"Yeah," Draculaura agreed. Then the two turned towards Frankie and said, "Let's murder her instead." The two bombshells in the dorm room moved towards Frankie as she tried to plead for her life, but it was useless.

And then…

Nothing, she's still alive.

Time skip…

After Izuku rushed out of his dorm room—away from his murderous roommates—he was able to meet up with Headmistress Bloodgood in her office. Because of the unknown powers that this drug could give, the sheriff needed someone who could counter and handle these powers as well.

Deku.

The hero-in-training could transform into a monster with separate, powerful abilities that made him a reliable asset or hero to handle this kind of case on the power-handling side.

As we speak, Izuku is currently going through the crime scene and is trying to look for anything that can tell him anything. What he was mainly looking for was evidence of the drug or anything related to the drug. Maybe the kid dropped a phone number or a card or something. But there was too much damage to go through to find anything. He was going to need some extra help.

He would have turned into Bash Mouth, but the air was still singed and smelled like burned plastic, metal, concrete, road, and a little bit of the smell of burned flesh. No one died during the attack, thank god; however, the fire that hit and injured most of the people in the area left a heavy smell that would affect Bash Mouth's smell and other senses. It seemed as though none of his forms could help…

Except…

"Whatcha looking for?"

Izuku then tells her, "I need to look for evidence to find out where the kid got the drug that gave him powers, but none of my forms are going to help. Bash Mouth's sense of smell won't work in this situation."

Celo goes, "Oh is that all," she claps her hands, and hundreds of shiny emerald beetles fly out of her bandages and face towards her for orders. "Babies, find me evidence or clues on some normie who took a drug to get superpowers." The beetles nodded their little heads and proceeded to look for that evidence and clues. She turns to Izuku with a glee and confident face, "My babies can get anything including whatever clues you need." Just then one of her beetles found a partially signed business card to a chemical plant that was found where the kid activated and caused destruction. Cleo takes it from her beetle's hands, "Thank you, my baby! Mama loves you the most." She kisses the beetle making it happy and the others jealous. She hands Izuku the card, "You're welcome."

Izuku looks at the card and realizes "Wait a minute, this chemical plant," ChemCo, "Was shut decades years ago because of the unlawful testing of the chemicals they did on human subjects. There's no way this kid should have even gotten their business card."

Cleo asks, "Could that be where they bought the drug?"

"Or made the drug? I heard that ChemCo was working on a drug that could have helped soldiers overseas, they had all of the ingredients and the notes as well. If that building is still standing, there's a possibility that the notes for those drugs could still be there."

"If the building is abandoned, why are the notes and everything else still there?"

"I heard that the CEO of ChemCo died before the trial, and since there was no one to convict, no one to sell and to buy his property, I mean they regularly dumped chemicals in their fields for testing no one wanted to be near it. Because of all of this, the place must still be holding everything before they shut down."

Cleo says, "Then let's go. OOH - Do you think we have time for a quick wardrobe change? I have this super cute sweater - -" She was suddenly stopped mid-sentence by Izuku who grabbed her hand gently and pulled her with him and ran to ChemCo.

"No time, we need to get to ChemCo now!" and so the two youngsters run off to stop a super drug from being made or being put on the streets any further.

Massive Time Skip…

A/N: I didn't want to do this but, hey the holidays are coming up and I'm about to post a holiday special as well. So, sorry for doing a massive time skip like I did with Case of the Moondays.

After arriving at ChemCo, Cleo, and Izuku discovered that the drug dealers of New Salem and every other scum bag were either buying the drug or making the drug as well. They had to sneak in to get the evidence and photos of that evidence as well as to video everyone who was purchasing the drug or making it as well. They were able to get what they needed. Izuku called the sheriff's department and also contacted the navy as well, luckily, a battleship carrying over 200 armed navy men was docked at New Salem for an away trip. With the evidence they gathered, the sheriff gave Izuku the go-ahead to destroy everything.

Izuku transformed into Four Arms and started attacking and fighting the drug dealers, buyers, and makings inside. During the fight and stalling, Cleo got into an altercation with one of the makers and during the struggle, Cleo was thrown into one of the flats of chemicals.
