What Rex was trying to accomplish: Based on his brother's joke at the end of the previous chapter, Rex thought that if he did what tracker did, he would receive the same punishment and get something spicy as a result.
Jura saying tell me about it: refers to a chapter in an earlier story, but I'll leave it you, the readers, to figure out what he is talking about.

The guy Rocky growls at/Ryder Turns away: I should not have to explain that.
Rocky and Zuma:
Rocky's verry specific: That fact he brought such specific is meant to come off aspy-ish
That's different: Marshall has a different diagnosis (ADHD) and Sky is a different kind of mixed breed (cross)
Rocky feeling self-conscious about being different: All aspies have been there
Rocky exposing himself: purely accidental, gets up soon after.

Sorry if I've been a bit of a grouch lately, but a two-week hospital stay underlying frustrations = angry grouch. One last thing, if you thought the Parade story had anything to do with (LGBQ) Pride, know that you are wrong, but I admit, it's not very strong work, and I just don't have the creative energy that I used to. This has been my biggest reason for questioning if I should still write. Maybe it was a bad idea to continue to add more to a series that has already concluded.
