"Hey baby! I'm back!" Kim smiled seeing Adam sitting on the balcony. "Hey darling! How was the first rehearsal?" He got smiling wide walking towards her. "It was good. I'm excited for tonight. It's going to be good." She smiled pulling him into a kiss. "I'm happy to hear that! You want to rest for a bit before your performance?" He wasn't sure how she was feeling after the flight and rehearsal. "Yeah only if you will rest with me." She knew it was t even really a question. "Hell yeah! Let's snuggle up." He helped her undress and settle in before stripping himself to join her. "I like this. I can't wait to do this everyday during time off." She buried her face into his neck kissing him softly. "I agree. Getting to do this everyday will be magical." He kissed her head softly letting her just rest in his arms.
He felt her drift off during their snuggle time. He smiled softly. He made sure to set an alarm so she wouldn't over sleep. He loved when she was soft like this. It makes him incredibly happy. When she wakes he feels her stretching slightly though burying her face closer to him. "It's almost time to wake up darling. I am loving this but you have work tonight." He whispered running his fingers up and down her side. "So comfy here." She whined which caused him to chuckle a bit. "I know baby girl but it's time. We can get something to eat before you have to leave again." He knew food was the key at those points. "Sounds good baby. Thank you for the nap." She leaned in to kiss him soundly. The coup,r slowly got out of the bed to get dressed before heading out once more. They arrived after a short walk to a local cafe to get a bite to eat.
"So what did you do during rehearsals?" She asked knowing he had a list of things to do. "Um actually not to much. I took a nice long walk wanting to get the blood flowing after the long flight. It's beautiful! The old buildings, all the trees and flowers. The quaint shops. I really like it so far. I can't wait to see more tomorrow when I adjust to the time difference." He was holding her hand as he spoke looking around at the scenery. "That's why I want to have more time when we decide to travel internationally. I don't want to waste days lost in jet lag." She smiled slightly. "Good call darling! What would you like to do this week?" He asked handing her his list. "Well I definitely want to see the Effie Tower with you, the Locks Bridge, the Louvre oh and Moulin Rouge. Plus shopping." Kim smiled knowing a few were on his list too. "Awesome I will cross off the others while you are working then. But you can always join when you have time." He was excited to see all the history of the area. "I would like that. Please take lots of photos so I can see the excitement in your eyes." She winked knowing he was overly excited and his face wouldn't be able to hide it.
"Yeah I'm definitely excited for it. This would never have happened without you. Thank you for this." Adam leaning across the table to kiss her. "This is what we do. Make each others dreams come try." Kim smiled brightly. "I had a slightly crazy idea." He watched as he got her full attention. "When we go to Philly to see the game and your friends would you want to stay an extra day or two to go see Jim?" He watched her eyes light up. "That would be awesome. It's not super close to Philly but only little over 2 hours. We could definitelmake that happen as long as you can get the time off and it's not an issue for later." She knew time off was limited. "Well I have tons of furlough days. And if I get too many they will force me to take off so I would rather use it when we can plan it out. So I think it's a good idea and you can see how much better he's doing." He saw tears in her eyes, he wiped her tears dry. "I will start changing plans for our flight back to Chicago." He watched her pull out her phone to start changing flights once again.
It took 20 minutes later before her phone was placed back down. "Okay so we get into Philly stupid early Sunday morning. Then we sleep at the hotel in the airport, which is really nice and quiet by the way. Monday morning we drive to Jim's house and then Tuesday we fly out of ABE back to Chicago. I think it's the easiest. I would rather not fly out of Newark unless I have to." She shrugged a bit. "Hey sounds good to me. We also still need to make plans to head to Ellicot City. You have been putting it off for a while now." He knew she was ignoring it for a reason. "Yeah I know. I really just want to go back there unless I really have to. And really she didn't live there so I don't understand why she was buried there. But maybe when it's warmer so we can go to the ocean while we are there?" She offered as a bit of a compromise. "Sounds good. I've never been to the ocean so yeah let's do that." He smiled wide knowing this would be just another new experience for them.
"We could leave on a Friday after work and fly to the closest airport and drive the rest of the way. And fly back Sunday night. It would be quick but it's not like the town has a ton to offer." She shrugged again. "Sounds like a good plan. And simple, I'm good with that. Should be interesting at least." He squeezed her hand giving her strength when he could see she was spinning a bit. "I have no idea what airport that is but I will figure it out. Might be Baltimore not sure." She mused. "We have time to figure it out. I still want you to relax most of May so we can revisit it in June." He knew it was hard to think about so giving her time was good for them both. "Agreed! I'm looking forward to relaxing a bit at the lake. I do have some charity event towards the end of May but it's literally a couple of fundraiser events. So nothing over the top and nothing too crazy. If you are available you should come too. If nothing else you can get some free food and drinks." He smiled at that. "Well it's in the calendar so we will have to see if I have a case or not. But it sounds like a good idea.
"What are the charities event in support of?" He asked knowing she went to a lot of events. "So the one is for raising money for shelters in the area. And one is to raise money for planned parenthood. As a woman both causes are near and dear to my heart. The shelters keep people safe and off the streets which is important to everyone and planned parenthood offers great services to any woman who doesn't have insurance. People think it's just abortions but it's all woman's healthcare. And before my insurance kicked in I used them for my health care needs. I truly appreciate what they do for woman all over the country." She smiled thinking about what a good cause it was. "I had no idea about that. Most have been scary though. All those protesters outside." He was surprised hearing that. "Yeah it was scary but I needed birth control and my annual exams so I went there." She shrugged knowing people didn't truly understand what they did. "Sounds like you did the right thing. And I agree those places need to be supported. They provide essential services. I was just surprised you went there. It was kind of shocking." He knew she had money so it was surprising.
"Well with insurance those exams are either free or 10. Without it's a lot more. And I was struggling to build my penthouse to I did things like that to help out." She smiled knowing he was proud of her and supported it. "You ready to head out?" He asked seeing their food finished. "Sure. Maybe we can walk a bit." He never answered just smiled taking her hand and leading her outside again. They had a nice casual walk just enjoying each other but also the area. "I refused to wear leggings outside here but we should take a picture in my gear for my professional instagram page." Kim asked knowing he would support her either way. "You know I have no issue with that but why won't you wear leggings outside?" He was confused by that since she did it all the time at home. "Well it screams tourist here, more like American. And I refuse to be seen that way. So I dress appropriately." Kim explained. "Gotcha! No one wants that. So let's head back and you can get dressed in your gear and we can get photos taken." He wrapped his arm around her shoulders as they finished their walk.
As soon as they returned to their room Kim changed quickly into an outfit for her sponsorship. Adam took several photos with the background being the Effie Tower. Once she approved of a photo she posted it before relaxing in his embrace once more. The couple,e enjoyed the quiet time before they had to get moving again. "I love you!" Kim whispered softly as they relaxed. "I love you too!" Adam leaned over to kiss her. She moved into his lap deepening the kiss. "Do we have time for this?" He asked unsure about the time frame. "Yeah not too long but enough to enjoy each other bodies for a bit." Kim started to kiss him again. It turned frantic fast as they removed each other shirts needing to feel more skin. Her bra was the next to go. She jumped up dropping her leggings before pulling him up to remove his pants and boxers. "Bed now!" She ordered.
Adam complied easily loving where this was going. He sat on the bed propping himself up with the pillows behind him. Kim straddle his lap kissing down his neck moving to his chest. "Kim please." He moaned needing to be inside her. "You ready?" She smirked. "You know I am!" He growled. She just smiled as she sat up take his rock hard erection inside her. Adam groaned loudly, Kim threw her head back as she moaned. She started to ride him slowly. He wrapped his arms around her body holding her tight as she moved. She upped the ante by wrapping her legs around his waist. "God I love it when you ride me like this! So fucking sexy!" He moaned biting into her shoulder. "I love it when you say fuck!" She laughed knowing he said that often to her. "Say it again!" He begged. "Fuck!" She whispered loudly right by his ear. He couldn't take it anymore flipping them over so he pound into her. Kim squealed as he caught her off guard.
He grabbed her hips slamming into her over and over till she came screaming his name. He waited till she was almost calm before he finished inside her moaned her name loudly watching her orgasm once more. Her body trembled long after the high subsided. Excited for something different even if it's the same dance." He moved back seeing the shower was warm now.
He helped her into the shower. He let the water run over her body before he started to wash her. He spent extra time cleaning her core before washing himself. He knew she would do her hair after the gala to get all the product out so it wasn't an issue right now. As they finished showering they dried off and started to dress for the night. Kim needed to leave earlier than Adam but still needed to bring her Gala outfit with her to change after the show. He watched the great care she took in getting ready for the night. Her moves effortless but were completely sexy. He moved towards her wrapping his arms around her once more. "I know you need to leave soon but you just looked so sexy with every move you make. And I know you aren't trying but I just need to touch you, I need you to feel what you do to me." He kissed her neck trying to pour his love in to the kiss. "I feel the same way. Believe me I do. But I really do have to go. After the gala you are all mine!" She turned in his hold kissing him hard letting him know exactly how she felt about him.
He watched her leave for the show with her luggage for the gala. He only had an hour to kill before he had to start getting ready to leave. He decided to look into up coming events in Chicago to take Kim to. To fulfill her childhood dreams that never came true. He added most of them to his calendar so he wouldn't forget. Kim was just a few blocks away getting her hair and make up done for the show. While she wasn't nervous she was slightly off because she barely knew her partner for the week and because she never performed here before. That had its own risk factor but she was sure it would be fine. Especially with Adam watching her. After hair and make up she got dressed from the show. The wardrobe assistant helped get her dressed which was different for her but she didn't mind. Once she was fully dressed she put her shoes on and started to stretch. She used almost every spare minute to stretch before going backstage to make her grand appearance. She knew Adam was already seated and waiting patiently for her to appear.
The lights dimmed into darkness as the curtain was pulled back. The stages filled with dancers but he only saw one. He only saw Kim, his only one, the love of his life, his wife. She took his breath away. He did manage to take a short video to share with his team but he was mesmerized by her. The first half came to a close as the curtains closed again. He fired off a quick text telling her amazing she was doing but knew he wouldn't get a reply. He also sent the video while he waited for the show to start again. Less than 30 minutes later the lights dimmed and he knew it was starting. He watched her dance, entranced by her movements. It never got old, boring. It just always reinforced how strong her body was and talented she really was. He was dam proud of her. As it came to a close the dancers took the stage once more to bow for the audience. Kim of course received a standing ovation. Not just for her performance but she was the featured dancer.
He watched as she bowed several times. Blowing kisses to the audience. Mouthing thank you over and over. She was humble in that moment knowing none of this was possible without those who paid to see her perform. She finally left the stage after 15 minutes of clapping. She was beyond grateful but she had a gala to prep for. She was helped out of her costume before she was left to fully change and get ready for the gala itself. She knew lots of cameras would be there and she would probably be interviewed but all she cared about was getting to see Adam. With the final touches in place she headed to the gala site knowing Adam was already there. She was surprised to see the number of people there taking pictures of her. She posed for each reporter and answered a few questions before moving inside. Her entrance caused another round of applause. She graciously bowed before moving further into the room in search of Adam.
She didn't have to make it far seeing him by the bar with a drink for both of them. "Hey baby." She showed him the full look as he pulled out his phone to take a photo, knowing that was a thing she did. He pulled her into a hug next. "Beyond amazing! You literally killed it tonight! I am so proud of you." He kissed her sweetly before they mingled. It felt forced but it was the point of the event. Mingling, generating support for the show, having more people knowing her name. While everyone had been lovely they had all been taken a back to find out she was marrying a cop. They had all just assumed he was a dancer too. But he was pleased that they treated him no different. He actually really enjoyed the evening.
It was getting late as the couple headed back to their hotel. They were exhausted, jet lag catching up to them both. When they arrived in their room they were quick to undress and drop into bed. All plans of continuing the afternoon romp was put on hold as neither could stay awake. The couple crashed out moments later wrapped in each other's arms. Safe, warm and happy in the only place they wanted to be.
