Ch.112
When Ron, Ann, Susan and AL stepped out of the OR (operating room) Zita and Mrs Renton were pacing back and forth as they looked at Felix's unconscious form on the hospital bed through a feed in their NeuroLinker.
"How did it go?" Zita asked before Mrs Renton got a chance.
"Down to the cellular level his spine should work as if the accident never happened." Ron answered.
"Can we go see him, we want to be by his side when he wakes up?" Asked Mrs Renton.
"Of course!" Susan agreed and both women left to be by Felix's side.
After Susan and AL went to find their son to make sure he's behaving Ann hugged Ron's side smiling. Ron quickly wrapped his arm around her waist and guides her towards the villa's garden.
Sitting on a chair Ron pulls Ann onto his lap. "What are you thinking?" He asks.
"That I was just part of a history making procedure and it was all just to help a friend." Ann sighs.
"It's great isn't it." Ron states with a satisfied smile.
"It is." Ann agrees and asks. "Can you teach me how to use your healing technique?"
"If you want I'll even pass on the memories of using it." Ron answers.
"Can you really do that?" Ann asks.
"Yes but Teacher Xu warned that it can lead to bad habits so it's better to take the time to master the technique by oneself." Ron explained.
"Hmm, just the technique then." Ann says.
"Okay then close your eyes." Ann didn't hesitate and did so. As Ron kissed her forehead Ann was about open her eyes when information on the healing technique started flooding in.
Ann held still, focusing on the information and familiarizing herself with it. After making sure she could access and recall all the techniques information Ann opened her eyes.
"This technique is amazing. But seems to be Ki intensive." Ann commented.
"True but the technique that survived in Yamanouchi is a hundred times less effective and consumes more Ki. It be like comparing a band aid to a full surgery and recovery." Ron explained.
"I see your point." Ann said.
Afterwards the duo continued to other topics like Ann's research results and the like. Then Ron asked about the topic that was a week overdue. "When are you heading back?"
"Saturday morning." Ann replied.
"Two days." Ron said then followed up. "Who else?"
"No one wanted to but in the end we all agreed that we needed to set our affairs in order." Ann explained. "Then we can all move in together!"
"I'd like that!" Ron admitted.

By dinner that evening Felix was awake and giddy with excitement at being able to feel his toes. It's brought a smile to everyone's face seeing him without his shoes while moving his toes.
After everyone ate Ron brought up the topic of who needed to go back home and besides Monique everyone else needed the trip. Seeing how pretty much everyone needed to go it was unanimously decided that they'll go together. Major reason for such a decision was security though everyone knew they didn't want to part ways so soon.

It was Friday morning and Ron was nowhere to be found. Correction, Yori and Shego could track him down easily but Ron had asked for some time alone to work on something, so effectively, he was nowhere to be found though Rufus was with him.
That's how Yori and Shego found themselves with Ann teaching her the exercise that Ron taught them from Xu Ming Yue. Not long after they started the others asked to join and everyone from Wade to AL were exercising. An hour later and after going through the three forms everyone was sweating slightly and commenting how effective it felt.
As for Felix, he had been going through his rehabilitation as this was going on.
Then around lunch when Ron joined them he had an infectious smile and tons of nervous energy letting everyone know that he was upto something.

"So Rufus what do you think?" Ron asked after explaining his plan.
Rufus simply shook his head.
"Why not?" Ron asked.
"They're all special!" Rufus said and added. "Should be together!!"
"Hmm, you have a point but wouldn't they feel like it was a careless gesture?" Ron asked.
"Thinking too much!" Rufus insisted.
"Okay buddy, I'll gather everyone." Ron agreed then asked Bebe. "Bebe can you ask my ladies to join me in my room?"
"Sure Ron." Bebe agreed and did as asked.
Soon the ladies arrived one by one starting with Amy then Monique, Tara, Bonnie, Ann, Yori and Shego.
When they were all gathered Ron spoke. "Ladies, you each gathered a piece of my heart and when it seemed I was no more you had faith and waited for my return. Thus on this day I ask you," Ron drops to a knee and makes seven ring boxes float in front on each and open. "Will you marry me?!"

When Ann saw Ron drop to a knee she brought her hands to her mouth as her eyes watered. She could feel her heart racing in joy and almost missed when Ron officialy asked the question.

Tara felt like she was sleeping so she pinched her thigh. When that didn't work she tried again all the while forgetting to breathe. 'It's real!' She realized.

Bonnie was biting her lip seductively since she had entered the room but when Ron dropped to a knee she nearly fainted in excitement.

When Monique realized what Ron intended to ask she sucked in a breath of air in shock. A wave of excited energy making her nearly bounce in place.

Amy was the first to make a sound after Ron spoke. A squeal slipping free.

Yori blinked, stunned that it was finally happening and didn't know how to react.

Shego's reaction was the most intense as her legs gave out on her, landing her on her knees in front of Ron. Tears slipped past her wide open eyes like gems as she began to cry.

Ron took in each of their reactions with his heart skipping a beat or two. He was trembling honestly considering this the most nerve wreaking moment of his life so far. When Shego's legs gave out he subconsciously used his abilities to bad her to her knees. For Tara he quietly hoped she breathe again as it was starting to worry him. For each of his ladies Ron had a reaction and focus as he waited on bated breath for their answers.
