I just had, it after hearing Taylor Swift announcing her next recording. I wrote this short story of Lara and Kurtis.

Lara Croft and Kurtis Trent had been working together for years, traveling the world and exploring ancient ruins. They were a formidable team, both skilled in their own ways and always able to rely on each other in the most dangerous of situations.
Despite their close working relationship, Lara had always felt a spark of something more between them. She had always been drawn to Kurtis' rugged charm and mysterious demeanor, and she often wondered what it would be like to take their relationship to the next level.
One day, as they explored a hidden temple in the heart of the Amazon, Lara found herself lost in thought as she listened to the sounds of the jungle outside. It was then that she realized she couldn't keep her feelings hidden any longer. She had to tell Kurtis how she felt.
As she approached him, the familiar chords of Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" began to play in her mind. Taking a deep breath, she looked Kurtis in the eye and spoke from her heart.
"Kurtis, I know we've been working together for a long time, and we've been through so much together. But there's something I need to say to you. I've been holding these feelings inside for so long, and I just can't keep them hidden anymore."
Kurtis looked at her with a mixture of surprise and curiosity, clearly taken aback by Lara's sudden confession.
"What is it, Lara? What do you need to tell me?"
With a deep breath, Lara launched into her confession, pouring her heart out to Kurtis as the melody of "Speak Now" played in her mind.
"I've always felt a connection between us, something deeper than just friendship. We have a dangerous job, and there's never a good time to talk about these things. But I can't help the way I feel. I think about you all the time, and I just had to tell you how I feel."
For a moment, there was silence as Kurtis processed Lara's words. Then, with a smile, he took her hand and pulled her close.
"Lara, you don't have to say anything more. I feel the same way. I've always felt a connection between us too, but I never knew how to tell you. I've been waiting for the right moment, and it seems like it's finally here."
With those words, Lara and Kurtis shared a tender embrace, their hearts racing as they realized they had finally found what they had been looking for all along. As "Speak Now" continued to play in the background, they knew that their adventure was just beginning, and they couldn't wait to see where their new relationship would take them.
