Usachi
Author Notes: Well we're back in action folks! It's been a bit of a break-and lucky for me we're not doing ronpandangan...again. Phew. Instead we're due for some good ole shadow pokemon~ With our favorite Ultimate breeder.
Speaking of I read the latest review from Mangareader13 and i absolutely agree with that statement...though it's highly unlikely i'll ever type such a series for two big reasons. 1st- Those series are very very long, way longer then the pokemon shadow series.
It would take ages for me to do it since about 2 chapters=1 playthrough episode. I'd never get it done. 2nd- i don't have too much experience with them so i couldn't really do it justice.
Still royally appreciate the review. Even though i may not always address them in the author notes or use those games-i do read and appreciate every message i get when it comes to game recommendations. Anyhoo. Let's get this party started I do not own Danganronpa
3rd P.O.V
Warning...this game though is safe for all ages it is going to be joined by a friend who is very weird and likely to swear. Again swears will be bleeped out and though the individual mentioned is not a bad person...he comes off as evil and scary.
We recommend that you at least be age thirteen+ or get parent's permission before watching this video. Please do not continue further or send angry comments. We don't want to read it.
Regardless of views this gameplay is going to be one of the few ongoing series, but we will continue placing warnings at the start of each video. Thank you.
*Cute little chime begins to play*
Usachi-usausa usachi. We love to play- you and me~
Usachi Usachi. Here we are 1-2-3.
Usa-us-us-usachi What game to play?
We shall see~
When the camera turns on, Hajime sneezes, looking absolutely awful as he blows his nose. "Hajime seriously you don't have to stay here for today's playthrough..." Bloodshot red eyes, dark circles, pale, clammy skin.
All signs to a poor overworked student struggling with a bad cold. "There's no way I'm leaving you two and Gundam alone." Though he trusted Chihiro with editing, past experiences showed it was better to have a babysitter present.
"We don't need to do a gameplay then. Hajime you just got out of the hospital." His face scrunched up, stubborn to stay even if he felt miserable. "No. I've held off the gameplay enough as it is. It's not like i'm doing anything but laying in a beanbag anyways. Now address your viewers Chaiki."
The pink haired gamer pouts before turning to the screen. "Hey guys, thanks for joining us for today's playthrough. I know it's been awhile but with school and Hajime being sick we had to hold things off. But we're back with Gundam coming for another session of Pokemon Coliseum." The door slams open.
Right on cue, the familiar purple scarf fluttered as he stepped forth. Startling everyone but of course the sick teen who was either too tired, or was used to his dark friend's theatrics. "I have returned lowly mortals!" Chihiro sighed, holding a hand over her heart as she calmed down.
"Hello! Welcome back Gundam-oh what's all that stuff?" Kicking the door closed with his boot, the Almighty, Powerful Tyrant approaches the trio. "I come bearing get well gifts from my Shadow Queen." He kneels in front of Hajime, wrapping a pale blue scarf around the sneezing boy.
Before giving him a cup of Sonia's rose mint tea all while the Four Dark Devas of Destruction hop all around the poor poor teen. Giving him soft nuzzles and cuddles as a means of pet therapy. "Uh...thanks And tell Sonia I said thanks as well. Back to the game then?"
If Hajime wasn't flushed before, he certainly was now in embarrassment. "Thanks for coming back Gundam." Now properly settled, Chiaki hands over the controller to their wonderful dark lord~
"Last time we left off on we had met our new sidekick! But uh...where do we go? It's been so long I forgot." It wasn't a surprise. When they ended their last session, Hajime had to stress that the mechanics in this game was different than most pokemon games.
Just the fact that you play was what seems to be a villain or bad guy was already far off the norm. But the lack of saving whenever she wished was probably the hardest for her to get used to. Only certain areas had a red pc device that acted as a save spot.
Words couldn't describe how glad Chiaki was when Hajime mentioned it ahead of time, already looking up the save locations to make it easier on deciding the video's pace. "Let's just explore the town and see what happens. Usually you can enter people's homes and find items or even battle."
She could've easily imagined herself not thinking about it and shut the game-losing all of that precious data...Nothing was worse than having to replay something over due to lost progress. Especially when people online told her that this game could be extremely difficult if she wasn't careful.
"Very well-I shall invade and conquer the pathetic trainers. I am eager to confront the shadow pokemon and add them to my-what was the term you called it? 'Party?" Chihiro giggled as she grabbed her laptop.
Settling it on her knees, immediately prepared for when they get stuck. "Looks like the levels are right around yours which is good. But I still find it strange how your in your level 20s in this game." Hajime blows his nose, scrunching up his face as he tries inhaling.
"Well in the regular pokemon games you play as a newbie trainer getting a pokemon for the first time-around level 5. The fact that the game starts up with you being some sort of bad guy blowing a place up, well it makes sense that the pokemon level is cranked up a bit." He could only shrug.
He wasn't a game creator. But he could see the logic behind it. Chiaki hums as Gundam starts buying supplies from the little store. "It's still low level too. I think twenties to thirties is what gym 3? 4? I'm more curious as to what level the shadow pokemon are going to be, this is supposed to be a harder game."
Hajime hummed as he took a tentative sip of his tea, feeling more relaxed than he's been in weeks. "From what I remember when I was first checking the game out-the shadow pokemon are mechanically different. Like they stay at one level so long as they're in shadow form." It was hard to explain.
And with it being so long ago, it was highly likely that he was forgetting the details. "Really? That's interesting, but what about exp?" Maybe instead of it being called a spin off it should be called hardcore.
Chihiro wasn't sure how on earth they'd be able to progress if their team didn't level along with everything else. Fortunately Hajime googled up and was ready for most of the questions being flung around.
He could answer even if he didn't really understand it. "It's a bit confusing. I guess once you capture a pokemon it'll have a gauge that will lower over time. After a certain point, your pokemon will be storing exp so that when you purify it, it will multi level at once."
The Dark Lord didn't sound too thrilled at the idea of purifying his ideal creatures of the night. Holding the controller close to his chest as if he was protecting it from his friends. "How DO you purify it though?" Despite his thoughts on the matter, Gundam continues searching for items while his fellow male shrugs.
Not in the mood to spoil too much more. Leaving Chiaki to huff as she holds her pillow to her chest. "I guess we won't really know until we actually run into it." It would still be a bit of time before anything ground breaking happens.
As Gundam invades every house, and speaks to the npcs scattered throughout the lowers parts of Phenac. Nothing really note worthy, up until he runs into a man with long white hair, dressed in all purple.
"I think we found your cousin Gundam." The look Hajime received was full of disdain that canceled any silly snickerings. "Do you not recall the angel of death who sired me? This demon far more resembles her wicked characteristics than that of my cousin." A shudder goes through the scarf wearing student.
His complexion going paler than it already was. "Truly even after all this time she still finds some way to make her presence known. To haunt my being." Chiaki furrows her brows. "Angel of death?" It...was really hard to understand him.
But that was what Sonia and Hajime were for. "He's talking about his mom-which...actually looks a lot like her now that I think about it." Information to store for another day. "Think he's a bad guy?" This nameless character had all the defining tropes.
A distinct/ominous appearance and vague foreshadowing of a future battle. "It's as cliché as it comes." Chiaki snorts at that as she opens up a can of soda. "He also showed up in front of the place where we need to go. I'd be more surprised if he's not a bad guy."
They had just started the game, but, all the signs were there. "Or this mayor guy being the villain. Oh-his hair!" All of them got a kick when first laying their eyes on Mayor Es Cade. Big, gray puffy buns to go along with a bushy mustache and the round physique.
Granted all the models were kinda off with the fact that this game was made around gen three, but it was still silly. "How the hell did this guy get to be the mayor?" It was somewhat painful to read the dialogue.
"Do you think he'll be able to do anything? He seems like a pushover." His appearance really wasn't important. "He said we can check out the stadium in town. Instead of gyms, you battle in tournaments against a bunch of trainers to win money and tms."
Immediately Gundam listens to Chihiro, making his way to the upper levels of the city. "Ohhh this is so pretty." Despite being an old game, the Phenac pokemon Stadium was breathtaking. "Imagine if they do a remake of this~" If only.
Maybe one day. "So I should speak with that mortal there? Then I shall enter this...competition and take claim of my title as ruler of this new world!" The theater student was smirking at the prospect of putting his newfound pokemon knowledge to good use.
That excitement lasted for about ten seconds. "WHAT!?" Only to be extremely disappointed when the NPC told him he couldn't participate. "Hey hey, Hajime! Can we actually do this one?" Sniffing, the boy in question leans over at the walkthrough Chihiro pulled up.
It only took a moment to do a quick scan of the info. "In general yes, but right now no." Both Chiaki and Gundam sulk, the latter leaving the way he came. And it didn't take long for them to realize why they couldn't do the stadium.
Because the moment their characters make their way out they get ambushed. "Looks like our friends from the opening found us." Gundam huffs, eyeing their dreadful attire. "Fools think they can challenge me? They shall feel the fires of he-!"
He stopped himself just in time, coughing to cover up his blunder. Hajime couldn't stop himself from chuckling, amused. He was so glad that his friend remembered to watch his language. "Nice save Gundam. Time to brush up on those trainer tips Chiaki gave you."
to be continued
Author Notes: Well that's it for the first part, a nice chapter on the longer side much to my surprise. We'll see how long it takes to get to the second part, but with my crazy schedule phew-no promises on when. But again, that is it for now.
Everyone thank you so much for reading this series. If you like please feel free to fav/follow/review as it always makes my day to read your comments. I appreciate all the support my stories get. I'll see you all next time. Tchao for now.
