Chapter 2: Chains
The chains were heavy and they ripped at his skin. He had his hands and ankles chained with another chain connecting them. The shackles around his ankles immobilized him, making it very hard to walk with a chain linking them. He couldn't use his feet to fight; he could barely walk with the heavy chains. However, he didn't make it easy for Zoro. He had fought back and thought he was winning until Zoro sat on his chest. Sanji couldn't move as Zoro shackled him. The only good thing about these chains is that he's not stuck to a post. He can walk around, just barely, but there were no chances to escape. He couldn't run in these chains, and Zoro had the exits guarded.
Currently, he was sitting on the ground next to Zoro as the raiders held a party, drinking, eating, and laughing. Beside him, Zoro was drinking heavily and laughing with his men. Sanji could smell the ale on Zoro's breath whenever he laughed. Their food was disgusting, and he had to watch slabs of meat being overcooked and burnt over the campfire. But what did he expect from uncouth raiders? The meat wasn't even seasoned! It just kept getting blacker and blacker.
"Those meats are overdone," Sanji said to Zoro. "Take them off the fire," Zoro shouted to someone about the meat and they came to remove it. Sanji just shook his head as the raider started handing out the meat to others. "You're cooking it wrong," he said to Zoro.
"Aren't omegas seen and not heard?" Zoro smirked at him.
Sanji gave him a little sneer. He couldn't tell if Zoro was mocking him or if he was serious.
"Do you have spices?" Sanji asked.
Zoro nodded, gulping down more ale.
"Give them to me," Sanji said. "I'll show all of you how to cook properly."
"What's wrong with the way we cook?" Zoro asked.
"You're not doing it right! It's killing me to see these…these combinations you call cooked meat."
Zoro threw back his head and laughed, but agreed to it. Zoro shouted to someone to get their spice box. Spices were expensive and hard to come by, but he and his crew managed to get some during a raid. Zoro handed the box to Sanji and watched as the omega went through the little bottles. Sanji had picked three and put the spice box to the side.
Without a word, Sanji got up and went to the preparation table where slabs of meat were sprawled out. Taking a knife, Sanji cut up the meat into smaller pieces. He rubbed them all with the mix of spices before hanging them over the fire. Sanji sat down by the fire to watch the meat cook, waiting until it was cooked to perfection. It was hard to cook with the shackles, but he managed.
The first round of raiders plus Zoro all took a piece of meat. Zoro bit into the meat, finding it tender and delicious. He had never tasted something so good! He gobbled up the rest of the meat and washed it down with a big chug of ale. The other raiders were enjoying the meat as well. Sanji set to the next round of meat, using the same spice mix, and letting the next group of raiders have it. Despite his predicament, he loved seeing everyone enjoying their meat. Nothing pleases a cook more than watching others enjoy what you made. He was a little hungry, so he took a piece of meat and returned to Zoro's side.
Zoro watched Sanji eat the delicious meat and wanted more for himself. The spices mixed with cooking were sublime. Maybe Sanji wasn't a useless omega after all.
The party went on long into the night with most of the men passed out from full bellies and ale. Sanji had stayed awake until Zoro finally passed out. This was his chance to get away! Sanji very carefully ran his hands over Zoro's body, searching for the key to his cuffs. When he got to Zoro's pockets, his fingers touched something hard. It was the key! Sanji took it out and unlocked his limbs from the chains. He was free! Everyone was passed out drunk, and it would be the best time to leave.
Sanji hesitated for a moment. He couldn't just run off into the dark; he would need a lantern and some food. Sanji returned to Zoro's tent and stuffed the dried sticks of meat in his pockets. He took the already-lit lantern and peeked out of the tent, making sure no one was moving around. Sanji began his escape, carefully stepping over sleeping raiders. He did have a plan. He would have to wait until morning for the light. For now, he'll just climb a tree and hide out until sunrise.
He had just reached the exits to the woods and he sighed relief. But his relief was short-lived. Someone was running up behind him. He turned to see that it was Zoro. Sanji cursed and took off running. There was nowhere for him to go with Zoro hot on his heels. So all he could do was fight. Sanji slid to a halt and put the lantern down. He spun on his heels just as Zoro was coming towards him. The second Zoro was in range, Sanji jumped and kicked out his heel. But his kick missed as Zoro ducked just in time. Zoro didn't have his swords, only his hands. Sanji knew the alpha was still strong without his weapons. Sanji did more kicks as quickly as he could, pushing Zoro back as the alpha had to block.
Zoro kept dodging Sanji's attacks with his hands and wrists. They weren't getting anywhere with this fight, and Zoro was ready to just tackle Sanji to the ground. Suddenly, Sanji stopped with the kicking and grabbed Zoro's arm. Zoro had no time to break free as he was suddenly flipped over by Sanji, landing hard on his back. Sanji's boot pressed down on his chest, looming over him. The omega wore a victorious smirk, which made Zoro chuckle. Did Sanji really think he had him defeated? Zoro grabbed the other ankle and yanked it hard. Sanji lost his footing and fell backward. Zoro jumped to his feet and loomed over Sanji; now he was wearing a victorious smirk.
But Zoro did not plan for Sanji's flexibility. Sanji had used his hands to lift himself up where he kicked Zoro hard under the chin with his foot as he finished the flip. Zoro stumbled back and Sanji flipped in front of him, striking Zoro's right shoulder.
"You bastard!" Zoro glared at him as he wiped the trickle of blood from the corner of his mouth.
Sanji beckoned Zoro to come at him with his hand.
Zoro smirked. "You want a fight? You got one,"
Sanji had made a promise to himself that he would never use his hands to fight, but he would have to use them to beat Zoro. His first fist aimed for Zoro's head, and his other fist aimed for his chest. Zoro caught both of him. Sanji tried to pull his fists out of the tight grip when Zoro's boot came up and kicked him hard in the gut. Sanji doubled over with a loud gasp, spitting up some bile. Then, Zoro backhanded him with a hard fist against his cheek bone. Sanji felt like the punch spun his head all the way around. He stumbled backwards but wouldn't fall. He refused to.
"You shitty Moss-head!"
"Are you pissed because I'm winning?"
"Ha! Don't make me laugh!" His stomach was still aching from Zoro's kick. "I'm going to knock you on your ass!"
"We'll see about that,"
Sanji lunged at Zoro again, pretending that he was going to kick Zoro's head but changed his attack. He used his other leg to swipe at Zoro's. Zoro hadn't expected that and he fell to the ground. Zoro was getting up only to get kicked with Sanji's heel in the side of his head, right at the temple. Zoro growled and jumped back up. Sanji's leg came at him and Zoro caught it. He lifted Sanji by the leg and tossed him. Sanji didn't fly far, but he landed hard on his side.
Zoro was coming after him and Sanji acted quickly. He crouched down and flipped himself over Zoro's head, landing behind him. With Zoro distracted, Sanji kicked him in the tailbone, then the shoulder, and finally, the nape of his neck. Zoro fell to his hands and knees and Sanji couldn't resist his next attack. He literally kicked Zoro in the ass.
Zoro at first grit his teeth with a frown, but then it curled into a smirk. He didn't get up from the ground but rather spun himself around and wrapped his arms around Sanji's legs. Sanji fell back with Zoro still around his legs. Zoro released Sanji's legs and wrapped his hands around Sanji's neck.
"Give up and admit defeat!" Zoro demanded, pressing down harder on Sanji's throat.
"N-Never!" Sanji managed to say.
Zoro was straddling him, both his legs at Zoro's sides. The pressure on his throat was getting worse. He slid his legs from Zoro's sides and planted both on Zoro's chest. Sanji grit his teeth and shoved hard, feeling the hands leaving his neck. Sanji coughed and gasped for air, rolling over and trying to get to his feet. But he was pushed down by Zoro's weight on top of him. Zoro held both his hands down while his knees pressed down painfully on his legs. Sanji couldn't move, only wiggle, and Zoro wasn't letting up on the weight.
Sanji suddenly realized exactly what position they were in- the mounting position. He had to hide his blush before Zoro could see. Zoro's weight was suddenly welcomed. He was NOT going to let Zoro take him, so he had to say it, even if it hurt his pride.
"I…give up…" Sanji said, hoping Zoro would get off of him.
Zoro was surprised to hear Sanji admit defeat. He has him pinned to the ground, and Zoro's anger was slowly turning to desire. He liked Sanji beneath him like this. If he wanted to, he could remove Sanji's pants and take his pleasure with the omega. But he wasn't that type of person. He was attracted to Sanji, but the blonde spitfire insists on fighting him. But he wasn't complaining. Sanji has been the best fighting opponent for him in a long while. Besides, he wanted to make Sanji beg for it.
Zoro wanted to see the pale, flawless body naked on the furs. He wanted to slide his tongue along Sanji's long legs, then explore the rest of his body. Just thinking about it made him horny. He removed himself from Sanji and kicked him hard in the head, half knocking him out. Zoro picked Sanji up and threw him over his shoulder. He brought the omega back to camp.
He chained Sanji to the post again and went to the furs to get some sleep. His body ached from Sanji's attacks, but it would wear off soon. He stared at Sanji's slumped form, settling on those long, outstretched legs. Zoro wanted to feel those long legs wrap around his waist or resting on his shoulders. He would leave bite marks on Sanji's thighs, marking his territory. He's never had a virgin omega before, and he felt himself hardening. Zoro reached his hand beneath the furs to rub his growing erection. He closed his eye and pictured Sanji lying on the furs. Next to Sanji were his swords, and the omega had one in his hands. Sanji slowly pulled the sword from the sheath, then brought it to his lips to give the blade a lick. Zoro shuddered and came hard in his hand. He wiped his hands on the bottom furs and turned to look at Sanji. The omega was asleep. Zoro rolled over and fell asleep as well.
Even though he was having a fitful sleep, Sanji dreamed he was wandering a forest. Strangely, he was naked but he didn't care. He saw something moving through the trees. Sanji looked around, trying to spot where and what it was. He walked on, slowly, watching for whatever was following him. Then, Sanji heard a low growl. He paused in his steps as he finally saw what was following him. It was a large green tiger with black stripes and emerald eyes. The tiger growled louder and showed its sharp teeth. Sanji didn't know what to do, so he ran. The tiger followed. Sanji kept running and running until he reached a deep, muddy ravine. He tried to climb but it was too wet and he kept sliding down.
Sanji knew he had to give up, so he slid to the ground and readied himself for the tiger to attack. Instead, the tiger came over and licked his face. Sanji lifted his head when he felt the tiger's licks. The scratchy feel of the big cat's tongue was rubbing his skin raw. Suddenly, Sanji wasn't afraid. The tiger licked his neck and Sanji closed his eyes, relaxing into the large animal. When the tiger licked his nipple, he quickly pushed the tiger away. But it wasn't a tiger anymore- it was Zoro.
Sanji jerked his head up and hit the post. He let out a soft curse and looked to the bed of furs to see Zoro asleep. What the hell kind of dream was that? And why was Zoro in it?" Of course, he knew the answer but refused to admit it.
The next day, Sanji spent most of it chained to the post. He was only released to eat and relieve himself. It was getting tiring sitting so Sanji wiggled upward to be in a standing position. He let out a sigh as his muscles thanked him for stretching. He noticed he hadn't seen Zoro all day. When he woke up, Zoro was already gone. Sanji did not get a break from the post, even when Zoro came in after dark. Zoro only said they set sail tomorrow and just rolled over, already snoring.
By the next morning, everything was packed up and ready to carry. Sanji was free of the heavy chains but he was bound with rope instead. Zoro had tied his wrists together in a tight knot and took the extra length of rope. Sanji was NOT going to be treated like a dog. As they were getting ready to leave, Sanji sat on the ground, refusing to move. Zoro looked back when he tugged at the rope but Sanji wouldn't come.
"Stand up," Zoro said, softly at first. But when Sanji didn't listen, he said it in a commanding tone. "Stand up!"
Sanji folded his legs together and ignored Zoro's demand.
"I won't hesitate to drag you," Zoro warned. He gave a strong tug of the rope but instead of Sanji standing up he fell forward.
Sanji fought Zoro's grasp, using his neck and body muscles to keep from being pulled. Zoro would tug and Sanji would pull back. They grit their teeth at each other, waiting for the other to make a move.
"Shitty Moss-head! Get this rope off me!"
"I'll give you more ropes! Stupid Curly Brow! Your brow looks like a swine's tail!"
"Oh yeah? Well, there's a carriage leaving soon, so why don't you be under it!"
"I'll use your body for target practice!"
"How does it feel to have moss for hair? Do you have little bugs in there living their lives in a tiny village?"
Zoro was losing his patience. "Shut your mouth and stand up!"
"NO!"
"I SAID STAND UP!"
"I WON'T!"
"Stars above, omega, you're testing my patience!"
"Sir, use this," One of his crew handed him a riding crop. "That'll make him move."
As frustrated as he was, he couldn't bring himself to harm Sanji like this. He gave the riding crop back and turned to Sanji. "If you don't stand up, I'm going to carry you!"
Sanji was able to move his hands enough to give Zoro the middle finger.
That was the last straw for Zoro. He stormed over to Sanji and roughly grabbed him by the hair. Sanji let out a gasp of pain as Zoro forced him to his feet by his hair. Zoro got on one knee and forced Sanji to lay across his lap. Zoro lifted his large hand and gave Sanji's ass a hard slap. Sanji gasped out in disbelief as Zoro brought down his hand again. It hurt, but he was not going to give up. Zoro kept spanking him until his hand was sore.
"If you want to act like a brat, then I'll treat you like a brat!" Zoro got up along with Sanji. "NOW WALK!" Zoro shouted at him and took the rope once again.
Sanji wanted to protest, but he couldn't because some memories came back to him. His brothers always blamed him for everything and he was the one punished with a harsh spanking from their father. He remembers his brothers' laughter and taunts as it was happening..
'You're a troublesome omega, Sanji!' He heard his father's voice in his head. 'Why can't you be more like your brothers? Why are you such a failure? I'm ashamed to share the same blood with you. Begone from my sight.'
"Hey, Curly Brow," Zoro wasn't sure why Sanji just started staring blankly. Zoro snapped his fingers near Sanji's face and that got him out of his daze. "We're walking." he was surprised by Sanji's nod. It looked like whatever he was thinking about has changed his attitude. There was so much more to learn about Sanji.
It was a long walk to the shore where their boats were and everything they raided was being packed into the ships. Zoro kept a firm hold on Sanji's rope, giving out orders and watching everything get loaded onto the ships. Sanji hadn't said a word the entire way here. Zoro should be relieved that the omega stopped running his mouth, but he sort of…missed it.
After the cargo was loaded, Zoro took Sanji onto the ship and went all the way to the back of the long ship. Once they were out on the water, Zoro took his sword and cut the ropes from Sanji's wrists.
"Why did you do that?" Sanji asked, finally talking.
"Because we are on the ocean now, and there's nowhere for you to run. I'm going into the cabin to take a nap. Stay out here."
Sanji watched Zoro climb into the small cabin then turned his attention back to his homeland. He wouldn't miss it. That's where his family is, and the furthest away he can get the better.
The raiders kept rowing over the waves and Sanji just sat there, watching them. They took breaks from time to time. One of the raiders on break came up to him wearing an evil smirk. He was tall and stocky with a small red beard. Sanji glared at him, his eyes saying 'go away'
"It's nice to see someone finally attractive on this ship!" the man shouted and was met with hearty laughs. "Hey little omega, it's good to see you. We haven't had the company of omegas in a long time!"
Sanji didn't like where this was going. "Back off. You reek of shit and piss."
The raider grew angry. "Maybe I should put that mouth to better use!" He grabbed his crotch and shoved in Sanji's direction. "I bet you would like to have this dick in you! It'll rip through that slit of yours, and I'll pound you until you're all fucked-out!" More laughs.
Sanji had enough. He shot his hand out to brutally grip the raider's balls, squeezing with all his might. The raider screamed in pain, trying to pull away. Sanji let go and the man hunched forward, trembling from the pain. Sanji lifted his leg and kicked the man hard, nearly knocking him overboard.
"Anyone else want to bother me?" Sanji asked when he stood up and glared at all the men. The ones on break went back to rowing. Quickly.
"You little prick," The raider had regained some of his strength and approached Sanji once again.
Sanji was ready to defend himself when the cabin door opened and a sword came out, stabbing the raider in the side. The raider gasped as Zoro walked out, sticking his sword further into the man's side.
"Get off my ship," Zoro pulled his sword out and kicked the man overboard. "Anyone else? Keep your hands off of this omega! He's mine." With that, Zoro went back into the cabin and this time, Sanji followed.
"I'm not yours!" But Zoro didn't listen to him.
The inside of the cabin was cozy enough. There were blankets of furs on the floor and a pillow. Zoro took a seat on the furs and noticed Sanji.
"Why are you in here?"
"I don't want to be outside with those guys," Sanji replied. Zoro was shirtless and Sanji couldn't help but stare. "I'll sit in here."
"Whatever," Zoro said and yawned, laying down on the furs. "Just don't touch anything."
When Zoro rolled over, Sanji saw the tiger tattoo and remembered his dream. Sanji felt a little heat on his cheeks and a semi-hard erection. He quickly willed it to go down and it did. That was close. But he was tired and could use some sleep. He curled up on the bare floor and willed himself to go to sleep.
The next morning, Zoro's yawn awoke Sanji. They both stared at each other for a moment, then turned away.
"Hey, where are we going?" Sanji asked.
"We're going to my homeland,"
Sanji rolled his eyes. "I know that, Moss-head. I mean after we get there. Do you have a house? A cabin? A castle?"
"I live with my best friend.."
"Oh? I'm surprised by that, actually. You look like someone who would want their own space."
"Not quite. His name is Luffy and his mate is named Law. I live with them in a castle."
"So…that's where I'll be a prisoner? Am I going into a dungeon?"
Zoro looked over at him. "No. I'm making you my personal servant."
"Excuse me?" Sanji wasn't sure he heard that right.
"I said, I'm making you my personal servant. If you'd rather not have that job, then you can go to the dungeon. Make your choice."
Sanji did not want to be in a dungeon…he had too many bad memories. But he didn't want to think about it. Until he can find a way to escape, he'll be Zoro's servant.
"Fine. I'll be your servant. I have a request though,"
"What is it?"
"I get free time to cook."
"...cook?"
"Yeah, cook. I like to make dishes of good food and try out new foods."
"Sure, that's fine," Zoro said.
"I have another request I just thought of,"
"What?"
"When I go into heat…I'll need my own room away from all alphas, including you. Being your servant is fine, but I toll the line when it comes to my omega body. Even in heat, I can still fight. You can't have it. No one can. Try to take it, and I'll beat you to the ground."
"You want to die a virgin?"
"Ugh. You talk like every other alpha! If you ask me, virginity is a stupid concept. No one gets near me. I have no issue being a childless, single omega."
Zoro felt his cock twitch in his pants while listening to Sanji's words. To Zoro, those words were a challenge. It would be a challenge for any alpha seeking an omega. He imagined the fight they would have before he overpowers Sanji while he's in heat and takes his virgin body. He would enjoy running his hands along Sanji's skin, admiring its softness. He would fiddled with Sanji's nipples until the omega was writhing with need and muscles stretched taut. He wondered what Sanji's pleasured cries and moans would sound like. He would like to have Sanji give in and bounce on his cock, taking it deeper and deeper, swallowing him up.
He kept the fur blankets over his lap so Sanji couldn't see his erection. He wanted to jump Sanji's bones. And he didn't mind children. He would like to be a father to strong alpha children. Sanji would need more convincing on that topic.
"You suddenly got quiet," Said Sanji.
"I was…thinking."
"Thinking about what?"
"I need some ale," he got up and made sure his back was to Sanji so the omega couldn't see his erection. As he stretched it went down a bit.
"I'll take some too," Sanji said, watching Zoro leave the cabin and waited quietly until he came back, holding a jug. "Where's the cups?"
"Just drink from the top," Zoro said, pulling the jug up to his lips and drinking some.
Sanji's lip went up in disgust as Zoro held out the jug for him.
"Stop being prim and proper, Curly Brow. You're not in the monestary anymore. Drink up."
"Stupid Moss-head."
Sanji took a sip from the jug and made a face. The ale wasn't totally bad, but it left a bad taste in his mouth. He was used to fine wines from the monastery. He took another sip, bigger this time, and it wasn't so bad. He handed the jug back to Zoro, who took a huge drink. Zoro liked to drink, Sanji thought, and he smirked at the idea he had. He can use ale and something herbal to make Zoro black out so he can escape. Zoro handed the jug back to him and Sanji took a bigger sip this time.
"No one has been able to outdrink me," Zoro said, taking the jug back.
Sanji raised a curly brow. "Is that so? When it comes to wine, I can't be beat. But I'm sure I can beat you in a drinking contest with ale."
Zoro liked this challenge. It got him excited and he rushed out of the cabin to bring in two more jugs of ale. Zoro got some cups for them and poured the dark yellow, almost brown, ale. They were both sitting on the bed of furs with a cup in their hands. Zoro clinked their cups and they both drank, or rather, they gobbled it down.
