Looking completely satisfied from putting her nice batch of reward money into her banking account, Lori was sitting in the park with her boyfriend and looking at the large lake that gave this place life, and many ducks swam on it, along with a few coots, geese, and swans as well. The weather was perfect outside and nothing could ruin this moment.
"Plan on saving all of that reward money on your dream college, babe?" Asked Bobby
"I probably am." Said Lori. "Fairway is literally one of the biggest sports colleges in the United States, and it's really expensive to get into."
"Huh, I hear that." Said Bobby. "I know how much toy really want to attend that college after you graduate high school."
"It literally is my dream university." Lori looked dreamily into the sky. "So do you think there could be a supervillain I will fight one day?"
"To be fair, babe, I hope so. It would be cool to see a fight between a superhero and a supervillain in real life. Sure it's fun in comic books but it would be so much more cool in real life!"
Lori let out a small chuckle. "You sound like Lincoln a little, Boo-Boo Bear."
"Well I wouldn't say that." Bobby admitted. "I'm not that much into comic books like he is, but Carl is."
"Right, that falcon or eagle superhero he loves so much." The eldest Loud sister smirked.
"Yep. Carl would always cosplay as him for Halloween." Said Bobby.
"But I honestly don't know about fighting a supervillain. I only got my powers recently and I still need training. I don't think I'm ready."
"In all fairness, babe." Bobby gently touched her back with his right hand, "Lisa trained you well, even if it was your first time."
"Thanks Boo Boo Bear, but it literally sounds suicidal for me to take down a supervillain right now. I need more training."
"Well don't be too hard on yourself. If a supervillain does come, then be confident in yourself and don't overthink or stress yourself out. I know you can take him and or her on with your new powers."
"Yeah. What am I even worrying about?" Lori brushed off. "I know I might not be a comic book reader, but from what I've seen in movies, many superheroes and villains got their powers by accidents. Literally freak accidents."
"Right. Someone like Cyborg. He turned like that because of a bad car crash, and he looks so cool with his half human and half robot transformation."
"True." Lori smiled. "Maybe I should be on the lookout for any more robberies or kidnappings or things like cats stuck in trees."
"There you go, babe." Bobby gave her a few pats on the back. "Look at how nice it is out. Not a cloud in sight, no heat, no cold, just a perfect day."
"It's always perfect with you around, Bobby Boo-Boo Bear." Lori complimented him.
"Aw, stop it." Bobby blushed before they started kissing
Meanwhile, in Hazeltucky, the closest city to Royal Woods, there was a teenage girl who was in her apartment, crying in her own bed. This lady had golf posters across her walls and a few golf putters and a collection of many kind of golf balls. It was like golfing is her whole life, like it's everything in the world to her, and probably obsessed with it.
The girl also had golf trophies in a case, five of them to be exact, and there was an empty space for another trophy, but she didn't get it this year.
It was Patty Putter, the same girl that lost to Lori in that gold tournament before. She was taking her loss at the tournament so seriously and very badly. For she had never lost in a tournament before... until now.
She felt like it was the greatest embarrassment in her entire life. Party felt that her reputation has gone completely down the drain after losing to Lori Loud herself. Living her face off her pillow, she had mascara stains from her tears.
"I can't believe it." She sniveled. "I actually lost. I never lost a tournament before." She blew into a piece of tissue. "How can this be? How can I even lose? Patty Putter never loses." She took a sip of her juice and looked out the window, then the tv blared on.
"In other news, Lori Loud from Royal Woods has won the grand championship gold tournament, and broke a record, and the streak of longtime champion, Patty Putter." Said a male news reporter.
Angry, Patty turned off her tv and threw her remote on the couch. A great anger and rage built up inside of her. Something snapped like a twig.
"That Lori will pay!" She exclaimed. "She will pay for what she did to me! She will rue the day she messed with me."
From the sound of it, things did not sound good. Patty meant business and she was going to get revenge on Lori because of losing one game with her. She wanted to find some way to relieve her anger and frustration. Then she remembered that there was a workout room in the apartment recreational building, and while it was not Lori, she felt her anger slowly descending.
Some of the other people participating in the gym looked a little horrified at how vicious she was punching on the punching bag, how angry she was like a bear who woke up from hibernation. Patty even bit and chewed on the punching bag like a dog would do, making everyone around her a little more horrified.
"Honey?" Said an older woman." Recognizing it, Patty turned to see that it was her mother. "Are you alright?"
"Yeah I'm fine mom." Patty sighed. "Just getting my anger out by thinking this punching bag is Lori."
"What? Come on, Patty," said her father. "It was just a golf tournament. Don't be sad."
"But that day was supposed to be my day." Patty countered. "This was supposed to he my sixth win."
