Author's Note: I'm very sorry this update was late. There was an unavoidable delay due to my job and other matters. I don't have as much spare time as I did last year. Anyway, it's been a little over a year since I first published this story so, happy anniversary to me!

This adaptation viewing takes place just before "Dead End" begins in Volume 6.

Read and enjoy. And any mistakes I make, let me know so I can fix them quickly.

Review Responses

MarioCatjr- Read on and you'll find out. I hope you like my decision.

bumblebeeash19- I couldn't agree more. Little Adrien would have been scared out of his mind.

JC of the Corn- Adrien would have screamed like a banshee and cried his eyes out the entire scene. Maybe even wet himself. No kid should have to go through that kind of experience. Terra and Saphron would have been pissed if Gold-Sith allowed such a thing.

Temna Saotome: No need to worry about that. I already backed up all my chapters weeks ago, so I'm good to go.

BlackRaptor1- I'm happy you stumbled onto my story and are enjoying it so far.

Komod0-Sensei- I couldn't have said it better myself. Whoever drew Judge Doom must have been as psychopathic as he was. Hopefully he/she will never draw a toon again.

MrGooolyTwoShoes- You disapprove of my fanfiction but are fine with calling me the n-word? Smh. I'm white, by the way, you stupid troll.

Guest, Mar 24: You may have a point, but I believe it's natural for the heroes to cheer when the villains get their just desserts. But I suppose I overdid it, and I could downplay it in partial rewrites of past chapters.

It was late morning at the Argus theater. The usual moviegoers all filed into Gold-Sith's theater, minus Winter, Glynda, Terra, and Adrien.

There were a few familiar faces from past Vale viewings that had already been teleported to the theater. Coco Adel and Velvet Scarlatina were chatting with Neptune Vasilias and Sun Wukong. The past viewers of Gold-Sith's viewings turned to greet the others with welcoming smiles. Gold-Siths' figure shimmered on the screen as he awaited the other audience members.

"It's great to see you guys again," Neptune said, having missed his old friends from Beacon.

"Velvet and I really missed Gold-Sith's flicks, so we decided to drop by for some downtime," Coco said while clapping her partner on the back, who nodded in agreement.

Blake smiled back then recoiled slightly at the sight of Ilia Amitola grabbing a soda from the snack table. The chameleon Faunus reacted similarly when she noticed Blake before approaching her old friend with a warm smile. Ghira and Kali both looked happy that Ilia had decided to attend the viewing.

"I received Gold-Sith's movie invitation in the mail this afternoon. I figured a little time off couldn't hurt," Ilia explained, having been told about the interdimensional being by Blake and Sun (1).

Blake nodded to her old friend. "It's good to see your doing well," she said.

"I figured you'd be relieved to see her," Gold-Sith said. "And I had a feeling CVFY and SSSN would be eager to view the multiverse once more."

"We wouldn't miss it for the world," Sun agreed with Gold-Sith.

"Well, hopefully this viewing won't last too long. We still need to reach Atlas," Weiss reminded her teammates.

"No need to worry, Ms. Schnee. This viewing will be over by the afternoon," Gold-Sith assured the former heiress.

With that, everybody gathered their snacks and beverages and sat down. The overhead lights dimmed, and the screen changed to the feature presentation.

The film faded into a lush rainforest with high jutting hills half-hidden by thick mist in the background.

A monkey Faunus dressed in a brown leather flight jacket, a brown fedora, and beige army-style trousers stepped into view, his back to the camera. He was heading towards the hills. A bullwhip hung loosely from his belt within easy reach.

Everyone expected the protagonist to be Sun, judging from the tail and blonde hair peaking from the back of his fedora.

"Is that you, Sun?" Neptune asked, instantly recognized the familiar signs.

"It looks like it," Sun replied, even though he knew there were other monkey faunus on Remnant it could have been.

"That outfit is awesome!" Coco beamed, especially admiring the leather jacket. (1)

Trailing behind the leader were the two Albain brothers, Fennec and Corsac dressed in tropical outfits.

"Come on! Move it!" Corsac beckoned a group of porters wrangling pack mules on leashes.

Ghira and Kali both glared at the Albain brothers who had attacked them in their home back on Menagerie.

"It's those two scoundrels again," Ghira snarled, while Kali nodded in agreement.

The title "Raiders of the Lost Ark" appeared on screen in hollow, white text.

"That sounds pretty badass," Yang commented, expecting another action flick.

Ruby tilted her head "Raiders? As in treasure hunters?" she assumed.

"But what is this Ark mentioned in the title?" Oscar wondered aloud.

"You'll find out later," Gold-Sith answered.

The expedition cautiously trekked through the dense underbrush as kookaburras chattered above them (1). Soon, the foliage became so thick, the porters were forced to tie up their mules before pressing deeper into the jungle, growing increasingly nervous.

One porter hacked away at some leaves, revealing a frightful, stone statue hidden beneath. A flock of birds emerged from its mouth, sending the porter screaming and fleeing in terror.

"It looks as though their exploring the ruins of a dead civilization," Ren presumed at the sight of the ancient statue.

The fedora wearing leader, however, bravely continued. He stopped to examine the stature before moving on with Fennec and Corsac exchanging uncertain glances before following. With the porters having tucked tail and run, there were only three left in the group.

"He's got a lot of guts just marching into the jungle like that," Qrow noted in admiration of Sun Wukongs courage.

"He must be an experienced explorer then," Jaune guessed while munching on a handful of popcorn.

"But where are they? And what are they searching for?" Weiss questioned.

"They're probably in Menagerie from the looks of it," Blake assumed, referring to the tropical terrain. "And they could be searching for the Ark mentioned in the title."

The trio pressed on until Fennec and Corsac stopped dead in their tracks as they spotted something protruding from a tree. The leader approached the tree and plucked out what appeared to be a poisonous dart. He examined it for a moment before dropping it.

Corsac and Fennec rushed over to examine the discarded dart. "The Hovitos are near," Fennec whispered nervously.

"Who are the Hovitos?" Kali asked curiously, feeling a bad hunch at the sight of the poison dart.

"A primitive tribe of Faunus who are native to the deep jungles of Menagerie. In this universe, the continent is much more tropical than that of your own universe," Gold-Sith informed.(2)

"So, you were right then, Blake," Yang confirmed her partner's guess.

Fennec tasted the poison on the dart before spitting it out. "The poison is still fresh. Three days. They're following us," he informed Corsac.

Corsac took the dart. "If they knew we were here, they would have killed us already," he retorted darkly as he dropped it.

A wave of apprehension flooded the audience as they realized what kind of danger the protagonist and his two companions were in.

"Well, that's ominous," Jaune said simply as he now realized the Hovitos didn't take kindly to trespassers.

"I guess the civilization isn't so dead after all," Maria commented, disproving Ren's theory.

The two Faunus continued trailing the leader through the misty jungle.

The trio arrived at a clearing split by a river. The leader, still viewed from the back, held out his hand. Fennec handed him two halves of an old, torn treasure map to examine.

From behind, Corsac reached for a revolver and cocked it while aiming it at the distracted leaders back.

"Look out, bro!" Neptune shouted as he pointed at the screen, whether or not it was Sun.

"But why shoot him?" Ruby asked.

"Corsac probably figures he's close enough to whatever they're after that he doesn't need Sun anymore," Kali deducted.

But the wary leader heard the sound. With lightning reflex and speed, the leader uncoiled his bullwhip and struck Corsac's hand. The revolver was sent falling the river where it discharged harmlessly.

Now disarmed, Corsac fled into the jungle as the monkey faunus stepped out of the shadows, revealing himself to be Sun Wukong in his late thirties and sporting stubble on his face. (3)

Blake cleared her throat nervously blushed slightly as she found herself ogling Sun's older rugged counterpart, much to Ghira's disapproval.

"So, it is me," Sun said, scratching his chin in intrigue towards his counterpart.

"You've aged well, Bro," Neptune complimented.

"I'll say," Coco said in a sultry tone while Yang and Velvet nodded in agreement, equally attracted to Sun's counterpart.

Fennec eyed Sun with amazement at how swiftly he dispatched Corsac. The two faunus moved uphill and stopped at the cavernous entrance to a temple. Sun knelt and began to fill a small cloth drawstring pouch with sand.

"This is it. This is where Oobleck cashed in," Sun informed Fennec.

"A friend of yours?" Fennec asked.

"A competitor. He was good. He was very, very good," Sun answered.

"I hope he's all right," Ozpin said worriedly for his colleague back at Beacon, prompting a nod from Oscar.

"I wonder what kind of treasure they're after," Ilia said.

"I'll bet it's something big, like a whole room filled with gold," Nora said excitedly.

"But what's the sandbag for?" Jaune asked aloud.

Fennec clasped Sun's shoulder. "Sir, nobody's come out alive. Please," he warned.

Undaunted, Sun removed Fennec's backpack and pulled out a torch.

"That's not stopping him," Taiyang noted, admiring Sun's reckless courage.

The two Faunus cautiously entered the temple. Sun led the way while Fennec followed with a flaming torch in hand, the fire only scarcely lighting the way through the dark, circular corridor that was covered with thick spiderwebs.

The gloomy and frightening corridor had the audience on edge. The abundance of spiderwebs certainly didn't help. Ruby and Nora, who weren't fond of arachnids, shivered slightly.

"I really hope there's no giant spiders," Ruby whispered fearfully.

Nora shuddered. "Don't even put that picture in my head," she pleaded.

The duo made a turn that led into a cavernous part with dripping moss hanging overhead.

Suddenly, Fennec stopped, his eyes widening. "Mr. Wukong," he whispered.

Sun stopped and noticed that there were three deadly tarantulas on the back of his jacket.

"Eek!" Ruby and Nora squeaked with fright while Yang and Ren respectively comforted them by placing hands on their shoulders.

"Not giant, but that's still creepy as hell," Taiyang said with a frown.

"You can say that again," Saprhon said nervously.

With surprising calmness, Sun brushed the spiders off with his bullwhip. He then urged Fennec to turn around for an inspection. Fennec did so, revealing dozens of tarantulas on his back. Sun carefully brushed the tarantulas off with his bullwhip and they skittered away.

Everyone was disturbed by the sight of so many tarantulas on Fennec's back.

"Oh, my Oum!" Nora whispered as she clasped Ren's arm.

"I would have passed out right then and there," Ruby declared as she cringed at the screen.

"Me too," Weiss shared her partner's sentiments.

The two slowly pressed on until they reached a tunnel section with a beam of sunlight poking in from outside.

"Stop. Stay out of the light," Sun warned, halting Fennec.

Sun instinctively sensed a trap. He crawled under the ray of sunshine to the other side and placed his hand over the light.

This triggered off a primitive, but cunning booby-trap. With a sharp vicious noise, two large, spiked fences sprang from both sides of the tunnel. Impaled on the spikes were the half-skeletal remains of a man dressed in an explorer's outfit.

Fennec cried out in terror, placing his hand over his mouth at the grisly sight.

Gasps of shock and horror filled the theater at the sight of Oobleck's decomposing remains.

"Dr. Oobleck…" Velvet murmured with grief for her former professor.

"He didn't deserve that," Ruby added sadly.

"A booby trap set off by sunlight. How the hell did they manage that?" Qrow asked in befuddlement.

Sun quickly identified the victim. "Oobleck," he lamented.

"Wow…he's awfully blasé about seeing a rotting corpse," Saphron noted.

"If Blake is correct, he must be accustomed to seeing skeletal remains in tombs and such," Weiss presumed.

Next, the duo came upon a bottomless pit. With the help of his bullwhip, Sun swung over to the other side from an overhanging branch. When Fennec swung over, he nearly fell back into the hole when the branch anchoring the whip started to collapse but Sun caught him just in time.

Leaving the bullwhip at the pit for the way back, Sun and Fennec turned another corner, and entered a large dome-shaped room. On the opposite side was a room was a stone altar. And sitting atop it was the object of Sun's mission: a golden, six-inch, figurine with a fierce facial expression. Sun nodded in acknowledgement of his find.

There were hums and nods of admiration for the idol's golden eminence while others were mildly disturbed by its frightful appearance.

"There it is," Sun said, admiring his counterparts find.

"It looks like a religious artifact representing the Hovito's deity," Ozpin noted internally as he examined the appearance of the idol.

Nora looked a bit disappointed. "That's it? Kind of small, isn't it?" she observed.

"Even so, an object that size made of solid gold could be worth hundreds of thousands of lien," Weiss informed. (6)

"We must hurry! There is nothing to fear here," Fennec claimed as he recklessly started for the idol.

But Sun stopped Fennec and shoved him against a wall. "That's what worries me," he said.

Sun picked up a discarded torch and knelt to examine distinctive pattern of tiles laid out on the chamber floor.

With one end of the torch, Sun tapped one of the loose tiles, causing it to sink into the floor. Next, with a sharp zipping sound, a poisonous dart shot out a hole in the wall and embedded itself into the shaft of the torch, barely missing Sun's face.

Many audience members jumped at the sharp sound of the dart firing and hitting the torch. Sun became nervous for his counterpart, as did Blake and Neptune.

"Whoever set up those booby traps was very clever," Ghira noted, realizing that getting that idol wasn't going to be easy.

"They'd have to be. It looks like a religious artifact to me," Kali reasoned after studying the idols appearance.

Sun then noticed that the walls were honeycombed with dozens of dart holes.

"Stay here," Sun instructed Fennec.

Fennec smiled nervously. "If you insist, sir," he agreed.

Sun carefully navigated across the room, deliberately avoiding the dark tiles.

Fennec sucked in a sharp breath through his teeth as Sun nearly lost his balance and fell.

The audience became rigid as the scene dragged on, knowing one wrong move would mean certain death for Sun. Neptune and Sun himself were especially tense.

Finally, Sun reached the altar where the idol sat undisturbed. He examined his prize, rubbing his chin in thought. He then removed the small, sand-filled bag from his jacket. He reached in and took out a handful of sand.

"So that's what the bag is for," Weiss realized. "He's trying to estimate the weight of the idol so he can switch their places without setting off a booby trap."

"Impossible to tell. If it's solid gold, it'll be much heavier. But if its only gold plated, it might work," Maria said.

"So, it's a shot in the dark," Coco concluded.

Concentrating, Sun twitched his fingers on his left hand while holding the sandbag in his right.

Fennec watched tensely, also twitching his fingers.

Then Sun smoothly replaced the idol with the sandbag… and nothing happened.

Fennec chuckled in relief.

Everyone sighed with relief that Sun had apparently succeeded in obtaining the idol without setting off another booby trap.

"Good job, partner," Neptune complimented Sun, who smiled with pride.

Believing he'd triumphed, Sun turned to leave… and then the pedestal beneath the sandbag sank into the altar.

Just like that, the audience's assurance turned to wide-eyed apprehension as they realized Sun had miscalculated the weight of the idol.

"Uh oh," Ruby muttered.

"I spoke too soon," Neptune said meekly.

"Quick. Get out of there!" Blake shouted, knowing something bad was going to happen.

Fennec's smile vanished as the room began to shake as if an earthquake had hit the temple. Loose rocks fell from the ceiling and walls.

Sun made a mad dash back across the room, narrowly dodging a flurry of darts as he stepped on the dark tiles.

Fennec had already raced ahead and swung across the chasm by the time Sun arrived with the idol in his hands. The overhead branch shifted again, and the whip came loose as Fennec reached the other side, sending him falling to the floor.

"Give me the whip," Sun requested.

Fennec held out his hand. "Throw me the idol."

Suddenly, a thick stone door began to close behind Fennec, threatening to seal both Faunus inside the temple.

"No time to argue," Fennec reasoned. "Throw me the idol. I throw you the whip."

"What? No way!" Sun protested.

"Don't do it," Qrow warned, expecting betrayal from Fennec.

"He shouldn't trust him after what his partner pulled off earlier," Taiyang added in agreement with Qrow.

Sun complied and tossed the idol to Fennec. "Give me the whip," he repeated.

But Fennec just smiled. "Goodbye, sir," he said smugly as he dropped the whip down and took off.

Neptune clenched his fists. "That bastard!" he hissed while Sun facepalmed towards his counterpart's foolishness.

"I knew he'd do that," Ghira sighed while shaking his head.

"Me too," Kali seconded her husband's notion.

Desperate, Sun ran full speed and leaped across the pit, but he landed short and hung perilously from the edge while clinging by his fingers. He clawed and pulled himself up with a stray vine that nearly came loose, dropping him into the hole.

Just in the nick of time, Sun made it under the closing concrete door after reaching back for his bullwhip.

"Maybe he can stop Fennec and get the idol back," Ilia said hopefully.

Sun heard more rumbling noises as he started back towards the temple entrance. He turned a corner and came face to face with a dead Fennec. The Faunus had been impaled and killed by the lethal spike trap protruding from the wall, just as Oobleck was.

"Oooooh! That's a nasty way to go," Saphron winced, noticing one of the spikes had impaled Fennec's forehead.

"He forgot about the booby trap from earlier," Jaune pointed out.

"Saves Sun the trouble of getting the idol back by force," Ghira said pitilessly, still not fond of Fennec after he tried to kill him and his wife in their own home.

The golden idol lay at Fennec's feet, which Sun promptly picked up. "Goodbye, Fennec," Sun he before continuing his flight from the temple.

As Sun entered the next corridor, he heard the rumbling sound again. He looked up and his jaw dropped. A smooth, round boulder the size of a car was rolling down a ramp built above the tunnel he just exited.

"Oh my Oum!" Velvet said, terrified at the thought of being squashed like a bug by a boulder.

"Holy crap!" Coco exclaimed.

"Oh, you've gotta be kidding me!" Sun yelled in exasperation from so many booby traps.

"Run for it, bro!" Neptune shouted in concern for his partner.

Sun broke into a sprint as the giant rock rumbled after him, barely outrunning it. It was perfectly sized to fit the passageway he fled down.

Reaching the entrance, Sun leaped to safety out of the temple, just as the giant rock slammed into the mouth of the cave, sealing it shut.

Sun, Neptune, and Blake and exhaled in relief that Sun had narrowly evaded death.

"Good thing he made it out. Even if he could have jumped out of the boulder's path, it would have sealed him inside the cave," Jaune pointed out.

"Nicely done. You're really on a roll, Sun," Yang joked, eliciting groans from everyone but Taiyang.

Sun tumbled down the hill and looked up just in time to find himself surrounded a group of Hovito Faunus natives in warpaint and loincloths. They were all armed with spears, bows, and blowguns aimed at him. Standing among them was the treacherous Corsac, fell face forward, dead, his entire back riddled with darts.

"Out of the frying pan and into the fire," Coco said glumly.

"Well…maybe if he gives them the idol, they'll let him go," Oscar suggested tentatively.

"I don't think that'll be enough to placate them," Ozpin doubted, knowing the Hovitos would view Sun's acquisition of the idol as a religious affront.

From the crowd of natives emerged a woman dressed in a beige safari blouse, skirt, and brown leather boots. She had short black hair and amber colored eyes.

"Dr. Wukong," Dr. Cinder Fall purred, extending her hand. "Again, we see there is nothing you can possess which I cannot take away."

Everyone bristled hatefully at Cinder Fall's counterpart onscreen. Jaune and Ruby even growled lightly. The fact she was about to steal Sun's hard-earned prize only exacerbated their anger. Internally, Ozpin narrowed his eyes as the evil Fall Maiden as he was reminded of Salem's machinations.

"What's the deal? The Hovitos are working for her?!" Yang shouted indignantly.

"How did she pull that off?" Ghira questioned, surprised the Hovitos would trust a stranger so quickly.

"And you thought I had given up," Cinder said.

Sun slowly unholstered his revolver, but the Hovitos noticed and edged closer with their weapons taught. Outmatched, Sun reluctantly handed his gun to Cinder.

"You chose the wrong friends. This time it will cost you," Cinder said, extending her hand again.

Sun removed the Idol from his coat and relinquished it to Cinder.

"I went through all that work for nothing," Sun groaned as he lowered his head.

"So, Cinder is a rival treasure hunter," Maria deducted.

"Too bad the Hovitos don't know you the way I do, Fall," Sun said to his rival.

"Yes, too bad. You could warn them...if only you spoke Hovito," she retorted smugly as she examined her prize.

"That smug bitch!" Nora spat with clenched fists.

"She tricked them into believing she was a friend and Sun was a thief," Jaune added angrily.

Cinder turned to the natives and dramatically held the idol high up into the air, and then spoke something in their language. All of them prostrated themselves on the ground, as if in worship.

"Nows your chance. Get out of there!" Neptune urged Sun's counterpart.

Sun took the opportunity to flee into the jungle. Noticing this, Cinder than made a whistling sound and gesture to the natives, and they immediately took off to chase Sun. Victorious, Cinder gazed at the idol and began to laugh maniacally.

Cinder's laughs could be heard echoing from behind Sun as he ran for his life through the underbrush with the angry Hovitos in pursuit. He rushed past the statue and tethered mules from earlier. The natives followed right behind.

"How is he going to escape? He's still in the middle of a jungle," Velvet fretted.

"You're right," Qrow agreed as he sipped his flask. "He can't run forever."

"I wouldn't worry. He did evade all those booby traps after all," Coco assured with confidence.

Cut to a floatplane sitting in a nearby river. From one of its pontoons, a green haired man wearing a baseball and a white polo shirt was fishing. He finally got a bite and began to pull in his catch.

Sun pointed at the screen "There's Sage," he identified his teammate.

"Oh, good. Now he has a way to escape," Blake said with relief.

Meanwhile, Sun entered a clearing, still running with the natives in pursuit. "Sage, start the engines!" he shouted frantically. "Get it up. Start the engines!"

Sage heard Sun and reluctantly threw away his fishing rod as he climbed into the plane's cockpit. He revved up the engine just as Sun reached the river.

Heroic, adventurous music played as Sun grabbed a vine from the riverbank's edge, swung into the water, and swam toward the plane as the natives fired darts and arrows at him.

Everyone felt captivated by the jaunty music that played as Sun made his getaway.

"This music is spectacular," Ren commented with a smile.

"I'll say," Taiyang agreed as he bobbed his head slightly to the beat.

"I can already tell this is going to be awesome!" Yang declared.

As the plane passed across the water near him, Sun grabbed the pontoon and clambered aboard, and then placed himself into the vacant cockpit in front of Sage's pilot seat as the plane lifted off from the river and took the skies.

Sun sighed with relief. "That was a close call," he said.

"He may have lost the idol, but at least he got away," Saphron said looking on the bright side of things.

Suddenly, Sun looked down to see a boa constrictor slithering at his feet in the passenger seat.

"Whoa!" Sun exclaimed, hoping the snake wasn't venomous

"How did that snake get onto the plane?" Oscar questioned.

"Perhaps it fell in from the canopy," Ozpin guessed.

Sun literally jumped out of his seat, "There's a big snake in the plane, Sage!" he shouted over the plane's engine.

"Aw, that's just my pet snake Reggie," Sage assured.

"I hate snakes, Neptune! I hate 'em!" Sun declared loudly.

Sage chuckled. "Come on, show a little backbone, will ya?"

"I don't blame him. I'm not too fond of snakes either," Velvet agreed with a frown.

The next scene cut to outside of Haven University in Mistral during the day.

"Isn't that Haven Academy?" Sun asked, recognizing the exterior of the building quickly.

"Indeed, it is. But in this universe, it's a university instead," Gold-Sith answered.

Cut to a classroom inside the school. Sun, now bespectacled and wearing a brown tweed suit, was giving a lecture.

Sun was writing the word "NEOLITHIC" on the blackboard with chalk. "Neo, meaning 'new' and 'Lithic', ... 'L-T-H'... meaning 'stone'," he said, having a bit of difficulty spelling neolithic.

The audience was puzzled by Sun's sudden change in outfit. One minute, he was an adventurous treasure hunter. Now, he was a professor of archeology by the looks of it.

"Huh? Why am I dressed so…" Sun began, unable to find the correct word to describe his counterpart.

"Dorky?" Yang suggested with a cheeky grin, eliciting a few chuckles from the audience while Sun scowled at her.

"Well, I think you look very professional," Neptune assured his partner.

Sun blinked in puzzlement. "I don't know if I should take that as a compliment or an insult," he muttered.

A group of students, most of them female, sat behind their desks. The girls all looked mesmerized by Sun rather than his lecture.

"All right let's get back to this site: Turkdean Barrow, near Mountain Glenn," Sun continued. "Contains a central passage and three chambers, or cysts."

"So, Sun is a professor at Haven. Of archaeology by the looks of it," Maria said in realization.

Jaune scratched his head. "I thought he was a treasure hunter," he said.

"Maybe that's just his hobby," Nora guessed with a shrug.

In the hallway outside, museum curator Neptune Vasilias approached Sun's classroom door and peered inside through the window.

"There's you, bro," Sun pointed out, happy he and Neptune were in this universe together.

"Don't confuse that with robbing, in which case we mean the removal of the contents of the barrow,"

"This site also demonstrates...," Sun paused as Neptune entered the classroom. "…one of the great dangers of archeology, not to life and limb, although that does sometimes take place."

"No, I'm talking about folklore. In this case, local tradition held that there was a golden coffin buried at the site, and this accounts for the holes dug all over the barrow and the generally poor condition of the find."

"However, chamber three was undisturbed, and the undisturbed chamber and the grave goods that were found in another, uh...in the area, give us a r..." Sun began to stutter.

One of the enamored female students batted her eyes Sun. The words "Love" and "You" were written on her eyelids.

Sun blushed and gaped slightly at the screen while Neptune and Blake both pouted with jealousy.

"Uh oh. She's hot for teacher," Coco teased while wagging her eyebrows at Sun.

"I don't blame them," Velvet said under her breath as she blushed again.

"Good thing none of them are underage," Ilia noted, remembering Haven was a college in this universe.

"Even so, it's deplorable for a teacher to have relationships like that with students," Weiss said with disgust.

Noticing this, Sun became flustered. "Uh...reason to...to, uh, to-to date this...uh, find as we have. Um...," he stuttered, trying to continue his lesson.

Luckily, the bell rang, signaling class was over.

"Saved by the bell," Sun sighed, grateful his class was dismissed before things became more awkward between his counterpart and his lustful students.

"Any questions, then? No? Okay, that's it for the day, then," Sun concluded.

The students gathered their books and filed out of the classroom while Neptune approached Sun's desk.

"Don't forget, Michaelson, chapters four and five for next time," Sun reminded his students. "And I will be in my office on Thursday, but not Wednesday."

The last student to leave was a male, who left a green apple on Sun's desk.

Saphron giggled. "Even one of the guys seems to want him," she said.

"Er…nothing wrong with that. But I don't swing that way," Sun stated awkwardly.

"I had it, Neptune," Sun informed angrily. "I had it in my hand."

Neptune picked up the green apple. "What happened?" he asked.

"Guess," Sun replied simply.

Neptune rubbed the apple on his sleeve. "Fall?" he assumed correctly.

"I take it Cinder is his nemesis in the archeological field?" Weiss presumed with a scowl.

"Indeed. Although she is more interested in selling relics for profit than giving them to museums," Gold-Sith explained.

"Fitting for someone like her," Jaune snarled, internally glad that Cinder was dead.

"So, Mr. Wukong collects artifacts for the archaeological community," Ozpin said in admiration for Sun's occupation.

"You want to hear about it?" Sun asked dully.

Neptune grinned "Not at all," he replied as he slipped the apple into his pocket.

"Hey, get your own apple," Sun scolded his partner.

"I'm sure everything you do for the museum conforms to the International Treaty for the Protection of Antiquities," Neptune assured his colleague as he examined an artifact on Sun's desk.

"It's beautiful, Neptune. I can get it. I got it all figured out," Sun said. "There's only one place he can sell it: Vale."

"I need 2,000 lien," Sun requested.

Yang giggled. "You're complaining about an apple, but think it's fine to ask Neptune for 2,000 lien?" she asked Sun.

"That's not me," Sun reminded while rolling his eyes.

"Even so, don't be a hypocrite," Neptune said.

"Listen to me, old boy," Neptune interrupted. "I brought some people to see you."

"Look. I got these pieces. They're good pieces, Neptune," Sun said, handing a few other artifacts to Neptune.

"Yes, the museum will buy them, as usual, no questions asked," Neptune assured as he examined the relics. "Yes, they are nice."

"I take it I work at a museum," Neptune assumed with a hint of pride, being an intellectual.

"Correct. You're the curator of the Mistral City Museum, as well as the Dean of Haven University," Gold-Sith answered.

"That's definitely your cup of tea," Weiss said to Neptune, who nodded with even more pride.

"And I moonlight as a treasure hunter to sell him artifacts," Sun deducted, happy that he and Neptune were close friends in this universe.

"They're worth at least the price of a ticket to Mistral," Sun said as he gathered a few more things.

"But the people I brought are important, and they're waiting," Neptune urged.

"What people?" Sun asked.

"Atlesian Army Intelligence," Neptune answered, slipping the artifacts into his pockets. "They knew you were coming before I did. Seem to know everything. They wouldn't tell me what they want."

Neptune exited the classroom with Sun trailing behind, the latter carrying a few bags and archeological charts.

"What do I want to see them for?" Sun asked. "Am I in trouble?"

Sun blinked. "In trouble for what?" he wondered cautiously.

"You might have pissed off the wrong people when you stole a certain treasure," Qrow theorized.

"He's right. I doubt your methods of collect treasures is exactly legal," Ilia added.

Author's Notes: Raiders of the Lost Ark won the voting poll by a landslide. Once again, I'm surprised nobody has done a RWBY multiverse viewing with a timeless classic like "Raiders of the Lost Ark". I know there is a one-shot viewing of the ending in "Endless Possibilities for Jaune Arc" by JC of the Corn, but not the entire film.

(1)- I figured Ilia would want to see a multiverse viewing and reunite with Blake again after the Battle of Haven.

(2)- Being a Fashionette, I imagined Coco would like Indiana Jones' outfit, especially the bomber jacket. I have one myself, and I love it!

(3)- Like the indigenous natives of the Americas, the Hovito Faunus in this version of Remnant originated from Menagerie and are largely uncontacted from the rest of the planet.

(4)- Contrary to what most people think, the stock sound effect used in jungle scenes isn't a monkey, but an Australian bird called the Kookaburra.

(5)- Originally, I was going to cast Yang as Indy, but I later decided Sun would be a better choice. He strikes me more as the treasure hunting adventurer type.

(6)- Assuming the idol was solid gold, it would probably weigh around 42 lbs. from what I've gathered. Going by modern prices for gold, that would place its base worth over $1 million. A very nice treasure.
