.

Izuku winced and was about to pull away, but stoped with a gasp as he automatically activated Diagnostic Touch alongside Lizard Regeneration without thinking.

And the information he got from Toga left him stunned.

She wasn't just crazy. Toga had BRAIN DAMAGE.

Izuku pushed the pain and lust to the back of his mind as he focused on Diagnostic Touch and sifted through the information it gave him.

From what he could tell, Toga's blood had a harder time producing and supporting hemoglobin then the average person as a side effect of her quirk. She needed to drink blood regularly or she'd suffer from anemia, among other ailments, even with a body full of blood. And that was just with the initial stages of blood deprivation.

From what Izuku could tell, it appeared as if Toga had been denied blood for much of her early life and her developing brain had suffered for it, which only amplified her quirk induced desire for blood in the worst ways possible.

Izuku grunted as he was pulled back to reality by the dull pain in his arm. Not actual pain thanks to Lizard Regeneration, but an acknowledgment that damage was occurring.

Izuku grimaced as his mind worked over what he should do. He eventually steeled himself though and suddenly grabbed her head before yanking her away from sucking the blood out of his arm and pressed their foreheads together.

Toga's eyes widened before rolling back in her head a little while Izuku closed his and fell into a black oblivion.

"Demon child!"

A voice called out, causing Izuku to gasped as he came to, in a place similar to the one the vestiges appeared in, only this one was tented red as he stood in a thick fog, among the broken and scattered landscape of Toga's shattered psyche.

"Why can't you just be normal!?" The same voice called out as a hole formed in the fog and Izuku saw shadowed figures looking down at him with disgust.

It was one of Toga's memories.

Izuku turned to see another memory and a representation of Toga herself. Her appearance that of a cartoonish caricature with a pale, smiling mask, with a crack running down the middle.

"Deviant!"

"What's wrong with you!?"

"Cursed child!"

Over and over again, Izuku heard Toga's parents and quirk counselors, as he watched the memories go by.

Memories of neglect and repression, all leading up to the inevitable brake, as Toga's mask shattered.

"Gah!" Izuku gasped as he came back to reality with Toga gripping her head in discomfort and dizziness.

Izuku quickly ceased the opportunity to flip them over and pin Toga's wrists to the ground and away from her head so she couldn't bite him again.

With her restrained and disoriented, Izuku took a moment to think.

Toga's memories painted a very damning picture of her parents and cast her insanity in a new light, when paired with her brain damage.

Izuku grimaced as Toga began began to come back to her senses and looked up at him with crazy lust.

Izuku was still using Diagnostic Touch, and he could tell her hunger for him was growing, as it even overrode her existing insanity. Supplanting it.

"Deku~" she moaned as she squirmed under him and Izuku made a strangled noise in the back of his throat.

He really didn't want to bring a crazy villain into his harem.

Toga froze as there was a glow in Izuku's eyes and under his fingers as he used Healing Hands and Mineral Healing on Toga's brain.

Izuku didn't dare actually mess with her brain chemistry. He only focused on encouraging her body's natural healing process while oxygenating her blood.

Toga didn't remain docile for long though.

"Gah! DEKU! Aaahhhh!!!" She yelled as she snapped at his hands and started fighting her bindings while trying to move her hips.

Izuku grimaced as he tried to stay focused on healing while Toga's lust and desperation grew stronger.
