Fade to Fenton Works during the night. Inside Fenton Works' Lab, located in the basement, Jack Fenton was operating on a new gadget. Lighting started flashing while he was still working on the new gadget. Soon, the flashing stops and Jack removes the metal mask from his face.

Pans closer to the new gadget, the Ecto-Hammer.

Jack Fenton: Perfect! (Picks up the Ecto-Hammer) I have completed my new gadget, the Ecto-Hammer! Now, for the test.

Jack uses the Ecto-Hammer, Mario & Luigi style, onto the ground.

Jack: It's a success! Hm, I hope a gaming company wouldn't have sued Paramount for using that reference from a video game that was about two plumbers saving the day. (Puts the Ecto-Hammer down onto the working table and notices a bag of metal scraps which were already used.) I'm gonna take those metal scraps I used to the trash, but before I have to do it, I have to tell the family that it is garbage day.

Jack carries the bag of metal scraps into the living room.

Jack: Hey, everyone! It's garbage day!

Fade to the Master Bedroom where Maddie Fenton was sleeping, then fade to the Second Bedroom where Danny Fenton was sleeping, and fade to the Third Bedroom where Jazz Fenton was sleeping. Back to Jack waiting in the living room.

Jack: Oh well, gotta do it myself.

Jack then looked at the window and noticed that it was still nighttime, but everything was going into chaos.

Jack: (Frightened:) Uh-oh! I think that something messed everything up! (Acting brave to himself:) Don't worry, everything is gonna be fine. I'm gonna do it for Fenton Works!

Jack quickly ran out of the house screaming with the bag of metal scraps in his hands and quickly threw it there in the trash. He quickly came back to the house.

Jack: (Turning back to the trash) Phew! That'll take care of it! Now, time to go back in.

Jack turned to the door and twisted the doorknob. Noticing that the door was locked, he turned back to the trash where the bag of metal scraps was there. Jack turned back to the door and tried to open it. Fade back to Danny's room while he was still sleeping.

Jack: (Outside.) Danny, my son! Can you open the door?

Still, Danny was sleeping, not knowing what his father was calling. Fade to Jack who was trying to open the door, but was still locked.

Jack: Hm, it seems like nobody wants to open the door. I guess I have to go somewhere while I wait for somebody to open the door.

Jack then left and walked away. Fades to Casper High School, the only high school throughout the show. Pans down to Jack who was walking in the street, noticing the school.

Jack: Hm, I better go and check onto this high school. I believe my kids might be going fine at home.

Jack got inside Casper High. After going in, he noticed that a lot of students started to act strangely. Paulina, whose body was covered in scars, approached Jack.

Paulina: (Maniacally:) Do yOu ReaLly waNt tO KnoW hOW I gOT mE ScArs?!

Jack: (Nervous:) Um…no thanks!

Jack quickly ran away in fear into the school hallway passing through the other students who were acting strange. Soon, he made it to the cafeteria.

Jack: (Breathing.) Oh man, why is everybody acting so weird today?! (Noticing a computer on the cafeteria table.) Hm? Never seen this computer before. Better check on it.

Jack turns on the computer and Mr. Falluca, the math teacher and science teacher, appears on the holographic screen.

Mr. Falluca: Hello, Mr. Fenton.

Jack: Mr. Falluca, can you tell me what's going on? Everybody is acting weird during the night.

Mr. Falluca: I can explain about what's going on. Your family is sleeping and the students of Casper High are acting weird because you are dreaming!

Jack: (Confused:) Wait, I'm what?

Mr. Falluca: You are dreaming! I believe that you are sleeping in the real world, but I have to warn you. Don't go into something dangerous! If you do, you will have a night-(Then the computer screen goes off, cutting his speech)

Jack: Mr. Falluca? (Notices that the computer was disconnected) I am still sleeping. I should wake up sooner or later.

Suddenly, a purple pillow with a cape and yellow eyes came out from the window. Jack, feeling quite shocked, notices the pillow.

Jack: What in the world is that?! (Walks closer to the pillow) A pillow? That's strange. Meeting that item from out of nowhere seems like nothing. I believe there's someone who could have done something like a ghost! (Pans closer to the pillow) Maybe I should kick it. It will know the answer.

Jack then kicks the purple pillow, but nothing happens. Suddenly, the pillow turns into a poof of purple smoke as Jack stands back.

Jack: (Nervous:) Uh-oh…

Soon, the purple smoke disappeared, revealing the nightmarish bat king Antasma appearing right in front of Jack.

Antasma: Ah-ah-ah-ah! Vell, vut do vee have here?

Jack: (Stands back. Nervously:) Um…I'm Jack Fenton and….what are you gonna do to me?

Antasma raises his claw and quickly slams down, knocking over the cafeteria tables including the computer. Jack was lying on the floor, which reveals that he dodged over the claw attack.

Jack: (Stands up.) Get away from me!

Soon, Antasma grabs Jack, carrying him to his face.

Antasma: (Smiles evilly.) You vill know about vut I am gonna do to you!

Jack: (Struggling to get off from Antasma's hand. Nervously:) Then…w-w-what are you gonna do to me?!

Antasma: SCREEK! I vant… TO SUCK YOUR SOUL!

Jack: (Feeling shocked. Screaming:) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Fades to the Master Bedroom. Jack was struggling in fear while his wife, Maddie, was still sleeping beside him.

Jack: (Struggled in bed.) No…no…NO! I can't stand it! I am too young to get my soul sucked up! (Quickly woke up.) AHHHHHHHHH!

Jack looked around the Master Bedroom, but nothing happened.

Jack: Oh man, I can't believe that I have a nightmare!

Maddie Fenton: (Woke up tiredly.) Hm? Honey, can't you go back to sleep? It's almost twelve-o-clock.

Then Maddie goes back to sleep as Jack watches her. He began to shiver in fear.

Jack: I don't think I will be able to go back to sleep! (Covered his eyes and began to weep.)

While Jack was crying, the screen pans away to a window. Antasma who was in bat form watches from everything that happened. He began to have an evil smug on his face.

Antasma: Ah-ah-ah-ah…now, vho vill stop me now?! MWAHAHAHAHEESK!

Antasma flaps his bat wings and flies from the Fenton's house. He flew up into the night sky.
