Chapter 1:
The Sorceress has a dream about a baby disappearing and an evil laugh...
The Sorceress wakes up.

"What did you need to talk to me about," asks Adam.
"Adam, there is... someone lost in the dimension of Despondos," says the Sorceress.
"That dimension we trapped Hordak in," asks Adam.
"Yes, and you must find he... them," says the Sorceress, "this sword will allow you to know when you do!"
"It kind of looks like my sword," says Adam, "but with a jewel in it!"
"Hurry, Adam! Gwildor, use the Cosmic Key to open a portal into Despondos!"
"As you command," says Gwildor, "but I hope you know what you're doing!"
"Something's fishy," says Cringer.
Adam and Cringer go through the portal. Then Grayskull gets a surprise attack. "Greetings," says Vilgax.
"You will not take the power of Grayskull," says the Sorceress.
"I care not for your magic," says Vilgax, "I came for that!" He takes the Cosmic Key. "This key is the key... to the defeat of my sworn enemy, Ben Tennyson!" The Sorceress tries to stop him, but Vilgax teleports out.
"How long was he listening," asks Gwildor.
"I don't know, but I must warn Ben 10," says the Sorceress.
...
Meanwhile, Ben's showing Gwen and Alice pictures of Eternia. "And that's Skeletor," says Ben.
"Huh, he kind of reminds me of Hex," says Gwen.
Vilgax then appears. "Hello Ben and goodbye!" Vilgax activates the Cosmic Key and zaps Ben with it, horrifying Gwen and Alice. Vilgax laughs as Ben disappears...
