A/N Has anyone seen the Spider-Man movie with multiple Spider-Mans? The scene where Peter's friend and MJ are trying to find him and he keeps opening random portals to other Spider-men? They keep closing unexpectedly and others he can't get them to close? The movie had a lot of painful moments, but Peter's friend figuring out how to use the sling ring was funny. And kinda how I'm picturing Xander trying to figure out how to use the sling ring as tired as he is. 😜

"Well, now that I've figured out how to actually work the sling ring, I should be able to use it to find Willow and Oz." Xander announced after they'd each had a turn hugging the stuffing outta Dawn. Seriously if she'd been a ragdoll she need to be restuffed, she'd been hugged so much.

"But if I can make portals why can't I do it?" Dawn pouted.

"Because you need practice and because if you use your superpowers right now, your mother might ground you." Cordelia said bluntly. "Honestly, you scared the crap out of her."

"Not on purpose, I shouldn't be punished for an accident." Dawn protested.

"You're not." Joyce told her, holding her tight. "I just need to get used to the fact that both my girls have superpowers. Give me a chance to catch up, okay, Dawn?"

"I guess." Dawn said dejectedly. "Is portals all I can do?"

"Probably not." Xander replied. "Most abilities are multifaceted, eventually you'll figure it all out. I'm going to try finding Willow and Oz now, if no one objects?"

"Go ahead." Joyce gave permission. "The sooner we find them, the sooner we can all get some sleep."

"Go on, Xander." Jenny agreed. "You've got the hang of it now."

Xander raised his hand, the one with the sling ring on it and waved his other arm around and issued a command. "Find Willow and Oz!" A yellow orange sparkle followed his moving hand until a glowing ring had formed, a picture appeared in the center of the glowing ring. A naked Willow and Oz holding hands and walking through the Forest. Wait, naked?!

"Ahh!" Xander slapped a hand over his eyes. "Why the Hell am I not blind?! I should never see a naked Willow! It's against all the laws of god and man! She's Willow! Somebody get her something to wear!"

"Here, Willow." Buffy tossed her coat, still laying on the couch, to Willow, as Xander managed to get his overshirt off without opening his eyes, leaving him in a t-shirt. "Give this to Oz." He said. "And nobody ever speak of this weirdness again. If memory spells weren't such a big no-no, I'd be taking a big ol' bleach and brillo pad to this memory. As it is, I'm going to practice pretending it never happened!"

Dawn giggled, pretty sure that half of Xander's antics was just out of relief that his 'family' aka Willow, was alright.

The other half was the fact that he really was freaked over seeing her naked. Seriously, Dawn was sure she'd be freaking if it was Buffy. Eww.

Willow caught the coat Buffy tossed her and Oz caught the shirt. She slipped into the coat and zipped it up, it covered everything it needed to cover as Oz tied Xander's shirt around his waist.

"Burn it later." Xander suggested, peeking through his fingers to see if they were covered. "Seriously, there's no need to give it back."

"Got it." Oz modded, understanding.

"Thanks for the save, Xander, we thought we'd have to walk all the way back to Sunnydale." Willow gushed.

"Dawnie gave me the idea." Xander grinned at the beaming girl. "I'd totally forgotten the sling rings were in my collection."

"Way to go Dawn!" Willow cheered. "Thank you so much, what made you think of the...what did you call it, sling ring?"

"I didn't." Dawn answered. "Guess what? I have superpowers! I opened a portal and fell in it." Dawn blinked as she realized what she said. "Well, okay, I did fall into it." She admitted. "I went somewhere where there was no me. Which is a bummer, but Xander figured out it was a portal and he remembered the sling rings and he got me back and then he found you guys!"

"Cool." Oz nodded. "Any chance you can find my van?"

"Well, I can tell you where it's not." Cordelia told him. "Your place and Willow's place, because I checked both of them looking for you two. Which reminds me, I need to call a locksmith."

"Why?" Oz asked.

"I broke the lock on your backdoor, I had to make sure you weren't unconscious or something."

"Don't worry about ut, Cordelia." Joyce told her. "I'll arranged for a locksmith to go over today. Right now, though, I'm going to make you all breakfast and once you've eaten you can all bed down here."

"Uh, where, Mom? We don't have any spare rooms." Buffy pointed out.

"Dawn can sleep with you, Jenny can have Dawn's bed. Xander and Cordelia can sleep on the floor in the living room. I'll get blankets and pillows. You all look like you're about to fall over, you're so tired."

"Doing Magic, plus no sleep." Xander nodded. "Magic takes energy and concentration and can drain you pretty quick even when you're not exhausted. I will happily accept your offer."

"After everyone's eaten I'll drive Oz and Willow to their homes, they look like they got some sleep."

"Oh, we did." Willow agreed. "We woke up in the Forest after all, I'm not sure how much, but I feel pretty rested."

"Same." Oz smiled slightly. "I'll find my van eventually, it kinda stands out."
