Found.
A five year old Branch lay curled up under a tree root to hungry to move, he had not been able to find enough food for himself and the adults from the village were not giving him enough to eat either, he was cold, hungry, frighten and alone.
Branch did not know how much longer he could stay awake, he was so tired, suddenly a twig snapped.
Branch could not help but make one last sob as everything went dark.
Nina was scouting around the area looking for whatever food and/or herbs that were gowning near there camp.
She and her siblings had discovered the new troll village and wanted to see if they were worth knowing and doing trade with.
SNAP
Nina looked down realising she had just stepped on a twig, quickly looking around to see if she had attracted any predators she herd a faint sob, following the sound she found a little gap under a tree root.
Looking into she saw a little body, on a closer look she found it was a little trolling, quickly she pulled the child out.
The child was so light and skinny she ran as fast as she could back to camp.
Nina ran into camp startling her siblings who had fortunately had come back from there own scouting, they stood up in surprise as there sister ran into camp holding a little body.
"Quickly we need water and food this poor little child is starving."
As one the family went to work. as Ninas sister organised some soup and one of there brothers grabbed some water.
Nina sat and slowly fed the child with a small spoon as not to choke him.
The group of trolls gather around there sister to have a better look, "I think he is going to need a bath," one of there brothers commented, they all nodded in agreement, "Well lets get on it, I will start heating the water while one of you can get the towels ready," sead another brother.
As the adults started to get things together three sets of eyes tried to get a better look, Nina looked down at her three nieces, "Can we help?" asked the eldest.
"We might need some clean clothes for him to sleep in, I think something of yours might fit as he seems to be very small."
The three little girls nodded and ran off to find a night shirt for the little child to sleep in.
Nina looked down at the child as she slowly fed him thinking about how long it was going to take for him to recover from starving, she knew it will take a long time but it would be worth it, looking up at her family she knew she would not be doing it alone.
