6th April, Hogwarts
White frost-covered valley, from the highest rooftop of the castle to everything visible to the magical eye from the Astronomy tower. Thankfully snow melted away from the path to Hogsmeade this morning, soothing many students' fears about missing it. The chief of them being Harry's to be better halves.
The carriage carrying the five came to a stop just before the bridge of the small town. Fighting a yawn with his free hand he gave Fleur's torso a gentle squeeze saying in a raspy voice "Flower, are here"
Sighing she opened her eyes "You make for an excellente pillow Mon Amour" pecking him on the lips, delighting as his cheeks gained a light pink dusting.
Susan added "We will have to test that for ourselves Fleur but till then we believe you" making everyone chuckle.
He disembarked from the carriage and being ever the gentleman, helped his girls to get down with Sif being the last one. As she stepped down the last step, snow on the wooden plank made her slip making her "Yelp!"
With a loud thud, both of them fell on the ground, air leaving his lungs with his smaller form being crushed under her busty, well-toned, and larger frame. Due to the height difference, his face smashed into her chest with her red hair acting as a curtain as she prepped herself on her elbows, apologizing "Fyrirgefðu, Hadrian!" without lifting her chest off of his face and a smirk, enjoying the moment along the feel of his face against her breast.
He wasn't complaining, the feeling of soft globes against his face as he inhaled the eucalyptus and the forever coolness that seemed ever-present. Unaffected by the cold, Sif wears a normal v-neck sweater with a pleated skirt, gloves, and a shawl to keep up the appearance.
It was a strange feeling of cold and hot that he felt in the confines of his flesh prison, oh he was having a problem breathing but didn't have enough willpower to protest, it was just so damn pleasurable. By Magic, he could die, but what a death it would be.
Sif felt something poking her apex underneath, her eyes widened as she looked down and found her husband's goofy expression. With a smirk, she pretended to squirm while motor-boating his face and grinding on his hard-on.
Others looked at them with identical smirks on their faces with Daphne shaking her head at their antics admonishing them "Get up you two, we have to get moving, long day ahead" trying to hide her arousal at the display.
The voice broke them out of their respective trance, and in an instant turned crimson with Sif rolling to the side and standing up helping him up as well. They dusted snow off their clothes and cloaks. He turned away from others saying "Ye… yeah.. We should get going…" walking in front trying to hide his hard under the cloak as best as he could.
Shieldmaiden whispered "Seriously Fleur, if yu don't pop 'is cherry soon I might beat you to the punch!" with a lusty haze as she eyed her mate's form.
The veela smirked with a similar look of hunger in her eyes as she licked her lips "O, don't worry, I will, very soon" her allure flaring around wildly but only focused on her mate.
As an effect Harry felt warmth surrounding him but strangely at the same time a shiver ran down his spine, with his downstairs situation resolved he turned around only to see them still standing there, "Um… Ladies, everything alright? What are you waiting for?"
"Oh us? For Fleur, you know out of respect" Susan teased out loud, making the veela cough a little and blush a little as she walked ahead catching up with her boyfriend taking his hand.
"What was Sue talking about?" he asked in confusion as the other three caught up with them, with Daphne taking his other side while Sif and Susan came behind them. Unseen to their eyes, Celine and Marie followed them, not wanting to interrupt the group date.
She simply shook her head saying "Nozzing!" through a weak glare back at her redhead sister wife who simply winked back at the veela.
He was not completely convinced but decided to let it go, as they crossed the bridge, entering the town. He stepped forward turned back them and clapped his hands asking "So lovely ladies where to first?"
"Oh I 'ave to visit ze owl post, Grandmere is sending me a few zings, zey would 'ave arrived by now, I will go and pick zem up," Fleur said adding in an apologetic tone.
Susan was quick to add "How about we take a visit to the bookstore? I want to pick some new novels. Been running short on reading material lately" She turned to the Veela asking "Meet you back at the Three Broomsticks for lunch?" with an eager smile on her face.
She nodded with a large grin "Magnifique!" before pecking the green-eyed teen on the lips lightly "I will see you in a bit Mon amour!" as she started on her way to the owl post.
With a goofy smile, he called out "Be careful, love" his eyes never leaving her delectable arse until she vanished from his eyesight.
Others watched it all with an amused look on their face with Susan shaking her head and pulling him by the elbow saying "Come on, the isle of books await" in the opposite direction.
"And Sue didn't I just buy you a set of books, like months ago?" with a single eyebrow rising to the sky.
She pinked snorting "I blew through them before the task, you can't blame me I had to keep myself busy or would have driven myself spare"
His eyes darkened as he whispered "You know you could've just said something I could have used some distraction myself" as his hand traveled from the small of her back down to her arse where he gave her cheek a light squeeze.
"Eep!" Sue squeaked, with a look of shock, lust, and a tiny bit of shock on her face at her boyfriend's action. It wasn't they weren't already physical but it had never progressed beyond the severe make-out sessions in the broom closet but that's it. This was the first time he ever that he touched her so, intimately and so openly of his violation. It thrilled not only her but the other two as well, it was a good sign seeing that he was coming out of his shell.
School her face she lightly hit his chest saying "You know very well why I didn't come to you for any help" She gave him a sexy smirk leaning forward "But if you behave, there will be plenty of distracting to do in summer" quickly pecking him before taking his hand and pulling "Come on the books await" dragging her dazed fiance in the direction of the book store with other two quickly following after them.
Sif turned to Daphne asking "So, how are you handling the newest development cousin?" in a soft tone.
The blonde sighed "I… I am not sure how to feel. A part of me, my heart I am assuming, is happy that Narcissa is free from the hellish life she was living, she is one of the fortunate ones to escape her nightmare. But my mind, it just can't disassociate with the fact that she was…" she trailed off shaking her head before saying "… like all things these days, it will take time for me to get used to it, but eventually I will be okay"
With a smile as she remembered the kiss she shared with Harry in the common room, the blush from cold hiding her red face was a blessing. She counter-questioned her cousin "What about you? How do you feel about all this and the letter?"
The girl sighed with a smile on her face looking away as she answered "About the same, I never imagined to be part of an ever-growing harem or anything like that. Sure I knew there was a possibility of me having sister wives, but I always knew that Ingrid would be one of them. Something like this never even crossed my mind" playing with the hem of her shawl.
The blond rolled her eyes stating "I have known you since we were babies, you only fidget when you are nervous or unsure about something, so out with it" leveling her with a stern look.
She stopped playing with it, protesting "I don't! I am not nervous!" but folded after a minute seeing the steely resolve in her cousin's eyes. Sighing in she whine "I am confused okay!"
With a frown, she asked "About?"
She started explaining her statement "Hadrian! He is an anomaly of nature! You know our instincts are much more sharper than any human, witch, or wizard! Our kin is attracted to the mates who are stronger than us in every aspect of life, it's just that he doesn't exactly fit in that mold"
Daphne quirked her eyebrow and retorted in a dry voice "If you think he isn't strong then you might just have hit your head and forgot what you read in the letter from Andi"
With a frustrated groan, Sif continued "I know he is in his league when it comes to de raw power, but in every oder aspect, he is more dan lacking. His not particularly physically strong and bruises like a peach. He is not the smartest or de sharpest tool in de kit and don't even get me started with his emotions. And yet, he is my mate! I can feel it, my magic is always reaching out to him, I have to restrain my desire to just have my way with him! It's driving me mad!" she whined at the end of her rant.
After a minute of silence and quiet contemplation Daphne answered "Maybe that's in his very nature. He is a kind man in a society of bigoted men, he is an honest man carrying and showing the qualities of a true nobility of his titles. He doesn't discriminate against anyone and accepts them as they are. He doesn't trust easily and yet can unknowingly charm anyone"
She turned to see her unimpressed cousin "He is a living paradox of complex riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma. You have to just accept that nothing about him will ever be normal" with a smile on him "The sooner you make your peace with it and learn to go with flow sooner you will achieve your goal "
Sif rolled her eyes in exasperation "You are so dramatic sometimes! And vhat goal are you talking about, Dame Greengrass?" with a single eyebrow raised to the sky.
The blond smirked "Why of course your goal of thoroughly ravishing our husband" before both descended into the peal's laughter loud enough to get the attention of their companion ahead of them.
"Know what they are laughing about?" he asked.
Redhead shrugged "I don't know maybe some inside joke? Anyway come on, I will need some time to choose books!" and resumed dragging him to the bookstore. Soon all four of them were standing in front of Ms. Maisel's Marvelous Second Hand Bookstore.
"Why here? You could have new books at the Flourish and Blotts just ahead" he questioned a little confused.
She smiled informing "Yeah but I couldn't get a signed first copy edition of John Grisham's Pelican Brief! Besides Ms. Maisel is a good friend of our family and I haven't seen her in a long time, now let's go" once again dragging him with Daphne and Sif following with smiles on their faces.
Across the Town
Fleur made her way to the relatively deserted part of the town, shivering as a particularly chilly wind swept down the gravelly path she was on hugging herself but under her thick coat, wand at ready should anyone want to cause any trouble. Though she loved that Harry had been the knight in shining armor for her when she was in trouble she didn't particularly like being a helpless damsel and that was putting it lightly as there wasn't a strong enough word in any language to quantify how very small, angry and sorry she felt.
Since the last task, where she let herself, her family, and most importantly her sister down by not being able to save her in time, she had been working on her fighting skills with Marie and Celine. Yet there was nothing she could do that felt enough, she just wasn't fast enough, not agile enough, or powerful enough when it came down to the life-saving minutes in the real world.
Their routine was a fight per week which included multiple scenarios from a planned ambush, to kidnapping attempts, street confrontations, or straight-up assassinations. In every single exercise, she was promptly defeated, and when they analyzed them it was clear while her choices and tactics in the situations were more than perfect, the problem came in her executions, she was overall lacking in magical prowess and stamina.
No matter how hard she went she couldn't break the invisible barrier that was stopping her from achieving her true potential. It had been gnawing at her for a while, something she knew Harry noticed but was either respecting her choice or as he often did trying to think if or what did he for her to be like this. While she didn't like putting him through this, she just wasn't ready for the conversation which would inevitably end up with her addressing the core issue which she couldn't accept.
Accepting it means that she is limiting herself and accepting defeat, that isn't an option, it never was nor will it ever be in the future as she found a way to surpass her limits, or rather her Grandmere did.
Being the granddaughter of the Elder Queen of the French Veela Nation had its advantage. She wrote her weeks ago explaining her plight, mailing it through her mother using official channels. She received a reply yesterday informing her to pick the the parcel and the package from the Veela nation outpost, which she was doubting she would ever find.
Just then she saw it, an old and broken look potions shop named, Lya's Apothecary with the name board covered in such a thick layer of snow that she almost missed it. Letting out a cold sigh she entered the shop.
"Par magie!" she gasped once inside surprised as she was shocked by the sudden change in the scenery, instead of the dodgy-looking shop she was in an ornate shop with marble all around pristine-looking cabinets, shelves, and jars all over with soft cream background along with some golden accents.
"Bonjour Mademoiselle" a sweet voice from behind her brought her out of her amazed trance. She turned into an older veela who looked to be around forty, with flawless chocolate skin, honey-brown eyes, and shoulder-long curly hair, dressed in a sundress.
Fleur felt the strongest allure she had ever felt around the veela and on instinct gave a waist-deep bow greeting "It's an honor to meet you, Elder!"
The elder smiled coming closer as Fleur stood back up and stepped closer to the adolescent woman catching her lips with hers. It was a short and sweet kiss which Fleur accepted graciously, kissing the elder back lavishing in a coconut flavor of the veela's lips.
As they parted the elder stated "It's hearting to know that you haven't forgotten your roots" She stepped back and went to the ornate ebony wood cupboard, opening the left compartment, and taking a black velvet pouch. She came back saying "Here is your delivery Mademoiselle Delacour, hope you have a good day"
Fleur who was still a little dizzy felt everything going out of focus and when it came back she was back outside with a velvet pouch in hand. She looked around confused about what she just experienced, when she saw a familiar pink-haired auror running in her direction. She quickly stored the pouch in her jacket and turned back to Tonks just as she came to stop in front of him with a smile asking "Exercising Tonks?"
The panting metamorph half glared at her sister wife retorting "Oh shut up, Aphrodite!" catching her breathe before adding "I was just finishing my patrol for the day when I spotted you, here of all places" looking around in a vacant part of the town.
Before Fleur could formulate a response which would certainly have been a lie, the cheery woman sighed "Well anyway I am glad I caught you here, I needed to talk to you" looking a little more serious.
Fleur nodded guessing what it would be about, suggest "Let's walk and talk, we are meeting for lunch at Zree Broomsticks"
"Oh that's a great idea, I am so hungry and these puppies need some fat to maintain the size our lover loves!" Tonks said shaking her chest to exaggerate her point gaining a chuckle from the veela and joining in herself as they started walking in the direction of the main part of the village.
Tonks sighed "So how are you dealing with… By magic I don't even know how to address this!" letting out a frustrated groan continuing "Let's just call… hmmm… it recent development? Yeah, that sounds good how are you dealing with this new development?"
Fleur smiled loving the carefree attitude of her sister wife saying "To be 'onest Tonks, I don't zink it changes much of anyzzing for any of us, just we 'ave to be careful. Trust and 'onesty are very important zings for 'im. Cause I never in my life want to 'urt 'im and all zis seems to be 'eading in zat direction with result breaking countless 'earts"
Tonks nodded "I know it's one of the less pleasurable things that has been keeping me awake in the night, I can say the same for Boss and my mum. It's just the situation we can't interfere in and yet is somehow accomplice in it, it's just twisted in the worst way" ending on a depressing note and both were silent.
Fleur chuckled drawing a questioning look from Dora to which she answered "I was imagining 'is expression upon learning just 'ow many paramour 'e 'as to satisfy" and once again both of them broke out in hysteric laughter in the middle of the crowded road.
Tonks wiped her eyes saying "Well you will have first-hand experience when ya pop his cherry, I am sure you will be a very fair judge!" teasingly making the veela blush a little.
Shaking her head she asked, "What about you Tonks? 'ow are dealing with all zis?"
"Well the worldview I held for so long has been turned upside down," Tonks said cheerily before adding "Family I once thought was the worst scums of magical society turned out to be the result of a bunch asshole parents screwing up its generation for their bigoted believe, false sense of pride and honor, to ingratiate a bloody snake fucking bastard" her voice higher at the last one along with vibrant red of anger turning few heads.
She calmed down after a breath "I am still adjusting to all zis, especially about my aunts but I guess it's somezzing zat will only resolve when I confront both of them myself. But I am 'appy for Narcissa" with a genuine smile on her face.
Fleur could see that the auror was struggling with the issue herself and had to come to terms with the new reality. It couldn't be easy to look at people you have hated all your life in a new positive light in such a matter of days. As with all things, she needed time to adjust to this new worldview.
Tonks smiled as they reached the entrance of the Three-Broomsticks making a way for a couple of giggling girls they entered avoiding the shrunken heads looking around and quickly spotted their group going near the stairs in the back.
Spotting them Harry smiled standing up and greeting them "Hey Love, done with your business?" hugging and pecking Fleur on the lips lightly before pulling out two chairs for them.
Fleur nodded "Oui and look who I just ran into?" as she took her seat on his left with a smile.
"I can see," he said before kissing Dora on the lips making her squeak and jump back, he frowned asking in a mixture of hurt and confusion "Dora? Wha… What's wrong?"
"We are in Public Harry!" she stated her head on the swivel trying to spot if anyone saw them.
Sif snorted "Don't worry about it, I put a notice me not hard around us, it's keyed to people of our collective at least those who are here"
The auror looked around only to find some obsidian stones on the floor around the table, with a relieved sigh she turned back to him with a devilish smile "Come here lover" before pulling him a heated lip lock, savoring the mix of mint and dark chocolate flavor. The hot and cold tone of the flavors was a delicacy for all his girls.
He took the seat and she she followed him down straddling him, settling comfortably in her lap with hands in his raven locks and his hands hidden under the cloak resting on her lower back. As it ended she smiled and hugged him to her bust "I didn't know how much I needed that until I had it and boy do I want a second helping"
"Then by all means go ahead," he said a little out of breath.
Susan cleared her throat bringing their attention to others all of them looking a different shades of red, Dora looked apologetic as she got off and settled on her chair beside Fleur while Harry could only groan in disappointment to which she simply mouthed 'Later' to him.
Seeing their friends entering the restaurant Daphne nudged Sif who dropped the ward summoning the stones and pocketing them. The blond raised and waved her hand beaconing Neville, Tracey, Luna, Hannah, and Hermione. They moved to a larger table with everyone settled with a young waitress attending them "And wat' can I get yeh lot?"
He looked around, peeking around the bar and all over before turning to the waitress and asking "Excuse me, can you tell me where Madame Rosemerta is?" turning multiple heads on the table. His fiancee's and girlfriend exchanged looks while others only looked severely confused.
"Ah she is coming down with somethin', she is resting in her room upstairs. Now what can I get you?" the waitress restated frustrated with his question.
"Just a butterbeer and some chips will do thank you," He said distractedly looking at the mix of worried and concerned.
"What is it, Harry?" Susan asked taking his hand in hers.
He sighed "Nothing it's just, I have had a really bad feeling for the last few days like there is something wrong somewhere, to honest it started shortly after the second task but I just…" he stopped before standing up abruptly saying "I just… I need to check on her, you guys stay here" as he quickly applied the notice me not charm before racing his way up the stairs.
Hermione was almost up but Daphne stopped her saying "Let him go, I will explain it later but for now let it run its course" Susan, Sif, Fleur, and Tonks nodded agreeing with her when Bushy-haired threw them a questioning look.
She huffed "Okay but for the record not a fan of this cloak and dagger thing"
Neville chimed in musing "How is he even going to find her room?" and as an answer got a collective shrug from the ladies around the table.
Above Harry looked around the inn doors and on instinct took a right from the first corner followed by a left. He came up to a small stair with a door at the end, climbing what he assumed was Rosmerta's room he knocked and waited for a reply from inside, not getting one, he knocked again this time stating "Ila, it's me Harry can you open the door please"
After a few more minutes he decided that he had waited long enough taking out his wand he cast {Alohomora!} As the door clicked open he carefully stepped inside. The room was decorated with various memorabilia that Ila has collected over the years, her most priced one being a collection of some different types of magical currency from all over the world.
But he focused on the task making his way to her bedroom where she appeared to be sleeping. Yet seeing the situation his mind went to the worst outcome as he raced to her side, and first checked her pulse, find it he took a deep breath calming himself down.
Looking at her face he couldn't see any paleness sweat or any other indication of fear, with her temperature being normal he thought she was just having a nap and lied to the staff to take a break. Something he knew she needed as she was one of the hardest-working people he had ever met.
That notion was out of the window when he noticed that she didn't have a blanket on and it was freezing despite the warming runes around the pub. He moved his hand through his hair saying "This is getting nowhere"
{Rennervate!} he cast on the older woman.
She woke up with a deep gasp and her eyes fluttering open she was a little confused as she looked around "What is happening? Why am I in my room?" she looked out of the window "And that too in the middle of rush hour?"
As she turned around and gasped "Sugar what are you doing here? What in the Merlin's name is going on here?" she said clutching her head as she was starting to pound and she was feeling a little dizzy.
He caught her by the elbow "Here sit down" settling her on the bed before kneeling in front as he passed her a goblet of water.
As she took a sip he asked "Better?" getting a nod he explained "I asked about you, downstairs the waitress told me that you were sick so I came to check on you. When you didn't answer my knocks, I was worried and came in to check on you. It looked like you were asleep but didn't have any blankets on which just seemed wrong so I woke you up"
The blond shook her head saying "I never said anything about being sick, I am not. Just a little confused, I remember doing orders last night it was nearly closing time but after that, it's all blank" she murmured the last part unsure what to make of it. Shaking the cobwebs from her mind she cupped his face saying "You are Sugar" and promptly kissed him on the corner of his mouth.
He smiled saying "Anything for you Ila" in a teasing tone and dashing backwards dodging her hand by a centimeter.
The woman stood up stretching her hands above the head her tight Victorian red dress with a dark leather corset holding her famous and incredible bust in place, accentuating every curve of her body.
She peeked at the teen on the floor in front of her with a devilish smile "Like what you see sugar?"
He went crimson as averting his eyes and was quick to stand up saying "I… I should be going…" he said standing up and moving towards the exit but turned back pleading "Just get yourself checked out at St. Mungos? Might not be something serious but it's better to be safe than sorry" looking anywhere but in her direction.
He was surprised when she took him in a tight hug saying "Thank you for coming Sugar and waking me up" She sighed almost melting in his arms.
"Anytime Ila," he said hugging her back.
Both of them were like that for a few minutes before separating with content smiles on their face as he said "I will see you downstairs, it just isn't the same without you"
"I know, but wait a few minutes Sugar and I will grace others with my presence," Rosmerta said coyly as her heart fluttered in her chest for the boy standing in front of her.
"See you later," he said taking his leave.
"See you later," Rosmerta said closing the door but couldn't stop smiling but that soon turned into a shock when she realized her inner garments were soaked and found herself shuddering at the thought before saying "You are so in trouble Rosie" biting her nail with a smile as she walked to the room for a quick change.
Downstairs Harry joined his dates apologizing "I am sorry, I just…"
Dora took his hand saying "It's okay Harry-Bear, no harm done we still have a lot of time before we are to return, now how is the illustrious owner of this fine establishment" taking a sip of his Butterbeer.
He took a look around getting nods and smiles conveying the same emotion he relaxed saying "She is okay she wasn't sick but was sleeping and doesn't remember how she got to her room. She said she was closing yesterday and after that, until I woke her up it's a blank, I… don't know what to think about that" he shook his head eat some fries before adding with a smile "Anyway, She will be down in a bit, I hope she gets it checked out whatever it is"
Tonks's alarms flared as she heard a secondhand account of memory alteration, something she would be looking forward to later. Fleur had a similar thought both shared a nod of acknowledgment to look further into this. At the same time Susan, Daphne, and Sif shared a knowing smile, a new member just had been added to their family, and for them, it was more the merrier.
