"HOLY SHIT!" Kenny and Karen shouted when they arrived at the Gremory main house; a giant beautiful mansion that was a quadrangle with a courtyard in the middle. Outside at the entrance was a fountain with a circular flower bed surround it, with many gardens in the surrounding areas.

And it wasn't just the Kurosawas that were shocked. Xenovia, Asia, and the Phoenix Maids shared their surprise and amazement. "Whoa, this place is enormous!" Exclaimed the blue-haired Knight.

"This is where your family lives," asked Asia with wide eyes.

"Uh-huh." Rias nodded with a smile

Karen turned to the maids and asked, "Did the Phoenix family have something like this?"

"Kind of," said Yubelluna, shaking her head. "But there was a lot more fire."

The front door of the mansion opened, revealing Grayfia standing there. The silver-haired maid bowed her head and kept it low as she said, "Welcome home, my lady. We've been awaiting your return. You may follow me inside."

After straightening back up, Grayfia opened the doors fully and led the group into the house. As they followed, Kenny looked all around at everything they pasted. Amazed by all of the luxurious decides and decorations that could only have come from a family of high status. Walking down the hallway, they saw butlers lined up on one side and maids lined up on the other. All bowing to Rias.

"Kenny, I-I'm really nervous," said Asia, staying close to Kenny.

"I'll say," Kenny said, looking around at the formality presented to them. "Compared to Rias' family, I feel so out of place."

"You tell me," Karen said, looking around with an uncomfortable look. "You're not the one that a Fallen Angel. What if they don't approve of me?"

"Why would they have to approve of you? You're not the boyfriend."

They then saw a small kid running towards the group in front of them. He was a cute-looking young boy with short hair in the Gremory's signature crimson red color and blue-green eyes. "Rias! Rias! You're finally home!" The boy shouted, jumping and hugging the heiress of the household.

Rias smiled and hugged the small boy back. "I missed you Millicas, my you've gotten big since the last time I saw you."

Kenny looked at the Millicas with a raised eyebrow. "Wait, who's this? Your little brother?"

"Not exactly. Millicas is the son of my older brother, Zechs," she told her boyfriend.

Asia looked out from behind Kenny to look surprised at Millicas. "So that would make him your nephew."

"Then that makes him Grayfia's son," Kenny said with wide eyes.

"Now be a good boy and say hello," Rias told her nephew with a smile.

"Okay!" Millicas backed away from Rias and stood in front of the group. He held his hands in front of him and smiled pleasantly at them. "My name is Millicas Gremory. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Asia chuckled a little. "He's so cute."

"Devilish looks and good manners, talk about prince charming," Xenovia said with a smile over Kenny's shoulder.

Karen shrugged her shoulders. "Eh, he's okay looking."

Kenny walked up to Millicas, pointing to himself. "Hey there, I'm Kenny Kurosawa. I'm Rias' Pawn and boyfriend. It's nice to meet you," he said, holding out his hand to stake Millicas'.

Millicas gasped before becoming excited with stars in his eyes. "Are you really him?! Does that mean you and Rias are getting married?!"

Rias and Kenny blinked twice before their faces turned multiple shades of red before shouting, "HUH?!"

Before the conversation could continue, Grayfia caught their attention by standing next to a set of opened double doors. "Excuse me, won't you please come in," she asked. With their blushes going down, Rias and Kenny followed with everyone else behind them. Giggling about how cute their reaction was.

Millicas ran into the room first and proclaimed with excitement. "Rias and her friends are finally here!"

"My, my, such poor behavior," said a woman's voice from within the room. When they walked into the room, Kenny was shocked to see who it was.

Standing in the room and petting Millicas' head as he hugged her was a strikingly beautiful woman who appears to be in her early to mid-twenties, with short brown hair and violet eyes. She wore an elegant looking white dress that didn't leave much to the imagination with her hourglass figure.

But the more he stared at her, the more Kenny started to thing that she looked oddly familiar.

"Kenny!" Rias snapped him out of his state with a tone of annoyance. "Finding a carpet that matched the drapes was a pain. Please try not to drool on it whirl staring at my mother."

Kenny turned to her with wide, shocked eyes. "You mom!? She looks young enough to be your sister!"

Rias sighed while her mother giggled. "I like him. So flattering."

Akeno stepped forwards after letting out a giggle of her own. "It's a pleasure to see you again. It's been too long, Lady Venelana," she said and bowed with Kiba, Koneko, Gasper, and the Phoenix Maids. X-9, Xenovia, Asia, and Kenny followed their example and bowed as well. Karen didn't and just stared at Venelana until her brother forced her brother's head down.

"You sound so different, Akeno," said Venelana before nodding her head at them. "I'm so delighted to meet all your new friends. I'm Rias's mom, Venelana Gremory."

After they raised their heads back up, Karen whispered to Kenny. "Figured she'd be a hot milf. And it looks like she's interested."

"Will you shut up," Kenny hissed back at her.

"Excuse me, darling, but are you Kenny Kurosawa?" Venelana asked after letting go of Millicas and approached the peerage.

Kenny smiled and nodded. "Yes, ma'am. That's me. But how do you know who I am?"

The woman giggled as she stopped in front of him and Rias. "I take it upon myself to look into my daughter's suitors, especially when she gets herself a boyfriend. A mother worries, you know."

Kenny blushed brightly when she said he was a 'suitor' and mentioned their romantic relationship. But why would think he's a suitor? But then the realization kicked in. She was there when Kenny crashed the wedding, questioning Sirzechs about why he was so fascinated with the Sword, and how Kenny was going to protect Rias's happiness. "Oh...yeah, now I remember you. And, yeah, my action was reckless and I'm sure I didn't make a good impression..."

"You've always got to make a good impression on your girlfriend's parent," Karen joked with a mischievous smirk.

"Shut up!" Kenny snapped at her, making Venelana giggle with a hand over her mouth.

"Don't worry about it. My husband wasn't that good at them either," she said, giving Rias a look of mischief. "He should have picked the boy Rias like as her fiancé to start with."

"Mother! Stop!" Rias shouted with an embarrassed, red face.

"I believe we all should sit down for dinner," said Venelana, walking away from the group. "Rias, dear, would you show everyone the way."

Rias was silent for a moment, before sighing. "Okay."

"Welcome, everyone. While you are here please think of it as your home away from home," said Zeoticus, Rias's father told the group from his position at the head of the huge oblong table. The dining room also had an extravagant chandelier on the ceiling, and the chairs of the table were covered in expensive-looking ornaments. After guiding her daughter and her peerage to the dining room, Venelana had the maids of the house serve an extravagant meal. Kenny and Karen, who were sitting next to each other, watched as it all was piled on top of expensive-looking plates.

Everyone who was in Rias's peerage and Karen was sitting down at the table, while the Phoenix Maids were standing with Grayfia and the other maids of the Gremory house. X-9 had left with Azazel, as he wouldn't be needed at dinner.

Kenny looked at the food with hungry eyes. Ready to dig into the delicious food. However, he was trying to control himself in front of Rias's family. Looking to his right, he saw Rias, Akeno, and Kiba eating their food gracefully. Even Millicas was eating skillfully. However, Xenovia and Asia were having trouble. They were doing their best to be as polite as possible while eating, but just like the Kurosawa siblings were not used to all the fanciness and were uncomfortable.

But unlike her brother, Karen was making no attempts to be polite. She was trying to be good but ate her food as she saw fit. She was eating a chicken leg when she noticed that Gasper was getting watery-eyed. "What wrong with you, little guy?" She asked the half-vampire.

"I can't eat in a room with all these people," Gasper said looking around nervously. "I can't taste what I'm putting in my mouth!"

Kenny smiled and shook his head. But when he looked over to Koneko. She wasn't eating either. It was clear that something was bothering her, and when their eyes met, she looked away.

The black-haired teenager wanted to talk to her about what was wrong until he was called out by Rias's father. "By the way, I've been meaning to ask you, Kenny," he said, getting Kenny's attention.

Kenny turned his head to face Zeoticus. "Yes, sir?"

"Tell me, how are you and your sister doing these days," he asked with a friendly smile.

"We're doing fine, actually. Also, thank you for the new house," Kenny said.

"I'm happy you're enjoying it, but the castle I proposed would've been much better," the father of his girlfriend said.

Karen spat out her drink as she and her brother stared at the man in shock. "Seriously? A castle?!" Kenny exclaimed.

"Father, I've explained this!" Rias spoke up. "You cannot force our culture onto others."

"And I respect that, but they really could've used those fifty maids," Zeoticus countered.

Once again, Karen spat out her drink and looked at Zeoticus with wide eyes. "We were going to get 50 maids?!" She exclaimed, as the Phoenix Maids also looked shocked too.

"He's already got a group of maids that they're all he needs," Rias said with a frown. "Besides, having that many young women around would undoubtedly have distracted Kenny from his real priorities."

"Thus, my daughter put her foot down yet again," Zeoticus said in a joking manner. "And one more thing, Kenny."

Kenny turned back to the father of Rias. "Yes sir," he asked.

"You and Karen are apart of this family. For now on I want you to think of me as your own father," he said, making both Kenny and Karen nervous. Rias looked more annoyed, as she was biting her tongue to not shout out.

"Darling, your actions are premature. There is an order to these things that must be followed." Venelana scolded her husband. Rias's father let out a deep breath. Seemed like his wife was the dominant one in their relationship. The mother then turned to Kenny, who was nervous about being the center of attention tonight. "Kenny Kurosawa. Is it ok if I call you by your first name?"

Kenny nodded. "Well, yes! Of course. I'm actually more comfortable with people calling me that."

"Will you be staying with us for a while?"

"That's right. Wherever Rias goes, I go. Why dod you ask?"

"That's perfect. Since I have to have you acquire gentlemanly behavior as well. You'll study manners a little while here."

Bam!

Rias slammed her hand on the table and stood up from her seat. "Father! Mother! I've been listening quietly until now, but what kind of thing are you trying to advance while leaving me out of it!?" She shouted with a huge blush on her face.

"Be silent, Rias," her mother suddenly commanded with narrowed eyes. Gone was the smile and pleasantries that she greeted the group with. "You already canceled your engagement with Riser, remember? The fact that we just permitted it should be thought of as a special treatment. How much effort do you think your father and Sirzechs had out in order to take care of things with the other High-Class Devils? Do you know that he told one noble that 'my selfish daughter canceled her engagement using the legendary dragon'? You may be the younger sister of the Satan Lucifer, but there is still a limit."

Kenny was a little surprised by her works. Based on what Venelana said, the engagement party he crashed was being thought of as an attempt by his girlfriend to break off the engagement. But Kenny only did it to keep Rias away from Riser and a life of sadness. She didn't even want to marry him. However, were the actions he took truly seen as justified?

In his mind, he knew that it was the right call.

Rias was becoming angrier and she tried to speak out. "My brother has nothing to-"

"You mean Sirzechs is unrelated to what you do?" Venelana interrupted her. Not letting her try and defend herself until she was finished. "Officially, that's true. However, everyone sees you as the Satan Lucifer's younger sister. Right now, when the three greet great powers have allied, your position is known even by the lower classes of the other powers. You can't behave selfishly as you have in the past. And, above all else, everyone will pay attention to you for now on. Rias, you have been placed into that kind of position, you know. There will be no second instance of that kind of selfishness. Don't carry any spoiled thoughts. Understand?"

Talk about bringing down the hammer. Rias seemed embarrassed by her mother's words and couldn't respond or retort back at her. Still looking unconvinced, she forcefully sat back down in her chair.

Venelana let out a single sigh before turning to the rest of the group with a smile. "I've shown something ugly to you all, haven't I? Getting back to the topic, you will go through special training during your stay here, Kenny. Since you have to experience the upper society and nobility even if only a little."

Kenny raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Wait, how come I'm the only one doing it?" he asked, pointing to himself.

Venelana stopped smiling and her expression turned serious. "You're having romantic and intimate relationships with my daughters-the next family head," the brunette said in a frank tone of voice. "You are her last bit of selfishness, so as a parent, we bear the responsibility right until the end."

Kenny turned to look at his girlfriend, and when her gaze met with his she turned her face away. Becoming red with embarrassment. As for the samurai, he didn't understand the situation he was in with her.

Karen, however, was able to explain it. "So, basically, you saved her, you love her, you fucked her silly, and now you're getting hicked."

"KAREN!"

Kenny sighed as he lied in his room at the Gremory Estate. "I swear, that girl really needs to keep her mouth shut. But I wonder what was with Koneko today. She was out of character. Maybe I should talk to her. And speaking of unusual..." he looked down, seeing just how gigantic his bed really was now that he was on it. "Why are the beds so freakin' big? It's like it was made for a giant!"

The was then knocking on the door, making Kenny sit up.

"Come in."

The door opened slightly and peaking in was Xenovia and Asia. Both girls in their sleeping attire. "Hey," Xenovia said.

"We're not bothering you are we, Kenny?" Asia asked, looking a little nervous.

"No, of course not. What's up?" He asked.

However, the next thing he knew was both former church girls had crawled into bed with him. Xenovia was on his right side and Asia was on the left. Like how she usually was when at home.

"Uh, girls...what are you doing?"

Asia curled up next to him. "I can't sleep in such a big room all by myself!"

Xenovia turned her head to look at Kenny. "Life was simple in the church, having this much luxury makes us uncomfortable," she said. "You understand, right?"

"I get that, but both a churchgoer and normal people would be uncomfortable here," Kenny told her. "So you'd rather sleep with me?"

"Well, yeah. Is this a problem? The bed's huge and we would even touch each other while we're sleeping," the blue-haired girl said in a matter-of-fact tone.

Kenny raised an eyebrow at her. Sure, he was used to having multiple girls in bed with him. Like last night when he slept with the maids after having sex with them. But with Asia, he was in his harem, while Xenovia wasn't. "Wait, what about Gasper? How's he handling it?" He asked worriedly.

"Oh, don't worry, he's perfectly fine. We checked up on him before coming here," Asia said with a smile. "He's in his box."

"That's good to hear. Well, as long as he's comfortable," the black-haired teen said.

"Like our current sleeping arrangement, which I would've thought you would have liked. Besides, tomorrow's a busy day, so get some rest," Xenovia said before closing her eyes.

"Goodnight," Asia said, also going to sleep.

Kenny sighed and went to sleep too. However, that proved to be very difficult. Especially when Xenovia moved around a lot in bed. When she was rolled on her side with her back facing him, Kenny turned to him and asked, "Can't sleep?"

Xenovia was a little startled a little, before rolling her body to look at him. Her face a little embarrassed. "...Yeah. I suppose I'm just not used to sleeping beside a man. Even in a nonsexual way...I'm still nervous..." She said, hiding the fact that it was Kenny that made her feel this way."

"Yeah, I know that feeling. It took a while before I just used to Rias sleeping with me before we started dating," Kenny told her. "But don't worry about it. It's only natural."

After staring at him for a moment, Xenovia pulled up one of her shoulder straps that feel off. "Y-Yes...perfectly natural." Xenovia then looked over Kenny's chest at Asia as she was clinging to one of his arms. Blushing a little, the blue-haired knight looked at the Pawn and asked, "I-Is it okay if...I can snuggle with you?"

Kenny stared at her for a moment, making sure if he heard her correctly. He then nodded, and Xenovia moved closer to him and closed her eyes. Kenny sighed and did the same.

But, when Kenny felt some weight on him, he opened his to see skin in front of his sight. The Knight had turned around and wrapped her legs around his necks, giving him a peck of her panties inside of really short pants and with one of her large breasts out of her purple top.

Not how he imaged being between her, but at least she wasn't crushing his neck.

"In other words, for high-class devils, high society's is..." Kenny's tutor continued on and on as he and Millicas listened to her. The next day after arriving at Rias's family estate, Kenny was forced to listen to a lecture about high-class Devils, the upper echelons of society and nobility being taunt by the exclusive Devil tutor appointed to him by the Gremory family.

It wasn't too bad if he could actually understand what he was reading. All of the words were in this Devil language that he couldn't read.

"Young master, do you know the devil alphabet?" The tutor asked, drawing his attention to her.

"Not really," Kenny said, shaking his head. "I'm not at all familiar with it."

"Very well." The tutor said and pulled out a large pile of books from under the table. Kenny was shocked at the sight of the books as she placed them down on the table. "I stall teach it too you. You must be prepared to learn all there is to know about the Gremory family."

"Yeah, and you don't have to call me 'Young Master'. Just call me Kenny," he said looking up at her.

There was a pause from the tutor before she turning her back to him. "...Now then, let's speak about the history of the Gremory family next."

Kenny sighed, knowing she was dodging the question. He wondered why he needed to learn about his girlfriend's family history, along with the structure of the nobility. He figured it was because he was still Rias's servent, but why not have Xenovia and Asia join him?

Then again, he was the boyfriend.

The door opened and Venelana came in, greeting them with her beauty. "Kenny, Millicas. How is your studying progressing," she asked. Walking between Kenny and the tutor with a gentle smile.

"Grandma!" Millicas exclaimed. It was still hard to see her as a grandmother when she still looked younger than she was.

Venelana looked down at Kenny's devil writing but smiled when she saw the clumsy writing as he tried to write down as many notes as he could. "It's just as Sirzechs and Grayfia reported. You're a hard worker, no matter what it is. I can't say that your writing is very good, but I can grasp your attitude of trying to memorize it."

Kenny laughed sheepishly.

After Kenny was done with his studying, he, Rias, and the rest of the peerage, including Karen came out to the front of the mansion to meet with Azazel. "Alright! Looks like everyone's here, so let's cut to the chase," he said, with a grin. "I've got a twenty human world day regiment that's going to whip you into shape."

"We're really going to be training for that long," asked Kenny. Everyone was wearing the Kuoh Academy gym uniform. Even Karen had one on, borrowing it from Koneko.

"That's right, and you're up first, Kenny," Azazel said and looked to the sky. Curious, Kenny and the others looked up at the sky and saw a giant shadow descending down to them.

It was Tannin, who landed on the ground behind the Fallen Angel. Making the earth shake. "Whoa! Who summed Tannin," asked Kenny.

"I did. He's agreed to be your personal trainer for the next couple weeks," Azazel said.

Kenny looked at him in shock. "This will be my first time training someone wielding Ddraig," Tannin said with his arms crossed.

"Your primary concern here is to pull out your Balance Breaker," Azazel informed Kenny with a smile. "And if you survive, that's a bonus!"

Why is not dying always a perk? Kenny was then grabbed by the back of his shirt by Tannin, who lifted him up into the air. "Hey, wait a minute!" He yelled as the dragon held him high into the high.

"Kenny, do your best!" Rias cheered and gave him a thumbs-up. Being the person that didn't allow compromises when it came to training. What some people didn't know what the whenever Kenny trained at home, her sweet and kind self turned into a dominatrix and gruelingly trained him.

Tannin looked at Rias and then pointed to some far-off mountains. "Can you lend me the mountain there? I'll be bringing him over there."

"Sure. Please teach him well."

"Leave it to me."

"Wait, Riaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas!" Kenny cried as Tannin took off with him in hand. Rias simply waved at him goodbye with a smile on her face.

However, Rias and the others would be there own personal training to get them ready. Rias was alone in a giant library reading. According to Azazel, a good King needs to have the mental acuity, guile, and judgment to smash his or her way past any challenge. Her role as the King is to think on her feet and draw out her team's potent. That's why she reading records of old Rating Games and learning their strategies. But was also told to stick to basic training too.

Rias would do all of this. Not just for herself, but for her beloved Kenny. Aku's forces were on the rise and getting more powerful. She needed to be able to fight alongside him and be there when he needed her.

'I'll become better for you, my love.'

Akeno's training would have her high up on a mountain top that went above the clouds. As the wind made her skirt and hair flow with it, she glared daggers and her personal trainer. "Why are you here?" She demanded of her father, Baraqiel.

Baraqiel had the appearance of a middle-aged, gruff-looking man with black hair, a matching beard, and a muscular body. Being the Vice Governor-General of the Fallen Angels, he also possessed ten black wings.

"It's been quite a while, Akeno," he said to his estranged daughter.

Akeno's glaring eyes narrowed. "I'd rather you not say my name!" She hissed, regretting ever agreeing to do this. It was bad enough that she was taking orders from Azazel, a Fallen Angel, but the reason she was training was that he wanted her to come to terms that she was also a Fallen Angel. After seeing the records of the Rating Game with Riser's peerage, and how she lost to Yubelluna, he questioned her why she didn't use her true powers. Limiting herself to only using thunder, and not adding lightning into the mix.

She never wanted to rely on that power, but Azazel told her to not deny her heritage if she didn't want to be a hindrance when they finally face the Army of Darkness. She couldn't win without using all of her power.

"...You never answered my question."

"I cannot refuse an order from the Govern-General," Baraquiel replied. "He asked me to come train my daughter and so here I am."

"Do you know why I wear these clothes?" Akeno interrupted him, before using her magic to change into her shrine maiden attire. "It's my way of showing the world I renounce everything you represent! Because you are no father of mine."

Kiba was standing in a lake a foot deep with his Holy-Devil Sword out. He's training was to maintain Balance Breaker for a full day. If he could get used to it, he'll be able to maintain it for a day-long battle. He needed to continue that and to become able to say in that state for the length of a day. After that, Kiba will be able to become sufficiently strong by doing basic training like his master.

All he had to do now was wait for his teacher to come and help him further increase his swordsmanship. And it didn't take long for Kiba. He sensed the presence of another person and he looked behind him.

To his surprise, it was Father Leonardo. Kiba turned around and smiled. "Thank you for agreeing to train me," he said gratefully.

"It's my pleasure. Now let's begin," Leonardo said, before summoning his Holy Sword.

"Holy Sword: Durandal!" Xenovia called out, summoning the massive blue sword in a flash of light. Grabbing it as the sword was stabbed into the ground, she pulled it out and held the blade out in front of her. Grunting as she tried to keep her arms from shaking as Duranda trembled in her hands.

The training Azazel had for her is to better control Durandal. It's picky when it comes to choosing its wielder. Obtaining it is a matter of sheer will. But she also needed to able to use another Holy Sword, and according to Azazel, a slightly special sword.

Xenovia yelled as she slashed down on a tree. Slicing it in two down the middle. As the two halves fell to the ground, the blue-haired panted. She was determined to be stronger. To prove that she can be another great girl to Kenny's harem.

After that, she'll figure out how to wield this "slightly special" sword. Whatever that is.

In a street of a town somewhere in the Gremory territory, Karen was leaning against a wall of a building near an alleyway. She was there to help with Gasper's training. Looking at the vampire, who was in the alleyway was looking fearfully at the crowd of people that were walking them. Looking curious has to why he was hiding.

His train; to get a grip and overcome his fear. So the only way to do this is to go out into the public where a lot of people are.

Karen sighed and said, "Come on, Gasper, it's time to get serious." However, her face looked a little sad when Gasper quickly jumped into his box and hid in it.

"I'd rather die than take this first step," he whimpered in the box. He then saw the lid up slightly and saw that it was Karen. She looked into the box and smiled kindly.

"It's okay, Gasper. Nothing bad is something to happen," she said sweetly.

With tearful eyes, Gasper looked at her with wide eyes. "Are you sure?"

Karen nodded with a slight blush, thinking that he was very cute. She then reached into the box with an open hand. Gasper looked at the girl who looked really pretty to him when she smiled. He hesitantly reached out a hand and Karen grabbed it, before pulling him out of the box.

In a workout gym, Koneko was wearing her gym clothing and her pair of fighting gloves. Punching a punching bag hard and fast.

According to Azazel, she had nothing to be criticized for, as she possed the elementary traits of offense and defense as a Rook. She was great when it comes to physical abilities. However, there are those in her master's peerage that was better at offense than she was.

She knew this and it frustrated her.

Her training was to have her improve her basics and to also release the thing that Koneko had personally sealed. Like Akeno she had to stop playing cat and mouse with her identity.

Koneko delivered a hard kick to the punching bag, breaking it off its cage and sending it into a weight lifting set. Koneko panted for a moment in exhaustion before looking at her right hand.

"...Balls," she said, before going over to a bunch of other punching bags.

As for Asia, she was in a large cave that had a single light shining into it. Kneeling on both knees, the blonde was in a praying poss as the rings of her Twilight Healing was glowing green. On the ground next to her was the dagger she owned.

Azazel was expecting that her Sacred Gear would get stronger. While it may seem that Asia's power seemed closed t to being perfect, the trouble was that she had to go out on the battlefield to do her duty. Leaving her and the person she's healing defenseless, as she couldn't quite use her weapon properly. The true value of Twilight Healing came in expanding its area of effect.

The theory was that she might even meal multiple people within range at the same time. And she was also going to practice using her dagger.

DOGOOOOOOOOOOOON!

Kenny screamed as nearby trees went flying, rocks crumbled and a crater was created in the ground after he jumped out of the way of Tannin's fire breath that would've incinerated him in minutes.

Having been thrown to the ground by the blast, Kenny picked back up the Sword and turned around to face Tannin. Panting as he faced him. "It seems you were able to avoid it this time," he said, praising Kenny.

Kenny looked up with a scowl and yelled. "I'm not dead, yet! Is that all you got!?" He gave a challenging grin. On his left hand was a ring that Rias gave him to keep his arm from transforming since he was going to be away from Akeno who would normally suck out the power.

"I'd hate to disappoint, so how about I crank up the firepower."

Yeah, that turned out to be a bad idea, and Kenny started running for his life again.

Three days have passed since he started training in the mountains and he was almost to the point of exhaustion. After being chased around every day and night by a dragon, he could feel his mind and body going numb. Even when he launched a counterattack, he wouldn't be able to turn the tide. Just getting Tannin with the Sword was a chore. Red Dragon Slashes didn't even leave a dent on him, that was he could get a shot as he had to run away and try to hide to even catch his breath. He had no choice but to secure his own meals. Being unfamiliar with the plants and animals of the Underworld, he's been living on mostly fish caught by the river only after confirming whether or not it was edible. Using some survival tips he's picked up to make fires

Some sections of the mountain were blown off from the fire attacks, and he couldn't block them if he didn't want to be roosted.

However, even just running had given him considerable training. Having not gotten hit even once by Tannin's fire. Once the training during the morning ended, the real training began for muscle memory. When that was done, his body was aching in pain.

And that's what it's been like for the past few days. Really makes you appreciate what you do have, huh?

Kenny jumped off a low cliff right before it was destroyed. He landed on the ground and rolled. Now standing back up, he turned around to look up at Tannin. "There you. It's hopeless to run away. Come and fight me," the dragon said.

"Speak for yourself!" Kenny comically snapped with white eyes. "You ever hear of holding back!?

"So, how's it going?" Said a familiar voice. Kenny turned around to see that behind him was Azazel.

Kenny moaned in delight as he stuffed rice balls made by Rias in his mouth. Savoring the favor. He knew that it was Rias's cooking, as he could never forget the care and love she's put into each of them.

"Akeno also packed a lunch for you. She made it while causing a show of sparks with Rias," Azazel said. He then chuckled and patted Kenny's back. "You're looking good after just a few days of training."

"Up yours!" Kenny snapped with rice flying out of his mouth. "It's a miracle that I'm still alive after all this shit."

"I'm impressed that you're still able to continue," Tannin said while resting on a rock face. Looking at him with half-opened eyes. "But if you want to end this then reach Balance Breaker. You wanted to become Lady Rias' strongest Pawn and save the world, then you've got to be serious about becoming stronger. Do you know how many Devils would want to be your girlfriend's servant?"

Kenny sighed and leaned back on a rock. Rias was a celebrity down in the Underworld. Just briefly appearing in the city station brought many cheers for her. He had no doubt the so many Devils wished to be her servant. Kenny truly was lucky to have a girlfriend like Rias. The person he yearned for a long time and he loved, as she loved him. To ensure that they would be together forever, he had to marry her one day.

That is if he can before Aku rises.

"You've also been including basic physical and sword training, right?" Azazel asked staring at him. "Then, it's fine. If you don't do this much, your body won't be able to keep up when you attain Balance Breaker. You're strong, but there's too much that you're lacking in. If you want to beat Vali, and more importantly Aku, then you have no choice but to raise yourself up through physical strength."

Kenny nodded, understanding what Azazel was telling him. Vali was not only a descendant of the Great Devil King Lucifer and in terms of power and magic, Kenny couldn't win. And Aku was going to be even stronger if he returned.

"Speaking of Vali, back when I fought him, he tried to do something," he said.

"Ah, that was the Juggernaut Drive."

"Is that something above the Balance Breaker?"

"No, nothing is. The Balance Breaker is the ultimate and final form of Sacred Gears. However, there are several things inside them that have been magically sealed in them. A peculiar restraint is applied on those ones. Both your Boosted Gear and Vali's Divine Dividing are examples of that," Azazel explained. Kenny understood, given that he and Vali's powers come from the dragons inside their Gears. "Those ones are restrained, taking out power while in that state and making sure that the host can use it. In the case of the Red Dragon and White Dragon Emperor, forcing that restraint to temporarily release and unleashing that sealed power is the Juggernaut Drive. It temporarily gives one power rivaling that of God. But, it comes at a price. It greatly shaves off one's lifespan and loses their sense of reasoning."

Kenny looked at him anxiously. "You're telling me that I could go outta control?"

"Yeah, violently. Destroying all surroundings and even start destroying your body before it could be stopped. It's impossible to master that power in combat. Vali can handle it for several minutes by consuming an enormous amount of power. Naturally, it's not my place to say this as one who uses an artificial Sacred Gear in Burst state, but the way to use a power that throws away one future like that is essentially different from the way to use the Sacred Gear's power. It's an accursed method of fighting that just uses the power of people that are transformed into the dead. Never try to copy it."

Kenny saw the somber look in Azazel's eyes. Something that he didn't think he'd see. Was the man worried about Vali?

"So the White Dragon Emperor can handle the Juggerday Drive? That's a problem," Tannin said with a serious look. "The Red Dragon Samurai would be killed if he didn't become desperate. The way either the Red and White awakened that power before certainly let them surpass the other. In some sense, it's first come, first served."

This shocked Kenny. He then looked down at his sword as it laid on the ground. He picked it up and looked at his reflection in the blade. Kenny still had a mission, girls he loved in his harem, and a goal to become a High-Class Devil. If it meant enduring Tannin's harsh training, then he will do it.

That was going to be difficult, as Tannin's monstrous strong.

"Kenny, let's change the topic," Azazel called out to him in a formal tone.

"Yeah," Kenny said. "How are the others?"

Azazel placed his hands behind his head. "They're doing fine, but Koneko's the problem."

This confused Kenny and he asked, "What's wrong with Koneko?"

The Fallen Angel sighed at his question. "There's nothing that can be done about it. She's impatient - or rather, she feels doubt in her power," he said. Kenny suddenly remembered how Koneko was actually rather odd recently. "She overdid the training that I gave her and collapsed this morning."

The bad news shocked Kenny and jumped to his feet. "What?! Is she okay?" He asked worriedly.

"She's resting. Asia took a break from her training to treat the injures. She can't do anything about physical strength. Overworking, in particular, hurts one's physical strength and has adverse effects. Because of the time left until the meeting and the Rating Games, that's dangerous."

Kenny sighed. Wishing that he could talk to her.

"Now then, we should go, Kenny," Azazel said, standing up. "I was told to take you back just this once to the Gremory annex. Tannin, he'll be going back for a little while and I'll return him tomorrow morning."

"Wait, what?" Kenny asked, picking up his sword. "What do you mean told to take me back? By Rias?"

"Nope. Her mother."

Kenny and Venelana's faced were inches away from each other. They panted a little, feeling each other's hot breath on each other's faces. Her breasts were touching his, as they raised and lowered, making Kenny blushed. It was already bad enough that she looked just like her daughter, but she was seriously beautiful.

"Again, dear," she said, catching her breath.

Kenny nodded and the two started to practice dancing again. Venelana started complimenting him as they go. "Yes, turn there. That's very good. Great sharpness." After returning to the annex and being led by Venelana to her room, she started having Kenny practice dancing with her. Ballroom dancing to be more precise. And so far, Venelana was very impressed with his performance. "Shall we take a short break?"

Nodding, Kenny let's go of the mature woman and walked to a chair and took the Sword off his back, sitting down with a long sigh. It was difficult to keep up after coming from Tannin's training. "It's not that I don't appreciate it, but why are you teaching me to dance," he asked.

Venelana sat down on the other side of the table. "It can't be helped that you're a commoner from the human world, but even so it'll be troubling if you didn't acquire etiquette beyond a certain level. Because you're Rias' boyfriend, you'll have to make an appearance with her in high society eventually. You'll have to remember customary practices even a little during your stay in the Underworld."

Kenny deadpanned. "I don't know whether to insulted or not. And what do you mean by appearing in high society with Rias?"

Venelana shifted her gaze to the side and covered her mouth with her hand. "Oops, that wasn't supposed to be said. That kind of thing is still talk of what may happen."

Kenny sighed and leaned on the table a little. He then wondered how his girlfriend was doing. He can only imagine that she's really distressed about Koneko's condition. Kenny really wanted to see how she was doing and check up on how she's doing.

"How's Koneko," he asked. "Is she okay?"

"She's alright for now. It's just a classic case of ordinary overworking, so she should recover slowly if she rests her body for one or two days," Venelana said. Staring off into space as her mind thought back to the past. "That girl is doing her best to face her own existence and power right now. It's a difficult problem, however, she won't be able to advance forward if she doesn't find the answer herself."

"Wait a minute, you do mean her existence and power," Kenny asked with a puzzled expression. His mind filling with questions.

The mother was silent for a moment. She was a little surprised that Rias didn't tell her boyfriend the truth, but then again, Koneko was such a quiet girl and Kenny wasn't with the peerage for long. It was only natural that he didn't know.

So, Venelana began to tell the story. "Tell, me. Do you know about Nekomata?"

Kenny nodded. "Yeah, they're like cat spirits, right?"

"Yes. A long time ago, there were two Nekomata sisters who were always together. The two were orphaned and homeless but the two had each other. As long as they were together they had someone to depend on. Eventually, both cats were picked up by a Devil. In time, the elder sister became their servant and finally had a chance at a good life. But by turning into a Devil, her hidden power began to overflow. Having lost control, she killed her master and vanished without a trace. She became a dangerous rogue that decimated an entire pursuit force. Fearing that the young sister would follow in her footsteps, the Devil community was about to dispose of her before another catastrophe could occur. However, my son Sirzechs intervened and was given dominance over her. Sirzech then brought the lonely girl to Rias, assigning her to by my daughter's servant. Rias was determined to fill the girl's life with happiness and laughter and gave her a name."

"...Koneko," Kenny whispered, having lost his ability to speak. He was stunned and lost for words having heard Koneko's terrible backstory.

"Hey there, princess."

"Kenny!" Rias exclaimed happily, running up to her boyfriend and hugging. It was so sudden that Kenny nearly fell over, but stood straight and hugged her back. After completing his dancing practice, he moved to the main residence and was welcomed by Rias. She hugged him tightly, before pulling away with a bit of cringe. "You really need a shower."

"Yeah, I'm been sweating a lot," Kenny said sheepishly.

"It's fine. You still smell the same..." Rias looked up at him with moist eyes, making Kenny's heart skip a beat. "...I was lonely, you know. I haven't been able to sleep without you with me in the same bed...Some pitiful master I am...no longer able to imagine a life without you..."

"Then we're in the same boat," Kenny said, lifting her head up to look at him. The two smiled and kissed each other lovingly.

But then he pulled away, much to Rias' confusion. "Your...Your mother told me about Koneko's past," he said somberly. "How is she?"

Rias' expression became complicated at that. "Follow me."

She took him to Koneko's bedroom and opened the door. Kenny entered the wide room and looked to the bed, seeing Koneko lying down on it.

Kenny was surprised to see the small girl asleep with cat ears. It made her even more adorable, that he had to resist the urge to pet them. Having lost her strength, she couldn't hide them which is why he's never seen them.

And why she stayed away from Aoimoku.

Kenny walked to the side of the bed and examined Koneko's condition. There were no signs of any serious injuries, but that was likely thanks to Asia. "Hey, how're you doing," he asked with a smile.

Koneko muttered with half-opened eyes. "...What're you doing here," she asked in a sullen tone. Far more than the extent up until now.

"I was worried about," he told her. Koneko didn't respond and stilled acted sullen. Kenny's smile was gone as he continued. "I heard about your past, Koneko. I'm sorry. You can't keep overworking yourself. Push yourself and you'll do more harm and good."

"...I want to..." Koneko muttered very quietly, and Kenny wasn't able to hear her clearly.

"What?"

Koneko then looked up. Staring straight at Kenny while holding back tears in her eyes. She then said in a clear, yet sad voice, "I want to become strong. It's hard watching how strong Kiba, Xenovia, and Akeno have become. Even you, Kenny. You've been able to make progress. Meanwhile, I feel like I'm left further and further behind. Gasper's even gotten more powerful lately, and I don't have Asia's power to heal people so...what's left for me?"

Rias then walked over and sat down on the side bed. "Be fair. You'll improve too."

Koneko shook her head. "Yeah unless things continue like this and I'll just be obsolete. How can a Rook be the weakest one? I'm pathetic. I never forgive myself if I held you back," she said, to the shock of her master. That's when the tears started to fall from her eyes. "I don't want to have to use my Nekomata powers to catchup. I'm so afraid to be like her. I wouldn't! I refuse to let that happen again."

Rias silent hugged the girl close to her, as Kenny stared sadly at Koneko. She was afraid of the dangerous power that could just kill their master. But she came here to get stronger, so she's conflicted about it. Feeling like you can't do anything must be frustrating, and Kenny could understand that she's also hurting because she can't repay the one who saved her life.

That's something Kenny could understand.

They each had an internal battle. They all have their respective training. And they all had walls to overcome. But it just made Kenny willing to surpass his training. He was going back to the mountain tomorrow, and he was going to be ready.

The training camp was finally over, and he was taken back to Gremory annex. Kenny waved goodbye, without a shirt on his back and only the shinai bag on him. It was burnt completely.

"Master Kenny!" He heard the familiar voices of three of his lovers. Turning around, Kenny saw Xuelan, Karlamine, and Isabela running towards him. The three of them each took turns giving him a passionate kiss and looked at him. They were by what they saw.

Kenny's body has gained much better results than anticipated. With now a much more robust build that had an array of well-developed muscles.

"Wow, you've really become so strong, Master Kenny," Isabela said with an impressed expression. She and the others had blushing cheeks as they stared at his chest, newly developed abs, and arms.

With a blush of his own as his lovers stared hungrily at him, Kenny smiled nervously and scratched the back of his neck. "Yeah, I guess all that training buffed me up, huh?"

"I'll say," said a sultry voice. They looked and saw Yubelluna standing at the door of the balcony. Sexy as hell in her maid outfit - still able to rival Rias and Akeno - she walked over to him with a sway of her hips. The other maids didn't appear to be jealous like how Rias and/or Asia would be as their friend walked over to Kenny.

Her breast pressed against his bare chest, as she held his cheeks and stared lustfully in Kenny's eyes.

"It's becoming more difficult to resist you~"

"What's going on here?" The samurai and his maids turned around to see Rias coming to the doorway. Yubelluna looked a little disappointed and stepped away from Kenny. When Rias saw Kenny, she gasped and ran towards him. "Kenny you're back!"

Rias jumped and embraced him. Kenny laughed as he twirled around as he held her close. Not intending to let go as he kissed her passionately. It's been so long since he's held the woman he loved in his arms. Both love and lust for the sexy girl filled him, but he tried as hard as he could to ignore the latter sensation.

He set Rias down of her feet and she felt his chest, which has gotten thicker. "Look at how much stronger you've gotten. I've very proud of you," Rias said.

"Yeah, it's all well and good that he's got more endurance." Kenny and the girls gasped when they heard Azazel and turned to see him sitting on the edge of the balcony's rail. Smirking with his arms and legs crossed.

"When did you-?"

"How did you-?

"Why are you here?" Karlamine when her two fellow maids of Kenny's harem couldn't finish their sentence due to the shock of Azazel showing up out of the blue.

"Oh, I was just making sure that everyone else got here safely," Azazel answered.

Just then the door to the room that led out to the balcony opened, and the other members of the group walked over to where Kenny and his official girls are. Kiba looked as handsome as ever, but his jersey was tattered and almost destroyed. Xenovia had bandages wrapped her body, having been injured in her training. Asia was in her nun outfit, which still looked beautiful on her. Gasper, Karen, and Koneko were in their normal.

"Kenny!" Asia exclaimed run over and jump into his arms.

Kenny smiled and gently rubbed the back of her head. "Hey there, Asia. It's good to see you again."

Karen stared at her brother for a moment. "So, uh, you gonna tell me what happened to the shirt," she asked. Having realized that she was hugging Kenny's naked chest, Asia let go with a panicking expression lets go of the samurai.

A giggle alerted Kenny to the presence of someone behind him. "I'm not complaining," said the familiar voice of Akeno, as she wrapped her arms around his neck, pushed her breast against his back, and rubbed his cheek with her hand.

With a blush, Kenny smiled. "Hello, Akeno. How was your training?"

They both then felt a rather dangerous aura.

Kenny turned to face it and gulped nervously upon seeing Rias was the source of it. "Akeno, what do you think you're doing?" She demanded as some of the others backed away from her nervously.

"Oh, you're all here," Akeno said innocently.

Azazel, sensing the fight that'll likely break out between the two sexy girls jumped up from the rail and starting walking towards the doorway. "Well, I'll leave the rest of you to kill each other. I've got to get ready reception. I'll send someone for you late," he said with a wave. Rias sighed and shook her head to have the aura disappear. "There's going to be a lot of different clans there."

After seeing him close the door behind him, Asia asked, "We're really invited to a fancy reception?"

"More like enlisted," Rias said as Akeno lets go of Kenny and stepped away. "My brother has assigned us as guards for VPs because things tend to get messy when high-ranking Devil meet up."

"That's politics for you." Yubelluna sighed and rubbed her head. "Take it from the four of us."

"Everyone will be watching us," Kiba said. "So we have to be on our best behavior, guys."

"Great...I come back from the training from hell and I'm being sent to a party," Kenny said rubbing the back of his head. "Why do I have the feeling that something bad is going to happen?"

When they got to the ballroom where the reception was taking place, they saw many people standing around in fancy clothing while talking to each other. Kenny, Karen, and everyone else with the exception of Rias and Akeno was back to wearing their summer uniforms from Kuoh Academy. Karen was given one of Gasper's set to wear.

"So this is how Devils like the party?" Kenny asked, looking around.

"I've never seen this many Satan-Class Devils. At least, not in one place anyways," said Kiba offhandedly as they stood in the middle of the room.

"It is pretty incredible," Xenovia commented.

"It's been a while for us," said Karlamine. The Phoenix Maids were brought with the peerage as they were seen by Rias as an extension of her servants. Given that they served her boyfriend.

Rias was in front of her servants and Karen wearing a stunning red dress that matched her crimson hair that was done up in a ponytail. "Just be careful not to offend anyone tonight," she said, before looking directly at Karen. "Especially you, Karen."

"I will, but I'm not going to be so nice if they offend me!" Karen countered, throwing her arms up.

Kenny sighed at his sister before looking at Akeno. The black-haired beauty was wearing the black kimono that she wore during Riser's engagement party. "Hey Akeno," he said walking over to her.

"Oh, hi Kenny. You having a good time?" She asked with a smile.

"It's not really my thing, but it's okay," Kenny said with a smile. "So, I wanted to ask you about how your training went."

Still smiling, Akeno turned her body to fully face him. "It was nothing special. Normal stuff." That didn't really surprise Kenny, given how powerful she was. "But I'm more interested in how your training went. Were you successful in what you had to do?"

"Well, other than almost getting my ass burnt..."

"It's good to see you again, Rias," said a familiar voice of a crush of his. Looking in the direction of the voice, Kenny saw Sona, Tsubaki, Saji, and Tsubasa walking towards them.

"Same to you, Sona. Welcome," Rias greeted her long time for a polite smile. "How was your training camp?"

"It was alright," Sona said with a polite smile too. She then turned to Kenny. It's been so long that the two of them were alone and talked and Sona really wanted to have more moments like that. He was one of the only boys that she really liked and admittedly had a crush on him that everyone in her peerage knew about. "I wished that our next meeting was a little better than this, but I was wondering if you'd be interested in another game of chess."

Kenny gave her that boyish smile that would make all the girls' hearts skipped a beat. "I'd love to, Sona. Just name a day and I'll be there."

Sona blushed intensely and turned away. Tsubasa and Saji then approached Kenny with smiles.

"Hey there, tiger," said the blue-haired Rook. She then blushed when seeing Kenny's newly robust muscles. It wasn't to where his uniform was fitting tightly around him, but it was hard not to notice. "Wow, you've gotten really strong!"

"So you're ready for the Rating Game, Kurosawa?" asked Saji with a grin.

Kenny looked at him in confusion. "Wait, what? Rating Game?"

Sona snapped out of her daydreaming and looked to Rias with one of her serious looks. "You haven't told him?"

"I was going to tell him after the reception," Rias said, feeling jealous of how Kenny was attracting more girls than she'd excepted. "It's been decided by my brother that the six esteemed families' heirs would compete in Rating Games to improve our abilities before our debuts."

"And it was decided that our two peerages would fight against each other," Sona said.

Kenny's eyes widened. "Wait, really?" he asked before they saw a familiar, cute and sexy girl towards them.

"There you are, Sona!" Serafall exclaimed with a wave.

Sona's eyes widened. " Oh great, my sister's here."

"Serafall!" Kenny said with a grin.

"It's been a long time, Lady Serafall," Rias greeter the sister of her friend with a smile.

"Oh, hey there Rias. I see you brought Kenny and everyone!" Serafall said with a wave.

Karen leaned to Kenny and asked, "So you and Leviathan are friends or something?"

"That's right," said Serafall, having heard the young sister. "He's a really nice guy and a surprise dreamy guy, and it makes me so mad knowing that he's already taken!"

Karen looked at her with fake innocence. "Well, why not join Kenny's harem. He just started one a-" Kenny grabbed her mouth to get her to be quite.

"Will you shut it!" Kenny and Rias hissed. The redhead was also angry at the younger sibling for dictating who would be in the harem. Behind them, Xuelan, Karlamine, Isabela, and even Asia had steam coming out of their ears with blushes on their faces. Akeno giggled in amusement.

Serafall blinked her large eyes twice. "You'd really do that for me, Kenny?"

"He will not!" Rias and Sona snapped. The Sitri heiress being just as embarrassed as the couple.

"When you said your sister was as bad as mine, you weren't kidding," Sona said with an exaggerated sighed. After arguing settled down, the group chatted with Serafall for a while for being forced to attend a meeting of young Devils. Just like the one, they had when Kenny was gone, but this time it'll envolve their peerages.

"Hey, don't act like you don't want some of Kenny's," Karen retorted with her arms crossed and the belief that all she was doing was helping Kenny's with his lady question.

Kenny thought that would be hot. His mind conjuring a dirty fantasy of having both girls in bed, making loving to each of them. He quickly shook his head to rid it of those thoughts right when Gasper asked, "Are you really in a relationship with multiple girls even though you're dating Rias? Just like a hero!" He exclaimed with wonder, looking up to Kenny like he was the shining example of what a hero.

"More like she's appointed herself as the main girl," Akeno teased.

"I see, so that means that you three got her permission to have sex with Kenny and then joined his harem," Xenovia said, talking to the Phoenix Maids that Kenny banged and declared he loved. The three were looking down with bright red faces.

Saji grumbled as Tsubasa looked a little amused. "Stupid Kenny, getting all the girls."

Rias and Kenny were looking away from each other, embarrassed. "Can we—can we change the subject," asked the flustered samurai.

Karen looked to Gasper. "Oh, they're just upset because Kenny can't help who he has feelings for and Rias is trying not to be..."

Rias looked back at her peerage and the other with a very stern look and a little bit of her aura emanating. "The subject. CHANGE IT."

Sona sighed and said, "We're almost to the waiting room now. Let's hope we won't be there too long."

"A bunch of young, hormonal Devils stuffed into one room together?" Rias frowned, fearing what they were going to encounter in the waiting room. "We'll be lucky if we get out alive."

"True that."

KA-BOOM!

Suddenly, the doors of the waiting room were blown off by a large explosion. Kenny pulled out the sword and rushed into the dust cloud, going into the room. Karen saw this and followed after her brother with her lightsticks summoned.

When they entered the room and cloud cleared, they saw the source of the explosions. There were two Devils looking ready to kill each other.

One was a beautiful young woman in her late teens, with long green-tint blonde hair and pink eyes. She wore glasses, had speckles, and has a cold, sharp gaze. She wore a blue robe that exposed very little skin and was very fitting for female nobles that have a flashy design to it, with accessories that had her family's seal on them which gave off a posh vibe. Instead of a dress, she wore a miniskirt and high boots which are matched by her posh clothing.

The other Devil was a young man with lots of black magic-like tattoos on his face and on his upper body. He had blue hair that stood on its end and matching eyes. He also had pointed ears.

"If you've got a death wish, then I'm happy to fill it, Zephyrdor!" The young woman said. While she was very beautiful, Kenny noted that she gave off a sense of coldness rather than calmness and had a stricter aura compared to Sona which is scary.

"Filling is my job. Like I said before if you want virgin-purging, I'd volunteer," said Zephrydor.

"Talk about a creep," said Karen.

"What's going on?" Sona asked as the other came running through the clearing smoke.

Kenny lowered the Sword and watched the two Devils. "Apparently these two have some serious beef with each other."

"Serious? What's their deal?" asked Xenovia.

"We're gonna rumble," sigh Saji.

Rias sighed in annoyance as she stepped beside Kenny. "Right on cue."

"At least we've come to expect this sort of thing over the years," said an unfamiliar voice. Kenny turned to see who it was.

Standing a few feet from them with a slight smile was a handsome young man with black hair and violet eyes. He was very tall and has a muscular build due to the extreme training he has done. His height was over 190 cm and his body weight roughly 135 kg.

"Hello, Sairaorg," Rias said with a smile.

Sairaorg gave them a wave and said, "I'll give a warmer welcome later." He then approached the two fighting heirs to step in between them. "That's enough! Don't dishonor the Agares family by humoring him, princess. We all know that he's the Glasya-Labolas problem child."

"Fuck you, jackass. Shit talk like that gives you muff blunt!" Snapped Zephrydor.

"I know it's strict but that's your only warning," Sairaorg said, crackling his knuckles before scowling the two.

The Agares heiress was smart enough to back down and stay quiet. However, Zephrydor wasn't. "Go ahead. I'm not afraid of you, Bael Trash!" He attacked Sairaorg and...

BASH!

Sairaorg simply punched the Devil, but to Kenny's shock, it was so powerful that Zephrydor was sent flying into the wall.

The force of the impact forced Asia back and nearly fell over. However, she was caught by someone.

"Don't worry, you're alright," said a gentle-looking, handsome young man with dark-green hair. He wore expensive clothes and his eyes were closed.

"Thank you," Asia said.

"That was nuts," Saji said as he and Tsubasa looked at Zephrydor's unconscious body in shock.

"No surprise from the next Bael family head. No shock though. He is my cousin, after all," Rias said with a small smirk, watching the scene.

Sairaorg then turned his head to look at Kenny, noticing the Sword, and walked up to him with a smirk. "I was kinda hoping that I'd get a chance to meet you in person," he said, stopping a few feet in front of Kenny. Kenny gave him his full attention, wondering why he was interested in him. "So, you're the famous Red Dragon Samurai, huh?"

"Wait, you know about me?" Kenny asked with wide eyes. But then he scratched the back of his head. "But then again, I'm kinda made a name for myself when crashing Riser's party."

The Agares heiress looked at Kenny with a raised eyebrow. "So that's him," she asked as Rias and Sona stepped beside her. "Your boyfriend?"

"That's right, Seekvaira," Rias said with a proud smile. Staring at Kenny as he sheathed the Sword back in his scabbard. "He's the Red Dragon Samurai."

"I see that training with Tannin has made you even stronger. I must admit that I'm impressed. There's a friendly piece of advice. If you're planning to save the world, then it takes guts to be number one," Sairaorg said before turning and walked away, leaving Kenny standing there for a moment watching him with a slight frown.

Afterward, the group split up to enjoy the party in their own way. The Phoenix Maids were when they had spotted the other members of Riser's peerage. But there was no Riser to be seen. Both groups of women were extremely hesitant to talk to one another, after how bad the maids' parting was. However, Yubelluna sucked in a breath of air and approached Riser's servants. Then the others followed her.

Kenny was watching from where he was all alone and saw the girls talk to each other and then laughing. That's was good to see, knowing that they were all still friends.

"Umm...Hey, Red Dragon Samurai, it's been a while." said a familiar voice that annoyed him. Kenny turned around and was met with the sight of Ravel Phoenix. No longer wearing pink, Ravel's outfit consisted of a light purple dress with dark purple accents and a blue bow at the front. At the back, there were three feather-like extensions mimicking a bird's tail protruding from the dress.

Kenny stared at her for a moment, admitting that she looked really cute in the outfit. "Oh, you're Riser's little sister."

Ravel fumed and stomped her foot. "That's Ravel Phoenix to you, mister," she pouted cutely, before looking away with a blush. "This is why I hate speaking with inferior Devils."

"Still have an attitude, I see," Kenny said with a roll of his eyes. "So how's the pile of ashes himself doing. You know, after I uh...made a hole in his stomach?"

"His wounds have healed, but he's been depressed since the fight, but I guess maybe he shouldn't have acted like he was hot stuff to begin with or whatever. Well, you know what they about pride and falls," Ravel said, still looking away from Kenny.

"I may hate the guy, but aren't you being a little hard on him? Especially for being his sister and his Bishop," Kenny said with a raised eyebrow.

"When he lost, I was removed from serving my brother, much like your..." Ravel looked at where the Phoenix Maids were chanting with their old comrades and having a laugh. Looking at their sexy outfits. "...maids, I was placed in my mom's house. Since she never enters games, I can do where I want since I'm a free Bishop now." Ravel said with a relieved tone. "I still can't believe he did that to them."

Kenny was surprised that servants can actually have an option to be on their own. "Well, I'm happy to let you know that those four are in good hands," he said with a smile. "They're really happy with me and I made sure to treat them equally and fairly."

"As I would expect from a member from the Gremory household," she said before coughing in her fist and reached her. "Anyway, I would like to offer you this as thanks for taking care of them and as a token of friendship."

The object she was handing him was a long black capsule looking object.

Kenny blinked in confusion, taking the capsule. "I don't even know what this is."

Ravel turned to him with a pouted with her fists on her hips. "You're an idiot! That is normally a gift for a high-ranking Devil. You, who thinks he's the Red Dragon Emperor, are an inferior Devil at best. You should graciously accept the offer."

"With that attitude, I'd be grateful to not break this thing just to spit you," Kenny retorted with a frown. He sighed and pocketed the capsule. "Look, why don't we start over. I'd rather be called Kenny, just like everyone else does."

Ravel coughed into her hand again. "Very well, then I will give you the honor of being called Lord Kenny for now on. Sounds good?"

"Not even close.

"Now that's out of the way, let me make you an offer you can't refuse. How about the next time we meet, I give you a mouthful of my tea?" she offered.

Kenny blinked with a confused expression on his face.

"Umm...what I meant was..." Ravel turned away from him again, looking even more embarrassed. Pushing her index fingers together. "Lately I've been making my own cakes and they go great with tea. Maybe next time you can try them. I mean not now! I have to greet the other guest! Bye!" She finished quickly and rushed away from him.

Kenny sighed and put his fists on his hips. That girl was just as confusing as Xenovia. Just like with Sona, Tsubasa, Yubelluna, and some other girls in his life, he knew that Ravel had a crush on him just by their interaction. He was attracted to her, as she was like Serafall. She was cute and had a sexy body, even for her age.

Kenny shook his head to clear it and looked around. He then heard some footsteps and looked to see Koneko running out of the room. Looking alert and in a hurry. "Koneko, wait!" Kenny chased after the young girl as his instincts were telling him that something was wrong.

Only one other person heard him.

Koneko ran into one of the elevators. Kenny turned the corner just when the doors. "Damnit!" Kenny hissed and ran up to the door she went into. She was going down, but he didn't know what floor. Kenny goes into the elevator and pressed the down button. Going towards the first floor.

However, before the doors closed, Rias ran straight into the elevator.

"Babe, what're you doing?" Kenny asked.

"I saw you freak out and I wanted to check on you." Rias looked concern.

"Koneko bolted out of the room all of a sudden, so I went after her," Kenny said. "Something's wrong, Rias. I can feel it."

"We can look for her together and leave the others here. I don't want to make a scene if we don't have to."

When the two stepped out of the elevator, Kenny summoned his wolf familiar, Aoimoku. The white wolf barked, awaiting orders. When Kenny told him to find Koneko's scent, Aoimoku took a few sniffs of the ground where her footsteps were imprinted into the ground.

After getting the scent, he turned to Kenny. Giving him a look that told Kenny he got the scent. Aoimoku then ran in the direction Koneko went off, leading the couple to the young girl. "Let's go!" Kenny said.

Koneko was running as fast as she could. She was following the scent that she picked up at the party. Normally, she'd tell Rias and the others that someone dangerous was here, but this was different. This was no normal presence."

When she stopped in front of a large tree after entering into an opening. That's when the voice of the person she never wanted to see again said, "We'll it's certainly been a hot minute."

"Totally called it," Koneko said, glaring up at the person.

It was Kuroka.

"Hell, Shirone."

"...Hello, again Kuroka," Koneko said to Kuroka...

Episode XXVII

"The Nekomata"

Narrator: "On the next episode of The Red Dragon Samurai…."

Rias: "This isn't like Koneko!"

Ra: "Odin, it's been too long

Kuroka: "Oh please, I understand Shirone's power

I would have up the "When Your Middle Name is Danger" song at the end, but decided not to. Can you blame me? It's an awesome song to build drama and then end the chapter.

FINALLY! Finally got this motherfucking chapter complete and we can get to the good shit!

First off, let me just say that I'm really sorry for this late post. It was not my intent to take this long, but things sort of kept me from completing it. Writer's block, school, really important tests, really wanting to work on my other stories, and then getting caught in a rainstorm that damaged my laptop. So I'm happy to get this Episode out.

This was a relative boring episode, with not a lot of stacks like in Season 2. In fact, DxD Born was a really laid back season with only a few fights going on compared to DxD New.

What's Kenny supposed to do with no one to fight? Have sex? This is still a Samurai Jack crossover, people.

I've seen Primal and it was FUCKING AWESOME! Seriously, if you have any respect for cartoons in general and wanted a show for adults that wasn't all risky jokes, sex, and mind fuckery, and want something that shows how mature cartoons can really be, you really need to watch Primal. And if you've seen the show, please tell me what you think.

I'm going to do one more chapter for this story, and then move on to the next story. Given that I'll only need to do three more chapters before their first seasons I'll move onto either "Become ONE" or "Weirder Things." Actually, because I'm almost done with the next chapter, I might do "The Living Dead", finish season 1 of it, and then put it on Hiatus until I decide to do more from the manga or if we'll ever get season 2.

Also, a new poll is up for your favorite 3 OCs. I mainly do this for funsies, but it also helps me figure out which story is doing go and which isn't.
