Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla: The 21th day was reaching it round as the next set of matches were starting. First off was the match between Nefarious and Lunarre. Nefarious new body was no match for Lunarre flames as he was turn to ash by the hellion. Next up was Klein vs the excorist Oscar. Klein put up a good fight but was no match for Oscar Armatus. Next it was Vantias as he took on Argus. Argus unleash his demon summon but it was useless as he was cut down by the dark keybalder. Lastly it was Kirito turn to fight the keyblade master Riku. Before the match Kirito met with Twilight to learn she was a future version of his daughter Yui who was here to help but couldn't say. Kirito focus on his match with Riku as Riku was skill to keep up. Kirito unleash his Spriggan form to take Riku down and move on to the next round. Now it was time to begin the 22th day of the tournament as the insanity continues.

Chapter 66

Round 1 part 64

Unstoppable force

Takato Pov: It was now day 22 as the first round is almost over. The fights grow more intense as we get a better idea of who we made face in the next round. Right now I was with my team and my sisters Mythra and Pyra as we took out seats. Pyra was gushing over Hikari and Morphomon as they sat in her lap. " Aw you two are too cute, I can't wait to go back with you. Were going to have so much fun." Pyra said. " So you guys are really coming with us huh?" Rika ask. "Yeah we thought it would be a good idea. We just want to take things easy/ Pyra plan to get her husband and daughter to bring them with." Mythra said. " I'm surprise you have a kid now Pyra, how old is she?" I ask. " Glimmer just turn 4 and your going to love her." Pyra said. "Maybe we should focus on the match who first to bat?" Kenji ask. I let out a worry sigh. " It Kenpachi. Vs someone name Green Grandee." I said. "You don't sound happy big brother." Elize said as she look at me. "With good reason, Kenpachi is the soul reaper captain of squad 11 and a total monster on the battlefield. The first time me and Kurosaki fought the guy we could barley hurt him, And to be honest he scare the shit out of me." I said with a shudder. "Woah he must be bad if he can freak you out of all people gogglehead." Rika said concern. " Trust me Rika, he someone you don't want to go up against. I'm glad I'm higher in the match list, mean I don't have to worry about fighting him just yet." I said with a grin. "What of his opponent?" Renamon ask. "No clue, from his name he must be one of the burst linkers buys Kirito group know." I said. " Eitehr way it going to be interesting." Mythra said. "Hey it starting." Hikari said as we look to the ring. We saw Kenpachi walking in looking insane as ever. His opponent was alarge man cover in heavy green armor as he was as big as Kenpachi. He was arm with a large green cross shape tower shield.

"Damn look at the size of these guys." Kenji said in awe. "Alright it time for the first match of the day. It the mad soul reaper Kenpachi Zaraki vs the green king. Green Grandee." Mi8lton said. "You're a big one I will enjoy this." Kenpachi said with a grin. Green Grandee said nothing as he ready his shield. 'Alright both fighters are ready to go, let set the field." Meyer said as the ar field activate as the ring was now a grey gorge of sort. "And it westenbolt gorge. Let get to it Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the battle begins.

Kenpachi vs Green Grandee

Kenpachi dosen't waste any time as he charges at the burst linker and started to swing at him. Green Grandee stood his ground as he withstand the soul repaer attacks. He soon swung his shield to knock Kenpachi back. He then slam his shield down to shoot a green energy cross at Kenpachi as it slam into Kenpachi. Kenpachi laughs as he survive the attack. " That what I'm talking about show me what you got." He said as he rushes to slashes at Green Grandee. "Man Takato you were not kidding when you said this guy was nuts." Kenji said as we watch Kenpachi try to get through Green Grandee defense. "Told you, Kenpachi attack power is insane. But Green grandee defensive power is about even. Who will win I'm not sure." I said as we look back to the match. Green Grandee push forward forcing Kenpachi to slide back near the end of a cliff. "Let make this fun." Kenpachi said as he swung his sword toward the burst linker sending a blade of yellow spiritual energy at him. Green Grandee form a wall of green light to block it as Kenpachi continue to assault him w2ith energy blades.

Green Grandee look to had enough as he slam his shield down to shoot a large energy cross as it slam into Kenpachi and explodes. Smoke block our view as we waited to see what happen next. Soon a pillar of yellow energy burst out as Kenpachi laughs madly. We saw his eye patch was off. "Well it been fun greenie, but it time to end this." Kenpachi said as he grip his sword with both hands and swung down as he fire a massive wave of energy at Green Grandee. The green king try to block it but the ground under him look to give away causing him to fall out of bounds. "And that is it folks Green Grandee guard was broken as the winner is Kenpachi." Meyer said. "What the hell gogglehead!" Rika shout shock. " The eye patch he was wearing limit his spiritual power. He use it asa handie cap. Same to why he only use one hand on his sword. It to make the fight more fun for him." I said with some air quotes. " Truly a frightening man." Renamon said sounding worry. " I fear the poor bastard who9 got to fight him next." Kenji said with a nervous chuckle. "Don't we all." I said. "Let hope the next match is more tame then that." Mythra said as we waited for the next match to start. Haruyuki Pov: That was intense as we watch Green Grandee was defeated by Kenpachi. "Holy shit that guy is a monster!" Niko shout as she grab me from behind. " It certainly was impressive. This Kenpachi was able to overpower Green Grandee defense. Truly a worrysome foe." Kuroyukihime said concern about this guy. " It will certainly not turn out well for whoever have to face him next." Takumu said. "Indeed, let us hope we don't have to face him too soon." Mihaya said. " Which might be Utai if she win her match." Akira said as we look at Utai who gulp in worry. " Fuuka I'm scare." She said. "Don't worry Utai chan you got this, just focus on defeating your oppoent Krool first." Fuuka said trying to Assure Utai. " Ok I will do my best." Utai said as she head off for her match.

"I hope she will be alright." Chiyuri said feeling worry for the younger girl. " Oh relax, fire girl will be fine." Ash roller said. "Must you be like this right now?" Fuuka ask. Ash panic. "Ah yes master Burst out." He said as he turn back into Rin. "Worry not everyone Utai is strong as they come. She will be fine." Kuroyukihime said. "Let hope so, more of us need a win." Niko said. "Look like the match is starting." Risa said as we look to the ring. We saw Utai entering the ring looking nervous. Her opponent was something we did not expect. He was a large green alligator man wearing a crown and a red cape. "Alright time to start the next match. We have the fiery archer Ardor Maiden vs the gator king Krool." Milton said. Krool let out a laugh. "I'm fighting a little girl, this is hilarious." He said taunting our friend. "Just because I'm small dosen't mean I'm weak Burst link!" Utai shout as she was cover by an ornage light. When it clears she was her avatar Ardor Maiden. "Alright look like both fighters are ready so let set the field." Meyer said as the ar field turn on. We saw it turn into a highway that was ruins with a bunch of cars scatter around. "And its Shinjuku highway. Let get to it Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match soon begins.

Ardor Maiden vs Krool

"Flame Torrent!" Ardor maiden shout as she shot several flame arrows at Krool. The gator man moves fast despite his size as he dodge the arrows. He jumps to land in front of Ardor Maiden as he punches at her. She moves to dodge to strike him in the side with her bow and then another hit to his face. She them move back to put some distance. "Get back here brat!" Krool shout as he grabs a car and threw it at her.

Ardor Maiden back flip to dodge as she land on a car hood. " Flame vortex!" She shout as she shot a twister of fire at him. But it look like Krool roll through it to catch up with her. He growls as he move to bring his arms down on her as Ardor Maiden move to roll off the car as Krool crushes the hood. "This guy tough, will Utai be able to beat him?" I ask worry. " Have faith in her Haru." Seri said as we watch the match. Ardor Maiden started to dance around Krool attacks. "Hold still damnit!" He shout as he swung his tail at her. Ardor Maiden jump back to dodge it as she took out her fan. "Flame dance!" She shout as she kept moving as we watch the ground was turning into magma around the them. Krool cry out as his feet were getting burn as he jumps to a car that was starting to melt. He spotted a blue flower as he grabs it as his skin turn blue. " Let cool you off." He said as he shot an ice breath from his mouth freezing the lava. But the steam it causes made him lose sight of Ardor maiden. We saw she gotten behind him as she was charging her bow with an orange light. "It over Krool! Super luminal stroke!" She shout as she shot the beam of light as it slam into Krool back as he cry out. The impact send Krool flying out of the ring costing him the match. "And it over with a shining ring out the winner is Ardor Maiden!" Milton shout as we cheer for our teammate. "That how it get done." Niko said. "I knew she could do it." Fuuka said. "But now she may have to fight Kenpachi in the next round." I said worry. " Relax Haruyuki that will be a problem for another day. Let us simply enjoy the next match." Kuroyukihime said as we waited for the enxt match to begin. 2b Pov: The last match was sure something as Ardor Maiden took down that Krool creature with ease. Since meeting the Tamers I was able to encounter many new things. "Hm it certainly interesting that humans can turn into machines like this." I said as I watch Ardor Maiden return to her human form.

" Your telling me, it so cool. I want to turn into a robot." Ruby said excited. " Calm down dolt it not that cool." Weiss said with her arms cross. " But it is a interesting power. I notice that each burst linker skills are different with make them hard to fight." Blake said. "Yeah, I'm working on counters for them base on the battles we have seen so far." 9s said. "Honestly such a nerd, what do you see in him?" A2 as me. "He have his moments, but we should remain focus on the next match." I said in a serious tone. " Right that asshole robo Adam is up to bat." Yang said not sounding happy that the human like machine is back. And frankly neither am I. " Man I really hate this this hazardous one guy, he throwing people we already beat back at us." Bearmon said as he punches his paw. "Agreed, he part of the reason why our home is gone." 9s said as he clenches his fist. I pat his shoulder to comfort him. " Relax Nines, we will get him . For now let remain focus on the match. Adam is facing someone name Shigure. Let see how this will play out." I said. "It look like to be starting." Selene said. We turn our attention to the ring as the fighters were coming in. Adam look the same as last time we saw him. His opponent was a man with long black hair tie into a ponytail as he wore a white shoulder clothes and white pants. He have black gloves on his arms and carry a large black long sword as big as he was. "Alright it time for the next epic match. It the humanoid machine Adam vs the master swordsman Shigure Rangetsu." Meyer said. "Well human I hope you will give me some interesting data." Adam said as he adjust his gloves. "Whatever man let see if you could give me a good time." Shigure said as he hoist his sword over his shoulder. "Alright look like both fighters are ready to begins. So le set the field." Milton said as the ar field activate. We saw they were standing on the roof top of a tall building. "And it the Hypnos towers rooftop. Alright boys have at it Smashers clash!" Meyer shout as the match battle soon begins.

Adam vs Shigure

Shigure move to attack first as he swung forward to attack Adam. He swung his great sword at the machine as Adam move to the right to dodge as he shot threads forcing Shigure back. "Slash!" Shigure shout as he slash his sword to cut the threads as the blade went for Adam. Adam use his arms to block the blade as he punches Shigure in the chest to move him back. "Not bad, your pretty good but not enough Thrust!" He shout as he slam his blade into Adam chest to blast the machine back. " This guy is good if he can knock Adam ass around like this." Yang said as we watch the match. " True this Shigure seem more to be human." I said as I wonder how this will play out. Adam push up hi glasses as he look to Shigure. "Your stronger them most of the humans I have observe here. Let see by how much." Adam said as several white cubes form around him. They flew at Shigure as he use his sword to block them. Shigure ran forward as he deflect the cubes to close the gap between himself and Adam. "Storm!" Shigure shout as he swung his sword upward sending a pillar of air launching Adam into the air. " Yes show me more!" Adam shout as he call the cubes together to form one giant one as he threw it down at Shigure. "Plat time over Cleave!" Shigure shout as she swung downward to slice the cube in half and gotten Adam across the chest leaving a gash in him. Adam hit the ground as he didn't get up. "And that is it for Adam, the winner by knock out is Shigure." Meyer said. "Woah so cool!" Ruby shout excited as she stare at Shigure with stars in her eyes. "He certainly skill for sure. Shigure will not be a simple foe to face." 9s said. "Agreed let us hope who ever he goes up against is ready to face him." I said as we waited for the next match to start. Make wonder what else we made face here.
