Sakura arrived at training ground 3 earlier than her teammates, as usual. She took a seat at the base of a tree and rested her back on the bark. It's been two weeks since the funeral and in that time her friends refused to leave her alone. Sasuke and Naruto stayed at her house for 4 more days and kept her company. She appreciated it a lot. After that, her girls stopped by and had a sleepover at her place. It was surprisingly fun and took her mind off the events that transpired. She also exasperated Ino and Tenten by braiding their hair to hell and back.

She was snapped out of her thoughts by approaching footsteps. She looked to her left and saw her boys coming her way. She smiled softly. Even if I fail everything else, at least they will be safe...small victories.

"Hey Sakura-chan!" said Naruto as he and Sasuke took a seat on either side of her. "How are you doing?"

Sakura shrugged. "I'm alright, I suppose...Well as well as I can be considering..." Sakura shook her head. "Anyways, I'm not ok, but I'll get there. Ino bullied me into seeing a Yamanaka therapist. It's been helping quite a bit." That had been quite a scary experience, since Sakura was terrified of someone finding the truth, but it ended well, since miss Chika never mind walked and invaded her privacy. And Sakura was a chronic liar by this point, it was easy to hide the real reason she blamed herself. "Still, it was unnecessary. Not because I don't need one but because I already had one. Did you know, Lady Katsuyu is a licensed therapist in the Land of Fire?"

"Really?" said Sasuke.

"Yup. Lady Katsuyu is the summon of healing, and that includes mental scars. She's really good at her job, if any of you are interested, I can set you up. Privacy seals included."

"I'll think about it..." said Sasuke.

"Thanks, Sakura-chan."

"You're welcome you two. But yeah I've been ok-ish. Mostly it's too..."

"Quiet." said Sasuke.

"Yeah...Hopefully moving in a new place will help with the silence."

"You're moving?!" exclaimed Naruto.

"Yeah. I don't...I don't have the money to keep the house, so I need to sell it. Kurenai-sensei has been nice enough to help me find an apartment near the hospital. I've been packing for the past few days. I'm moving in tomorrow and the day after I'll give the keys to my old house to a real estate agent. I'm sad that I have to leave my house, but...I don't really have a choice."

"Would you...like some help?" asked Sasuke.

Sakura blinked. "If you two don't mind, then yes."

"Don't worry Sakura-chan, with the two of us around, you'll have everything packed in no time!"

Sakura snorted. "Thanks guys."

A while later, Kakashi showed up with a lame excuse about why he was late, but Naruto interrupted him.

"Nevermind that, Kaka-sensei! Sakura-chan is moving and needs our help with packing. So whatever you have planned, stuff it! You're coming with us to help move furniture!"

"It's about time you helped us on a D-rank." muttered Sasuke, earning himself an elbow from Sakura.

Team 7 arrived at Sakura's house. They found her living room filled with boxes with labels. Most of the furniture was missing, probably already at her new apartment, the only thing left was a white couch and a coffee table. Sakura immediately directed them to their tasks.

"Alright, the apartment I got already had a furnished bathroom and kitchen so I only need to move the appliances. Sasuke you can go and pack the dishes and cutlery. Naruto, I still haven't gotten started in the attic so I'd appreciate if you can go there. Most of the things there are old and I plan to donate them, if you find anything you deem important, put them in a different pile. Sasuke can join you once he's done with the kitchen. Kakashi-sensei, you're helping me dismantle my parents' bedroom. I already took out their belongings, so the only thing left is furniture. Does this sound alright with everyone?" After they all nodded Sakura clapped her hands. "Alright, let's get started."

Sakura, Kakashi and Naruto walked up the stairs while Sasuke went to the kitchen. After directing Naruto towards the attic, Sakura and her sensei entered her parents' room. The room was barren save for the bed, the closet, a bedside table and a huge fluffy gray rug.

"I'm only taking the bed and mattress with me, and the rug too. We can leave the rest here. I already moved most of the things from my room I'll be taking with me, minus my office table. So after we're done with the bed frame, we'll take care of that."

"Understood, Sakura-taichō."

Sakura rolled her eyes. "Very funny sensei."

They worked together to move the mattress off the bed, before each taking a screwdriver and working on the bedframe. After taking all of the screws off, they moved the dismantled wood planks to the side and wrapped it for easy transport. Afterwards, they moved to her bedroom where they worked on the table. Taking off each screw and wrapping the parts. Once that was done they moved everything in the living room. Sakura returned upstairs and asked Naruto and Sasuke if they were done with the attic and once they confirmed they were almost done, she started moving the boxes downstairs and put them in the donate pile.

"Hey Sakura-chan I found these upstairs." said Naruto holding a pair of sai. The weapons were a simple silver with a heavily decorated handle, that looked like vines were wrapped around it, it also had a jade colored tassel on each weapon. "I didn't know your parents were shinobi."

Sakura laughed as she looked at the weapons. "My parents, no, they were certainly not. But my aunt from my mother's side was. I never met her though, she died sometime in the Third Shinobi War. My mom kept some of her belongings though." Then she took the weapons in her hands to look at them. She never used any weapons in her past life, save for kunai. But who knows, maybe she can try now. "Hmm, maybe I'll use these." and she put them in a box labeled bedroom.

Afterwards, her boys insisted on helping her move everything in her new apartment. She bullied Kakashi into helping her move the couch, while Sasuke, Naruto and his clones moved the boxes. It was hilarious to watch civilians look at them with wide eyes, as a seemingly frail girl helped move a couch. Once everything was in her new apartment, they got to work to assembling everything. It was pretty big, with a bathroom, living room, kitchen, bedroom and balcony, it head a pretty good view of the street below as it was on the 5th floor. Once they were done, she rewarded them with a trip at Ichiraku's.

Later that day, once Sakura was done unpacking, she heard a knock on her door that interrupted her reading time. She got up in her Katsuyu themed slippers and opened the door to find Team 7 + Karin at her doorstep.

"What the- what are you all doing here?" asked Sakura.

"We came over for a sleepover!" said Naruto. "Since it's the first night for you in a new place, we thought it might be easier if we spent it with you."

"Hope you don't mind the intrusion." said Karin.

Sakura felt moisture prickle her eyes as she laughed. She really had the most amazing friends ever, huh? "Not at all, come in."

She let everyone in and left to bring all of her blankets to the living room to make a pillow fort. Naruto had the foresight to bring snacks and they all piled in the fort after changing in their pajamas. Sakura wore a white tank top with the words Killer Left Hook imprinted on and long pink pants. Sasuke wore a dark blue shirt with white shorts with Uchiha fans imprinted on them. Naruto wore a white long sleeved shirt and pants with an adorable night cap, that Sasuke teased him about before getting the same treatment about his Uchiha pants. Karin wore a sleeveless lavender nightgown that reached her ankles. Kakashi wore the same Jōnin jumpsuit minus the jacket.

The genin immediately proceed to judge him for it.

Next morning, Kakashi made sure to take a picture of the sleeping genin. Sakura was in the middle between Naruto and Sasuke, serving as their pillow. Sasuke was on his side, with an arm draped over Sakura, while Naruto was on his back, using her stomach as a pillow, Karin was next to him, using his stomach as a pillow and hugging one of Sakura's legs.

Kakashi will make sure to get many copies.
