It was a rainy day in Star City. This wasn't that uncommon of an occurrence, but the day was still notable. It was going to be the first time in several months that my mother returned to work. I wasn't sure if she was going to return to being CEO or not. She probably shouldn't have left me in charge like she did. I wasn't sure why she thought that I was doing a good job as CEO when I clearly didn't know what I was doing. She probably trusted me a lot more than she should have. Anyway, I was going to be walking in with her and Thea before I went to school.

People seemed to be happy to see her, but I also couldn't help but wonder if that was just because the boss was there.

"Mrs. Queen, it's nice to finally meet you. I'm Ray Palmer and I'm glad that you are not in prison anymore. You look lovely today. Is there anything that I can get you?" Ray asked.

"I think I'm good Mr. Palmer." She stated. You know I had forgotten how much Ray could be like Felicity sometimes. "Thank you for all that you have done to assist my daughter."

I did hope that she wasn't going to fire Ray now that she was out of prison. I knew that he was only there to assist Thea, but I did think that he could be a valuable asset to the company. He had a lot of useful skills and it would strengthen our relationship with him and make him less likely to try to buy the company out from under us.

"So will you be CEO again?" He added. I kind of wanted to know that as well, but I wasn't sure about it.

"I think that my daughter has been doing a fine job in my absence and we don't need to change things so soon." Moira told him. "Do you think you could give Olivia a ride to school?"

"Yes, Miss Queen," Ray remarked. I couldn't help but wonder how awkward it was going to be to have a ride with him.

"So how do you like school?" He asked when I was in the car.

"It's fine." I answered.

"You know when I was your age, I used to love school. I hear that you're one of the best in your class." He declared.

"Yeah." I remarked. I was sure that there was no chance that I was going to be valedictorian because I was in the same class as Felicity. "You know if you're worried about losing your job now that my mom is back, you don't need to be. I'm sure that even if you don't stay in your current position, the company has plenty of jobs that fit your skill set."

"I wasn't really worried about it, but now that you mention it, I am a little bit nervous." He stated. It was then that I noticed that we were at the school. "Have a good day at school."

I got out of the car. There really weren't that many people around considering that I was coming in late. Nevertheless, I still managed to run into someone. It was a girl with blonde hair and glasses.

"Sorry." I apologized as I got up. "I wasn't expecting anyone else to be here."

I couldn't help but notice that the girl looked familiar. She looked a lot like Felicity, but I had already met Felicity, so I knew that it wasn't her. She still seemed like someone that I had met before. I knew that this was around the time that I first met Barry, but I had already met Barry. I didn't know if a special agent would be tracking a potential metahuman, even though Barry had been lying about doing it for work. It was then that I got a phone call from Quentin.

"Detective?" I answered.

"Your family's warehouse was broken into." He stated. "The door was broken down. There weren't any explosives because we didn't find any."

"Why are you telling me this?" I questioned. Yeah, I had a few things stored there, but it seemed a little strange.

"Well I probably have a better relationship with you than anyone else in your family. Plus, I had something else that I need to tell you. Though before I do, I need you to promise not to tell Dinah, either of them." He stated. I didn't have the elder Dinah's number.

"Okay. I won't tell." I promised.

"I recently found out that Sara's alive and I really needed to tell someone." He replied as I tried my best to let out a surprised gasp. "She may try to reach out to you. I just wanted to tell you now so you're not surprised then."

"Thank you for telling me, Detective, but you should probably mention the break-in to my family. Now I really need to get to school." I replied before I hung up.

"What was that about?" The girl asked.

"A group of guys broke into my family's warehouse." I stated. "They tore down the steel door or something."

"How you know it was a group and not just one person?" She challenged. "What if the person has super strength?"

"Super strength?" I replied as I gave my best skeptical look. I knew that it was true, but I didn't want her to know that. "Who are you? Also what are you doing here?"

"I'm a visiting student on a possible transfer." She answered. "My name's Kara…Kara Danvers."

Oh. So that was different. So Kara was a teenager too. Well technically, I had heard that she had spent a lot of time in this Phantom Zone which caused her to be in status for a long time. I hadn't heard anything about a Superman on this Earth though. That could have been because I really wasn't that close with Clark. I also didn't think that Kara had become Supergirl yet. It was then that I realized that I hadn't introduced myself yet.

"It's nice to meet you Kara. I'm Olivia Queen." I told her.

I did know that as soon as I got time, I would have to start looking into the break-in more. I wasn't going to ask Kara for help because I was pretty sure that she didn't want anyone to know about her superpowers yet. I also had some solace in the fact that I wasn't going to be injured on the level that I was last time, but I was also nervous because I wasn't going to be fighting alone. Neither Mia, nor Courtney had the ability to heal like me.

Later, I was at the club with Courtney, Mia and Iris. The other employees hadn't really arrived yet so it gave us time to talk.

"So I looked into the break-in at the warehouse and the only thing that was missing is a centrifuge." Mia explained. "I also have some footage from a few minutes after the break-in that shows a man carrying a very large object. Whoever this guy is, he's extremely strong which means he's probably extremely dangerous."

At that point, I heard the doors open. They were unlocked despite the club not being open.

"We're not open yet." I said as I looked to the door to see that it was Kara. I shouldn't have been surprised that it was her, even though I was still surprised that it was her and not Barry. "Can I help you with something?"

"Yeah, I heard that you owned this place and I wanted to talk you more about what we were talking about this morning." She told me.

"I guess we can do that right now." I explained. "This is my bodyguard Iris West and two of my employees, Courtney Whitmore and Mia Dearden."

You know I had never actually given Mia an official title for the club. Since Felicity left, she was handling payroll and cybersecurity.

"You're really pretty." Kara remarked as I noticed that she was looking at Mia. "I mean all of you are, but…"

"Thank you." Mia responded. Okay, I definitely did not have Kara flirting with Mia on my bingo card. "I'll show you around a little."

Mia took her away and I was left with Iris and Courtney. I felt pretty uneasy about this.

"You know I can't help but get the feeling that you know more about this than your new friend." Courtney stated. "I know a few things, but I'm just hoping that I'm wrong."

That night, I went home to talk my mom.

"So how was everything at the office this morning?" I questioned. "Did anything happen after I left?"

"Well I was pretty sure that the board was not keen on me being there in the meeting." Mom stated. "People seem to think that I got away with murder, Olivia. Maybe I did. I'm not sure why the jury thought that I was innocent."

"It was probably because I managed to convince them that Robert was the truly culprit and you were just an unwilling accessory." I declared. As far as I knew, she hadn't received any sort of outside help this time. "But that doesn't matter anymore. All of that is over now and we need to put it in the past."

"How exactly are we going to convince people that we're past that?" Mom inquired.

"Let's throw a party." Thea replied. "It's one thing that we've always been good at and we need to get back to normal. Lavish parties are something that is normal for us."

"I throw parties every night at work. I can help set this up." I explained. Well it wasn't every night, but a lot of people did like to have parties at the club. I also found it was kind of popular with people that wanted to have non-alcoholic parties that were over 21. That was definitely not a demographic that I thought my club would appeal to, but I was glad.

At that point, I got a call from Mia. I assumed that she had an update on her work with Kara.

"Okay, so Kara seems like she's a huge fan of you." Mia stated. "She was asking a lot of questions about it. She's also pretty smart. But I don't think she knows who any of us are. She just seems like she's a fan. She also wondered why we don't wear masks that cover our eyes."

"It's because it's easier to analyze saliva…and it looks cooler." I explained. "I don't know where I got the initial idea from, but I have really gotten to like it. Just try to figure out what she knows and don't give anything away."

"It's so weird seeing like this." Mia commented.

"I know. I want to keep what we know about her from Iris and Courtney right now." I stated.

That night, I got a from Sin. I wasn't even aware that she had my number. Granted the number for my club was publicly listed. I was pretty sure that she was talking to Emiko. The fact that she was with me made me think that more.

"So you said it was an emergency." I replied as we went up to her. "So why are we out in the alley of the club I own?"

"My friend Max is missing. Since you seem to know everyone, I figured that you might know someone who could help." She told me.

"I'll see if I can find someone who can help him." I responded.

"How is it that you know so many people?" Emiko asked me.

"Networking." I explained. "I'm going to need as vivid a description as possible. I need things like birthmarks, tattoos, scars. Things like hair color or height won't really help me."

I knew it wouldn't be the easiest to find this person, especially with all that I had going on. I did have the resources to find him.

At that point, I got a text from Mia saying that she needed to talk to me in the lair.

"So, I have to go. Can you tell Emiko and she can relay it to me?" I requested before I went downstairs.

I went downstairs and found that the team had already gathered.

"What took so long?" Courtney asked.

"I was helping someone. I need help finding a person, but I don't have all of the information yet." I explained. "So what did we find out about our superstrong mystery man?"

"Well there were trace amounts of sugar on the footprints. A sugar truck was stolen a few days ago and we believe that is what he used to transport the centrifuge in." Mia explained.

"Can you track it?" I questioned.

"I've been trying to do that." She replied before there was suddenly an alert. "So a truck matching that description was just used to rob a local blood bank."

"Why would he steal so much blood?" Courtney asked. "Wait. Are vampires real? Did they have those where you're from."

"No." I answered. Sara did tell me that they faced off with a monster that like a vampire, but even that wasn't a vampire. "He must be stealing the blood for some reason other than to drink it."

"I can talk to Kara about it." Mia suggested. "I won't tell her why we're doing it, but I can see if we can get her to help."

"Are you sure that we should trust this girl?" Iris responded. I could see why the two of them would be wary about her, especially since they didn't even know what she could do. To be fair, I didn't even know if Kara knew everything that she could do. "Maybe I should do a background check on her just to be safe."

"I don't really know if it that's necessary." I commented.

"You know if you know something, you should really tell us." Courtney replied.

"I don't want to tell you something and be wrong about it." I pointed out. I also had no idea how the two of them would react when they found out that Kara was from another planet. "Now we have a sugar truck to catch."

Courtney and I headed out to the streets and it didn't take us very long to find the sugar truck. I knew that finding it was the easy part, taking on this guy would be a lot harder. One thing that I didn't remember was what all of this stuff was going to be for. I knew that Slade had a plan for all of it, but I didn't remember all of the details and on top of that, I still couldn't be sure that Slade was even the one who was behind all of this. I got off of my bike and onto Courtney's staff to try to catch him by surprise. I was pretty sure that he was confused when he saw the bike.

I got into the front of the car and started to punch him. I knew that they wouldn't be effective, but I needed Courtney to see that. He punched me once and knocked onto the hood. Courtney couldn't use her staff because we didn't want to cause an accident. I even stabbed him with an arrow and it seemed to be useless. He shoved us off and we were thrown out. Luckily we weren't hurt, even though we did end up crashing into some trash bags. It didn't smell good.

"Okay, what the hell was up with that guy?" Courtney asked once we were back in the club.

"So I didn't really want to talk about something like this, but in my world, I've run into people with abilities like this before." I explained.

"Well why did you try to fight him like normal then?" She responded.

"I wanted to make sure that he still had the same abilities." I answered. "The thing is I don't know who he's working for. I knew who he was working for before, but I thought Malcolm was the one wanted to destroy the city with the Undertaking. It could be anyone and I don't want to tell you who it was before, because I don't want to mess with a potentially innocent person."

"How did this guy get his powers?" Iris inquired.

"It was a serum made by the Japanese designed to make human weapons. The guy that gave me and Sara our powers was looking for it." I stated.

"Wait that's how you got your powers?" Courtney asked.

"We believe that whatever he used doesn't work on anyone younger than 16." I remarked. "That was why I still have a lot of my scars."

"So are you going to tell me that aliens are real too next?" Iris asked. No, I was trying to avoid that.

"So is this guy still around and in Star City?" Courtney questioned.

"No. Sara said that we killed him but that doesn't mean that someone else doesn't know about it." I explained. "With a centrifuge and a large supply of blood, who knows what they could do with it."

"It also requires a strong sedative. I don't remember what it was or if they're even using the same one. I could really use an analysis of this blood in order to find out where the next robbery is going to be." I stated.

"I'll talk to Kara about it." Mia declared before she walked off.

"Is it weird that she has a crush on someone she just met?" Courtney replied.

"I did a quick background check on this girl and I found some very interesting stuff about her." Iris pointed out. Yeah I knew that there were some things about Kara that wouldn't show up on a background check.

The following day, I was with Emiko as Sin took us to her friend's house. It was a bit of a mess but I couldn't expect the cleanest conditions from someone living in the Glades.

"So I guess wasn't into drawing horses." Emiko quipped.

"So I found that this thing about a blood drive." I commented. I sighed internally. I was really wishing that Sebastian wouldn't be evil here. "When did you say that he went missing?"

"That's the day." She commented. If that was the case, I had a pretty good feeling that he was dead.

We then made our way out. You know I supposed it was possible that Max was this guy, but I didn't know how likely it was.

The news was still talking about the particle accelerator, which I still didn't know what the intended use would be.

At school, Courtney and I went up to Kara.

"So are you going to explain to us why you don't have a birth certificate or really anything from before you were 12?" Courtney asked. "Not to mention, your parents don't know anything about you transferring schools or that you were even in Star City. So let's get down to business. Who are you and why are you in Star City looking into this."

"Okay, so I don't have a birth certificate because my parents don't have one. They adopted me but couldn't locate it. I don't know where I came from." She stated. "And I heard about this man with superpowers because I have been researching people with superhuman abilities for a while. There are people with superpowers out there. I'm sorry that I deceived you."

I couldn't help but wonder if maybe Kara didn't actually know where she was from. She could have amnesia about the destruction of her home planet. I was pretty sure that she wouldn't trust us with any information about though.

"I'm sorry." Kara remarked as she walked away.

"Do you feel better now?" Mia asked Courtney.

"No." Courtney admitted.

So that night, I was with my family wearing a strapless lilac dress with gold embroidery on it. When I got to the bottom of the stairs, I came across Courtney looking gorgeous in a purple dress and Mia wearing a pink strapless gown. I went over to the two of them.

"So I'm sorry that I overreacted a little bit." Courtney apologized. "I am also sorry about the party. You might want to look at the ballroom."

When we got there, we found out that very few people actually showed up.

"Mom, you don't have to do this." Thea stated.

"We have guests…however few of them there are." Mom declared before she went to mingle.

"This is not your fault, Livvy." Thea told me before she went to find Linda.

I went over to Emiko. She was wearing a red dress.

"You know I thought that your parties were supposed to be bigger than this." She quipped. I frowned. "Sorry, that was a bit rude."

At that point, her phone went off. I couldn't help but wonder where she was keeping it.

"Sin?" She answered. "Oh. Do you want me to come there now?"

She then hung up.

"So did she find Max?" I inquired. I had a bad feeling about it. "I can come with you."

"She found what's left of him and you should really stay here right now." Emiko remarked before she exited suddenly.

"I guess she really is your sister." Mia quipped. "Even though you're not actually related in this world."

"So do you wanna dance?" Courtney asked her.

"I don't think it would be appropriate for me to dance with my mom's girlfriend." Mia remarked.

"I know. That's why I called her." Courtney responded as we saw Kara wearing a royal blue dress. Mia looked surprised and I was a little surprised by how good she looked in a dress.

Mia went over to her and started to dance a little. That left me to talk to Courtney alone.

"You know you didn't look surprised when Iris told you that Kara had no birth certificate." She noted.

I sighed because I didn't want to tell this information because I didn't feel like it was mine to tell. I also didn't want them to be scared of her even though that the power that Kara had was dangerous if she ever turned evil.

"That's because I knew a Kara in my world." I explained. "But I don't want to tell you any of her secrets because they're not mine to tell I have a feeling that we haven't seen the last of her."

I was a bit surprised that I was meeting her this early. I didn't even know if Barry was going to be the Flash at this point. Yes he lived in Central City and would be there when the particle accelerator went off, but there were several other versions of Barry that didn't get superspeed.

I then went over the bar and got myself a drink. It was there that I came across Artemis.

"Sometimes tells me that we shouldn't have closed the club down in favor of this." She stated.

"I'm kind of surprised that you came." I declared.

"Well I'm getting paid regardless, so I thought that I would check out what a Queen family party would be like. By the way, now that your mom is out of prison, do you think we could get some reparations?" She inquired. You know I had never thought to offer her that.

"Tell me what it would cost for your father to open a new gym." I explained. "Actually, that's probably a matter that I should discuss with him."

I also noticed that Tommy and Dinah were there, but I didn't see a ring on her finger, so I was pretty sure that he hadn't proposed yet.

"You know this intimate gathering is kind of nice." She noted. I noted that there was a drink in her hand. She still had a problem and she didn't look like she was ready to admit it.

Before I could say anything, my phone went off. It was Iris. I imagined that she had some information for me.

"I have some stuff I need to do at the club, but it was good seeing you." I remarked before I left.

When I got there, I found out that Mia and Kara had looked into things and found out that the sedative was ketamine. That stuff always gave me bad vibes.

"So right now there's only one place that would have enough ketamine that would work with the amount of blood and the centrifuge." Iris explained. She pulled up a picture of a blank building.

"What is it?" Courtney asked. "There's no sign."

"ARGUS doesn't like to advertise. It's a disaster bunker. They have them all over the country." Iris explained.

"I don't know if it's such a good idea for you to try to fight this guy. Sure, he may not be able to hurt you, but I don't think you can hurt him either. I think you might be out of your league." Iris explained. I was pretty sure that I was, but I also knew that there was no one else who could stop him. Well, there was one person, but I didn't know if I wanted to involve her because I wasn't even sure if she knew.

"Someone has to stop him and I've dealt with guys like this before." I remarked. "I can do it again and I have help this time."

I kind of wanted to try to do it by myself as to not put Courtney and Mia in harm's way, but I knew that I probably stood a better chance of winning the first time if I took the two of with me. I just had to hope that it would turn out okay.

I had to say that it had been a while since I was as scared as I was right now. It would be very difficult to beat this guy because I didn't think that I had the right weapons. It was possible that Courtney's staff could do some damage to him but I wasn't sure of it, but I had to do whatever I could to stop Sebastian and whoever else he was working with, be it Slade or someone else, from getting their hands on this stuff. I would have to be very careful.

We went to the bunker on first glance it was secure. I could tell the calm wouldn't last for very long. We started to walk around a little.

"Are you sure that we know that he's coming here?" Courtney asked. As soon as she completed her sentence, the truck came barreling in. I was definitely not expecting him to use that as a weapon. We quickly dove out of the way. We were about to face our toughest battle in a while. I shot an arrow and managed to pin him around his neck, but I knew that it wouldn't last long.

"Who are you working for?" I demanded. I wouldn't have very long to get information, if I was able to get any at all.

"My brother." He answered. You know I always thought it was strange for Sebastian to use his real name for his alias. Okay, so it wasn't his real name, but it still wasn't that too hard to figure out that Sebastian Blood and Brother Blood were the same person if you knew about both of them. Not a lot of people knew about both of them, so I supposed it wasn't that easy.

"Did he give you the Mirakuru? Did he inject you with it?" I asked as he started to break free.

"No. He saved me with it." He answered before he fully got free.

We started to fight him and for a moment, it looked like we had the upper hand, but that was when the tables started to turn. He hit Mia into one of the rafters and then into a wall. Courtney managed to blast him, but I knew that we needed to retreat and tend to her immediately. I felt extra bad that my daughter had gotten injured.

"You can give her some blood to heal her right?" Courtney asked. I had thought about that, but there was also a major obstacle that I had considered that I wasn't sure if it would be an issue, but it was definitely not something that I wanted to take a chance on. I couldn't risk something like that when it was my daughter's life on the line.

"I don't know if her body will react right to receiving blood that is from a different world than she is. We're going to need some help. I think I know the exact person that we need to talk to." She replied. "We need to go to the train station."

I found that Kara was indeed there. I knew that I had to trust her and I knew that I could trust her. She was the only one there because I was pretty sure that the trains didn't run that late. She was probably going to fly home or something.

"Kara, I need your help." I told her.

"How do you know my name?" She asked.

At that point, I went over to her and pulled my hood down and even took my mask off.

"I need you to save Mia's life." I told her.

So it was Kara who showed up, not Barry. She's played by Sydney Sweeney. I will tell you that the person who will become the Flash has already appeared in the story. So will Supergirl make an appearance in the next episode? Please don't forget to review.
