Izuku watched as he classmates walked out of the common room before the door closed and the latch caught. Looking back, he saw Eri staring out the window as rain pelted against the glass and lightning flashed, "You okay, kid?"

"When will you be back to normal?" Eri questioned as she looked back and frowned, "You're still the scary you,"

Izuku sighed as he sat down and crossed his arms, "I should be back to my normal self tomorrow," hearing Eri moan, he looked down to see her sitting next with her head down, "We'll think of something. You'll either come to class or a teacher will be keeping an eye on you," Eri frowned and slowly nodded before she turned and walked away and sat down on the couch.

The students sat in their class, focusing on their work in silence. Ochako looked at Kitsumi and slightly frowned, "Hey, Bakugo?" Kitsumi growled as she looked up from her work with narrowed eyes, "Uh...Midoriya, he's-"

"He'll be fine, round face. I'm getting tired of explaining this to everyone,"

"Yes, but he didn't attack you last night and I was just-"

"Because I'm his best friend, idiot!" Kitusmi slammed her book shut before she stood up and everyone looked at her in confusion, "I need some air, you damn idiots!" without waiting for a response, she walked out of the classroom, slamming the door shut behind her.

Tanya looked at the brunette and arched a brow, "Uraraka, what was that about?" Ochako sighed as she shook her head and focused on her work again.

TOWAQ

Izuku and Eri sat on the couch, watching cartoons when the door opened and Kitsumi stormed in. The two looked up and Izuku arched a brow, "Kit? What's going on? Are you okay?"

Kitsumi sighed as she sat down and shook her head, "I just needed to get away before an unexpected explosion happened in the class," she looked down at Eri who stared up at her with wide eyes and she took a deep breath, "Sorry kid, I'm just in a bad mood," she looked at Izuku and saw his eyes and hair turning back to their normal shade of green, "It looks like you're phase is almost over,"

Izuku hummed as he stood up and stretched, "I guess having my best friend here and seeing her like this is helping a bit...how about I make you some spicy udon," he looked down and smiled at Eri, "And I'll make some regular udon for you," Eri nodded as Izuku turned and walked into the kitchen.

Eri looked at Kitsumi and tilted her head to the side and Kitsumi looked at her with slight annoyance, "What is it, kid?"

"Why are you mean to everyone else?" Kitsumi hummed and arched a brow in confusion, "You're mean to everyone but Mr. Izuku. Why? Is it because he's the only boy with a Quirk and you think-"

"Okay, slow down kid," Kitsumi took a deep breath and looked into the kitchen and slightly frowned before she looked back at Eri, "Izuku and I have been best friends since we were babies, and I originally thought he didn't have a Quirk...until his then at the time girlfriend mocked him and he went through a Wicked Phase and summoned Vivo...have you met Vivo? The giant snake creature?" Eri nodded as Kitsumi continued, "Well he summoned Vivo and he told everyone there that he had a Quirk and everyone was surprised. Shortly after we graduated, we attended the hero course and here we are...even though he has a Quirk, I feel like I need to protect him since that little idiot is my best friend," Eri nodded as the two of them stood up and walked into the kitchen before sitting down as Izuku set the food on the table.
