Kaina Tsutsumi, better known as Lady Nagant, groaned as she slowly came back to consciousness.

Her mind was a little foggy as it recovered from all of the stress she'd been through. Both emotionally and physically, as well as psychically.

Her eyes shot wide open as the memories suddenly came to clarity and she felt both the weight in her belly and the movements within.

Her mind blocked out all other senses as the rambunctious activity inside her belly captured her full attention and she jolted upright to stare at her very pregnant figure.

She didn't even acknowledge the yelp from beside her as she watched her belly actually shift and deform momentarily from the very active movements within.

"I'm pregnant… there's a baby inside me… a child… inside me…" she thought numbly as her vision was clouded by trauma. Her hands drenched and dripping with innocent blood.

Kaina wasn't sure when she stared hyperventilating but she couldn't stop herself or comprehend anything around her. All she could see was the dome of skin that protected the innocent little life inside her, and her blood soaked hands hovering over it. Wanting desperately to cradle her belly protectively but to terrified of herself to let it happen.

"No, no, no! I'm a monster! I can't be a mother! I can't let this child be tainted by my sins! I can't! I-!" Kaina's panicked thoughts were cut off by two strong arms wrapping around her and pulling her head into the crook of someone's neck.

Her mind ground to a halt as she continued breathing heavily, but eventually the former hero began to calm down as she started to make out someone cooing softly to her as he brushed her hair back.

It was then that Kaina recognized the unnatural calming sensation washing over her, and experience told her a quirk was in play, quelling her fear and anxiety.

She couldn't bring herself to care though as her eyes reminded locked on her shifting belly and she finally realized it was too big to be carrying just one child.

She might have relapsed if it weren't for whatever quirk was calming her. Instead leaving her silent and numb as she just stared and processed everything.

"It's ok" the soothing voice finally broke through after a while and became comprehensible to the traumatized woman, and after another long moment she managed to rip her eyes away from her belly to look up into the glowing green orbs of Izuku Midorya.

The young hero she was supposed to kidnap and deliver to the most terrifying villain she had ever met.

The same hero that willingly had hot and passionate sex with her and knocked her up, even knowing who she was and after everything she had done.

The same hero that was now staying and comforting her, the monster assassin, instead of arresting her or running for the hills.

Kaina's guilt made a resurgence as tears came to her eyes but Izuku pulled her face against his bare chest in a comforting hug as he used Hoppin' Mad to secrete relaxing chemicals and pheromones from his skin.

"It's ok… everything's going to be ok…" Izuku cooed to her as he held the woman close.

Kaina shook her head against his chest in denial though.

"No! No it's not ok!… I'm a monster! I don't deserve to be a mother! I'll just hurt them or ruin their lives!" Kaina cried into Izuku's chest. The young hero only hugged her tighter in response.

"That's not true! You're not a monster Nagant" Izuku argued back but the woman just squeezed her eyes shut and shook her head some more.

"You don't understand! The things I've done! The-"

"I know!" Izuku cut her off, casing Kaina to gasp and her eyes to shoot open.

The way he said it, Kaina could tell he wasn't just talking out of his ass or spouting meaningless gestures.

He knew.

Somehow he knew her dark secret. The HPSC's dark secret.

And he was still comforting her instead of putting her in cuffs.

"Y-you… you know…" she stuttered out in shock as she unconsciously clung to Izuku, who hummed in response.

"I know you were manipulated and lied to since you were a child. You're not to blame for what happened" Izuku spoke sincerely.

His words only served to anger Kaina though, and she shoved Izuku to the ground as she folded her arm back and aimed her partially extended rifle at his head. Izuku made no moves to resist though and simply lay there staring back unflinchingly.

"Of course I'm to blame. I'm a villain remember! One that was hired to kidnap you and hand you over to an even worse monster! Or did you forget that!" She screamed down at Izuku, sounding more like she was trying to convince herself.

"Then why didn't you kill anyone?" Izuku asked bluntly, casing Kaina to gasp as her anger gave way to fear and desperation.

"It would have been easy with all the quirks you had, and it wouldn't be anything you hadn't done before. So why didn't you kill any of the other girls, only aiming to trap, maim and incapacitate, even while as desperate as you were… Or better yet, why didn't you go after me sooner, before all of this started, instead of skulking around U.A. almost like you wanted to get caught" Izuku continued as he stared up into Lady Nagant's eyes.

Kaina began to tremble slightly as Izuku's words cut deep and he slowly lifted his hand to caress her face.

"Even if it was subconsciously, you knew he was watching somehow and you wanted to do something to help, even if you didn't realize it" Izuku continued as he slow took hold of Kaina's wrist and folded her arm back down, making her retract her rifle.

"Because deep down, you're still a hero" Izuku stated with finality as he watched Kaina's trembling increase and her face contort in agony at Izuku ripping away her villainous mask.

Kaina choked up a little before falling back onto Izuku's chest and crying as he hugged and comforted her again.

Izuku gently moved her to lay on her side as he hugged her close and the sun broke through the clouds. He then gently took her hand in his and moved it down towards her belly.

Kaina froze up and weakly resisted before surrendering and letting Izuku place her hand on her belly, letting her feel the little limbs pressed up against her hand.

This only brought fresh tears to her eyes as she felt the children she was dooming by association to her. Simply because they shared her blood.

"What am I going to do?…" she muttered as she finally allowed herself to cradle her belly protectively.

"It'll be ok" Izuku spoke confidently as he kept his hand reassuring over her's. This only frustrated the woman though.

"No, don't you understand!? The HPSC won't-"

"Kaina" Izuku's disturbingly calm voice cut off the panicking woman and chilled her to her bones. Both from the fact he somehow knew her real name and the tone he'd spoken with.

Izuku then pulled them both into an upright position and held Kaina by her shoulders as he looked into her eyes.

"Look at me and everything I can do now. All the quirks I have and the raw power I can add to them" he spoke as he made her keep eye contact.

"Do you honestly think anyone or anything could ever get close enough to even think about hurting our children" Izuku spoke as if stating fact, causing Kaina's eyes to widened as she saw Izuku go into "angry dad mode".

Then she gasped as an overbearing pressure suddenly come over her, not unlike when that man had broken her out of Tartarus and given her those quirks and a job she couldn't refuse.

Izuku eyes were like an icy, cold flame that promised suffering, and yet none of it was directed at her.

"And as for the HPSC… you don't need worry about them… between me an Nezu, they'll all be in prison or wishing they were by the end of the week" Izuku promised as if stating a fact.

Part of Kaina wanted to gulp in fear and sympathy for anyone who stood in Izuku's way.

But a far larger part of her just felt relief.

Like a massive weight had been lifted from her shoulders that she'd been carrying for years.

Even after getting out of Tartarus, Kaina still felt like a prisoner, chained by both her own guilt and All For One's constant spying through her eyes.

Now she felt free.

Truly and utterly free, and her hope in heroes somewhat restored, as her body went limp from the shear amount of relief she felt and she collapsed against Izuku's chest. Feeling safe and comfortable for the first time in years.

She nearly laughed as Izuku yelped and became flustered though. Even as she saw it, she had a hard time believing someone like Izuku could be both so terrifying and so easily flustered and innocent at heart.

She just wrapped her arms around Izuku as he babbled in concern for her.

"Thank you" she spoke softly and Izuku calmed down as he supported her.

Kaina quickly switched back to being Lady Nagant again though, and pulled away from Izuku.

"The others will be recovering soon. You need to get to them before they can hurt each other" she said flatly.

She may not have wanted Izuku to leave her side and may have still been a little terrified of how others would react to and treat her, but she had been a pro hero once upon a time, and she knew Izuku needed to get back out there.

Izuku seamed hesitant to leave her so soon after the state she had been in, but resolved himself after a brief internal discussion and nodded to her.

"Who-"

BOOM!

Izuku's question was interrupted by a massive explosion going off and being partially contained by what little of the buildings security system was still working.

"Looks like they recovered faster then I expected" Nagant observed dryly, without even flinching or looking at the detonation that had Izuku a flustered mess.

"Shit!" Izuku cursed as he quickly jumped to his feet while making a duplicate to take Nagant away and explain her situation to the others when they arrive.

And with that he bolted off the roof and back into the main building to contain the damage while his duplicate carried Lady Nagant away.

A/N - Ok, a big thank you to GhostUserLurking for the massive list of quirk ideas. I'll definitely be using a few, though some are very similar to quirks I've already planned out or were also suggested by others.

And another thank you to everyone who comments and leaves ideas.
