Lucy scours over the shelves of the store as she walks in, catching the attention of the shopkeeper. "Welcome to Hargeon's sole magic shop!" He says, making Lucy rush to him. "What?!" She places her hands down on the counter. "You mean to tell me there's only one magic shop in this whole town?!"

The shopkeeper gives her a kind smile, "'Fraid so, the people 'round here are more fishing folk than they are magic folk." Lucy stands shocked at the words, exasperation on her face. "I reckon more people in town don't even know how to use magic." The shopkeeper says, "I built this shop to sell to wizards who happen to be passing through."

"Oh, man, I came all this way for nothing!" Lucy sighs, and the shopkeeper shakes his head lightly. "Now, now don't say that, little lady. I have all the latest goods; Let me show you a few."

He pulls out a pink board with different designs on it including a red checkered block and a yellow flower with a blue block that had "colors" in loopy white writing. "This colors magic is pretty popular; All the young girls really seem to like it. It lets you change the color of your clothes anytime you want!" He rolls his finger over the blue center of the yellow flower, and the red checkered box glows as his beige shirt turns purple once he says so. "I already have one of those." Lucy turns away to look over the shelves.

"What I really want are gate keys, they don't need to be too powerful either." The shopkeeper turns his shirt to green before turning to Lucy.

"Gate keys, huh? That's a rare request." He goes over to a table near his desk and grabs an engraved box to open and hold to her. Her eyes light up in joy as she takes in the key, "Oh, wow, it's the little doggy!" Lucy smiles at the key, so familiar yet so different.

"Yes, but that one's not very powerful, you know?" Lucy reaches down to her key pouch and traces the engraving on one of her own keys before nodding to herself. "I know, but I really, really want it." She knows the spirit will make a fine addition to her family.

Rory and Beau in particular would be quite happy with it as well. Rory won't be the only companion based spirit anymore and Beau isn't complete without his minor.

"So how much?" "20,000 Jewel."

Lucy freezes in disbelief, shocked to her core.

Oh stars, no. I know enough studing with Grandpa Crux that Canis Minor keys do not cost that much.

"You can't be serious, the market price for a Canis Minor key is 2,000 Jewel at most. To charge 20,000 is robbery!" Lucy argues, and the shopkeeper is taken aback. "Well, miss, not that many wizards come through here! I don't know the common pricings of magic items and such!" He laughs nervously under Lucy's glare. "Well, as a celestial wizard who has studied spirits since she was in her mother's womb, from celestial spirits as well, I know the prices." She chides, and the shopkeeper grunts. "Fine, 2,000 Jewel." He agrees and Lucy nods her head happily before handing him the money and walking out with her new key.

Lucy giggles as she brings the key in her hand to eye level.

"Such a pain you were, oh but you are so worth it!" Lucy nuzzles the key against her cheek. She feels a magic pulse in her pouch, and puts her hand flat over it. It isn't hard to tell that Remy is happy with the new addition to the family of spirits.

"I almost can't believe it; A famous mage in our town!"

"I can't either! Isn't Dragneel supposed to hate people?"

"Who cares?! He's supposedly super hot, I can't wait to get his autograph!"

Lucy's attention is taken from the pouch to the conversation. Hargeon isn't exactly an attraction town for wizards, nonetheless Dragneel.

It's not like Lucy exactly believes everything about Dragneel, after all, Lucy knows from experience that not everything is truly what is said.

"But still, coming to a town like Hargeon just to give out autographs to girls…"

So, she follows the girls to a gathering crowd of females all screaming out random praises and sounds.

Lucy groans as all the women push and shove each other in an attempt to get to him. She hears the screams of, "Dragneel!"

Lucy yelps as she is suddenly pushed forward to the front of the crowd. She catches herself with her palms before her head can follow suit of her knees that fall hard to the ground near the center opening of the circled crowd. "Looks like someone just couldn't wait." A hand comes into Lucy's view which she takes and lets her be helped up, suddenly being flooded with heat all over her face.

Wh-at is this… my face is so warm and my heart is going so fast! Am I in… love?!

A voice calls in her head, telling her to look down at the hand that is moving away from her.

Her face turns up in disgust as she sees the charm ring on his finger. Her hand reaches down into her pouch and traces the symbol engraved on the golden key she mentally gives her thanks to through the bond.

The sick bastard, using forbidden magic on unknowing and naive girls!

"Now, now, darling, why that face? Is it because of who I am? I must have you know that I've turned a new leaf!" So, this is supposed to be Dragneel? The dark, destructive dragon slayer that strikes such fear that even his own guild mates quiet at even a mention of him?

Yeah, no; Lucy might look like a blonde bimbo, but that doesn't mean she is one.

The bastard doesn't even look like Dragneel! He's lanky, his hair is purple and he doesn't have a cloak, scarf or the blue cat!

Well, if he wants to go parading around as a dragon slayer…

Lucy moves her hand from the silver key to another as she begins to slide it off the ring of the pouch. Though, before she can bring the key into the light, a soft, warm piece of fabric flows into her face. "Huh?" The fabric drops into her arms, where she is met with the discovery of a white scarf; well, what she believes was a white scarf under all the dried mud, ash, and… is that blood?!

Lucy looks around frantically for whoever lost it before she turns her attention back to the charm user that was leaving. "Wait there, you-" Before she could finish, "Just come to my yacht party later tonight! I'll be leaving at nightfall!" Lucy scrunches the scarf in her hands with disbelief as all the other girls continue to swoon and plan their outfits. She turns away and her attention falls to the scarf.

She sighs and walks around looking for someone who seemed like they were looking for something. She knows she has to give it back, but now that she was thinking about it, she should just take it back to the inn and wash it first. No matter the fact it isn't her's, she still can't stand the thought of what she can tell is a very soft and nice looking scarf to stay so dirty. She can continue looking tomorrow when the sun isn't low in the sky.

"Why do you have Natsu's scarf?" Lucy turns around to look for the voice, though nobody is close enough to her. "I'm down here, woman!" Lucy looks down, and behold, there stands, on two back paws, a blue cat with unusually large ears and a green sack on its back. "Huh?" Lucy stands in awestruck as the cat takes a step closer to her. "Why do you have Natsu's scarf?" The cat demanded the answer.

A blue, talking cat; He's looking for the scarf covered in ashes and blood… Oh by the great shining sun!

Lucy, dumbstruck, simply answered, "It blew into my face."

The cat seems to accept the answer as it takes a step back and puts its front paws up. In response, Lucy hesitates before bending down and picking the cat up and gently holding it to her chest. The cat goes motionless for a moment before looking up at her. "What are you doing with the scarf?" "I was looking for its owner, but it's getting late so I was gonna wash it and look again tomorrow." The cat blinks at her and nods. "Well, I know who it belongs to so I can take it back." The cat offers, and Lucy thinks on it before shaking her head. "You can take it after it's washed, I'm not gonna let such a nice scarf go back in such a sorry state." Lucy begins to walk back to her inn, carrying the cat with her.

"So, what's your name?" She asks after a minute or two of silent walking, and the cat looks up at her again. "Happy, sir!" Lucy looks down at the cat with a pout, "I'm not a sir, Happy." She states, and the cat chuckles. "Well, what's your name?" Happy asks, and Lucy smiles down at the little cat. "My name is Lucy." Simple like that, she finally walks into the inn towards her room.

She sits Happy down on her bed before she walks to her closet and brings out a washboard. "With the amount of mud and… other stuff dirtying this, I'll need to hand wash it." Lucy walks to the bathroom with the washboard as she talks, Happy following her. Lucy sets the water to a warm temperature as she places the washboard nearby as she sets the scarf to soak.

"I need to get ready though, so you can stay out here with the scarf." Happy's ears tilt to the side as he watches Lucy leave to her room. "What are you getting ready for?" He asks as Lucy searches through her clothes. "Well, I ran into someone today. Someone using charm magic to manipulate females." Lucy's anger was heard in her voice as Happy frowns. "What was even worse was that he wasn't even honest in himself, he was pretending to be Dragneel to gain attention." Happy's eyes widened as his tail raised. "So why are you getting ready?" He asks, and Lucy loudly chuckles in response. "I'm going to crash his party tonight and ruin whatever plan he has." She reveals, finally finding the dress she was looking for and placing it with a pair of nude stockings. "Are you sure you'll be able to do that?" Happy asks, and Lucy nods. "I know I may not look it, Happy, but I am a wizard."

Lucy walks back to the bathroom and picks the scarf out of the water. The mud had already soaked off the scarf in the water but the red-brown stains, though noticeably fainter, still remained. Lucy drains the water as she walks to her closet and brings out laundry detergent. Lucy refills the sink and places a cap of soap before leaving the scarf to soak once more. Happy is watching her intently, and Lucy smiles playfully at him.

"What is it, Happy? Trying to figure out what magic I use?" She teases the blue cat, to which Happy tilts his head again. "If you're a wizard, then are you in a guild?" He pouts again and Lucy leans back in surprise. "No, I'm not in a guild, Happy. I've been looking to join one, so I've been traveling to the FairyTail guild." Happy's ears perk up at the name, though Lucy has already turned back around to her closet.

"Even if you know that Dragneel is in the guild?" Lucy looks back to Happy from her closet, where she grabs a pair of heels and a portable magic dryer from. "To be completely honest, I don't believe all the things that are said about him." She turns back around before she could see Happy's eyes widen. "I know better than anyone that nothing is truly as it seems from an outsider; the only one that can truly know is the one on the inside." Lucy sets the heels down next to the dress. "It may seem like Dragneel is a heartless monster of a man, but he may just be misunderstood." She makes her way to the bathroom, drains the water from the sink and picks up the washboard.

She begins to hum as she picks the scarf up and washes it under the running water. Happy watches her from his spot on her bed, eyes still wide from her words.

Soon enough, Lucy comes out with the washed scarf and places it in the dryer. "I need to start getting ready before it's time for me to leave, so don't come into the bathroom." She says as she leaves the room, leaving Happy with his thoughts.

When Lucy comes back out, her hair is a princess updo and she wears her dress and stockings with a light amount of makeup on. Happy watches her walk to the dryer, take out the scarf, and gently fold it. Lucy places it flat on the table before she puts her silver heels on, and attaches her whip and pouch onto a thigh holster. "Come on, Happy, time to go." She picks the scarf and little blue cat up into her arms and holds them both close as she leaves the inn. Once they exit the doors, they are met with the sight of multiple other women in fancy dresses who walk toward the dock.

Happy clings to Lucy's dress as she tries to set him down. "Can I go to the dock with you?" He asks, and Lucy smiles softly. "Sure, you can, Happy." The cat smiled back as he nuzzled further into her hold.

The two walk in a comfortable silence before Happy speaks up. "What kind of magic do you use?" He asks, and Lucy smiles oh so bright. "Well, I'm a celestial mage, Happy! I can summon spirits that I have contracts with." Lucy explains, her attention trailing off to the sight of a giant yacht tethered to the dock ahead. Happy looks at it, and his ears lower to his head.

"I can't come on with you, Lushie?" His eyes don't meet hers, yet she almost feels the sadness in them.

"You need to get back with the scarf, Happy; I'm sure by now Dragneel is worried." Happy's eyes widened as his head practically shot upwards to meet Lucy's gaze. "You… you know? Why didn't you kick me out, then?" He whispers, and Lucy sighs with a soft smile. "Like I said, Happy, I don't believe what's on the surface. Besides, even if all those things are true, that doesn't mean it should fall onto you. You're not Dragneel, even if you're his partner, you're still somebody entirely different." Happy's eyes water at the statement, and he tries to blink them away. Lucy tightens her embrace of the little cat once more as she kneels down. She sets him down on the ground of the pier, and pets his little head. "You'll see me again, at FairyTail." She wipes the last of his tears away and hands him the scarf. She doesn't move from her spot until she's watched the little blue cat fly off, and only then does she continue her way to the yacht.

Lucy groans and walks out of the room, toward the open deck. She looks up to the star filled sky, a familiar and comforting sight to her.

So far, it seems like he actually just wants attention. Oh well, the sicko deserves what's coming to him for using charm magic like that.

She leans her arms over the railing as she scans the sky, mapping the shapes she sees in her mind over and over again with ease.

Suddenly, multiple loud thuds and clinks sound out from the party room, breaking her concentration and pulling her attention to the closed door separating her from seeing the inside of the room. She rushes to the door and presses her ear to it, enough to hear the faintest of a conversation. She grips a golden key within two fingers and brings it to view. "I don't know what's exactly going on in there, but I know you'll always be by my side for anything, won't you?" The golden key pings in response, bringing forth a smirk to Lucy's expression.

"Well, then open, gate of the sea goat; I call upon you, come forth to my side, Capricorn!" The key pings once more as a golden magic circle appears in front of the key blade's point and dissipates into golden sparkles that reveal the spirit.

"It is always an honor when you call upon my assistance, Lady Lucy." Capricorn bows down towards her, causing her to let out a giggle. "It's an honor to have you beside me, Capri." She detaches her whip from the thigh holster and slips the golden key's bow between the ridges of the ring inside the pouch. Lucy and Capricorn meet eyes, nod their head to one another, and Capricorn pushes open the doors.

On the other side of the now open doors, multiple males drop unconscious women onto the floor. In the center of it all, the impersonator stood in shock at the sight of Capricorn. Lucy takes advantage of the shock as she swings her whip at him and it wraps around one of his wrists. The other males all start to charge at Lucy, and Capricorn jumps in front of her to handle them. Lucy smirks as she pulls on the handle, sweeping the copy-cat off his feet and dragging him across the floor out of the room and onto the deck.

Lucy looks back to the room, where Capricorn has already knocked out a quarter of the men. She smirks and turns her attention back in time to see the impersonator launch fire magic at her.

"Open, gate of the shield; I call upon you, come forth to my side, Scutum." A suit of armor appears in front of Lucy from the silver light of the key's blade. Once in contact with the spirit, the flames are put out instantly. Lucy smiles at the sight and flicks her whip at the man, catching him across his chest and knocking him onto his rear. Lucy glances back to the room again, a little over half the men are down. Lucy turns back to see the copy-cat try to use his magic, yet the magic circle doesn't form.

"You're just wasting your energy there, copy-cat." The man looks at her with anger, and she flinches and steps closer to the suit of armor. "Scutum is my shield, no magic except mine can exist within his presence." She says, and the man stood up. "But does it mean you can't be hit, bitch?!" He charges at her and she grips her whip tight before swinging it at him, yet before anything can happen there is an intense heat, a loud noise, and then the boat rocks harshly.

Lucy manages to grab onto Scutum, knowing nothing is able to move the spirit from where he stands. She looks back to Capricorn, and sees him using the rocking as an advantage to knock the last few men into each other. They all collide and fall to the floor unconscious, and Capricorn turns to Lucy and they meet eyes. He nods to her and she grabs his key from the pouch. "Close, gate of the sea goat; I return you home, Capricorn!" The spirit vanishes in a golden light, and she slips the key back onto the ring.

She begins to slip a silver key off the ring when the copy-cat launches himself at her and pins her to the deck. He locks eyes with her as he rips the pouch off her thigh holster and throws it to the side. She knees him in the gut followed by stabbing her heel into ribs before he grunts and falls to his side. She gets up to rush for her keys, but stops at the sight of a blue cat holding the keys in his grasp. "Happy!" She exclaims, bringing the cat into an embrace. "Sorry it took so long, Lushie; I had to find Natsu and convince him to come." Happy explains, and Lucy's eyes widen in confusion before she stiffens her posture as an intense heat begins to radiate from next to her.

She lifts her head to the side, and sees a cloaked figure wearing the white scarf.

"What the hell… Why are you here?!" The copy-cat shakes with fear, his eyes locked onto Natsu. "You have the nerve to impersonate me, using my name to garner victims for your human trafficking scheme? Yet, you still act like you don't deserve everything coming to you?" Natsu stalks toward the man, cracking his knuckles and chuckling manically. "You know what, it doesn't matter if the woman's shield is here; I don't need magic to beat your ass." He falls to the floor and grabs the man by his shoulders, slamming him against the deck and breaking his nose with a single punch.

Lucy gulps in fear at the sight, and looks over to Scutum. The suit of armor has moved to be next to her side once more, and Lucy places Happy within the arms. "Just stay there, you'll want the extra protection." She takes her keys, feeling over the grooves of the engravings with her fingertips each in turn until all have been counted and she jumps over the railing into the water.

She could hear Happy scream her name, but she was busy slipping a golden key off the ring. As soon as she hits the water, she submerges the key and calls, "Open, gate of the water bearer; I call upon you, come forth to my side, Aquarius! I need you to bring the boat to shore." In golden light, the spirit appears, and she appears angry. "You think you can just order me around after you let some bastard throw my key around?" Lucy flinches back from the noise with a grimace, and Aquarius stares at her before sighing. The mermaid raises her urn and the glow swirls the water into waves. Then, the boat is rocked forward by a tsunami sized wave, sweeping Lucy up and throwing her forwards to Scutum. She catches onto his neck and locks her arms and legs around him.

The boat is flung towards the shore by the wave, crashing into the Hargeon beach.

Lucy groans as she brings her head up from Scutum's neck, letting her legs fall from around the spirit's waist. She wobbles on her feet before she eventually decides to lean herself on Scutum's back. "You, you okay, Happy?" She pants between words, getting a small groan from the blue cat. "Next time, don't summon me when I'm in the middle of a date with my boyfriend, okay, brat?" The spirit smirks at Lucy and the girl gapes at the spirit. "Well, you don't have to rub it in!" Lucy pushes herself up from against Scutum, and immediately leans back onto him as she wobbles. Aquarius laughs at the sight and shakes her head at the girl. "Don't even bother, I can close my own gate." Aquarius vanishes within a flash of golden light, leaving Lucy to groan and turn her attention back to Happy. The little blue cat lays in Scutum's arms, his eyes blinking his bleary eyes. Lucy sighs and takes Happy into her own arms before leaning back onto Scutum. "You've done so much more than your contract states, thank you." She says, nuzzling her cheek against Scutum's shoulder plate. She feels the ping from his key in response, sending a warm feeling through her as if she was being hugged.

"What… Where's Natsu?" Happy grogged, and Lucy turned him to be able to see Dragneel and the imposter.

The imposter was splayed out on the deck of the boat against the railings, blood trickling from his nose and near the back of his head. Dragneel was standing nearby, gripping the railing until he could get his bearings. Lucy turns her head to the sight of rune knights rushing towards the boat, and looks back to Scutum. The spirit sends a ping through the key once more, yet this time Lucy shakes her head silently.

Oh, Scutum… you should know by now after six years that you're just as important as I am. You don't need to over stimulate yourself with all these people for my sake; you're a solidarity spirit.

"Close, gate of the shield; I return you home, Scutum!" Lucy leans away from the spirit, standing on her own as he vanishes in his silver light. Lucy looks back to where the rune knights have frozen in their tracks within sight of Dragneel.

Lucy walks towards the knights, though stops next to Dragneel to allow Happy to cling onto him. "I'm the one who called you earlier about the man using forbidden charm magic." She says, and one of the knights finally looks at the unconscious man. "Hey, isn't that Bora? He's wanted for slave trafficking!" The other knights all come to the same conclusion and drag him and the men in the party room away in handcuffs. All the while, Lucy spoke with the captain of the rune knights, telling of what happened since she first came across Bora in the town earlier that day. She included how she met Happy, to explain why Dragneel had shown up. Finally, he thanked her and hesitantly turned to Dragneel, though it was Happy who answered all the questions.

Lucy chuckles at the sight, turning away to leave when the captain of the rune knights calls out to her. "There was a bounty on Bora's head, ma'am. Since you are the one who called us in and did most of the work, we're giving you 98% of it. Dragneel and the cat get the other 2%; Though, 1.5% of that is for the cat." Lucy giggles but shakes her head. "I'd rather it go to helping the families of any previous victims in finding their missing loved ones." Lucy turns away again, yet the captain calls out again. "Ma'am, that's still an entire 833,000 Jewels! We already have a sizable amount of funds going into the search, so please at least take a percentage for your work!" The captain bargains, and Lucy sighs. "Fine, I'll make it an even 90% going into the search, just give me the 8%." She said as she finally got to leave.

It was a long walk back to the Inn for Lucy, which included her letting down her hair and taking off her shoes to walk barefooted.

Capricorn would never mind bearing my weight if it means to make my life easier and a smile to appear.

She reaches her hand down and strokes the golden key, sending her gratitude through it.

My dearly beloved Capri, always there for me. Still, like Scutum, you need your time to rest. You did so much for me today, the weight of your key says it all.

So, by the time Lucy returned to her Inn room, she's exhausted. She debates flinging herself onto her bed and falling asleep, but the weight of the sea water and sweat sways her to shower. She keeps the key pouch on the counter next to the shower as she relishes in the feeling of the soap on her body and shampoo in her hair. When she's done and wrapped in her towel, Lucy quite honestly falls face first onto her bed with her pouch in hand. Yet, instead of feeling the softness of her pillow, she's met with what feels like a solid brick wall. She lets out a noise of confusion and pushes herself up with her palms. Her eyes move up, not knowing what to expect, but she knows it wasn't what she's seeing right now. On her bed, spread out against the pillows, is a cloaked figure.

The cloaked figure known as Dragneel.

Lucy screeches as she jumps from the bed, pulling her towel tighter around her. Her leg immediately swings out towards his head, and her midfoot is caught yet still pushes the hand to touch the cheek with an impact. "What the hell is wrong with you, ya' damn woman?!" Dragneel pins her leg down to the bed. Lucy flinches at the movement, and scowls at the man.

"You; You are in my room, on my bed." Lucy rebuttals as she reaches to her pouch and brings out a silver key. "Lushie, wait!" Happy flies in between Dragneel and the key. Lucy locks eyes with the blue cat, keeping contact for a small amount of seconds before sighing and lowering her key. "Get out so I can get dressed." Happy nods and grabs Dragneel by his neck to pick him up and carry him out of the window.

Lucy sighs and closes the window, muttering angrily about Dragneel's audacity. She dresses herself and dries her hair off the best she can but ends up simply keeping the towel around her shoulders.

She opens the window back up for Happy to drag Dragneel back in. She sits against the headboard of the bed with her arms crossed against her chest and legs layed straight out in front of her. The two enter and sit on the foot end of the bed, Happy on his belly and Dragneel with his legs crossed applesauce. Lucy and Dragneel stare down each other for a considerable amount of seconds.

"We want you to come back with us to Fairy Tail." It's Happy who breaks the tension, widening Lucy's eyes at the sudden statement. "We were already on our way to Fairy Tail when Natsu's scarf flew away, Lushie." Happy reasons, Lucy keeps her eyes from blinking too heavily in an attempt to stay listening. "Fine, I'll go with you tomorrow." Lucy agrees, and Dragneel shakes his head. "We leave tonight." He begins to stand, and Lucy glares at him. "No, after all that had happened today, I am getting a night's sleep. I can see Happy is tired too," The little blue cat gets shocked back awake from where he had closed his eyes for a little too long. "We leave tomorrow."

Lucy picks Happy up from the foot of the bed and sets him next to her with a pillow. She takes off a blanket from the bed, throws onto the recliner chair in the room and turns off the light by the bed, engulfing the room in darkness.

;

"Arrogant woman, sassing me like that!" Dragneel mutters as he paces the room. He looks back over to the bed, where Lucy, said woman, lays with Happy curled up to her. He growls at the sight, his Happy, so content next to this stranger. It's times like these he curses his enhanced senses, how he can see in the dark.

She's not a stranger to him though; He likes the woman… says I would too.

Natsu sighs as he sits down on the floor, his eyes never leaving the two on the bed.

Damn woman, making me go through this! Enrapturing my cat and defying my orders.

Lucy pulls Happy closer to her, soft smile growing slowly.

Blocking my magic with that sheild of hers, and all the man taken down by that goat, she out fought Bora and got the boat back to the shore. She already planned it with confidence too, calling the rune knights beforehand so they would be there once she beat them…

He can see the gleam of those keys of hers on the pillow next to her head, her fingers keeping them in her grasp even as she sleeps. The whip is placed on the bedside table, easily within reach shall she need it.

At least I can trust she's strong, capable of thinking ahead and… and kind…

"Natsu!" Happy lands on his shoulders, scarf falling from his hands onto Natsu's head. He grunted and tugged it down to wrap around his neck. "Um, Natsu, before we go… we should help Lucy!" "Who?" He growled at the foreign name, and Happy scrunches onto himself. "I met her today, she found and washed your scarf." Natsu hums and sniffs the scarf, smelling the new scent on it.

Like… warmth, a sunny day; But feels like the cool and calm of night.

"And why do we need to help her?" Natsu growls, Happy straightens out. "She's going to stop this dude impersonating you, shouldn't you do it too?" Natsu is taken aback by the thought of someone impersonating him. "And, I really want to help her, Natsu. She's not like anyone we've met before, she's… she's like Guildarts and gramps, Natsu!" He's taken aback by the statement, staring at the cat in shock.

"She knew who I was and she was still so nice to me! She doesn't believe everything said about you, would prefer to find out the truth herself! She wants to join Fairy Tail even if you're in it, because she has hope that you're not really like the rumors say you are!"

Natsu grunts and turns around, no longer facing Lucy. He sits in the recliner chair, adjusting it so he can lay and drape the blanket over himself.

You win this time, Lucy; But it will be me next. Just wait until you join Fairy Tail and I can take on a quest.

He chuckles, closing his eyes.
