Chapter 2:
Tommy and the Gang were walking through New York. "Wow, this place is big," says Kimi.
Dil then sees something jumping across the rooftops. "What was that," asks Dil.
...
"We haven't found any trace of him," says Raph.
"What if Shredder's ghost got him," asks Mikey, "or maybe Shredder's not dead at all and he found a way to come back! What if he becomes our most dangerous enemy?"
"The real question is, who even knew where we lived," asks Donny, "besides April, the Tennysons, or the Chans."
Raph sees something. "Wait, look over there," says Raph. It was the TCRI building.
"That's the logo on the cannister that let out the ooze that created us," says Leo, "let's get back to April's place!"

Kimi walks over to April's door. "TCRI," asks April. Kimi's confused. "You guys want to check that place out? Are you sure?" Kimi knocks on the door and April answers. "Can I help you?"
"Um... you're making a lot of noise," says Kimi.
"Oh, am I," asks April, "whoops. Sorry. I'll try to be quiet." Kimi looks in and sees no one.
...
Kimi talks with the others. "I'd stay away from Miss O'Neal," says Kimi, "she's kind of nutty."
...
The Gang goes over to TCRI, because Dil wants to see what they're hiding. "The Techno-Cosmic Research Institute," says Dil, "come on, Guys!"
...
Meanwhile, the Turtles sneak in and stumble upon a bizarre techno-lab and find Master Splinter in a stasis tank, where he is being held in suspended animation.
"We gotta get him out," says Raph.
But the Turtles get a bigger surprise when they see a group of alien creatures that look like brains. "Stop them!"
The Turtles fight these creatures.
...
The gang hear the noise and go to check it out. They find the lab and find what's going on. "That's it, I'm out of here," says Angelica.
"What is all of this," asks Alyssa.
The turtles see the kids. "Uh... would you guys believe we're in costumes," asks Mikey.
"That depends, do we look like idiots," asks Susie.
"Fair enough," says Mikey.
The kids and turtles are too close to this large teleporter that then activates and teleports both groups...
