Ch 24

*Raw*

Bella and the Undertaker arrived at the arena. As they walked towards the entrance, the Undertaker stopped Bella grabbing her arm. His towering figure cast a long shadow over her as she turned to face him. His eyes bore into hers with a dark, unsettling intensity.

"It's time for the final test. Your brother is about to shatter your heart. He is about to make your worst fear come true," Undertaker's tone was deep and dark, sending a shiver down her spine. Tears welled in her eyes, but she fought them back, trying to maintain her composure.

"He wouldn't do that. You're lying!" she shot back, her voice trembling with defiance.

"Have I lied to you yet, angel?" he asked, grasping her chin, forcing her to meet his gaze.

"No, you haven't," she whispered, the fight draining from her.

"Come, I'll show you I'm not lying. Chyna doesn't realize it but she is going to ask him the question that will seal his fate and make him fail the last test. Then you're going to have to honor our deal. When he fails, you have to keep your emotions under control. If you start shattering things, it will make things worse," Taker ran his fingers up her arm taking her hand. She didn't put up a fight letting him lead her into the building.

The camera cut to the Rock arriving. He was almost to his locker room when Hunter cut him off.

"The Rock doesn't have time for your crap," the Rock instantly got defensive.

"I'm not here for trouble," Hunter threw up his hands moving back. "I saw what my sister has been doing to you. I think you need to call her out to the ring and talk to her before things get worse for you."

"How could things get worse for the Rock?"

"Bella has done this before back in our hometown. Some guy fell for her and anything she said he did. He ended up getting arrested because she mentioned she wanted a heart pendant from the local jewelry store. The idiot broke into the store to get it for her. He couldn't explain why he did it. I saw him that night he had the messed up zombie look you've been getting. Bella swears she didn't do anything. I had to get her help. She ended up in a mental institute for a few months after that incident," Hunter lowered his voice as he spilled Bella's past to the Rock. "She has always had a creepy dark side. I've seen her move things without touching them. Her favorite escape has always been going to our town's graveyard at night especially after our parents passed away. That's why it doesn't surprise me she has whatever going on with the Undertaker right now. You can ignore what I say but if I was you. I would call her out to the ring without the Undertaker and confront her."

"The Rock will think about it," the Rock said going into his locker room. Hunter stepped away with a satisfied smile going around the corner running into Chyna.

"What are you up to? Why are the police here to see you about taking your sister to the local mental institute for her own protection? You should be tracking her down to make sure she is ok after last night. She was knocked out after the hit from you. She could be hurt. How are you going to explain to your daughter that you put her aunt in the looney bin?"

"Shhh, you never know who is listening. I've been trying to call her since last night. She doesn't answer. I'm sure she is with the Deadman. In case you haven't noticed he is very protective of her. If she was hurt he would take care of her. As far as Samantha, she will understand her aunt needs help. I already spoke to my lawyer to start the process of getting Bella committed for the crazy shit she is doing. I've done it before I'll do it again. The lawyer got the police involved to take her tonight for an evaluation," Hunter said, getting close to Chyna seeing how upset she was about his plan. "If you say a word to her, you and I are done. Rock will call her out to that ring tonight. She will be alone, no Deadman to interfere. I will protect my sister at all costs from him."

"Do you understand you're not protecting Bella? All the years I've known your sister all she has done is bend over backwards to take care of Samantha and do whatever you ask. She hasn't done anything wrong. Are you sure you really want to do this to her? It's not too late you can send the police away," Chyna tried pleading with him.

"I'm doing what needs to be done. The police will take her for the help she needs. Undertaker will never see my sister again and whatever is going on between them will end. If you don't like what I'm doing you can get the hell out of here," Hunter's eyes were blazing with emotions.

Chyna didn't say a word, just walked away in disgust as Hunter opened a door revealing four police officers waiting for him.

As the door shut, the camera panned to Undertaker and Bella in the shadows. A golden chain had appeared around Bella's neck with a halo hanging from it. Tears streamed down her face as she shook violently and lights started to dim in and out above them. She went towards the door where Hunter was. Taker grabbed her arm stopping her. He leaned down whispering something in her ear. Suddenly she collapsed and he swept her up in his arms carrying her away.

After a few matches, the camera came live on Bella sitting in Undertaker's locker room with black tears staining her cheeks. Her fingers ran to a chain around her neck with a golden halo hanging from it.

"You were right. You weren't lying. He has failed every test. You have won our deal," her voice was broken with tears and heartache. "Our deal doesn't matter anymore."

"Why is that?"

"How can I honor our deal when I'm going to be locked up in an insane asylum? Don't you understand you're never going to see me again after tonight. You're not getting what you want," she raised her voice at him. "Hunter is the one in control. He is my next of kin. He wasn't lying he put me in one of those places before saying I made some guy I knew senior year rob a jewelry store. Hunter told them I could make things move and make things break without explanation. He is going to do it again," she paused as tears choked her voice. "Congratulations you proved my brother is an absolute piece of shit and you also doomed me to a living hell. You also did whatever to make this necklace appear to confuse me more. I hope you're happy now. My heart is beyond broken," she dropped to her knees crying.

"Bella, you need to listen to me. You needed to see his true colors. He made all the decisions. I didn't make him do anything. I also had nothing to do with the necklace," he kneeled down brushing the tears from her cheeks. " I promise you that I will not let Hunter or anyone else take you tonight."

"You may be able to stop them tonight but Hunter will keep trying," she whispered as Taker stood up gently pulling her back to her feet.

"I have a way to stop him no matter what he tries. If you follow my plan you will never have to worry about Hunter again and you will be able to complete your part of our deal. You will truly be choosing a new destiny," he stared into her eyes. Suddenly her eyes blazed to life with a mix of fear and fury pushing the sadness away.

"You really think this is all about making me choose a new destiny?" Bella spat, her voice shaking with anger. "This isn't about me, is it? This is about you! If I get locked up you don't get what you want. You slipped this necklace on me when I wasn't paying attention. You want me to give into the darkness. So I can make you happy."

"The necklace has always been there. You made it appear. You're tired of being a good little angel. You've had a taste of the darkness and want more. You want to fall. This isn't me, this is your soul wanting to give into the darkness and finally be free. You're not lashing out at me right now because of our deal. That deal is a small part of your fear. You're terrified that Hunter not passing one test is exactly what you wanted. You can not fool me Bella, I know exactly who you are and what you want," The Undertaker's expression darkened watching her carefully. Bella stepped closer, her fists clenched at her sides.

"Only I know what I want," Her voice broke as tears welled up in her eyes. "You're no different from him. You both think I'm broken and need to be fixed."

"You know that's not true, Bella. All I'm trying to do is help you not hurt you."

"I'm hurting. I'm tearing into pieces," she shot back, her voice laced with venom. "You want me to choose the darkness to fix me, just like Hunter wants me to agree to get locked away to fix me. Either way, you both want something from me and you both are making me feel like maybe I am really crazy." For a moment, the silence was deafening. Then, with a sharp intake of breath, Bella turned away, her shoulders trembling with the weight of her decision. "I need to figure this out on my own. I need to do what is right for me, not Hunter or you," she muttered, her voice barely above a whisper.

Before The Undertaker could respond, Bella stormed out of the room, leaving him standing alone. His eyes burned with fury as he watched her go, the darkness around him seeming to deepen with his anger. He took a deep breath, controlling the storm inside him, but the rage lingered beneath the surface. The door slammed leaving The Undertaker in the shadows as the camera faded out.

As the night was coming to an end, the Rock made his way out to the ring looking very troubled. He looked around the arena a few times before finally putting the microphone to his mouth quieting the audience.

"The Rock isn't here to entertain tonight. No, no, no. The Rock is here to settle something dark and twisted that has been happening to him. The Rock needs answers to why he has been doing things against his will."

The crowd quieted, sensing the seriousness in his tone.

"Bella, The Rock knows you're back there, and The Rock knows you're the only one that can answer his question. So why don't you bring yourself out here and explain yourself? And don't bring that walking corpse, The Undertaker, with you. The Rock wants you out here alone!"

The arena fell silent, the tension thick as everyone waited for Bella's response.

"Come on, Bella! The Rock isn't asking anymore. The Rock demands you come out here—without your Deadman by your side!"

The lights in the arena suddenly flickered, and then everything went black.

When they came back on, Bella was standing at the top of the ramp. Her face was still streaked with black-stained tears, her eyes wide and filled with confusion and pain. She stood frozen for a moment, looking lost in the harsh spotlight, before she slowly began to make her way down to the ring.

As she entered the ring, The Rock moved in closer, his gaze locked on hers. "Bella, The Rock doesn't have time for your little tricks anymore. You've been messing with The Rock's head, and tonight, The Rock is done. You need to tell the truth, right now," the Rock's voice trembled with emotion as he poured his heart out. "The Rock still wants to help you even though you have done some sort of witchcraft to him. The Rock wants to save you from the Deadman. The Rock wants to keep you out of the dark twisted world of the Undertaker.

"No one needs to save me from the Undertaker. I haven't done anything to you. You are drawn to me for some reason even though I have no interest in you. I'm not a witch," she broke her silence making him stop.

"Everyone is interested in the Rock," he paused as the fans chanted his name. "You made the Rock fight for you and do things the Rock didn't want to do. You're a beautiful enchantress that is putting spells on the Rock," he came closer to her. "The Rock doesn't believe you don't have an interest in him. You want the Rock to save you from the darkness."

Bella's lip quivered, her body trembling. She glanced at the crowd, feeling the weight of their eyes on her. The microphone in her hand felt impossibly heavy as she lifted it to her lips.

"It isn't the darkness I need to be saved from. I need to be saved from Hunter. He's been planning to have me committed again. He thinks I'm dangerous, that I'm out of control. He doesn't trust me—he never has," Bella whispered, her voice barely carrying over the roar of the crowd.

Before Bella could continue, Hunter's music hit, and he stormed down the ramp with a determined look on his face. The crowd erupted with boos as he entered the ring, but Hunter ignored them, his focus solely on Bella.

"Bella, stop this right now," Hunter said, grabbing the microphone from her hand. His voice was firm but laced with a hint of desperation. "This isn't you talking—it's him. The Undertaker has twisted everything in your mind. He's using you."

Bella took a step back, shaking her head, but Hunter pressed on. "This doesn't have to end the way you think it will. I'm trying to help you. The police are here for an evaluation, not to hurt you. You need to come with me and let them help you. I'm your brother, Bella. I'm doing this because I love you."

Bella's hands trembled as she listened, her mind racing with conflicting emotions. The crowd was silent now, watching the intense exchange.

"Hunter, you don't understand!" Bella cried, her voice breaking. "I'm not crazy. I've never been crazy. I don't need to be locked away!"

Hunter stepped closer, trying to calm her. "Bella, you're not well. You've been moving things, breaking things without touching them. You have been controlling the Rock. You've lost control, and you know it. I'm trying to stop this before it's too late. I don't want to see you hurt again. Please, come with me."

Tears welled in Bella's eyes, her heart pounding in her chest. The conflict of Hunter pleading with her to trust him, and the darkness from The Undertaker calling to her from the shadows was showing as she looked around.

Hunter lowered his voice, speaking softly but firmly. "If you don't come with me now, things are only going to get worse. The police are here, Bella. Let them take you in for the evaluation. Let them help you. This is the only way to fix everything."

Bella hesitated, her eyes darting between Hunter and the ring entrance. Hunter took another step toward her, reaching out his hand. "You can still walk away from this. Let them take you for evaluation, and I promise, everything will be okay. Will you come with me?"

Before she could answer, the arena lights flickered again, and the crowd gasped as The Undertaker appeared at the top of the ramp. He made his way down to the ring slowly, his eyes never leaving Bella. The Rock and Hunter took a step back as The Undertaker entered the ring, his imposing figure casting a shadow over everyone.

"Bella," The Undertaker's voice was low and menacing as he turned his attention to her. "You've accused me of wanting you to do what makes me happy. But it's not about that. It's about freeing you from the prison your brother wants to trap you in." Bella's body trembled as he stepped closer. "You need to make a choice. Think about these last few weeks. I have done nothing to break your trust. I have protected and taken care of you ," The Undertaker said, his voice dark and foreboding. "Break your halo, embrace the darkness, and come with me… or let Hunter have his way and be locked away for the rest of your life."

The crowd was silent, the tension unbearable as Bella trembled. Her heart pounded in her chest as she looked between Hunter and The Undertaker, torn between the two forces in her life.

"Bella, the Rock can save you from all of this. There is a reason you can mess with the Rock's mind. Let's find out the reason," the Rock firmly spoke, extending his hand to her. Bella looked at his hand, trembling even more.

The Undertaker's voice dropped to a growl. "Choose, Bella. You can't fight it any longer. Break the halo, leave the light behind, and come with me… or continue being the good little angel that does whatever makes Hunter life easier. You could always let the Rock save you and become his angel. Or you could give into the darkness calling you and become my queen my Lilith. I promise you won't regret falling into darkness with me."

Bella closed her eyes, tears streaming down her face. She slowly opened them looking at her brother for a long moment then she took a step towards the Rock touching his hand for a moment. She quickly backed away, turning her attention to the Undertaker. She stared into his eyes as her hand slowly reached for the delicate halo pendant hanging around her neck. She clutched it tightly, her fingers trembling.

In a sudden, sharp movement, she tore the halo from her neck and let it fall to the ground. The small pendant shattered as the Undertaker gave her a satisfied wicked smile taking her hand pulling her to him.

The lights flickered once more, and when they came back on, Bella and The Undertaker were gone. All that remained in the ring was the broken chain and the shattered pieces of halo shimmering in the lights.

Hunter stared at the broken pieces, frozen in disbelief. Hunter picked up the pieces holding them tightly in his hand. His eyes blazed with fury as he stormed out of the ring, pushing past The Rock, who watched him with a mix of confusion and concern. Hunter raced up the ramp, desperately searching for any sign of his sister.

The camera followed him backstage as he tore through the corridors, shoving aside anyone in his way, his anger boiling over as he frantically tried to find Bella.

But she was nowhere to be found.

The camera faded to black as Hunter ran out of the arena screaming for Bella.
