Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle

In the cast, and with it, Nick Ballard makes an appearance, as he sees after 25 years. Daniel found his way back to the command side of the grouping that were trying to over turn his decision then. After Daniel's parents were killed in the accident here now, so from here it changes now.
But if anyone noticed here in the continued references to the movie script of Sphere, the story is going to follow some of it, but changes in other areas. And this story on Sphere, is going to be book 3 of the 6 part series I'm creating. Basing it from now, to end of Season 5, and instead of dead, Daniel's going to be training to be a Q. And like season 6 showed, only 3 of the 22 episodes, has him with the trio, the others.
He's there at the SGA, Daniel's clone, turned twin brother ascended and Daniel is at the SGA, making his powers stronger. As the last episode unlocked his potential completely, though by doing that, everything that came with it. Starts coming out in visions, till they reach my other story, of the Past and Present series. Till the final shot results now here in the 5 years he spent, on board the enterprise, there in Antarctica.
With this series, there's going to be a severe amount of backlash brought on by the traumas of Hathor and Machello. But the connector is going to be Need and Shyla's kingdom, so for Sam and Jack. The events of Hathor and Shyla have stuck, leaving them facing a backlash that has Daniel. And Teal'C, on one side of the line, them on the other, in basing this solely on the book series on the movie, directly after it.
The events are altered to it being civilian ran with military help and the SGA is just that, as Jack and Makepeace get the entirety of the consequences. That resulted in Daniel becoming a pariah now in that book series, only now it's reversed here. So everything negative on Daniel is Jack now, in the SGA and everything Jack is Daniel. In the SGC ops, but it's because of the permanent effects of Hathor's pheromones.
This story and it's followers are going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration. So with this chapter, is the colony/crew is now getting used to being a slightly underwater crew.
As he's getting to work in trading to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack. Just to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.
This chapter will finish off this portion of the story-line, as the next two chapters and forward, cover chapter 2, going by the name. And of The Glory Of Tantulus, which covers things, from his going to the races and Tok'ra creation of the treaty. And his return to Shyla, before the following Chapters cover the the breakdowns of the trio and Carter, who's lost her ability to function mentally, out of desperation now.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

And Hammond crossed his arms. "Well I say the same thing, if we get some teenage actor playing you, I'm not going to ignore that, see him as you are now. Not the teenager I remember, when I was 8 years old, you sick SOB." he said sternly and he swallowed. "Yeah they deserve this alright, but use your training on your own team mate, how about, how, we use our's on you then, you little brat." Peterson said, crossing his arms then.
And as Parker gripped his shoulders gently as he looked at the quartet sternly then. "You turned yourselves half earthling, you be the one to fix this, as no one else is going to do it for you, and SG-8, let this be a lesson for you. That at times no one else is going to fix things, you want something done right, you got to do it yourselves. So I suggest you start paying attention, starting now, unless you want to end up like them."
"Because my team are no longer around to save you from your own stupidity, not our job." he said and SG-8 all paled at that. "Indeed, it's not the archeology/anthropology team's job to prevent you from making fools of yourselves, you want to prevent this type of crap. Then start paying attention, and exercise common sense on missions, before you get the entire thing." Hammond said sternly and they swallowed hard then,
Now realizing they had to change, and change fast, before what happened to the quartet, said happened to them as Teal'C, Patterson, Judson and Morrison moved behind Daniel sternly then. "If that's not knuckling down harder on the jock headed flyboys and marines, acting like idiots in class, and nothing is, as you're right, nobody is going to save them. And from their own stupidity, as it's not your job to prevent them from making fools."
"And of themselves, as they should exercise more common sense, though I'm willing to bet the duplication, in your droids case. It erased this from their body, along with Hathor." Addison said and Hammond nodded to that. "And I'm willing to bet that to you, that's better then the alternative, but no, as you made clear how xenophobic you are, we're not allowing Androids to be working on this base." he said and they all went white.
Now realizing they would have preferred to be robots to being trapped and as half earthling right now, being treated like they tried to use Teal'C and Charlie as guinea pigs. "Well my how the tables have turned, how does it feel, rat." Daniel said and they swallowed hard then. "Agreed, treating you like a lab rat, how does it feel now, Charlie, Teal'C, now how about you exactly, as we experiment on you, like a lab rat, you're trapped now."
"But better us, then some character trying to extend his own life and at the expense of your's. But there it is, being that cruel to him, here's your comeuppance gentlemen, you're stuck like this. Till you figure out how to fix yourselves, as he's not here to prevent it from expanding." Haden said and they gulped. "Like the bible says, do unto others, as they would do unto you." Barnes said sternly and Parker nodded sternly in agreement then.
"Let's go guys, as they all believe the lies of Jolinar, let them figure out how to turn themselves back, as I'm not at the beck and call of the U.S. Marines and Air Force. They got themselves into this, let them get themselves out, but archeology and system lord knowledge removed. We're of better use where someone actually uses our knowledge then furthered war." Daniel said and the quartet nodded in agreement sternly.
"Agreed." they all said together and Sam swallowed hard at that remark. "Translation: I'm doing what's best for me, and to hell with corrupt. In military officers and politicians, they're not stopping me from leaving. That they want to kill themselves, let them, I'm not at their beck and call, I'm of better use. When in my real job, doing as I'm trained to do, not what I been doing the last 3 years now." Anna said and the brass nodded.
"Agreed here, we need your anthropology and archeology skills, not translation." Haden said to that gently. "Like I said here, you're always doing what's best for everyone else, never best for you. And it's time you did what's best for you, and what's best for you, is to leave the Air Force and switch branches, start a new a life." Stewart said and the sextet nodded. "Nice throw back, son." Davidson said gently and he nodded then gentlu.
"Nice way to throw it in their face son, they got themselves into this, by ignoring our rules, then they can get themselves out. Not your job to save them from their own stupidity." Hoffman said and she started shaking. "She's looking for any alternative that doesn't involved the technology, well that's ironic." Sigourney said, nodding in understanding then. "So what now young lady, can you think up another way to fix, as you know."
"There is only one way, but the way is by what you did to him, so take one for the team, and face the pain of a sarcophagus come down." Sarandon said and she started shaking violently in fear, as she didn't want to do that. She didn't want to face the pain of a sarcophagus withdrawal. "And you say you're stronger than a civilian, cowards!" Daniel said and she went white in fear. "Ooh, good catch there." Paxton said smiling sternly then.
"What was it you said Colonel, there are no cowards on SG-1?" he said and he went white in fear, realizing they were scared to death of the withdrawal from a sarcophagus. But Daniel hadn't been screaming in pain, been keeping his mouth shut, he wasn't afraid of the pain. "There's the good thing about traveling back in time, you get the intel from the real experts now." he said and Paxton and Goldstein's double's started laughing as Sigourney's smiled.
"So afraid of a little pain from the sarcophagus, there's a way to make the pain stop. Sunlight, so go upstairs, after repeated use, and get plenty of sun now." He said and the duo started shaking and this time in unbridled fury, as he effectively showed once again. That he could resist everything they could and not give in, even without the training. And to the brass, is he was a gifted soldier, even without the training to resist interrogation he could handle it.
"Uh let's see here, they're traitors, general, they're going to sell us out, he just tried to kill himself two years ago. Again, they went into an anthropology mission, without absolutely no training and for this type of thing. I heard his remark, the 'Roswell' comment was sincere." he said, saying every remark back. "That wasn't faked, he really had blood all over his arm, when I came to last night, dad." he said repeating it all then.
And they lifted their heads, before Sarandon grabbed his wrist and they saw another line there. "Cut your wrist, when slashing his, did we?" he asked him sternly and he started shaking in fear. "As I said you're crazy, dangerous, out of control and a loose cannon, and you took her with you, but you're being committed for 10 months here." he said sternly to him and he swallowed hard. "Yeah dead man walking here." Beihn's double said to that smiling.
"And no, Colonel, once the 10 months are over, he's not coming back, he's been reassigned, you little brat, you're confined to quarters." he said and they went white. "So they're under house arrest in 15 months." Hope's said and and Daniel nodded then. "Yeah Danny, I think you got them, once again you show you're better then they are. You're not afraid of the treatment and they're pissed you outstaged them once again."
"In showing once again now, in truth, they're everything you been saying, since Hathor." Hammond said and they all went pale in shock, in hearing their words reversed back on them, and they had taken Sam and Johnson with them. And were scared to death of Daniel's job. "Well I'm not, after seeing him in action." Dixon said, and Apone nodded, knowing what he meant. "You're not afraid of Dan's anthropology skills?" he said and he shook his head then.
"Take one for the team in being the one that goes first, or is it with the fact what Jolinar put in your head, the reason you're afraid. It's in your power to make this stop and change back, so just use the damn thing." he said and they swallowed hard, realizing he was taunting them now, that was the only cure, but they didn't want the cure now. "Expect trouble, if we walk into another one, said one another hotzone." he said and the team nodded.
"Dr. Daniels is actually what Uncle Brandon is like, but get infected, it's with a fever that high, it's trying to keep him awake, before the high temperature fries a few dozen brain cells." he said and they all nodded. "Not that I blame him for being pissed, that's beyond reckless, they had it all time right now, and this could have been prevented, if they did the smart thing. And dished out, before it killed 1/4 of the town, this is illegal." Sigourney's said sternly to that news then.
"Again I'm not going to do anything to save your asses here now, there is only one way to do that, last year's little issue, after Pyrus told me the god damn truth." he said and they all went white in fear. "But you did this to yourselves, you change yourselves back, because after two years of crap here from you, I'm not lifting a god damn finger. Just to save you from your own damn stupidity Colonel, you did this to yourselves."
"You fix this, because I quit here right now, so it's a choice between the sarcophagus, or stuck like this for life, Shyla, was just for me, but sarcophagi are for royalty and engaged to only, as you're neither here now. That leaves only one option here: the Tok'ra." he said and Jack started shaking violently in fear at that. "But here's the point, the 9 or 10, is really 27 to 30, you need a broken one to get that level, and her's was."
"But in a working one it takes below 50 to undo this." he said and they all went white in fear. "Now that's ironic, a broken one speeds up the healing, and the genetic tampering, but a normal one, they have to use it to your level, to get it fixed now." Fletcher said sternly and Barnes nodded in agreement "But considering you all believe everything that Jolinar said, through Carter, now what, as the medical department all believe my research.
"And the question/answer questionnaire from Pyrus, what now exactly, you four basically destroyed yourselves. And because you think everything she said was right at the time, Jolinar is possibly here. The ex minor to a renegade, though that's true here now, her knowledge can't be trusted, when we can trust Selmak, Areanea, Anise and Lantash, on their knowledge of the technology, they're genuine, Jolinar's not."
"Now?" he asked and she swallowed hard, realizing that was the only option, but she effectively. Now screwed up any chance of them changing themselves back, based on the Tok'ra point of view. As he came to a decision, knowing what he was doing, was actually a better version then. And of a biological weapon, only without killing someone, and not when he was partial medical doctor. "Yeah now you get it, no hope, no choice." Peterson said sternly to that.
As he smiled sternly and the quartet started shaking, realizing that look on his face meant they were about to become an endangered species, as black ops soldiers. Involved with military intelligence networks. 'Uh oh, yeah I know that look, he's gone to something that does the job as effectively as hemorrhagic fever, just without the bloodshed here.' they heard with a bemused smile, as Dr. Parker exchanged looks with Dr. Matheson as she said it.
"Baby, what are you thinking here?" Russo asked him then and he smiled then. "I think this solves your bio warfare problems, only without the hemorrhagic fever, Aunt Jane. Only in reverse, kill the corrupt military officers, by it looking like real alcohol." he said and she smiled. "Dad, Uncle Dillon, get them off my project here please, research and development on the sarcophagus technology, all that implies, we need this."
"To insure the entire planet is healthy, but this may not be the same 30 year increment a certain someone mentioned, but so what, his words, only in reverse. We have to be very careful here, because keeping this nosy little twit, involved. In our research project, that it's going to kill someone, these boneheads. Now, are half dead already, after cutting their genomes down 50% right now, so basically this now."
"Said is a perfect weapon, want to eliminate the corrupt officers, we have a perfect bio." he said and the team smiled then and Hoffman started laughing, now seeing he found a perfect way to kill off corrupt military soldiers, and without a shot fired finally. "Oh that's a good one baby, with them all drug addicts to wipe away the traumas from. In their prisoner of war stints now, we destroy half the corrupted troops, replace them."
"And with good, clean wholesome troops now." he said and Freeman exchanged smiles with Sutherland and Saxon at his idea, knowing this would work. "In both versions of the team, but they crossed the point of no return, we need ways to save lives. Taught you a little too well I think son, we're soft science sure, but we could kill you. A hundred times before you can hit the ground, all without touching you, us being virologists."
"And all now, and you just came up with the perfect way to do it and when these guys are all drug addicts." Ford said with an amused smile at that remark then. "Nice thinking kiddo, you just stuck it to them, but after what we had to deal with. If this doesn't do it and nothing ever does, our job is do no harm, not kill off innocent people. For the perfect biological weapon, although soldiers like McClintock, they deserve this."
"All's fair in love and war here now, anyone of these sadistic characters not into the 'be merry', or just quite lust driven?" Daniels said in response and his team started laughing and Hammond smiled. "I figured we'd get to see you again kiddo, been a while." he added and Daniel smiled. "Yeah I missed you to Sam, Casey, Robbie, General." he said and the quartet smiled at him. "Should have seen that coming." Haden said with a chuckle.
And Sam and the duo all paled at that. "I never saw this coming, it's no wonder they call you by name, they know you already, if both teams came here." Alexander said smiling and he nodded. "You know these guys?" she said shaking and he nodded. "The Peterson team are really my parents best friends, but Army and Air Force medical work as one. Directly after you broke containment, they heard the entire call." he said and they went white then.
"No kidding, and where the hell is your common sense hmm, so what is this, unless it involved military intelligence, it's worthless. That it young man, unless it involves military technology, military intelligence, it's ignored. Do you know what he meant exactly, in value the science and culture value?" Daniels said sternly then, looking at him then with a firm look and Jack started shaking in fear, realizing what kind of mistake he made.
As quite the connection, when in the medical department was now a gross understatement, he knew the entire team. And with them their boss, who was looking at him, the way Dillon was, and he and Makepeace swallowed. "You boneheads really should have left well enough alone now." Matthews's double said sternly to this then and Barnes nodded. "What it means is working with the people, gathering what could be useful if not military technology."

"And in charge, but SGA are, they oversee both you and NID, because they're the entire global state department." he said and they all went white in fear, realizing that over ruled the state department, as the Geneva convention then finally. "But you sound the reluctant bastards I became, before I decided enough was enough, and this was straining my relationship with the trio, till I decided screw my loyalty to McClintock."
"I got off easy by giving Sam enough time to find the blasted host, before telling him. How to stop the bombing, by his being directly over the target zone, but I'm a medical doctor. My oath was do no harm, but knowing type of sadistic bastards you are, I called enough, but enough is enough. But let me explain this, Jared was no older then Danny, when I saw him, but I see the love for his job, Jared is a virologist version."
"Of Danny, but how long before you little shits press the limit, before they decide here, cross the line, in using your interrogation skills. And on your own men, how about we use our's on you, and because you can't admit. That you're not strong enough exactly, huh, it could be any of the boys, always the same god damn response. So yeah you deserve it, and we're not going to do it now."
"Do anything, you fix this." Daniels said and they went white. "Not quite kid, I'm 34, but to you, still a cub, just like my version sees me." Daniel said and they nodded with a chuckle in agreement. "Yes, but after Donnie did that, it's time for exact payback, we have some very, very corrupt soldiers we need to neutralize. And your connections with the queen could be quite useful, we could use more of it. And eliminate it.
"When half the American Genomes, rather then earthling, so half dead already." Major General William Ford said to him smiling. "You're not serious, these people are dangerous?!" Jack said in shock and fear to that remark then shaking, realizing they saw this was a way to rid the military of corrupt military officers. Instead of attack the other countries, in their real oath, they were doing away with the twisted members, of their own government.
"We never been more serious, after what you did to Danny and what Maybourne nearly did to Teal'C, last year, if not for the girl, we have those god damn things here. "And all over the place, you effectively wiped us out!" Ford said sternly and they all went white in fear, never thinking of that, the bio weapon could have destroyed all of earth. "But no young man, no you're dangerous, you're the ones that are dangerous here right now."
"Young man, these people are good at deception, and just like the quartet, they're a trap. And for system lords, without the bloodshed now, in truth here, as, they're like the quartet, beyond devious. But you see that's just like a full soldier, see anthropology as dangerous, but warzones aren't. But we're medical doctors, young man, this is medical technology, do no harm, they took that oath to heart here."
"So they went to the toxic chemicals, so their human targets are all drug addicts, disguise it as alcohol and they got you, that simple here. But they need an understanding of 20th century speak, so send the man said targets are picking on, as they learn enough here. To trick you into the bedroom, and by then there is no way you're escaping changing yourselves back, and when we're not allowing it now.
"And in a sarcophagus being on earth, but this is your comeuppance, Jake told us he found human, male DNA, in the bloodwork. Before further came back, matching the O'neill bloodline, before another sample came back as Makepeace. The Makepeace and O'neill bloodlines, and since there are only one of each working here…..." Daniels said sternly to them. "Agreed, you deserve this." the 10 naval officers said together sternly them
And they all went white. "You're in denial you sexually assaulted him, but rape tests never lie, well you deserved what he did to you. In exact payback, that just her luck she ends in the god damn middle, only now it got more exact. As we see this as attempted indoctrination techniques, so quite frankly. This was war between the medical department verses, the asshole military intelligences that are yourselves."
"And you do a Segei on your own team mate now. You think we would never capitulate, by allowing him to get away with this, hmm?" Lieutenant Colonel Casey Schuler said sternly and they went completely white in fear. "Danny, our Danny, is better then you ever thought possible, not sinking to your level."Daniels said sternly to them. "Never thought I would be this devious, well does your sexually assaulting me."
"Provide that reason, Colonel?" Daniel asked and they swallowed hard at the remark, realizing it finally then, that Daniel saw an opportunity. That involved attacking without a shot fired, just the elixir and they were half dead now. "They did a fast rape test, you were the DNA." he said and Jack started shaking in fear. "So yeah here, yeah, you're black ops, I'm a medical archeologist, I look for weapons, without violence, without bloodshed."
"This would be it, as she said the Fifth Race, would you call them, the trio, dangerous?" he asked and they swallowed. "Point taken kiddo, you made your point, this is what the quartet do. All without a shot fired now, no violence, just trick them by various traps. But then here you're as diabolical as the trio we met so far are, them and Q in total truth here." Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Jaffe said smiling sternly then
And Jack swallowed hard. "Oh we never been more serious here, after what you did to him, this is better then bio weapons. Way better, it looks just like straight alcohol." his wife said sternly to this. "Serves them right, we got some seriously sick people here, we need to do away with in the military, but they could be a penal colony." Mascelli said to that sternly. "Your general in the medical department, killed 75 people and was ready to bomb it."
"The town, we were trying to save, I barely survived it myself. So yeah young man yes, we think this is a perfect weapon to get rid of the officers like yourself now. Only now with you locked up, you can't tell Maybourne what we're developing here with this research project. But this is better then the Ebola you bastards intended to use, way better." his fourth said sternly and he paled at the remark then shaking at that.
"Deja vu, if this doesn't do it and nothing ever does, scare them straight right now, just dump the mating elixir into the alcohol of whatever their peers are drinking. And soon here the effects start changing their DNA, and they're half dead already. But 700 dead or dying corrupt American soldiers, now that's a perfect biological weapon here. All without a shot fired, nice thinking there, baby." Peterson said smiling to this idea.
And Dillon crossed his arms smiling then. "Well that's irony, these NID guys are killing good people for the perfect weapon, and they're all alcoholics and drug addicts and the said weapon. Said is looking just like in straight alcohol, we have no idea how it works, we have no idea of the incubation period. We don't know diddly squat, this is our baby, and we're not letting a bunch of idiot soldiers, destroy our work here."
"And after you been working research studies for us, for the last 4 years baby." Adam said to that opinion. "And I'm not letting these guys ruin a research and development of 4 years, worth of study, because they're not exercising common sense. And not when we have the team involved with the incident here, just in another version to it." Daniel said and the brass nodded. "Yeah perfect bio weapon alright." Haden said with a chuckle.
"In rather then biological warfare here, that research project belongs to our team, you mean us." Hoffman said, in understanding immediately to what he meant thrn as the trio crossed their arms at the remark then. "Yep, this project reverses what McClintock intended, but the drugs I'm about to gather. Are basically the serums your unit was creating, like the one what McClintock was with-holding, after Ford jinxed Sam."
"By that, never give the odds, or you get the one." he said and they nodded. "I call that as irony right now, if the sarcophagus is the only way, so be it, but in truth here. Thanks to Jolinar's memories, you screwed yourselves over." Sutherland said to that news. "And nice work with the metaphor here, the sarcophagus is the antiserum, but you being the host for that study, it's too advanced, so go to the experts." Davidson said to Daniel then.
"And what 16 years does to you, 10 years separated, before I return home and now you get me back, as my knowledge, it became a double edged sword to you guys." he said and the trio and Mascelli nodded all nodded smiling. "He said there are no cowards on SG-1, and yet he contradicts his own words, by being afraid of the only cure there is. To put this another way now that I fixed my batteries, is based on Motaba, after you got it.
"When in a blood sample and created the anti-serum. Before Sam found the host and created the serum. That's what it really is now, in the most basic form. The properties of the sarcophagus enhance immunity now. you heal 75% faster then normal and never get sick, but harnessing that power. Into drugs, vaccines, you create a serum now, that does the very same thing your anti-serum does, your antiserum guys."
"This is what it really is, the elixir, in changing form is the Motaba, the sarcophagus is the anti-serum. I took the anti-serum, via the technology and boosted my immunity to it, I never get sick anymore and haven't caught so much as a cold now." Daniel said and they all smiled at the comparison and reference then to their movie then gently. "So basically the changing elixir is Motaba, but you been experimenting on the anti-serum."
"Till you had it just right and by the time you did, you turned that knowledge over to AMRIID, along with a couple test tubes of blood. After you changed back fully, and now they came back with the report, it's too advanced here. For us to harness this now, we need the expert culture, so we're sending you back to Shyla." Hoffman said to him and he nodded. "There we go, medical school training, alien style." Adam said to that then.
"Exactly, that's why I'm getting send back out, you read it out exactly, only now the base is compromised, and they just got deactivated here. So these guys are infected, till they do what I did, only they don't want the serum. Because of what Jolinar put in her head, although quite frankly Apophis's jab at her.
