Dabi disgustedly tugged at the ski mask covering his face. "If you're just going to use your Quirk right away, why did we even bother with these?"

"I quite like them. They're itchy and hideous!"

"Not to mention," Compress added, who wore his own mask under the ski mask, "Banks don't carry cash on hand these days."

"Can I please stab someone already?"

Shigaraki shouted, "All of you, shut up!" He scratched at his neck, inadvertently decaying his ski mask in the process. Shigaraki, not noticing this, asked the bank teller, "Do you have my money, or not?"

Toga hummed merrily and skipped, swinging her bag of cash over her shoulder while she licked her blood-soaked knife like a popsicle. Compress, carrying his own bags in his marbles, said, "I can't believe that worked."

"Of course it did," Shigaraki snapped. "I came up with the plan."

"And your plan has our getaway route take us next to U.A. because…"

"Because how else will the heroes find out?"

"Wait, what!"

"We haven't been in the spotlight for far too long. Beating up their precious baby heroes will be exactly what we need to strike fear into the hearts of the people."

Spinner cheered and said, "Exactly as Master Stain would-"

The moment the vigilante's name left his lips, Spinner vanished with a cut-off yelp. The villains formed up, covering their backs and scouring the streets for their assailants.

"Are you heroes, or cowards?" Shigaraki asked. "Show yourselves!"

Stamp. Stamp. The ground shook. Shigaraki wondered if Gigantomachia had entered the city for some reason, but the footsteps belonged to someone smaller. Smaller, relatively, as the bulky, muscled figure towered over them all.

"This one must be Sato! Get him before he can eat more sugar!"

Himiko charged. The hulking figure plucked a sphere off its head and hurled it like a shot put. Himiko slammed into a building, and the sphere stuck her in the impact crater.

"Uh, boss?" Dabi said quietly. "I think that one's the grape midget."

"Mineta? Impossible. He's huge!" Twice shouted.

Dabi readied his own fire, only for a bigger fire to sweep in and snuff it out. Dabi whirled, Endeavor's name on his lips, when a flick of ice froze him solid. Gorilla tape bound Compress in a pretzel, and when Magne used her Quirk, she reeled in a hissing cassowary.

Shigaraki found himself alone, surrounded by towering, muscled 1-A students. Shigaraki cringed as an even louder set of footsteps rattled the nearby buildings. Ducking under power cables, Sato cast a dark shadow over Shigaraki, which Dark Shadow used to get even bigger than Sato.

"You'll never-"

Sato's fist hit Shigaraki like a hammer, driving him deep into the concrete like a nail. Kurogiri took one look from his warp gate and ran.

A sack opened, and a green bill slipped out. It said, "I am money now."
