Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle
Warnings: I lost another page, so I have to fix this, before I finish the upload right now, as from here it's case of fixing the damage. In the cast, and with it, Nick Ballard makes an appearance, as he sees after 25 years. Daniel found his way back to the command side of the grouping that we're trying to over turn his decision. After Daniel's parents were killed in the accident here now, so from here it changes now.
But if anyone noticed here in the continued references to the movie script of Sphere, the story is going to follow some of it, but changes in other areas. And this story on Sphere, is going to be book 3 of the 6 part series I'm creating. Basing it from now, to end of Season 5, and instead of dead, Daniel's going to be training to be a Q. And like season 6 showed, only 3 of the 22 episodes, has him with the trio, the others.
He's there at the SGA, Daniel's clone, turned twin brother ascended and Daniel is at the SGA, making his powers stronger. As the last episode unlocked his potential completely, though by doing that, everything that came with it. Starts coming out in visions, till they reach my other story, of the Past and Present series. Till the final shot results now here in the 5 years he spent, on board the enterprise, there in Antarctica.
With this series, there's going to be a severe amount of backlash brought on by the traumas of Hathor and Machello. But the connector is going to be Need and Shyla's kingdom, so for Sam and Jack. The events of Hathor and Shyla have stuck, leaving them facing a backlash that has Daniel. And Teal'C, on one side of the line, them on the other, in basing this solely on the book series on the movie, directly after it.
The events are altered to it being civilian ran with military help and the SGA is just that, as Jack and Makepeace get the entirety of the consequences. That resulted in Daniel becoming a pariah now in that book series, only now it's reversed here. So everything negative on Daniel is Jack now, in the SGA and everything Jack is Daniel. In the SGC ops, but it's because of the permanent effects of Hathor's pheromones.
This story and it's followers are going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration. So with this chapter, is the colony/crew is now getting used to being a slightly underwater crew.
As he's getting to work in trading to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack. Just to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.
This chapter will finish off this portion of the story-line, as the next two chapters and forward, cover chapter 2, going by the name. And of The Glory Of Tantulus, which covers things, from his going to the races and Tok'ra creation of the treaty. And his return to Shyla, before the following Chapters cover the the breakdowns of the trio and Carter, who's lost her ability to function mentally, out of desperation now.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

Chapter 35: New Futures And Fresh Starts IV: Time's Arrow and Recovery V
"Well Captain, I brought Teal'C and Commander Jackson's records, you're going to need these." Warner said and she nodded as she took them, as she made a few notations to Daniel's record, and in deciding on an upgraded regime. That she, Patterson and Henderson could do while Daniel was in recovery for the next 2 months now. "Weight regained: 7.5lbs, skin color: milky brown, anemia: being treated." Cam read and Beverly nodded gently as Warner explained it.
"Translated: the 9 days recovery is working, it's going to take 2 months, before he's back on duty fully, but the iron levels are slowly leveling out right now in truth, but before then. I'm raising the time frame for the dose up to 3 months, between serum doses, but the Diazepam. Sertraline and Thorazine are for every day now, taken before you go to bed now, little brother." Warner said and Daniel and Sarah nodded to his decision as Carson crossed his arms to that.
"But the test on the invulnerability serum was a success, you just rebuild your blood iron levels again right now at the current moment here." Pulaski said and Levy nodded gently to him then. "Too easy right now, Kate, I can handle that part, he loves my cooking and Diane's a M.D. herself, but she's a pediatrician here." She said and Pulaski nodded, smiling, as she wrote down the prescriptions she and Henderson were putting him on and Landry and Dixon nodded then.
"You're a young Captain, son, but what we mean by this, is that with the double helpings, his nutrient levels are leveling back out. As his body heals itself, his iron levels are normalizing, so his skin color is changing back to its natural brownish white tinge." Landry said and he nodded in understanding then. "Added side effect in being a soldier, we studied advanced biology, so we have detailed information on the anatomy of a human being." Jacob added and he nodded then.
"Well we're not quite like Alicia and the professor, I knew in advance how serious his PTSD was to realize I need to have him put in psychological counseling for now. As he recovers baby brother, in total truth here, only someone suffering repeated flashbacks. Now knows their spouse, either version, sees this as he needs therapy and having the regime redone. But the bastards had dismantled the progress, that Henderson had made 22 years at the time."
"I knew all about it, and as he told me and the guys everything." Sarah said and he nodded and Sam went white in fear then. "And why doesn't that surprise me here right now, that he told you, before he told Lou at the moment as it started bouncing from one member to the next. In our side of this at the moment current." Hammond said and she nodded. "Yeah he said he saw Lou as a brother and loved him that way, so easy to confide in him." she said and they nodded.
"Well now that's handled, you said you had something to show me, about this whole academic/athletic argument we got going on right now?" Landry asked and he nodded. "Well before we do that, you want to finish the episode right now, because you're not going to like this." he said and he nodded. " Yeah after the first half we saw, we can finish this episode, from start to finish now here." he said and he nodded, as he turned it on, from after the check up.
"Jack, we should go back to the planet and free those people." he said and they heard a snooty tone to Jack's voice. "I'm not sure it's any of our business, frankly." he said to him, and they paled, as it was interfere when it suits them. But when people really needed it, they stood aside. "Yeah just like an NID agent, you interfere when it suits you, but when people really need your help, you stand aside." Landry said sternly, knowing he'd started shaking in fear then.
"I concur: Who are we to judge how someone on another planet lives?" Hammond said to him, quoting his double and they started shaking in fear, realizing how bad this looked now for them. "But the people are in those machines under false pretenses: The Keeper is lying to them about what's outside." he said and Janet also paled, as she added in her own two cents, and then realized she sounded like them, in cruel detachment of their acquaintances.
"Okay, if, if I may weigh in here…all evidence points to the fact that the machines are clinically sustaining those people. Removing them could be like taking a patient off life support when he still needs it." she said and Hammond leaved forward on the table. "Here it comes, this was why you said that on the recording, orders never make sense here. And they're convinced we're not ourselves, yeah okay baby, point taken." Hoffman said and he nodded,
"Sounds to me like we have to get more information to make this decision, folks." Davis said and Teal'C answered that bemused then. "The only way to gain more information would be to venture back into the artificial world of P7J-989." he said and Davis nodded. "This is not going down well right now, issues in the rabbit hole." Heather said and Saxon nodded. "Or getting trapped in there, said your own nightmares." he said and she nodded.
"That's actually what this is, they been on life support so long, someone had to come there eventually, to get them out of coma, said someone turned out to be me. And my saying this, resulted in an Exodus that had him freaking out, so though I did a good deed, had a flashback. Shyla was two weeks later, the anniversary of my parents accident." he said and they nodded in understanding. "Followed by said cave in, scaring us out of our wits." Carson said to him then.
"Then that's exactly what I want you to do." Davis said gently and Jack watched himself lean forward. "Get ready, the smart ass complex just shot forward now and dad never takes insubordination well if there's a case of unsuspecting questioning of his orders. Even if they never make sense, we're trapped in there already and one of the others now. Are trying to get us to distract him, so they can go free here." Daniel explained and they all nodded, bemused.
"By showing them the way out of the bloody chairs, you showed them the way out of said chairs, and conservatory and they followed you out, okay that works." Plummer said with a bemused smile, and Hammond chuckled at Daniel's creativity, to come up with a way out. One that didn't involve violence, again, then in their eyes. "Uhhhh…General. Without meaning, this time, to sound like a smart-ass, are you cracked?" he asked and he hid a chuckle.
"Folks, I don't need to tell you how valuable a resource this planet could be for us. Their technology is far beyond our own: the kind of technology that justifies this entire program." he said and Colin nodded in agreement. "Yeah like creating holodecks for training." he said and Sam went white in shock, that she never thought of that. "Oh what jealous once again, we can use this technology to create better training platforms here."
"Without getting stuck in the system right now?" Landry said sternly, knowing she'd have gone pale, at the utterly primitive ways, her attempts to bring back technology. Now could result in hurting or killing someone, compared to Daniel's ways, by looking at what could be useful to what couldn't. "General Hammond, going back into that world could be very hazardous." she said to him then. "Well that says jealousy." Hoffman said sternly and he nodded then.
"They're snatching technology, without bothering to learn how it works, Reg's double realized it, as he was trying to get me to realize it now. His technology could be useful for better training platforms, not in the way of sticking someone in the chair. But rather creation of holodecks now, and we got a way to train the kids now too finally." Daniel said and he nodded. "Your idea works better, creation of holodecks, and escape rooms this way." he said and Daniel smiled then.
"Yeah, but stage 5 it just left the holodeck and ended up in the hallway, we test each team, during the foothold test, but with the way I'm training blue and green quadrants. They're going to blow away Edina." Daniel said and the 10 pre academy cadets exchanged smiles. "Alright guys, don't be so cocky, one mistake, you blow it, now remember here, mind over matter." He said and the teams nodded, as Picard exchanged smiles with Brand, at his gentle manner.
"I fail to see how: It's an artificial environment, can you actually die in there?" he asked and she started getting tense. "Not unless the damn system broke down." Picard said in response sternly, as they heard her remark. "And we need to fix our's, before that happens again dad, after you, mom and Data got stuck in the Dixon Hill mystery you were doing." Crusher said and Jean Luc and Beverly nodded, as she gripped his shoulders gently to that.
"Issues in this crew, we really need to see what we can learn from grandma's version, and upload it to ours now." she said and he nodded in agreement. "Well for now our primary pre academy are Jake and Wesley." he said and she nodded. "We don't know." Sam said and Jack quickly said it. "I'm a little more concerned about being trapped there, Sir." he said, his voice slowly raising and he said it gently. "You got out the last time." he said to him gently.
"There is no guarantee we will be able to extract ourselves again." Teal'C said to him then and he nodded. "Okay, I'll tell you what: if you don't come out in one week, I'll send in SG-2 to pull you out." he said to him and then went further to this then. "Besides, what's so bad about being in there? It sounds to me like you can experience. All sorts of fascinating things.." he said and Jack nodded sarcastically to him as he said it then.
"You mean, like watching old friends and…" he said and Daniel stepped in. "Parents." he sakd and Jack finished it. "Family getting killed over and over again?" he said and Hammond jumped that. "Alternate realities, Charlie was dead in two realities, we get one last mission together this year, as I'm taking that offer. That I can resurrect Charlie on the holodeck, play back the Abydos mission, old memories, better then the last 2.5 years again now."
"Without the vocal and physical abuse, as you never needed the drugs, I was on a cocktail meant to control the symptoms, of having her here." he said and they nodded in understanding. "We really don't blame you for that, but O'neill there clearly never expected your inner werewolf to beat the crap out of 3 people, you been abused enough already, but you had your last 9 good years under me and the Professor now, but you got me again." Hoffman said to that gently.
"And with you around, my inner wolf went cub again, so in this case, is fresh start and I'm with papa bear in between missions. Although I'll just try not to get smart with you, in my case that never changed, in these sessions, never go with the P.C. answer. Or he's going to let you have it, trust me." he said and Lou and Dixon nodded, as they tried to hide a smile. "And keep it up with me and I will right now, wise guy, you're not debating your need for rest here now, in truth."
"If I did this to you all the time, you could never resist, when you were a teenager, before your choice in sports, but school, practice, home, homework in that order during the school year. Every time you tried to resist your need for sleep, as a young teenager, I left you have it." he said smiling, knowing that's exactly what he was like with the younger man. "Or seeing Major Kawalsky alive and well? Who knows, Colonel, maybe you could even see your son."
"Dr. Jackson, perhaps you could visit the ancient worlds you've always wondered about." he said and Daniel nodded, just gapes at him, disbelievingly. "And there's a clue, by converting the chairs into a holodeck, I time travel to another generation, century, time frame. Enjoy my job again, and he sensed this, reading my mind, since he knew that this loser crossed the line, before Cassandra." he said to this and they nodded gently to him at that remark
"You can go anywhere your memories or imaginations want to go." he said and the four of them exchange looks, before Jack looks at him. "Okay. That's enough." he said and stood up as he rises from his chair and goes over to the Hammond and bends over him. He gently pulls the General's ear forward to peer behind it. "Let's just have a little look here, shall we?" he said and Hammond said it. "What are you doing, Colonel?" he said to him then
"Oh, I'm looking for the edges of a mask!" he said to him then. "What?" he said to him then."You're obviously not the real General Hammond." he said and he said it sternly. "Sit down, Colonel!" he said to him and he said it firmly. "I don't think so, bucko. The jig's up. We're on to ya." He said and Hammond said it. "What are you talking about?" he said to him then. "We're still on P7J-989." she said to Jack and he nodded gently to her then.
"Oh, you betcha: This is just a new game brought to you by our good friend…" he said as he pats Hammond on the head. "The Keeper." he said and Hammond stood up then. "You are way out of line, Colonel!" he said sternly and he stepped back, firmly. "You could be having a nervous reaction to the machines, we should get back to the infirmary and run some tests." she said and he said it as his tone starts gong up at that remark then.
"Yeah I'm starting to see why you told us this, every time something never makes sense, they deduce it as drugs, or we been replaced, yeah they had a nervous breakdown." Hoffman said, crossing his arms, getting into character and Landry nodded sternly. "I call mini psychotic break right now, Brandon." Sigourney said and the others nodded sternly. "Agreed this was long in coming, and came when the Admiral assigned him to us." Jackson said sternly to that opinion.
"No, you should get us out of these damn machines is what you should do!" he snapped and that did it, as as SF approaches O'Neill from behind, locking and loading his weapon. Teal'C stands up in alarm. "Oh boy, yeah he snapped finally, Reg, your alien counterpart over did it here." Geordi said and he nodded in agreement. "This is why they need holodecks, you know what you're seeing is real or not, and we get that training." Reg Barclay said and Haden nodded.
"Agreed, we're getting the training capable, of seeing what's real or not real after ending up in that facade now, that Hathor created, they nearly had me convinced, till I see the duo." Daniel said and Landry smiled, as Hammond smiled, at that, training to see it now finally. In seeing between the delusion or what's real, this was the perfect training in his eyes. "Training in being a schizophrenic, I never would have thought of that." Landry said as he started laughing then.
"As Christopher would later tell me, the only way he can help Russel, is by showing him the difference, between what is real, and what's in his mind. You took that a little too seriously here right now, by creating holodecks, telling the difference between real and not real." Connelly said with a laugh and Crowe smiled and nodded. "When his grandmother is my best friend, and the man playing Nick is still hospitalized, only option." he said to her gently at the remark then.
"How old were we when we got you exactly?" he added, and he sighed. "It was 2 years later, I got shuttled to you, and 3 years in therapy." he said and Crowe nodded sternly. "Yeah I find out, I'm going to kill that pervert, yes alright here so 1975 to 1978 now is us. And Dustin did the rest from 79' to 1984, okay got it." she said and he nodded gently. "We graduated at 18, started college at 19, so there it is as I stayed in touch, since then." he said and she nodded smiling.
As they watched as Jack turned to the SF and challenges him. "Oh, what!" he snapped and Landry crossed his arms. "You need to ask that question, with your behavior after Hathor and during the cor'ai." he asked and Hammond finished that. "Colonel, your insubordination is testing my patience: I will give you one final chance. To follow my orders and rejoin the residents of the artificial world."he said to him then sternly as Landry said it with him.
"Residents.'" Sam repeated and nodded, now sure of where they are, as the keeper turned to her, realizing he gave himself away then. "That's what the Keeper called them." she said and she and Daniel stand up. "Are you going back in or not, Colonel?" he said and Jack shouted it out. "I'm already in!" he shouted at him then as 8 more SFs walk into the Briefing Room. "Here it comes, you realized his mind snapped." Wes said and Daniel nodded to him.
"Place SG-1 under arrest and put them in isolation where they can speak to no one!" he said and they put them in handcuffs, and let them out of the room then. "Well I'm starting to see why you kept placing him under psychological work up." Landry said and he nodded. "There's more, but you're going to see how he really sees us, scientists now, because we see things they never catch, and they see it as a psychotic break now." he said and they nodded.
"Loser." they heard from one screen. "Shut up, you bird brain." he said in response and they got the answering response. "Make me." it said and they started laughing at that. "To answer the other question, she's a state size version of a smart house here right now. But we spoke to the duo and the majority agreed, Teal'C aids in destroying the renegades now. He and Bra'tac go free from being traitors now." Landry said and the bounty hunter nodded gently to the news.
"Fair enough, so the only ones open season as you call it are the these two, Robert Makepeace, Adam Johnson, and the rogue NID unit, out there stealing artifacts." Aris said and he nodded gently to him then. "If you need help in setting free your people, from Yu's minor that's fine, that's fine we can do that, and in exchange we get you enough to buy that blue drug." he said and he nodded. "You have a deal General, and thank you." he said and Daniel shook his hand.
"I took your area in that opinion, and you're right, but is it just possible someone outside their command does not see things the way they do. But the prime directive prohibits interference in the social structure of a planet, though we have opinions, we're forbidden. And from interfering in your society." he said and he, the Tollan, Asgard and Nox all nodded in understanding. "As for the wiseguy response given off by your computer." Omac said with an amused smile gently.
"You started to understand earth culture after being with us for close to two weeks, but this movie was known to have everyone ready to die laughing. Because as a kid, the man playing the starring role in this movie turned to crime to pay. And for his mother's ever growing health troubles, but this was what we call a parental guidance suggested. Meaning the parents had to come along, as it was deemed slightly inappropriate for kids." Daniel said and he nodded then.
"Alright knock it off wiseguy, we're not having anyone swapping insults all afternoon here. Ente, that wasn't necessary to be imitating the parrots over guys like this, especially after the guy. That was playing Vermin, shot the perch." Landry said trying to control his voice at that response. "Movie reference the man that plays a poltergeist played a gangster in this movie, in the normal 1930 gangster flicks and this was his pet parrot." Dixon said and he nodded, smiling.
And as the kids were shaking in laughter at the levity out into this conversation, by doing that play back. "At least that's not the teenage/young adult version to that exchange right now, you remember, after Piscopo described his likes, and the bird's response to that. Before Michael's assistant shot the bird a warning look, after the profanity ended up in the conversation." Shepard said through his laughter at that, as he, Cam and Vala were shaking in laughter then.
And to this remark. "Keep it clean with kids under 13 on this floor, guys." he said gently then and the district nodded smiling then. "With us earthlings, the movies we watch are not that big a deal, but our offworld members, and saying of which. Ente, regarding movies and books, I want anything higher than low PG-13 if they're from another planet. To be placed under, earthling only, for us, that's mid to late teenager and up to adult only." he said and knew she nodded.
"We had age requirements on everything, and Craig's movie took a level into high R, and entering NC-17 here." Daniel said to him in a low tone and he nodded. "Which is why that one is going under adult section only, we're organizing this, so some teenager. Or preteen never watches this crap, and scares themselves out of their wits now. So the slasher flicks are 16 and older, as are the King, Harris and Koontz novels." he said and they nodded in agreement then.
"What are we going to do?" Daniel asked and Landry nodded in agreement here. "How should I know?" Jack said and he said it with Daniel. "Well, we need to do something." he said and they heard it. "I agree with you, but I haven't had the brilliant revelations you seem to have had." he said and his eyes narrowed. "Then maybe you should, before you get arrested for genocide, involuntary though it maybe." Addison said to that remark sternly then.
"Maybe you could try something a little bit better than inappropriate sarcasm." he said and the crew nodded sternly to that opinion. "You want sarcasm? Nice to meet you." he said and then saw the first alien they encountered smiling. "What's he smiling at?" he asked and Teal'C nodded. "He appears to be bothered by the tone you have taken towards each other." he said and they exchanged looks as he finished that remark warningly then.
"As am I." he said and he nodded, knowing he was close to being arrested again. "Uh, Teal'c…go head back to the Gate: Get a message to General Hammond. Let him know what's going on here." he said and he said it sternly to him. "And the two of you will be fine?" he asked and Landry nodded. "Yeah make it clear, you don't trust him around Danny." Hoffman said then and knowing he would have swallowed hard, he would have realized finally.
That this was a warning, lay another hand on him, he was being arrested. "Yeah. Yeah. We'll be OK. I'm going to stick around and work on this quarantine thing with Plant Boy here." he said, before realizing how that sounded and ended it at that. "So with your warning tone, he knew he was close to being arrested again here right now. But his trying to make him out to be crazy, that crossed the line." Jacob said and the engineering crew nodded sternly.
"Well first is this, Colonel, but you have no respect for the work I do." he said, knowing Jack and Makepeace would both paled at that. "Why aren't you helping me?" Jack said in annoyance and Daniel said it with a sigh as he set up the camera, and put a notepad on the ground. "It's no use: They don't understand, they want to be with each other." he said to him then. "Well, we're not going to stand around doing nothing." he said in annoyance to that.
"We're not doing nothing." Daniel said and he said it with a challenge to his tone and the real Jack paled, realizing this was going to kill his case. And as he realized his attitude had Daniel so fed up, he was ready to just transfer departments to get away from him now finally. "You're videotaping a plant." he said and the entirety of the science department quoted it. "Well, I think this might be important." they all said together and Jack and Makepeace paled then.
"Translation, the AM/FM chatter coming off the plants, hijacked the CPU on the UAV and causing it to go down, duh." Jackson said sternly and they all paled in shock. "There thank you, even a Mathematician can figure out the problem, if you just look at this from a new angle. To get yourself out of the corner you backed into." Daniel said and Jackson smiled, knowing his career choice as his character came in handy, to determine what was wrong, as they heard it then.
"Well, I think you might be losing what's left of your mind." he said and they all looked at the sextet sternly. "Are you asking for a knuckle sandwich, you are outnumbered 100 to 1, in military sides, Colonel." Schrieber said sternly and he swallowed hard at that. "What's that supposed to mean?" he said warningly and he swallowed hard. "It means that on a good day you can be a little flaky." he said and Daniel stood up at that remark sternly at that.
"And on a good day you can be a little ignorant and condescending." he said and then said it. "And downright rude, but then I guess when you're trained to kill, it never pays to be polite." he said sternly and he said it defensively then."Not condescending: You're obviously misreading a basic philosophical difference of opinion. On how to handle a crisis." he said and Landry shook his head sternly as Hammond nodded to that response
"Oh, please! We have a difference of opinion on just about everything." he said and he said it to that. "Give me an example." he said and Daniel said it firmly at that. "I don't know, pick something: mythology?" he said and the SGA all smiled. "Cool stories, and now that we know they're all true, we get to see them in action now." Stone said smiling to that and he smiled at her and Landry chuckled as Daniel hugged her tightly as they heard his response.
"Rumors? Lies? Fairytales?" he said and Sarah nodded. "You see: Mythology is one of the primary motivation for cultural development!" he said angrily at that remark then. "Isn't that the truth, without mythology in cosmic times you have no way to protect yourself. Case in point is Hathor, before Teal'C dropped the bomb, the red headed wench is a queen. And she just put these guys under her spell." Parker said sternly and the actors crossed their arms at that.
"Maybe it is, what's that got to do with filming a plant?!" he snapped back at him then. "Exactly!" he said sternly and said it. "The radio waves these plants make got into the circuitry causing the UAV to crash, now if you were focusing on why I needed to do this. You would stop being such an ignorant and condescending SOB." he said, as Jack've swallowed hard then, at that, realizing he had reasons for everything to cover what he thought was a psychotic break.
"Just to keep going right now at the time here." he said and turned that up again and Sam swallowed hard at this as showed it again. "Dr. McKenzie." Jack said and he said it sternly. "As I said young man, I did that very same set of testings, and research, it's battle fatigue pure and simple, once the parasite was removed, he just needed 6 months of rest." Adam said sternly and he swallowed hard, shaking. "Dr. Jackson has experienced what I characterize as a first break psychotic episode. Which may be manifesting full-blown hebephrenic-schizophrenia." he said then and Hammond crossed his arms sternly then to that remark.

"Nobody knows the exact cause of schizophrenia, some cases are genetic, but there's no history of it in Daniel's family. When it's not genetic, could be chemical, screwing with recreational drugs, if not that. It's environmental and the Stargate is a plausible environmental cause." she said to him and Sam said it to that defensively then.
"I've been through the 'Gate as many times as Daniel, and I don't have headaches." she said and she said it firmly to that remark at that. "Well your body may have some kind of immunity, possibly due to Jolinar." she said to her and Janet started shaking, finally realizing why Daniel threw that question at her, when their parents. Now, followed 40's and 50's psychiatric medicine, in the act of getting violent with doctor and Daniel never did that with her.
"Alright, let's say for the sake of argument that it is the Stargate, a theory to which I do not ascribe, then why don't we just put a little sign at the base of the ramp.
