CHAPTER 9

Jonah came back over to the table with the drinks.

"Sorry it took so long there was a bit of a queue"

"Oh don't worry"

"Everything alright?"

"Jonah sit down please"

Jonah did just that and sat down taking his jacket off and putting on his chair.

"What's up Ces?"

"I've told Jade the full truth about our relationship"

Jonah suddenly had a very worried expression on his face.

"Jonah don't look so worried I understand"

Jonah instantly sighed a relief when he heard Jade say this.

"Jade actually went through a similar situation to us 5 years ago and they are now happily married with 2 children"

"Oh right … I wasn't quite expecting that"

"So I really do understand your situation and how it feels"

They carried on talking and having a good time for the next couple of hours until it was half 12 and Cesca knew it was probably time they left, as though they had to be back for 1 and it was a 15 minute walk back to their hotel. Jade and Jonah had got on really well so Cesca was pleased.

Cesca had gone off to the toilet leaving Jonah and Jade alone together.

Jonah was quite pleased about this.

"Jade I need your help"

"Yeah what is it"

"Right, well I'm planning on proposing to Cesca tomorrow night once the park has closed and I was wondering if there was anything you could do to allow me to do it inside the park because obviously as we are here with school it's quite difficult to be away from everyone completely, and I want it to be really special"

"Jonah, that sounds great … Cesca is one of my best friends off course I'll be able to help and I've got a great idea as well"

"Oh really that's great"

"Cesca always talked about this moment so I know quite a lot about it" Jade laughed

"Well I've been planning this for the last couple of weeks. Since I found out Ces was pregnant I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. I've already planned out what I'm gonna say I just need somewhere to do it and I thought seen as though we are in Disneyland I thought this would be the perfect place"

They both knew Cesca would be back shortly so to stop her from finding out about anything Jade gave Jonah her number.

"If you ring me tomorrow then we can sort out all the details ready for tomorrow night"

"Thanks Jade I really appreciate it"

Just after they had exchanged numbers Cesca came back from the toilet and put her coat on ready to leave.

"Jade, it's been so lovely seeing you … I've missed you so much … Hopefully we can see each other again this week … We don't leave till Saturday morning so we've still got plenty of time"

Jade knew she was going to see Cesca tomorrow but that was for Cesca to find out so she just played along.

"Yeah I would love that we've still got so much to catch up on … Thanks for such a great evening and again it was lovely to meet you Jonah"

"It was lovely to meet you too Jade … And thanks again for understanding it really means a lot … It feels good that someone knows and hasn't judged us for falling in love"

After saying their goodbyes Cesca and Jonah made their way back to the Hotel Santa Fe.

"It's been such a long day I can't wait to just hold you in my arms"

"Today has really taken it out of me I'm so tired"

"You've had quite a day Ces I'm not surprised you've had less than 5 hours sleep and I know how much you love your sleep"

It didn't take them long to get back to the hotel and in the comforts of their own room. They had decided that Cesca and Jonah would sleep in Jonah's room because it was more likely that Chris or one of the other staff members would go to her room and it would be difficult to explain the manly smell.

They both were in their separate rooms getting ready for bed but they had the door open which connected their two rooms so they could freely walk into each other's rooms.

Jonah was laying in bed waiting for Cesca and thinking about tomorrow. It was going to be the biggest question he will ever ask, which made him excited but also really nervous.

Jonah's train of thought was suddenly broken when Cesca came into the room and slipped into bed beside him and snuggled into his arms.

"I'm going to apologise now … If I wake you up during the night it's probably because I've had to dash to the toilet"

"Ces don't be sorry… I'll be here to look after you no matter what time of the day or night it is"

"Thank you" Cesca said kissing Jonah on the lips

"I think it's probably time for us to go to sleep"

"Yeah good idea"

"Goodnight Ces"

"Night Jonah"

They gave each other one final kiss before they snuggled up together and fell asleep.
