Festus stood next to Will's horse waiting for her to come out of the Long Branch. Lloyd was tending to his horse on the other side when Will walked out with Kitty. "Thank you for everything, Kitty."
Kitty gave her a sad smile. "I'm going to miss you."
"I'll write and let you know where I settle in at."
"You better." Kitty told her before giving her a big hug good-bye.
"Take care of him for me." She whispered in Kitty's ear.
Kitty pulled away with tear-filled eyes. "I will."
Will took a deep breath and turned towards Festus. They had already said their private good-byes at his place this morning. She handed him her saddlebags and he secured them to her saddle. "I'll let you know where I end up." She said.
"You be careful getting there." He told her.
"I will." She smiled at him.
Lloyd mounted his horse, "You ready, Will?"
"Almost." She answered. She turned to Festus grabbed his shirt with one hand, placing the other hand on the back of his head pulling him into a passionate kiss. Festus wrapped his arms around Will kissing her back with equal passion. Will broke the kiss, mounted her horse and looked at Festus. "Yep, as good of a kisser as you are sexy." She told him as she winked, and took off at a gallop down the street.
