And here we are everyone, the wrap-up for this part of Scott's retold story, let alone Roxie's part.

So as usual, enjoy and feel free to comment if you'd like ^^

ROX YOU LIKE A HURRICANE (Part 2)

Sometime afterwards...

Scott and Ramona (Status: Having both finished work after a stressful day) walked together, stressed out after that fight yet pretty relieved as the sun began to sink into the horizon. But after that encounter with Ramona's fourth ex (Roxie Richter. Scott's Note: I have a lot of questions right now...), Scott couldn't help but ask about her. "So...you dated a girl back in college." He awkwardly asked, the revelation of which he was still trying to process even now.

"Pretty much." Ramona responded, just as awkwardly yet mixed with a pretty sad tone in her voice. "I mean, the fact that you mentioned that you kissed a girl should've given it away." Scott brought up. He felt like an idiot for not knowing it before. "Don't worry about it. I was going to explain everything earlier, I mean, if she hadn't shown up back there I would've anyway." Ramona then admitted. After getting the message from Scott, she felt like he had to know about Roxie...but now, the cat was outta the bag.

"Ok, so uh...how do you know about Roxie anyway?" Scott then asked, feeling like he needed to know about his girlfriend and Roxie (For any weaknesses and such). Sighing, Ramona decided to spill the beans. And what she prepared to tell Scott wasn't what he expected about her at all. "Well...like I mentioned earlier, we were both college roommates." She began, thinking back to her college days which, didn't seem that long ago to Ramona.

Flashback: (Ramona's College Days (At The University of Carolina in the Sky) with Roxie)

Roxie was the first friend I made at College, and we both shared a room on the fourth floor of our dorm.

On her first day at campus, Ramona found her room on the fourth floor and, once inside, met her roommate, Roxie. She tried to say hello to her, but Roxie viciously hissed at her.

Sure, we didn't get along that well at first. But after a while...we began warming up to each other.

For the first four weeks, the two never really got along with each other, especially with Roxie constantly hanging with her own boyfriend, who would occasionally torment Ramona.

However, after discovering that said boyfriend was cheating oh her, Ramona ratted him out, Roxie dumped him, and the two began to get along with each other, even with Roxie slowly beginning to fall for her roommate.

Of all my exes, Roxie was the one I was close to the most.

Over time, Roxie revealed to be a ninja who had a passion for the arts, even drew for Ramona, even sculpting her with a katana she owned.

We did everything together...

Like hanging out...

The two always studied together, whether in the library or on campus grounds. On Halloween, Ramona and Roxie partied the night away, had a few drinks and such. Heck, one night, the two even found a good view over all of campus, let alone a lot of Carolina.

Getting into all kinds of mischief...

Roxie and Ramona got into doing many pranks with Roxie's ex, and a professor who came across as a right XXXXXXX at one point as well. All that and they got away scot free.

Learning how to use subspace and ninja abilities...

After a while, during November, Roxie showed Ramona subspace, and even explained how it worked for anyone using it. Ramona of course, was a bit confused and scared of this at first, however she got used to it over time.

Roxie even taught Ramona how to get through subspace quickly via rollerblades, and since then, Ramona had been using subspace most of the time.

We always had each other's backs through thick and thin...

During the winter, Ramona came back to her dorm room to find a crying Roxie, and comforted her after learning that her ex-boyfriend had just humiliated her in front of most of campus.

And whenever her past was bothering her, Ramona would often confide with Roxie

Though one day...it just happened. We became so close together, not just because of my bi-curious phase I mean.

One day however...Ramona and Roxie slowly but surely fell for each other, and one thing leading to another, they both kissed and then made out in bed. Later on that night, the two girls slept, with Roxie smiling, yet Ramona...looking at the ceiling in fear.

To Roxie, she'd found someone who saw and accepted her for being herself, but to Ramona...she was worried that if she hooked up with her roommate, something bad would happen to her, just like her childhood years ago.

I was so overwhelmed by what happened, and so afraid on what could happen afterwards that I...after what happened, I just left...

On a rainy day afterwards however, when a whole semester of college had passed, Ramona had decided to move to another dorm, leaving Roxie all alone. Ramona would've said something, even as the two looked back at each other, glancing but not speaking a word.

Ramona didn't show it, but she felt horrible about the way she'd just left Roxie without a word, and Roxie just sat on her stool, feeling unloved and unwanted.

"Without a word..." Scott (Note: Lucas wasn't the only one...) finished, stunned at how the two girls ended their relationship just like that. Though, for some reason, he wasn't mad at Ramona to her surprise. "You're not mad by that?" She asked in surprise, seconds before Scott looked away slightly. "Dunno why I'm not to be fair. Still, that's pretty harsh." He admitted sheepishly, feeling like he was trying to remember...something similar that happened. For a while, the two stayed silent, lost in their own train of thoughts...or at least until Ramona broke the silence.

"Anyway, I heard that she became an accomplished fine artist these days, even has a gallery opening tonight on Queen Street." She brought up. Scott was taken back by this, assuming that since Roxie would be there, Ramona would be going there. "You gonna go to her show? After she nearly killed us back there?!" He asked, worried that Roxie might attack his girlfriend if she went to the gallery opening, or at the very least, attack him while she wasn't there. "Wasn't planning on it really. I was only thinking about it." Ramona admitted sheepishly, worried about seeing Roxie again.

"Oh...well, I'm not gonna stop you or anything if you wanna go I mean." Scott then said sincerely (Being the whole new Pilgrim that he is on behalf of the writer), not one to dictate to his girlfriend, let alone anyone of his friends. "Come on, dude. I wanna hang with you guys. I mean, ever since I got here, you guys have been pretty cool to hang around, not including Julie I mean." Ramona said to Scott, and after bringing up Julie, the two of them laughed. After another moment passed, Scott became silent again, even having a bit of a worried look on his face too. "Something on your mind, Scott...?" Ramona then asked in concern as her boyfriend looked towards her.

"Well...my lease on that apartment Wallace and I shared is up pretty soon...and uh, I've been thinking about my options. I mean, I can't afford my own place..." Scott explained from everything that happened (That Wallace told him and such) in the past week or so. "Well...I guess you could move in with me for a little while. Yeah, I would have to think about it...but there's a positive side, since you've got a job, right?" Ramona then offered Scott, and upon hearing those words, he smiled with excitement. "Yep, pretty much." He immediately said, nodding like a lunatic, though his expression changed back once he realised he looked pretty stupid.

"Well after what happened, I hope you didn't get fired from it. I honestly wasn't-" Ramona began with worry, only to stop when Scott placed his arm around her reassuringly. "It's fine. Besides, I think Stephen (Fun Fact: This is most likely true given as how he works in the same place as Scott now) had my back back there." He said as the two continued walking down the streets.

At Sneaky Dee's that night...

The gang had gathered there like usual, only Julie and Hollie weren't there, just Sex Bob-Omb with Young Neil and Lisa...though it was a little bit of an intense moment. "Come on, don't just say that!" Young Neil exclaimed in annoyance as he shook his head hard. "What's wrong, Young Neil?" Scott asked his friend, only to be met with the harsh (And hurt too one might add) words of Stephen's roommate. "What the hell do you think's up?! You guys don't even hang out with me anymore!" He exclaimed, sounding pretty hurt that nobody wanted to hang with him anymore.

"Dude, it's nothing personal, I mean you've got classes, we've got band practice and recording and-." Knives (Status: Making a good point.) began sheepishly, though unable to look Kim in the eye without blushing. "Yeah, about that. Why haven't we been practicing anyway, Knives?" Kim (Status: Questioning Stephen just like Young Neil) then asked, annoyed and revealing that Sex Bob-Omb hadn't been practicing as much. "We're in the middle of recording, Kim. She just said that." Stephen pointed out, slightly more annoyed now than before. "He's been turning down shows. The lady who books the shows gives him the offer and yet he refuses it." Young Neil revealed to the surprise of Scott, Knives and even Kim too.

"Wait, they actually have shows at Sneaky Dee's?" Scott then asked Stephen while he, Knives and Kim looked at him. "Upstairs apparently..." Stephen groaned, admitting this fact. "Why the hell are you turning them down? Wasn't the whole point of our band about playing at shows?" Kim (Emotion: Semi-Angered, annoyed, you know, the usual with Kim) then asked, annoyed that she hadn't been able to bang her drums like usual nowadays. "Yeah, Stephen...I have to agree with Kim right now." Scott then said, and even Knives looked at him in suspicion.

"Ok, are you guys deaf right now? We're! Recording!" Stephen argued, and before anyone knew it, the whole group was arguing amongst themselves. "But couldn't we just practice every once in a while, Stephen? I mean, it doesn't hurt to do that, right...?" Knives tried to plead, but Stephen was too engrossed to hear his friend's voice. All the while, Ramona noticed Lisa looking at Scott, feeling a whole mixture of emotions, sad, embarrassed, nervous, who knows what?! It was so much that she had to scoot past Young Neil and head to the bathroom, all while Ramona looked at her in concern. Sure, there was a slight hint of jealousy lingering within her, but that didn't bother her as much.

Well Anyway...

Later on

Scott, Ramona and Lisa were walking back home from Sneaky Dee's, Lisa deciding to accompany the two just so she wouldn't feel left out or something (Not-So Fun Fact: This didn't happen in the novels). However, when nearing Scott's apartment, Ramona couldn't help but ask her boyfriend something. "So...what's the deal?" She asked Scott almost immediately. "No idea, Rammy. Stephen says he's recording, but the whole point of being in a band is to play and-" He began sheepishly, complaining about Stephen's way of doing things, only to be stopped by Ramona.

"No...I mean, what's the deal between you and Lisa?" Ramona then asked, her question of which made Scott and Lisa (Emotions: Shocked and nervous) stop in their tracks. "Deal...? There's no deal between us." Scott said in surprise, not remembering a time when he and Lisa ever kissed or went on a date together. "Yeah, we never went for it." Lisa said in agreement, though she couldn't help but see Ramona's head glowing at a concerning rate. "Even in High School...?" Ramona then asked, sounding pretty sad like she had remembered something tragic from high school or something.

"We were just friends, Rammy. Besides, I already said I was into Kim back then, didn't I?" Scott explained to his girlfriend in concern. "I know, it's just...hard to imagine that nothing ever happened between you two, even when you first met back then." Ramona admitted sheepishly. It really wasn't her place to say that kind of stuff, but she couldn't help but be somewhat concerned. "We didn't know what was even going on back then, Ramona. We were so focused on trying to look cool that we didn't know what we had until too late." Lisa admitted sadly, the kind that made the trio silent for the next moment.

Scott and Lisa both knew that even if they did have a thing (Which they didn't), it was all in the past and long forgotten since then. "It probably wouldn't have worked out, even if we did try or..." Scott then began, trying to reassure Ramona a bit further, only for Ramona herself to suddenly walk off on her own. "Goodnight, Scott..." She said in a sad manner, head sill glowing as she walked away. "W-What?! Ramona wait, I-I can walk you home if you want!" Scott then exclaimed, offering to walk his girlfriend home as he at least attempted to go after her, only to see Ramona stick up her hand gently.

"No, but thanks Scott...I just need to be on my own for a while." She said to Scott, kindly passing the offer before walking off to the city, leaving Lisa and him all alone.

At the gallery opening on Queen Street (Early for VIPs only)

Ramona entered the Gallery, finding many VIP attendees gathered to witness the magnificent artwork and sculptures done by many artists near or far from Toronto. Looking around after getting a drink, Ramona saw quite a few paintings that seemed nice, but not something she liked. But one artwork in particular, she was very familiar with, a sculpture of a female split in half with a fractured heart cloven in two dubbed Separation. "Well well well...look who has the nerve to show her face after earlier on. Little Miss Flowers herself." Roxie (Ramona's Fourth Evil Ex) said, appearing beside Ramona to her shock, though she rolled her eyes and looked at the sculpture again.

"Good to see you too, Roxie." Ramona (Emotion: Secretly sad inside. Not wanting to start an argument) responded to her ex without looking at her. "Didn't think you would actually attend my section's VIP opening tonight." Roxie then admitted, though in a way, she was glad Ramona came to see her work. "Had to clear my mind a little bit. Figured I might see what you made, even if it's just these four pieces of art you originally made." Ramona said, looking at Roxie's other great pieces of art, like a painting with ninja-like artwork and a sculpture made from glass but cut so well into the form of a rabbit.

The two just stared at Roxie's artwork, and she even passed Ramona off as a family friend when questioned by security. "The guy's obviously cheating on you, you know that Ramona? I mean, isn't it obvious?" Roxie said to Ramona after a while of just looking at her artwork in amazement. The words of which shocked Ramona almost immediately. "I know Scott wouldn't do that. He just doesn't seem the type unlike you-know-who (Implying Roxie's ex). And that's how we ended up together in the first place if I recall." She then pointed out to Roxie, recalling the last time someone, specifically Roxie's other ex, had cheated on either of them.

The memories and words seemed to make Roxie groan in annoyance. "Why are we even arguing about this?" She asked a little spitefully. "No idea. Maybe it's because you had the chance to kill me earlier and you didn't." Ramona shrugged before bringing up the events of earlier on. "I guess I was holding back because I still love you, Rammy." Roxie then said, smirking smugly yet flirting with her ex at the same time. "Well, I'd say you're more likely a lousy excuse for a ninja, but that's just me..." Ramona then said while rolling her eyes in annoyance. "Half-Ninja." Roxie muttered under her breath, annoyed that nobody called her a half-ninja like she usually would. "Right..." Ramona said, sighing like she was emotionally exhausted from the day.

All in all though, the girls were somewhat (Understatement again...) glad to be speaking to each other again, despite what Ramona did to her ex in the past. "So...you knew Gideon would send me next?" Roxie asked. Of course, she didn't know Gideon was watching her, but felt she had to ask it just in case. "Pretty much...I just can't believe you would join those guys over me going to a new dorm." Ramona then admitted, though she sounded pretty hurt over her former roommate siding with her exes. "Please, I don't need a league to get a girl like you. As far as I'm concerned, Gideon can kiss my XXX." Roxie smugly said, insulting Gideon with pride.

While looking around some more, Ramona noticed a figure (Status: Ominous and Dark) looking at her from behind a wall, shadowy with red glowing eyes and a smirk, almost enough to make Ramona uneasy before Roxie grabbed her attention. "Hey, you alright girl?" She asked, catching Ramona's attention before she turned back to see that said figure had now disappeared. "Uh y-yeah...I'm fine." She said awkwardly to her ex. "Wanna get outta here and back to your place for the night? Just for old times sakes?" Roxie then suggested, feeling like looking at her artwork was a bit boring by now and wanting to do something fun for a change.

"Sure, guess I've got nothing else to do..." Ramona sheepishly said, though to be honest, she figured what this meant. But as the two left, Gideon continued to spy on them both, though with a difference: Roxie wasn't the only villain he'd sent to destroy Scott Pilgrim...

Meanwhile

At Lisa's Sister's Apartment (2 AM-ish)

Scott and Lisa were currently sitting in her sister's apartment, awkwardly looking away from each other. As it turns out, Wallace needed to use the place to be with Mobile for the night (Just like in the novels), so he had to go stay with Lisa for the night, which she was glad to do. Wallace also gave Scott his toothbrush just in case he needed it before sending the two on their way. Currently, while sitting in silence, the two couldn't help but think about what Ramona had said earlier on. "So uh...thanks for letting me stay the night, Lisa." Scott said to his friend gratefully. "No problem, Scott...but..." Lisa began, only to trail off with worry to Scott's surprise.

"I just wanna explain something." She began. "Oh?" Scott then asked, assuming that Lisa was going to bring up something worryingly. "That day we met again at the mall...I was doing my laundry." Lisa then explained, but only the start of it. "What's wrong with doing that...?" Scott suddenly responded in a surprised tone, not getting what Lisa was trying to tell him. "I mean, all my regular clothes were in the wash and I was wearing that dress as a joke, though...you never took your eyes off me that time and...I kinda like that." The way she confessed this to Scott almost made him exclaim in shock, though quieted down when he recalled Lisa mentioning her sister needed to get up at 5 AM later.

"Wait, I'm the reason you've been dressing sexy-like?" Scott then asked, surprised by this sudden revelation and not to mention that he was making Lisa look prettier than Ramona. "Yeah...pretty much." She confirmed sheepishly to her friend. "Oh man, is luck doing this to me?" Scott then asked with a slight chuckle, not knowing whether his luck was trying to make him end up with Lisa or Ramona (More like probability in this case). "Oh shut up, it's just an ordinary nightgown, nothing...no, I lied. I put it on after we got in just for you...why do I dress like such a tramp?" Lisa tried to deny, but ultimately failed, causing her to groan in embarrassment.

"Hey, you're not a tramp Lisa. I mean, who cares if you dress like that? Not that it's a problem I mean." Scott said reassuringly, which made Lisa feel pretty much better. "Hey uh...by the way. There really was nothing between us, right...?" He then asked, bringing up the one thing that Ramona thought about before. "You mean why didn't we both...end up with each other...?" She asked gently. "Kind of...I mean, I never knew anything back then. I never even asked if you liked me..." Scott then admitted, worried if the answer was true or not. "Well, you have Ramona now, don't you...? Plus, you guys have something special." Lisa then brought up despite feeling jealous.

"I guess so...though I haven't said the L-word yet..." Scott then said as he looked away. "Well, sometimes it takes time for people to admit their feelings for each other. Sure, some folks have a lot of baggage...but still, you can only hope right..." Lisa said as she sat beside Scott gently. "Yeah, but I'm worried she'll think we're dating or something, I mean...we never did anything like that, right...?" Scott then brought up, though the second he did that, Lisa began to blush quite a lot, even causing Scott to notice himself. "Maybe we should have..." She began while leaning closer to Scott. "L-Lisa...?" He began, slightly backing away from his friend out of worry.

"Maybe we...should..." And with that, Lisa leaned forward and tried to kiss Scott on the lips to the latter's sudden fears...only to immediately fall asleep (Cause: Possibly a bit too much beer or alcohol) on his friend's lap seconds later. Scott sighed in relief, having averted a crisis that would've destroyed his relationship with Ramona, though at the same time, he couldn't help but feel sorry for Lisa, and he couldn't blame her in a way either. In the end, the only thing he could do was just let her sleep right there and then. "Good night...Lisa." He then said, pulling the blanked over her before eventually falling asleep himself on the couch himself.

Scott ran through the forest, searching and searching for something, or rather...someone. "Do you remember the code, Scott?" A voice asked him from all around the forest. "I'm trying to! I can't remember anything!" He exclaimed, his voice panicky and such before he tripped and fell onto the ground, much near the clearing to the forest. "You knew it once, didn't you, Scott...?" The voice asked in a gentle manner. Looking up, Scott saw a half angelic/half demonic winged Ramona, looking at him with a welcoming smile. "Y-You're the one I've wanted since forever. I think that's the answer, isn't it...?" Scott then said to Ramona.

"Man, your dreams are so corny, Pilgrim!" Roxie said to her foe. Wait, Roxie?! "Well I like them, they're cool and stuff." Scott argued firmly, assuming that this version of Roxie was just a dream...but proven wrong when she sliced his cheek a little. "Does that tell you otherwise, XXXXX?" She asked rhetorically. And almost immediately, Scott realised he was dreaming and got to his feet. "Oh great, just what I needed..." He groaned to himself in annoyance before Roxie charged at him at full force.

ROXIE RICHTER

VS.

SCOTT PILGRIM

(DREAM) ROUND 3

FIGHT!

Scott dodged out of the way and began running from Roxie. He still had yet to find himself a sword to fight her with, and dreaming really wasn't helping his case right now. "Ugh, of course...how could I forget that you taught Ramona everything including how to use subspace?!" He cursed himself, using a convenient branch to try and slow his enemy down, only for Roxie to slice through said branch within seconds.

"Come on, it's just a dream. You can't actually kill people like in Nightmare on Elm's Street, right?" Scott then asked Roxie, who merely scoffed. "That applies to subspace too you XXXXX! And I'm gonna make sure you stay dead this time!" Roxie then said as she sliced Scott's stubby arm off and was nearly about to ram her sword through his chest, until... "SCOTT...?" Lisa's voice softly said.

The next morning...

Scott awoke to find himself back in the apartment of Lisa's sister, and Lisa of course had just woken up, still in her nightgown but yawning slightly. "Sorry...didn't want to wake you, but you looked like you were having a bad dream or something. Oh, it's just 8 am in case you wanted to know." She admitted before telling the time to Scott, all while the latter sat up on the couch. "Um...I just wanna ask though...what did we do last night?" Lisa (Status: Slightly hungover and can't remember anything from last night that well) then asked her friend with slight embarrassment.

"Wait, as in, did we do it?" Scott (Surprisingly remembers what happened last night) asked, implying he knew what Lisa meant, causing her to nod in confirmation. "Well...you actually tried to kiss me last night after suggesting we both hook up with each other, and then you just fell asleep on my lap. I put a blanket around you and then fell asleep." Scott explained, surprisingly able to remember what happened last night. Hearing what she did, Lisa groaned in panic. "Oh no, did I actually-?!" She asked, unable to believe that she nearly made Scott cheat on his own girlfriend.

"Kind of...but it's ok. I get you wanted to make up for lost time after we never got the chance." Scott said, gently placing his hand on Lisa's shoulder reassuringly. "But what kind of friend tries to kiss their friend who already has a girlfriend...?" She asked gently (Lisa's Note: I'm a horrible friend, aren't I...?). A moment of silence then befell the two before Lisa spoke up again. "Anyways, at least you can tell Ramona the truth now." Lisa then admitted as she rubbed her head. "That I'm in love with her?" Scott asked, assuming that's what Lisa meant. "That and nothing ever happened between us and never will." She then awkwardly added.

She was sad, but figured it wouldn't have worked out anyway. "Hey...we'll still be friends, Lisa. Always. Nothing will ever change that." Scott then said to her reassuringly, enough to make her smile before he got to his feet. Lisa smiled, she didn't have to say anything, just that smile was enough. "So...what are you gonna do now?" Lisa then asked her friend, who turned to her with a confident smile. "I'm gonna go find Ramona and tell her that I really love her." Scott said, putting on his shoes and preparing to make off for Ramona's place, only for Lisa's voice to call him again.

"Wait, don't you have work today?" She asked, causing Scott (Not-So Fun Fact: He does...) to stop in his tracks and then remember that he did in fact have a job. "Oh right...I do." He said before preparing to bolt off to his workplace immediately. "Wait, I'm coming with you. I've wanted to see your workplace for a while now too." Lisa then said as she rushed into her guest room to get changed. After rushing to The Happy Avocado, Scott and Lisa both rushed in, while so out of breath, where they both saw Dominique at the counter. "Sorry I'm late. I'm not late am I?" He asked her, almost frantic-like. "Just in time." She then responded with a slight smirk.

"Oh good." Scott responded in relief. He then realised that he'd probably lost his job and tried to open his mouth to ask if he did...but he didn't had to in the end. "You're lucky you've got a friend like Stephen. Plus, it's not like we could hire anyone to replace you." Dominique then said before gesturing for Scott to get into the kitchen to his delight.

SCOTT PILGRIM GAINED +1000 EXP.

And with that, Scott leapt into the kitchen (Through the Service Window) and began washing dishes, leaving Lisa and Dominique alone. "Just between us, was that the same shirt he wore yesterday?" Dominique then asked though a slight whisper. "Pretty much." Lisa then responded sheepishly. Dee only chuckled slightly and then got back to work, all while Lisa decided to stay for a while and wait for Scott. "Don't say I do any favours for you, buddy." Stephen said after a while of washing dishes, annoyed...but glad that Scott didn't lose his job. "Thanks anyway, Stephen..." Scott responded gratefully.

Another while later, a voice called for Stephen, who walked over to the service window, all to Scott's worries. "Hey uh, Scott...? Someone wants to see you." He then said to Scott (Status: Hoping it's not Roxie again), causing the latter to yelp in panic. "Is it Ramona?" He asked, trying to think on the positive side. "No." Stephen said in annoyance. "Oh, it better not be her fourth ex, because I-" Before Scott could finish, Stephen cut him off. "Look, it's just Kim and Knives. They were just asking for you." Stephen pointed out, and after reaching the service window, Scott came face to face with Kim and Knives.

Both girls (Status: Needing to talk to Scott about something) looking awkward, though they looked pretty serious enough to see Scott. Heck, as it turns out, Lisa happened to notice the two had come to see Scott as well. "Oh, hey girls. What brings you here?" Scott asked, though he didn't get an immediate answer right away from either girls, though after a few moments of an awkward silence, Kim decided to break it. "We uh...need to talk." She said gently, followed with Knives nodding her head in agreement.

After Scott's shift

Scott walked with Lisa, Knives and Kim to Ramona's place. On the way there though, there was some things that Kim needed to get off her chest. "Scott...I'm not gonna beat around the bush. I know you saw me and Knives making out that night in the bedroom." She immediately said, her words immediately making Scott, and even Lisa, freeze on the spot. "I swear, I didn't tell anyone, Kim. Heck, I've been trying so hard to make sure nobody knew about that." He began frantically (Fun Fact: He really didn't tell anyone. He was scared to in fact). "Wait, you made out Scott's ex, a high schooler?" Lisa then asked in shock.

She had known that Knives was still in High School, but the fact that her own friend made out with her was shocking enough. "Well...there was beer involved...a lot of beer. One thing lead to another and we drunkenly made out. When we both knew what happened the day after, we were both scared." Kim explained to Scott and Lisa, immediately giving a single misunderstanding to Lisa. "Oh my god, you mean you got Knives-" As Lisa freaked out, Knives immediately put her hand on her mouth to stop her speaking. "No! God no. Nothing like that. We weren't even close to doing that, Lisa." She said reassuringly, allowing Lisa to sigh in relief.

"Look, I know what you're gonna say Scott: an adult kissing a high schooler is frowned upon by so many people. And yes, I remember that part!" Kim began again, even complaining about it (And the words Wallace had told Scott before the breakup) to Scott before taking a moment to calm herself. "But it kind of made me wonder if Knives was really into me after that, which I was really worried would ruin our friendship if I ultimately turned her down. So we both met up, asked each other the same question...and decided to talk it all out." She continued, explaining how things went down between herself and Knives earlier on.

"She's right. There was nothing between us, Scott. We didn't know what we were doing that night, and I was terrified myself. But still, we're friends and bandmates, nothing will ever change that. Those days of awkwardness gave me a lot of time to reflect on myself a little too." Knives then boldly said to her ex. "So you don't need to worry, Scott. Everything's good and we're all fine." Kim then finished up with a smile. And Knives also smile reassuringly too. "Well that's good to know, girls. At least everything's worked out in the end." Lisa said, glad her friend and Knives worked things out.

"Yeah...I'll say. Though maybe let's keep the part where you two made out between us." Scott then said before suggesting keeping the secret just in case they got into trouble. "Suits me." Kim responded, agreeing on the idea along with Knives and Lisa. The group was about to continue walking off to Ramona's place, but then Kim suddenly spotted someone on the other side of the street. "Hey, guys...there's a guy over there with a samurai sword." She told the group, making Scott (Emotion: Scared) freeze on the spot in worry. "Uh, what kind of sword does he have? A katana or or wakizashi?" He asked in worry, though he failed to notice Knives slightly groan a little.

Lisa looked where her friend pointed out the man, but couldn't see him due to him moving, and the fact that a street car had blocked her view entirely. "I don't see anyone..." She admitted, but just when Kim was about to speak again, only for the street car to get sliced in half by the same man (Power Levels: Unknown), who leapt towards them and landed right in front of the group. "Oh my god, it's my dad." Knives groaned with embarrassment. Her words, shockingly, caught Scott's attention, along with Kim's and Lisa's too. "Wait..." Scott began as he and the other girls turned towards Knives. "THAT'S YOUR DAD?!" They exclaimed in shock.

"Wait, how do you know my dad Scott?" Knives then asked in confusion. Since she never got the chance to introduce Scott to her father, let alone her parents, after they broke up on good terms. "He was stalking me and nearly killed me one night, pretty badly." Scott explained sheepishly as he boldly put the girls before him. "Oh right...well uh, how'd he figure out who you were?" Knives then asked Scott in confusion. "You know, I was gonna ask you the same thing, Knives." Kim then asked in a blunt manner. "Oh...I think I know how..." Knives then said, realising what must've happened.

Flashback: (Mr. Chau's revenge story)

About four weeks back, we had dinner with my aunt who mentioned seeing you with Ramona.

Knives and her parents were having dinner with her aunt until she brought up seeing Scott with Ramona, causing Knives herself to deny it in shock, at the same time, revealing to Mr. Chau that his daughter used to date a 23-year old.

That must've caused my dad's brain to like break in half and become replaced with an engine built purely for revenge.

Angered by this reveal, Mr. Chau's brain split and became a machine, hellbent on revenge, causing him to slash out Scott's face with one of his prized antique samurai swords once he saw it.

I should've figured out soon enough that he defaced you on my old shrine.

"Wait, you have a shrine of me?" Scott then asked, the first time he'd just heard about the shrine that Knives used to have of him. "Had one actually. Anyways, man...my dad is so lame." Knives admitted before groaning at her own father embarrassing her like this...if the others could actually call it that. "And yet he's trying to kill Scott with that samurai sword!" Lisa squeaked in fright. "Scott, aren't you gonna fight this guy?!" Kim then asked her ex, also feeling panic (An emotion she wouldn't usually show) rise in her heart. "He's got a sword and I don't." Scott then responded, even pointing out the lack of weapon he needed to fight. "Wait what?! Why not?!" Kim asked in annoyance.

"It's on my to-do list! Just stay behind me!" Scott complained before nearly getting his chest narrowly sliced open by Mr. Chau. "Guys, let me handle this. Maybe I can get through to my dad." Knives then said before coming out from behind Scott and approaching her own dad. "Dad, stop. Scott and I are just friends. That's all we ever were and-" She began, only to stop when her father grabbed her arm tightly and pointed his katana at both Kim and Scott. "It's not just Scott Pilgrim I have an issue with. It's also your friend, Kimberly." He said in Chinese, the likes of which made Scott and Kim worried.

"Uh, what'd he just say Knives?" Kim asked worryingly. "Honestly, I don't know. But it doesn't sound good." Knives then responded. She didn't really speak her father's language, but she could definitely tell it wasn't good at all. He tried ramming his sword through Scott first, but at the last second, Knives kicked her own father (Out of panic) in the stomach, knocking him to the ground in the process. "Ok, time to run now?" Lisa sheepishly asked her friends. "Yep, I agree with you. RUN!" Kim yelled as she grabbed Lisa and ran for it, with Knives following and Scott covering them from behind just as Mr. Chau got to his feet and began to chase them.

MR. CHAU

VS.

SCOTT PILGRIM, LISA MILLER, KNIVES CHAU AND KIM PINE

RUNNING LEVEL!

GO!

Scott and the girls rushed around many corners and down the odd alleyway, avoiding every attack being thrown their way by Mr. Chau. As this happened, Knives hoped to slow her father down via her own ninja skill as well as throwing her sais his way, but this proved to be ineffective. Though what was effective enough to slow him down was Kim's ice breath. This bought them enough time to board a street car and hopefully get away from him, allowing them to relax even. "Ok...that was close. The guy kinda seemed like he was Ramona's fourth evil ex or something." Kim admitted while out of breath.

"You're not wrong there...I thought so too, after all the stalking he'd done to me, until Ramona told me her fourth ex was a girl." Scott then responded, stunning his friends with the info on his girlfriend's fourth ex. "Wait a minute. You mean that the next evil boyfriend is an actual girl?!" Knives (Status: WHAT?!) exclaimed in shock, and Lisa, just after hearing this info, was stunned to discover what Scott had been up to recently. "Hang on, you've been fighting ex-boyfriends of your girlfriend?" She asked, knowing that while Scott was a good fighter, it wasn't like him to pick a fight with other people like that.

"Evil Exes. Yeah, it's a long story Lisa. Basically they're all coming after me to control Ramona's love life, so me Kim, Knives and the others are fighting them. And things were pretty much going ok for a while." Scott explained, giving Lisa the whole context of the situation. She would've asked who the fourth ex was, but before they could, the back of the street car was sliced open, causing them to stand up and Mr. Chau stood at the top of the now-sliced debris, pointing his katana at the quartet. "You've gotta be XXXXXXX kidding me..." Kim said in disbelief, unable to take her eyes away. And it would've gotten her killed when Mr. Chau lunged for her.

Luckily however, Lisa and Scott yanked her out of the way before they leapt onto the roof of the street car (Just like in the game) in an chance to escape. "Uh, you guys know this is dangerous, right?!" Lisa asked as she nearly fell off the roof of the streetcar itself. "Better than having to face down Knives' father right now, Lisa!" Kim called back as the gang made their way to the front of the car. "Ok, now what?!" Knives asked Scott, wondering just where in the hell they had to go to get away from her father next. "I don't know! We just have to find a-!" Scott began, only to get cut off when Mr. Chau caught up with them and sliced the front of the streetcar.

"Uh, Scott...?!" Kim then said while pointing towards another huge problem: the street car was on a collision course with a building scheduled for demolition. "OH XXXX! JUMP! QUICK!" Scott yelled, and with that, the four of them jumped into the window of a sushi restaurant, moments before the front of the streetcar crashed into the building (And thus saving the demolitions crew the trouble). Scott got to his feet, having taken a lot of pain from crashing through the window. "You ok, Scott?" Knives asked gently as she helped Scott to his feet with Lisa's help. "Y-Yeah...my everything hurts...but I'm ok..." He responded while rubbing his shoulder.

"Come on, he's Scott Pilgrim. He's been through worse." Kim then brought up with a smirk. Scott smiled at this as he looked around the restaurant, hoping to look for someway to escape Mr. Chau's wrath...only to be met with a whole bunch of Ninjas, rollerblades and such, glaring at them with a murderous intent, behind them of course was Mr. Chau. "That man and woman have dishonoured my daughter! Kill them!" He yelled, pointing his katana at Scott and Kim almost immediately. And within seconds, everyone in the restaurant went straight for them with murderous intents.

HANZOS, FUUMAS, BUTAS, STELLAS AND FRANKS (Yes, just like the game enemies) JOINED THE FIGHT!

"Oh great! There's nowhere we can go, is there?!" Scott groaned in annoyance. He and the girls would've had to resort to fighting those ninjas, though luckily, Scott noticed a subspace door nearby to the left. "Guys...I've got a plan." He then said to the girls. "What is it?" Knives asked almost immediately. "We head for that door over there. Don't waste any time fighting all of these guys and we'll get out of this alive." Scott explained. It didn't seem like the best of plans, but he did at least try to think of one. "Scott...remind me to punch your life in the face if we survive all this..." Kim groaned, deciding to go along with the plan, just as the ninjas leapt towards them.

Scott and Knives went first, using their skills for combined attacks to blow the ninjas back while allowing Kim and Lisa to make a run for the door, though with Lisa having to hit a few rollerblades along the way with her own handbag. Scott and Knives followed the two girls into the door, even with Knives unintentionally kicking her own father in the face just to leap into subspace at the last second. "Sorry dad!" She said apologetically before the subspace door completely closed.

Inside Subspace...

Scott and Knives landed behind Kim and Lisa, who were both looking around the unfamiliar location. "That was close, Scott...not gonna lie. But where the heck are we now...?" Lisa said before asking where the heck they'd ended up. "We're in subspace. Ramona uses this all the time to deliver packages, usually though my head most of the time." Scott explained to Lisa as he looked around the place for another subspace door. "Kinda thought your head would've been a bit more filled though..." Kim admitted, though she didn't know that this wasn't Scott's head they'd stumbled into.

"Actually...this isn't my head." He said while looking around a little more. "What? Then whose head are we inside of right now?" Knives asked in shock. Scott didn't answer when he came across a wall-like front of a building, which looked bigger on the inside than outside. Looking inside, Scott and the girls saw Ramona, dressed scandalously while her hands were chained up at the foot of a shadowy figure (Scott's Note: Who the hell is that...?). "Scott...are we in...?" Kim began, beginning to get weary of the sight, even wondering who the shadowy figure was.

"Ramona's head...? I don't know..." Scott admitted. If this was Ramona's head, then why was she like that? And more importantly- The figure suddenly spotted Scott and the girls, growling at them in anger and startling them in the process, causing them to jerk back out of the room. The figure then sighed, satisfied before sitting back on his throne. "W-What is this...?" Lisa asked, having never seen anything like this in her life. "More importantly, who was that? Could he be...Gideon?" Scott then asked, wondering if that guy was Ramona's recent ex-boyfriend and if he was, why he looked so controlling over her.

"Uh, can I do you one better...? Who the hell is that?!" Knives then asked, pointing behind Scott, causing him to look and see...someone he'd never thought he'd see in his life. "Oh no...not him!" Scott exclaimed in horror. There was no denying it, that familiar hairstyle and attire, all mixed with light blue skin, dark blue hair, a dark t-shirt with a broken heart, spiked cuffs, ripped jeans, dark shoes and the slight glitching radiating off him, it was Scott...but darker (Name: Nega Scott. Scott Pilgrim's evil counterpart. Age: Same as Scott's. Rating: Negative Awesome. Status: Evil).

"Scott...? Why does that guy look like you...?" Lisa then asked her friend as she held Kim's hand. "And how the heck do you know him..." Knives then asked while looking at Scott. "No idea...just instinct I guess. We've gotta get outta here." He replied immediately, turning to find the subspace door, only for the Nega Scott to teleport in front of him and the girls, laughing at him pixel-like and mockingly. "Heh...what's the matter? Not glad to see me, Scotty?" He asked, his voice sounding just like Scott's. "Aaah! It talks!" Knives exclaimed in shock, nearly stumbling back, but only to be caught by Nega Scott when he teleported behind her.

"Well of course I do, short round. I'm not a mute you know!" He chuckled. "Hey, back off man! If you hurt Knives, I'll smash your face into a car windshield!" Kim growled, glaring that the negative version of her ex in the eye, all after grabbing Knives away from him. "Oooh, I'm soooo scared." Nega Scott spoke (Lisa's Note: Yep, he definitely seems like Scott's evil counterpart) in a mocking tone once again. "Why the hell are you even here now?!" Scott then asked his negative counterpart. "Isn't it obvious, Scotty? So we can become one again. You're only just half a Pilgrim right now, but when we merge together-" Before Nega Scott could finish, Scott punched him in the face and sent him flying a good distance away.

"NO! I don't need you! I need Ramona, so I can move on!" He yelled, his tone and personality changing to the shock of his friends. "Move one...? From what...?" Knives asked, her question of which stunned Scott slightly before he shook his head. "Nothing. We've gotta leave before he uses me to take over the universe or send us to the salt mines or whatever!" Scott said before grabbing Knives and leading her away with Kim and Lisa following closely behind them. "Scott...you can't keep living like that, if he's-" Kim began, but was cut off when Nega Scott fired a Negadouken at them, narrowly missing them by inches.

"You can't run for me, Scotty! It's like running from yourself! I'll always catch you in the end." He called out to his positive counterpart before laughing aloud. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" Scott yelled as he kept running away from his dark self with the girls, hallucinating on seeing him everywhere in subspace as well as seeing the odd bit of memories of Ramona's life, until after a few minutes of running...he and the girls had both lost Nega Scott yet ended up in a very unfamiliar place. They were still in Subspace, no doubt. But now it seemed that they were in an old graveyard (Near enough like in the game), complete with an eerie mist, dead trees and endless tombstones from the looks of it all.

"Scott…why are we in a graveyard…?" Knives asked, somewhat spooked (More like nearly scared to death) by the new location they had walked into. "N-No idea…I could've sworn a subspace door was this way..." He said with worry. The group soon noticed a gathering of people gathered around a grave a good distance away, the words being spoken by the priest were incoherent, though Scott couldn't help but feel curious about what this was all about. He tried to walk towards the gathering, only to stop when he, along with the girls as well, heard crying nearby.

Looking to the right, Scott, Kim, Lisa and Knives turned to see a little girl (Name: Unknown, but she seems familiar. Status: Crying her eyes out.) with blonde hair, dressed in a black dress and jacket, hiding behind a tombstone while crying her eyes out while holding a single shoelace. "Hey...are you ok, little girl? What's the matter?" Scott asked gently as he approached the little girl, who, when she looked at him, seemed...familiar. It didn't, however, stop the little girl from gasping in shock upon seeing the four friends. "Wh-What are you guys doing in here? Get out!" She exclaimed, standing on her feet while trying to shoo them away.

"Woah, hang on a minute. We're just trying to find out way out and-" Knives began while trying to reassure the little girl that they meant no harm. "Leave, now!" The girl then yelled angrily (Y'know...like any child would when they're angry), even pointing at the friends accusingly. "Ok, ok, we'll leave. But can you please-" Lisa then tried to ask, but in vain. "STOP LOOKING AT ME!" The little girl finally screamed, her voice powerful enough to blast the Scott and the girls away...and back into reality.

Back in Reality...

In Ramona's back yard

Scott, Kim, Lisa and Knives fell onto the lawn in what seemed to be Ramona's backyard, right after breaking the balcony fence. One glance around told the four friends that they were back in reality, they were so relieved finally getting away from their problems...only to run into one more. "Guys, what the XXXX?! How could you just invade my own head like that?!" Ramona yelled, appearing behind them, and boy she wasn't happy at all (Scott's Note: What was that memory about that's making her mad like this?), especially when she yanked Scott to his feet.

"S-Sorry, Ramona! I didn't know it was your head! We were just trying to escape from Knives' father in subspace and then we met came across this negative version of me and-" Scott tried to explain. However, he was gently cut off by Ramona. "Ok, ok. It's no one's fault. Just...forget whatever you guys saw back there, alright?" She said, the way she spoke making her sound like she didn't want anyone to know about what happened back there, specifically her with that shadowy figure or that little girl in the graveyard. "Yeah...I never saw a thing." Scott then said in agreement as he got to his feet. "I concur." Kim added while helping Knives to her feet.

"Also...I'm sorry about walking off on you last night, Scott. I was a little jealous of you and Lisa and I wanted to clear my head." Ramona then said apologetically to Scott. "Well, to be honest, and while we're on the subject...Scott kinda stayed over at my sister's place last night..." Lisa then admitted, shocking both Scott and Ramona. "Wait, what?" Ramona gasped in shock. "Lisa, what the hell did-?!" Kim (Emotion: Hurt by this a little. Status: Feeling slightly conflicted) began, unable to believe her friend would actually offer that to Scott, only to get cut off by her friend after a moment.

"It's not like there was a choice. Wallace had someone over at his place so that was the only option. I mean, I nearly kissed Scott last night...but I didn't do it in the end." Lisa explained, though the part about how she narrowly avoided kissing Scott didn't really help her case that much (Not-So Fun Fact: It really didn't). Hearing all this, Ramona just sank to the ground, feeling pretty sad and jealous at the same time, causing her head to glow pretty brightly. "Ramona, I swear I never..." Scott began as he made his way over to Ramona, only to stop when she looked him in the eyes.

"Are you in love with her...? Just answer me, no avoiding the subject." She said to Scott almost immediately. Scott was taken back by this, but he tried to be bold and answer. "Ramona, that's not true. the only girl I'm in love with is-" Before he could finish, another voice cut him off. "For the love of god, can you two just break up already so I can win Ramona...?" Roxie (Status: Cranky after a nap) said, looking down at the group from the second floor balcony. "You...?! What are you doing here?!" Scott asked in shock as he and the girls looked at Roxie. "What does it look like, Pilgrim...? I just woke up from a nap after spending the night here." The revelation from Roxie caused Scott's head to glow brightly, thinking that Ramona had just cheated on him with his fourth foe.

"Scott...I promise you it's not what-" Ramona tried to explain, but the second she tried to, Mr. Chau (Appearing out of thin air. Status: Preparing to kill.) suddenly appeared from behind and pointed his sword at Scott and Kim. "Who the hell is this?!" Roxie exclaimed in shock, even gesturing towards Knives' father, who looked towards her in confusion. "I was just wondering that, Roxie." Ramona responded in shock, just as confused. "My dad. He's trying to kill Scott and Kim for revenge." Knives explained to Ramona, who looked at her friend with a dumfound expression.

"He must've found a way to follow us through your head." Scott figured as he tried to at least get into a bold fighting pose. "Did Gideon send you...? Because I don't need any help! God, why don't those XXXXXXX believe in me?!" Roxie exclaimed to Mr. Chau, who tilted her head in more confusion. "I don't know any Gideon, miss." He said to her in confusion. "Well, I stand corrected then...like I thought: Scott Pilgrim is just a lazy XXX who doesn't fight his own battles! Always relying on his friends, thinking they're his power and whatever! You'll always be a XXXXX!" Roxie hissed, though chuckling a lot after that remark.

Hearing this, Scott felt dejected, especially when he looked towards Kim and Knives, and even Ramona...no. He couldn't let Roxie say that about him, let alone run away from a fight just because someone has a sword and he didn't even obtain one yet (Quest Status: Ongoing). This was it. It was now or never. He had to take a stand and prove that he wasn't all of what he was claimed to be.

"You're wrong, little miss ninja. I know I come across as a XXXXX, and an idiot...but I would never let my friends fight my battles for me just like that! We've all been through hell and back to help Ramona, and even though she has secrets she doesn't tell us, I don't care about that stuff. I love her for who she is, and I know, deep down, we can make our relationship work somehow, even if it takes all eternity!" He said, his heart's light igniting as he spoke boldly, unafraid to admit his feelings there and now. The way he spoke made Kim and Knives, and especially Lisa, proud. Ramona on the other hand felt her heart flutter at the way he just said all that.

SCOTT PILGRIM GAINED +9999 EXP...

AND LEVELED UP!

SMARTS +1

WILL +1

Then as if on cue, Scott's chest began to glow in a fiery aura before a handle with a heart on the end appeared from it. Scott gripped the handle and pulled it out, revealing the handle to be part of a longsword.

SCOTT PILGRIM EARNED THE POWER OF LOVE!

Roxie was stunned upon seeing all this happen, though Mr. Chau didn't react that much. "Good thing I actually picked up that longsword proficiency in grade five now. Better tick that off my to-do list." Scott said with a smirk before he pointed his sword at Roxie. "Good for you, Scott!" Lisa said giddily, and even Kim gave the thumbs up to Scott for approval too. With his weapon finally received, Scott prepared to fight Roxie and Mr. Chau, and surprisingly, Ramona and Knives joined him once again. "I don't want to fight you, father. But I can't let you kill my friends!" Knives said to her own father, causing him to frown at those words.

"Et tu, Ramona?" Roxie then asked, sneering at her ex with a glare (The bitterest of bitterest). "Looks that way, Roxie." Ramona responded after summoning her Large Hammer (+4 Against Ninjas) and prepared to fight, though she seemed pretty hesitant. "Fine then...come on, lovebirds. Let's dance!" Roxie then yelled, pulling out her katana and putting on her red oni mask, showing she meant business.

ROXIE RICHTER AND MR. CHAU

VS.

SCOTT PILGRIM, RAMONA FLOWERS AND KNIVES CHAU

ROUND 4

FIGHT!

Scott and Roxie rushed towards each other before both their blades clashed intensely as the fought, in the process both got a couple of cuts each. Mr. Chau attempted to go after Kim, only for Knives to intervene. As a matter of fact, the fight was taken back into subspace (Again...) to the worries of Lisa. "Uh, should we help them?" She asked Kim, feeling like they should. "Eh, they've got this one, Lisa. Don't worry. Trust me, I know from a lot of experience." Kim responded reassuringly.

Meanwhile in subspace, atop of a mountain with surrounding thunderstorms, Scott and Ramona continuously fought Roxie while Knives did her best to contain her father's fury. Though he came so close to doing it, Mr. Chau couldn't get past his daughter no matter how he tried, and the possibly 400th time, Knives just lost it. "THAT'S ENOUGH DAD!" She screamed, right to her own father's face no less. "I'm not letting you kill Scott, even though we did date briefly! He's a good guy who's trying to fight to help his girlfriend, and if you want to kill him, you're gonna have to kill me too..." Hearing this from his own daughter, Mr. Chau paused for a moment out of surprise until finally...he lowered his sword, showing that he had no intentions on killing his daughter.

Roxie meanwhile ferociously fought Scott and Ramona with everything she had, including duplicating herself to fight them and even using pouncing on Scott and kicking him against the face. Ramona smacked Roxie in the face with her large hammer, sending her flying to the apex of the mountain. "I never should've taught you my tricks, Ramona! God just let me win already!" She exclaimed as she kicked Scott in the face towards the rocky wall of the mountain itself, rendering the wind from him knocked out, before she turned towards Ramona with a murderous intent, feeling that if she couldn't have her ex, nobody could.

The two girls clashed, hammer against katana, with the intensity of the fight increasing more and more by the mere moment. After Roxie knocked her hammer out of her own hands and down the mountain, due to her hesitation, and with her conscience getting the better of her, Ramona teared up. "Roxie…I'm sorry." She finally managed to say, her words of which surprised both her ex and Scott. "Sorry for what?!" The blonde half-ninja asked, tears also forming in her eyes. "For leaving the way I did. I mean, after I we made out that night! I was too afraid to face you back then, even after everything we went through! I didn't want to hurt you!" Ramona said, admitting everything she feared to Roxie while unable to keep fighting because of her regrets and emotions.

"So you left without a word?! You made me feel like nothing after that! You were too afraid...? Good for you, and especially Pilgrim over there!" Roxie angrily (Emotion: Emotional Meltdown Imminant!) yelled at Ramona, crying and calling her out for she went through. "All I ever wanted was for you to see me and accept me the way I am! But no...you couldn't even have the balls to do that, could you?! Little miss Flowers, skating on like she never knew a stupid blonde half-ninja, who you already hurt anyway, in the first place!" She spat, her words cutting deeply into Ramona, emotionally.

"I'm sorry!" Ramona said again, falling to her knees and crying, especially shocking Scott and Knives, when she reached the peak to aid her. Roxie merely glared at her ex after that apology. "I...I forgive you, Ramona…" She finally said, but before anyone could be relieved, Roxie gripped her sword tightly. "But that doesn't mean I'm gonna let you guys win!" With those words said, Roxie lifted her sword and rushed towards Ramona, trying to slice though her. "RAMONA!" Scott yelled, rushing at Roxie at full force, tackling her off the mountain before she could hurt Ramona, causing the two to plummet down into the depths below.

"SCOTT! ROXIE!" Ramona screamed in panic, helpless to save them both. Though luckily, the pair landed back into reality (In Ramona's back yard) where they continued to fight each other head on. The two clashed with each, swords clanging as the girls, and even Mr. Chau, watched with worry. At the last minute, just when Roxie tried to gain the upper hand, Scott threw dirt in her eyes (Scott's Note: Dirty move, I know...) and kicked her katana out of her hand, causing it to land a fair bit a way in the backyard, sticking up. He then tackled Roxie to the ground and pinned her there, holding his sword to her throat like he wanted to finish her.

For a good long moment, the pair glared at each other. "Well? What are you waiting for, you XXXX?! Finish it!" Roxie eventually screamed to Scott's face, and he really would've have finished her off there and then (Just like in the novels)...but then he noticed tears forming in his foe's eyes, almost like she accepted defeat...but yet didn't want to lose. Scott then looked back to see Ramona, Kim, Knives and Lisa, looking at him with worry, thinking he actually would hurt Roxie. Then remembering what Ramona had told him, and not to mention the apology she'd given Roxie on the mountain in subspace...he withdrew his sword from her neck.

As she opened her eyes just a peep, Roxie was shocked to find she'd been spared. "W-Why...? I-I don't understand..." She asked, confused if anything at being spared by her ex's new boyfriend at all. "To be fair...you don't really seem that evil, Roxie, that and I don't kill girls. Besides...I don't think Ramona, or anyone else, would want you dead." Scott said as he offered a hand to help Roxie up. However, her emotions getting the better of her, Roxie just turned away from Scott and cried. Though it wasn't because she was refusing to take Scott's hand, but rather...she felt like she didn't deserve to. It was then that Ramona came up to her ex and knelt beside her.

"As far as I'm concerned...I think it's better if we call this a draw." Ramona said as Roxie turned towards her, tears in her eyes, she didn't speak, but she listened to her ex this time. "You know...college doesn't seem that long ago. I guess we were pretty immature back then..." After speaking this and offering a hand to Roxie, Ramona helped her to her feet without hesitation. "Yeah...I guess we kinda were. Guess you two really have something special going on between you." Roxie (Status: Accepting defeat with honor) chuckled with admittance, no longer wanting to fight her ex or Scott.

"But I still love you as a friend. Nothing will ever change that." Ramona admitted with a smirk. "As in a friend with benefits?" Roxie asked with excitement. "Without." Ramona awkwardly admitted, something that pretty much relieved Scott. "Eh, I tried." Roxie then groaned, though accepting the friendship offer and hugging her ex.

Scott Pilgrim and Ramona Flowers SPARED Roxie Richter and gained 4000 points each

Knives Chau also gained 4000 points for assisting Scott and Ramona

"Well, this was certainly one hell of a day, especially in terms of the fight itself." Scott admitted, dropping his sword and taking a breather. "Everyone needs closure, Scott. Why do you think it's even called that?" Kim then pointed out in a blunt manner. "Oh, speaking of which...Mr. Chau, sir. I would never do anything to harm your daughter's honor, and neither would Kim. We've always respected her. And when I-" Scott began (Status: Clearing up the situation between him and Knives' dad.), trying to explain his case to Knives' father as he turned towards him...only to see that he'd vanished all together.

"Hey, where'd he go?" Lisa then asked in confusion as she looked around for him along with the girls. "Right up there." Knives said, pointing to Ramona's roof where Mr. Chau stood, looking down at the group, and Knives especially. "Knives, as far as I'm concerned, Scott Pilgrim has a sense of morality for a halfway decent young man. I suppose he is not so bad after all, and neither is Kim." He spoke in Chinese before turning towards Scott and nodding, then leaving completely. "What was that all about, Knives?" Kim asked, slightly confused on what he'd just said.

"Dunno, could never understand his language. But I guess it sounds like we've got an understanding?" She said, though she was somewhat able to tell what her father was saying. It was at that moment when Ramona realised that Scott had seen Roxie in her home earlier, and recalling what he thought, she immediately turned towards her boyfriend. "Scott, I-I'm so sorry! Roxie just slept on the couch, we didn't even make out either." She said, apologising while explaining what happened last night. "Yeah, we just sat around watching old movies. Couldn't even kiss her properly either." Roxie added, confirming Ramona's words while also making Lisa feel that she'd tried the same thing she'd did last night.

"A-Anyways, I just overreacted and-" She tried to continue, only for Scott to stop her. "Rammy, that doesn't matter. Because, and I'm gonna say this to show how much this all means to me...I love you." He finally said to his own girlfriend, saying the very words he'd been trying to say to her since who knows how long. "I...I love you too, Scott." Ramona finally confessed while blushing. Scott immediately squeaked with delight as Ramona hugged him, and when she kissed him, he kissed her passionately. As the girls watched, Roxie tried to make out with Lisa, only to get denied at the last second.

A Few Days later

Scott and Ramona kissed outside their apartment, though after that moment... "For the love of god, you two. Can you just get a freaking room?!" Kim groaned while carrying a box belonging to Scott. After a few days, Ramona officially decided to let Scott move in with her (Scott Pilgrim gained a new apartment!), and the two of them couldn't have been anymore glad to be closer. "Thanks for helping me move in, guys." Scott then said to his friends, one of which was now Roxie. "No problem, Pilgrim. I figured why not anyway." The blonde half-ninja said with a smirk. "Can't believe he had the audacity to ask us for this." Kim muttered under her breath.

"How is that different from asking us to help you move in with Hollie and Joseph?" Knives then asked while carrying one of Scott's plastic bags, but Kim stubbornly (Like usual) refused to respond after hearing that good point. "So this is seriously all of Scott's things? In this box aside from those two bags? A little pathetic if you ask me." Stephen then asked Scott, and feeling like it was less than what he assumed Scott would usually have. "Come on, can you blame him? Never really had much stuff to begin with." Wallace (Emotion: Happy for his buddy) then said, unintentionally making Scott and Ramona a little uncomfortable.

"But all in all, I'm proud of you guys. I'm so glad everything worked out for you." Wallace said, giving his buddy the thumbs up. "Thanks, Wallace. Man...I feel so good about it. And lemme guess, you signed a lease on a place with Mobile?" Scott said confidently before assuming Wallace did the one thing he figured he would. "Yep, you read my mind, buddy." Wallace then admitted with a smirk, annoying Scott though at the same time, also making Roxie smile a little. "Heh, remind me never to cross you." She said while gently nudging Wallace's shoulder a little with her elbow.

Knives and Ramona were a little concerned by this though, feeling like Wallace and Roxie would make a deadly friendship occur. "By the way Scott, there's a poster I also brought if you want it." Kim then said, putting down the bag Scott owned and held the poster in her had. "Which one?" Scott then asked in confusion. "One with two girls kissing." Kim explained after unravelling it. The mention of this made Scott feel a little awkward at best, even when he saw how uncomfortable it made Roxie and Ramona. "Well uh, you can have it if you want, Kim." He then said, allowing Kim to have his poster.

"What? I ain't taking this!" She immediately exclaimed in disgust, wanting to tear the poster up right there. "Ooh, I'll have it." Roxie said as this happened (Roxie's Note: This is totally mine!), immediately snatching the poster, rolling it up and putting it inside her katana scabbard...well, all while noticing everyone looking at her awkwardly. "Well, I'd better be going now. Oh, and by the way, be on the look out for the Twins, Pilgrim." Roxie then said, deciding to leave though not before giving Scott a warning about Ramona's next exes (Knives' Note: Wait, Twins?!).

She walked out of the front yard, humming her favourite song (That being The Hamster Dance) and, after waving goodbye to everyone, walking all the way back to her place. "Wait, you actually dated twins?" Stephen then asked in shock, hearing Roxie's warning and not to mention the fact that she mentioned twins. "Pretty much, yep." Ramona admitted sheepishly. "At the same time?" Stephen asked once again, only to earn a glare from the others. "Stephen, now's not the time. Besides, she doesn't have to answer that!" Kim then yelled in annoyance after slapping her bandmate across the back of the head.

As the two argued, they failed to notice a white robot looking at them from the other side of the streets, recording footage of what happened for Gideon.

Meanwhile at Gideon's Lair

The latter (Emotion: Villainous Breakdown) threw his glass at one of the monitors in a fit of rage, cursing at Roxie for not only bailing on killing Scott, but insulting him and making amends with Ramona too. It took a few moments to calm himself down, just before the last two members of his league (Them being Exes 5 and 6) arrived. "So she abandoned the mission then." "And then there were three." They both said, one after the other, before Gideon turned to face them. "She was a liability within the league anyway. And not to mention dull as Todd too." He said to his last two league members.

"So I take it we're up to face Scott Pilgrim next?" One of the two asked their boss. "You've got each other, your tech, your wits, intelligence and who knows what else? Believe me, if you can't torment Scott or his cohorts then who can?" Gideon then said with a smirk. "I'll say. And rest assured, by the time we and our combined efforts are finished with Scott Pilgrim and his cohorts..." The first twin began with a smirk. "Then Ramona will have no choice but to turn to us for good." The second twin finished, right before all three of them laughed triumphantly.

Over the next few days

Things were looking pretty bright for everyone. Half the songs for Sex Bob-Omb were finished for their album, Lisa finally got to hear what the band sounded, and boy she thought they rocked like crazy. Though when the time came for Lisa's farewell party and things were a blast. Scott and Knives were a little drunk after two sips, and as a helpful boost, Ramona suggested Lisa to look up Lucas Lee (Ramona's Second Ex) not just for her to be successful, but also someone Lucas could have by his side. And later on that night, Scott and Ramona went to the park to look up at the starry sky and be together.

"So...when's your birthday, Scott?" Ramona then asked Scott as he turned towards her in surprise. "I mean, you accidently found out my age and I figured I might as well ask." She then admitted sheepishly. "It's soon actually. The 27th. Of September I mean." Scott explained, smiling at this. "And mine's the first of January. We'll be the same age!" Ramona exclaimed with excitement (Status: Loving every moment with Scott.) as she rushed forward to hug him, and likewise, he hugged her back. "Man...don't you wish this moment could last forever, Rammy?" Scott then asked his girlfriend after looking up at the starry sky.

"You mean with your hand on my boob?" She then asked. Scott wonder what Ramona was talking about for a second...and then realised that he'd accidentally placed his hand on his girlfriend's boob. "Oh god! R-Rammy, I swear it was an accident!" He exclaimed in panic and embarrassment, even jerking away too, all of which caused Ramona to chuckle. "Relax...I know." She then said reassuringly. Scott calmed down after a few moments and then the two looked up at the sky again. "But yeah...I could live with this moment I'd want to remember forever." Ramona responded, leaning on her against her boyfriend's shoulder lovingly.

And Scott lovingly wrapped his arm around his girlfriend too...though after all this, Scott began to wonder a few things. Who was that little girl in the graveyard? Or the figure who held Rammy captive in her mind? And why was his negative counterpart (Nega Scott) coming after him now? He might have been out of trouble for now, but somehow he felt like things were getting more serious and dark and stuff...

Scott's not wrong there...

Trouble never stays gone for too long, and with three of Ramona's exes left, it's about to get serious.

But for now though, stay tuned for the next chapter.
