"AHA!" she jumped to her feet pointing to the screen, a memory coming to her mind, her papa had told her about a game greed island. An island with some materials one could use in crafting if you could find a way to smuggles the items away. "it's a hunter game! A game solely for hunters!"
"Ehhhh?!"

The group of three stood by the one of the many busy markets of York new city. The place where the group were going to meet with leorio and kurapika. But also, the place where the auctions for greed island were going to take place.
The group after hours and hours of scowering the internet for information, all but ran to the city for the ship dock. Arriving early as in their search, as the pair - gon and killua didn't have the money for the greed island and they didn't want to solely rely on Kyriak who was going to (hopefully) earn a killing selling her creations at the auctions, if she remembered to visit the auction houses. It would the first time kyriak venting into the auction face to face, usually papa took her items but now with the hunter licenses she could sell her gear personally.
Though the pair internally doubted that the girl's papa would like them using the girl's money.
They were only JUST barely liked by the man, no need to give the overprotective father a reason to actually hate them.
Kyriak skipped behind the pair of boys taking in the sights of the city and its surrounding markets. Occasionally the girl wandering a little too close to the stalls – eyeing some poorly made copies or daggers and blades. She did have to be dragged away from a practically pretty obsidian black Nichirin sword. Not that the boys could help much being distracted a lot themselves looking for good steals. The older boys arguing about the lack of funds before agreeing on a little competition who could earn the most.
Kyriak watch with the amusement, eyes turning half mooned crinkles as her smile grew as the tension from the friendly competition increased. Thought the boys were mindfully of the word they had used.
"Agreed!" the pair yelled shaking on it, before turning tails. Running in either direction. Planning on ways to win their friendly match – who could make the most money?
"Eh?" sliver hues blinked, "wait!" she called, looking between the two boys... the pout growing as she realised that the pair had left her. "stupid" she grumbled kicking the ground.
Well at least she got free time to play about with some ideas... twisting on her heel a wild grin growing on her face as she skipped along. The geta clacking with every step.

It wasn't until gon and killua joined back up from there hunt did there realise that they were missing someone... kyriak.
"Ahhh..." gon exhaled, looking down at his feet. "we've lost kyriak, I thought she was with you? Didn't you hold her hand? Isn't that what you usually do?"
"I thought she was with you" killua countered, scratching the back of his neck embarrassed. "She should be fine, I'm sure"
The pair was silent a moment.
"Someone's probably hurt" gon spoke breaking the silence.
"Yes, we should find her" killua nodded, turning to the green spikey haired boy.
"You go that way. I go this way. Let's fine my- I mean our wandering friend"
Gon grinned, an idea sparking. "First one to fine her, has to do something the other says!" he yelled before turning and fleeing down the street.
"What wait!" killua called, "damn..." the assassin muttered before vanishing himself into the crowds. Searching for the vermillion haired girl. She shouldn't have been able to go too far...
He hoped.

Kyriak in question stared up at the tall fancy building before her, sliver hues glancing down at the information her papa had sent to her phone and back to the building.
This should be the place.
The grand looking building was where the annual York new auctions were taking place. Glancing about the young girl took in the beautiful spiralling piers, the aging artwork that lined the walls and the hundreds of people dressed in fancy suits and dresses, all readying themselves for the auctions to come.
Her geta's tapping on the marble floors as she made her way to the reception like desk. She made sure to keep focus on the desk, like a woman on a mission she darted across the hallway.
"Excuse me?" she called up, earning the receptionist attention. The older women, eyeing her suspiciously taking the young vision before her, the lady's eyes darting about no doubt looking for the girl's responsible adult.
It wasn't the usual place for a young girl to enter an auction hall run by the mafia.
Little did the women knew that girl's papa was as irresponsible as she was.
"Can I help you?" the women asked, keeping the professional mask on her painted face.
"Am I correct in thinking the auctions is taking place here? I have some items which are to be sold" kyriak stated as politely as she could.
"I don't think this venue would be appropriate..." the lady's words died off, kyriak flashed the hunter license in her hand. The women's eyes widen in shook before quickly changing tune. "Let me get someone who is better to assist you, may I get a name?"
"Kyriak Emberly"
Once again, the women's eyes widen. The lady had been working at the auction and hotel for a few years now, so she easily reconsidered the name.
But never had the actual person of the name belonged, came in person to bring the items. Was it even the right person? Or someone claiming face? The women didn't know but she knew someone who would.
Kyriak let herself be escorted into the back room, eyes looking about in curiosity before snapping towards the opening door. A man stepped into sight.
From his steps she could tell that the man had been trained and was confident in himself. The red headed male stared down the smaller kid. Green hues staring blankly at her. Trying to intimidate her, to look away, the air around them heavy. There was a crack as the professional mask broke and a smile grew.
"Hello, Thorin spawn!" the man grinned a mad glint in his eye.
"Hello, carrot top!" kyriak grinned back, jumping at the male. Said named carrot top picking up the child placing her on his hip.
"You know my names bill!" the man scowled "So finally got your hunter license then?"
"Yup," kyriak nodded, taking out the card showing it to the male. Carrot top or bill, as he preferred to be called was a friend of her papa's the man working between creators and buyers. He was also a treasure hunter the red headed male opting to delving into tombs and ruins in search of mysteries and treasures.
"I see you have a new earring" kyriak spoke noted the new accessories on the man's ear, looked like a claw of some sort but she wasn't 100% sure.
"Mum hates its but I think it's cool. It's really cool, isn't it?" bill grinned showing off the dangling earring thinking back to his larger family.
"Yup. Really cool!" kyriak grinned, "so I here to drop off some stuff for the auction"
Bill nodded, placing her down on the ground. "About that, we heard some unpleasant rumours"
"Rumours?"
"Well, we had some issues with staff taking stuff before it can be sold, especially items of your creations. There so unique and high value. So, the plan is going to be a bit different from the norm." bill grumbled, running a hand though the red locks.
"We going to take some photos, advertise as the norm, but on the day of the auction you must bring the stuff. You understand? I make sure your stuff isn't all sold on the same day, we do it gradually better for sales. The first day isn't till tomorrow so it shouldn't be much of a problem, considering the programme hasn't been released yet. You're lucky we like you; most people wouldn't have gotten away with being so late."
Kyriak thought for a moment before nodding in understanding, she could do that, she just have to turn up tomorrow before the auction begins. "Will you be here?"
"No, I'm off to see my other brother. He got himself tackled with a poacher's ring. Needs some backup. I was just staying to see you devil spawn"
"it's a plan!" grinned the young teen. She couldn't wait till tomorrow.
Shame how nothing ever goes to plan.
