Hallway
Despite Ben's protest, Misty had decided to accompany him wherever he went to prevent him from doing anything reckless before his match. Right now both figures are walking in the Stadium's hallway as Yusei and Bommer are having their match.
"You know, you don't need to keep following me." Ben said as they walked
"We've been over this Ben, I'm not changing my mind." Misty said
"Come on, what could I possibly do that would increase my injuries?" Ben asked
"Exactly. You're injured and shouldn't be moving around." Misty said
"I already told you I was fine. Look, my bruises are gone" Ben said showing her his arm for more emphasis
"What about your burn marks? They don't seem to be going away." Misty pointed out
"Healing takes time." Ben said
"Well until they're completely healed, consider me your personal bodyguard." Misty said
"At this rate, you might as well accompany me to the bathroom." Ben murmured under his breath
"My, my Officer Ben, are you suggesting we bathe together?" Misty teased while wearing a mischievous smirk
"What…no…that's not what I meant and you know it." Ben staggered causing Misty to laugh at his embarrassed form. Seeing that he had fallen victim to her teasing again an idea entered his mind
"Though I am open to discussion." Ben smirked causing Misty to blush at what he was suggesting
"Got her!" Ben thought finally giving her a taste of her own medicine
"Congratulation Boss, the score is now Misty:24, Ben:1." Fader said
"Hold on, you were keeping scores?" Ben asked
"Yep, and I must say Boss, she gets you good everytime." Fader said
"Ben." Both parties turned there heads to see Akiza approaching
"Akiza?" Ben asked shocked to see her. Meanwhile Misty was glaring daggers at Akiza
"I've been looking for you-" Akiza started but stopped as she noticed Misty glaring at her. Akiza not liking the look she was receiving glared back causing a standoff of glares
"Damn, the Romantic tension here is quite palpable." Fader said
"I'm not even going to bother asking how you know what, Palpable is." Ben said
"So why we're you looking for me?" Ben asked trying to kill the tension
"I wanted to apologize for how I treated you during our duel." Akiza said now facing him
"Well, apology accepted-" Ben said but Misty took over
"Is that all?" Misty asked in a not so friendly tune
"What's your problem?" Akiza asked
"My problem is you. During your Duel you could have killed him. You can't just expect us to forgive you that easily." Misty said
"I know that. That's why I'm trying to make it up to him. Or would you prefer I just left without apologizing?" Akiza asked
"I don't care what you do, just stay away from him." Misty said
"That's enough Misty." Ben tried to reason with her
"She tried to kill you Ben, how can you be okay with that?" Misty asked
"I tried to kill her as well." Ben argued
"You would have been doing the world a favor." Misty said
"Dammnnn." Fader said
"Dude, you're not helping." Ben said
"What's with the hate? What did I ever do to you?" Akiza asked getting angry
"What did you do to me?" Misty asked getting closer to Akiza
"Oh Boy." Resonator said
"This is not going to end well." Grapha groaned
"Oh you think?" Ben deadpanned
"You killed my brother." Misty said causing Akiza to flinch
"I've never killed anyone." Akiza said trying to defend herself
"Last month during one of your Arcadia Movements. The one where you lost control and destroyed some buildings. My brother was there but didn't make it." Misty said, her voice cracking slightly
"That's not true, Sayer said that no one was hurt during that incident." Akiza said
"Then this Sayer was lying." Misty said
"Who is your brother?" Akiza finally asked
"Toby. Toby Lola." Misty said causing Akiza to look down sadly as she remembered the Boy she pushed away
"I…" Akiza stammered but couldn't bring herself to say anything
"That's enough Misty, clearly she didn't know." Ben said
"But-" Misty tried speaking but Ben grabbed her hand stopping her
"Could he go ahead of me? I'll catch up with you." Ben said looking her in the eyes. Misty was about to argue before he added
"Please."
Signing she nods and left Ben and Akiza alone
"I didn't know." Akiza said in a low tune before feeling a hand on her shoulder. Raising her head, she could see Ben's sad eyes looking at her
"For all it's worth, I don't believe you killed Toby." Ben said shocking her
"But…Why do you think so?" Akiza asked
"I can't explain it, but I'm quite certain you didn't kill him. Also forgive Misty, she's still trying to move on from her lose. But I'll talk to her." Ben reassured
"Thank you." Akiza said wiping the tears she didn't know she had. "There's another reason I wanted to talk to you."
"What's that?" Ben asked
"I wanted to invite you to join the Arcadia Movement. It's a gathering of people with similar powers to ours." Akiza said
"Is this coming from you or did someone put you up to this?" Ben asked
"I asked our leader, Sayer to see if I could invite you and he agreed. He told me he was also planning on inviting you himself." Akiza said
"I see." Ben said before adding. "I'll think about it, in the meantime, you should get some rest."
"Thanks." Akiza said as Ben started walking away
With Misty
"So what did the witch say to you?" Misty asked as Ben approached her
"A little harsh don't you think?" Ben asked.
"You should go easy on her, she couldn't control her powers. You said it yourself that she lost control."
"That doesn't change the fact that she killed my brother." Misty said
"I take it this is how you would also threat me if I had lost control in my duel?" Ben asked
"That wouldn't have happened." Misty argued
"What if it did? My powers and Akiza's aren't that different. The only up side of mine is that I can control it. What if I couldn't? Hell I was almost certain I would bring down the entire stadium during my duel." Ben said causing Misty to stay quite
"Look I'm not telling you to just instantly forgive her. Just go easy on her. You don't know what she's been through, besides she probably never had someone like you to support her." Ben said
"I'm sorry." Misty said after awhile
"No need to apologize." Ben said hugging her
"Getting a little clingy aren't we?" Fader teased
"You just had to ruin the moment." Resonator signed
"So what now?" Misty asked as Ben broke their hug
"Well for one, I'm planning on joining the Arcadia Movement." Ben casually said
"What!?" Misty shouted
"Calm down." Ben said raising is hand
"What is going on in that head of yours?" Misty asked
"And just like that, you throw all your progress into the drain. Good job Boss, you're going to be an excellent heart breaker." Fader said
"Fader, please not now." Ben begged
"But it's-" Fader didn't get to finish as Resonator smacked his head
"Ouch!" Fader complained
"Enough teasing." Resonator said
"Listen, you said Sector Security didn't get anything from investigating the movement, but what if I went undercover to do that?" Ben said
"But you would be putting yourself in danger." Misty argued
"Well, considering I have this Dark Signer mark that's suppose to be for evil, I think danger would be finding me one way or another." Ben said
"It's still dangerous." Misty said
"I know. But still there's still a lot going on that we don't know and though you might not believe it, I think Akiza didn't kill your brother." Ben said shocking Misty
"Why would you say that?" Misty asked genuinely curious
"Well, being part of Sector Security has its pecks. Anyway I was able to get the autopsy of your brother with Tetsu's help. Sorry for doing that behind your back." Ben apologized
"I'll forgive you once you're done talking." Misty said
"Okay now you said a building collapsed on him right?" Ben asked
"Yes, that's what I was told." Misty said
"Well, the test showed that he died due to electrocution, also adding severe Brain stress." Ben said bringing out his phone while showing her a picture of the autopsy
"That would mean-"
"Your brother's body was placed under the rubble." Ben finished
"Why are you telling me this now?" Misty asked
"I just got sent the info before my Duel. Hope you're not still angry with me?" Ben asked
"Honestly, I doubt I can stay angry at you after showing me this. But still you going there…" Misty said bitting her lip
"Look, I know you're worried but this is the best way to investigate the movement." Ben pleaded
"Fine, but if anything happens to you-"
"Nothing will happen to me." Ben reassured grabbing her hand, which caused her to nod hesitantly
"WHAT'S THIS, BOMMER JUST TRIED TO ATTACK DIRECTOR GOODWIN." The MC announced causing Misty's eyes to widen
"What's going on." Misty asked
"There's only one way to find out." Ben said leading Misty towards the participant hall.
Hall
Reaching the hall, Yusei briefed them of what happened with Bommer.
"I don't know what Goodwin is planning but I don't like it." Yusei said
"I have to agree with you." Misty said
"For now we can't do anything about it, but in the meantime, I believe we're up." Ben said pointing to the screen
"CAN BEN AND YUSEI PLEASE STEP INTO THE ARENA." They all heard the MC announce
"Guess we're having that rematch after all." Yusei smirked
"So it seems." Ben said also smiling
"You've both Dueled?" Misty asked
"It was inconclusive." Ben said as Yusei began heading out
"You sure you'll be alright? This is your first Turbo Duel after all." Misty said
"I'll be fine. I'm honestly looking forward to this." Ben said
"In that case, Good Luck." Misty said with a smile as Ben nods
Arena
"With both Duelists at the starting line, there's just one thing left to do, Activate Speed World!" The MC Yelled as Ben and Yusei pulled out their speed spell cards and placed them in their card slots.
"Duel Mode Engaged, Autopilot Standing By."
"This is it." Ben thought
"Let's kick ass and take names." Fader said
"Speed World activated. Ready…Set…Duel!"
"Lets Duel!"

"I'll draw. I'll summon Quillbolt Hedgehog in defense mode. Now I'll place two facedowns and end my turn." Yusei said

"Snoww attack his monster." Ben said as Snoww destroyed Quillbolt. "I'll now place two facedowns and end my turn."

"I'm up then," Yusei said as he drew. "And I summon Speed Warrior in attack mode!"

"Speed Warrior's attack points double during its Battle Phase!" Yusei said

"Speed Warrior, attack him with Hyper Sonic Slash!" Yusei ordered as Speed Warrior destroyed Snoww

"I'll draw then. I'll play Dark World Dealings to draw one card and discard another but I'll be losing one speed counter while you gain one." Ben said

"Now since I discarded Sillva I can summon him to the field." Ben said

"Now Sillva, attack his Speed Warrior." Ben said
"I activate my trap, Scrap Metal Scarecrow to stop your attack." Yusei announced
"Not happening. I activate Dark Bribe to negate your trap, while also letting you draw. Now then, Sillva continue your attack." Ben said as his monster destroyed Speed Warrior

Ben: 3900 (S.C:2)
"I'll now place one facedown and end my turn." Ben said

"I'll draw. I'll now activate the Summon Speeder spell!" Yusei yelled, throwing his hand outward. "Now with the power of Summon Speeder, I summon Level Eater in defense mode, and Junk Synchron in attack mode."

Junk Warrior (1300Atk/500Def/Lvl3/Dark/Warrior)
"And thanks to Junk Synchron's special ability, I can summon another monster from my graveyard. So I'm bringing back Speed Warrior!" Yusei said. "I'll also summon Quillbolt Hedgehog from my graveyard since I have a face up Tuner monster."
"That's eight levels, meaning he's about to summon Stardust." Ben thought with a smile
"Clustering wishes will become a new shining star! Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Soar, Stardust Dragon!" Yusei said as his Signer Monster appeared
Stardust Dragon (2500Atk/2000Def/Lvl8/Wind/Dragon)
"Ladies and Gentlemen, I've never seen anything like this before. If you're watching this, it's as real as it gets!" The MC said in awe
Just then Yusei's Signer Mark began to glow along with the mark of the other Signers present
"Damn. You know Boss, you really need a Chant for when you summon monsters." Fader said
"Now Stardust Dragon destroy his monster." Yusei commanded
Yusei: 2500 (S.C:6)
Ben: 3700 (S.C:2)
"I'll now activate my trap card, Assault Mode Activate." Yusei said
"Say what now?" Ben asked as he watched in horror as Stardust Dragon took on a new Armoured form
Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode (3000Atk/2500Def/Lvl10/Wind/Dragon)
"Well shit, I'm screwed." Ben thought remembering this monster's effect
"Now attack him directly." Yusei announced causing Ben to grit his teeth at the lose of Life points while his Runner slowed down

Ben: 700 (S.C:1)
"I'll now end my turn." Yusei said

Yusei: 2500 (S.C:8)
Ben: 700 (S.C:2)
"I'll draw." Ben said as he looked at his hand. "Well, it's now or never. Oi Ccapac, you ready to spread some Chaos?" Ben said as his Signer Marks glowed, causing the Lizard Geoglyph to appear on the field while the Giant Geoglyph formed in the sky
"I was beginning to think you would never Summon me. Though it pains me that we will not be slaying the Signer." Ccapac said
"You really need a new life goal if killing Signers is the only thing in your head." Ben smirked
"I don't know what's going on but it sure as hell doesn't look good!" The MC announced
"I'll activate Dark World Dealings to discard and summon Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World." Ben said summoning his monsters
Goldd D.W (2300Atk/1400Def/Lvl5/Dark/Fiend)
"Now I'll activate my trap card Call of Haunted, now the question is Yusei will you negate it or let me activate it? But seeing as you won't let your field be empty, it means I get to summon Sillva, Warlord of Dark World back to the field."
"Neither of those Monsters are stronger than Stardust." Yusei said
"True, that's why I'll tribute them for something stronger. Normally I don't do chants but I'm going to make an exception for you. Might get sued for copy right but let's just say I always loved the Red Lantern quote." Ben said as dark flames started to engulfed him
"With Blood and Rage of Crimson Red, Ripped from a Corpse so freshly killed, together with our Hellish Hate, we'll Burn you all, that is your Fate." Just as he finished a beam of darkness struck the field causing Ccapac to appear
"Arise, Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu" Ben said as Yusei stare at the Fiend with determination

"Our monsters have the same attack points." Yusei said
"True, but Ccapac can attack your life points directly." Ben said
"What?" Yusei asked in shock
"Ccapac, end this match." Ben said as his monster massive palm slammed on Yusei causing his Runner to crash
Yusei: 0 (S.C:8)
Ben: 700 (S.C:2)
With Yusei defeated, Ben's Singer Marks and Geoglyphs all disappeared as he rushed to check if Yusei was okay
"That was quite the duel." Yusei said getting up
"It was a close match." Ben said
"We should do that again." Yusei said as both boys laughed
