Now that the Holidays were over and everything went back to normal, Elena was finally able to relax and put everything that happened over the Holidays behind her. Christmas and New Year's Eve weren't too bad. But Thanksgiving dinner was a different story altogether. The moment Elena and Damon walked through her Mom's door together with their daughter Bella, Vicki had started in on them. She started blaming Damon for Elena and Matt's break up, and she even blamed Elena for hurting Matt, which Elena took full responsibility for.
Jeremy just kept quiet and didn't say much. But he couldn't stop glaring at Damon the whole time, which pissed off Elena. Elena wanted to confront him about it, but their mother suggested that she just let it go and that she would have a talk with him later.
Elena and Matt talked, and they were able to move on from their breakup and stay friends, even though Vicki wasn't too thrilled about that. Elena also got to meet Matt's new girlfriend, Rebekah, who happens to be Elena's boss's little sister. Elena really liked Rebekah and was happy for the couple.
For Christmas, Elena, Damon, and Bella spent it with Stefan and Caroline. Mostly everyone was there, including Damon and Stefan's parents, whom Elena never thought she would ever have to see again, especially after what happened the last time they were in town.
When Elena introduced Bella to Ginuespe and Lily and told them that she was their granddaughter, Ginuespe quickly welcomed Bella with open arms. But Lily kept asking Elena lots of questions, such as why Elena had kept Bella away from Damon all these years. Elena tried to answer her questions honestly, but of course, Lily wasn't making it easier on her.
A knock on her office door suddenly brought Elena back to reality and out of her thoughts. Elena took a deep breath, cleared her throat, and sat up straight. "It's open," she called out to whoever was standing outside her door, then quickly went back to typing.
"Hey, I wanted to check in and see if you're ready for lunch," Joesette said as soon as she walked into Elena's office, closed the door behind her, and sat down in front of Elena's desk.
"Just about," Elena said as she finished typing up the reports.
Joesette nodded. "So, how were your holidays?"
Elena sighed with a shrug. "It was alright," she answered as she got up from her desk and grabbed her wallet out of her purse.
"Meaning?" Joesette asked as she also stood up.
"Meaning it would have been better if I hadn't had to deal with Damon's parents again," Elena clarified as she walked out of her office.
"Oh, that bad, huh?" Joesette asked as she followed Elena out and closed the door behind her.
After the Holidays Damon was finally able to move in with Elena and Bella and all three of them were finally able to become a real family. Of course his landlord Pearl was sad to see him go but she understood how important it was for Damon to be with his family.
Ever since Damon moved in with his girls, all three of them have been spending more time together as a family. Of course, Damon and Elena have been spending a lot of alone time together, especially at night whenever they were able to get Bella down for her bedtime. They even dropped Bella off at school together every morning.
Damon enjoyed spending Thanksgiving dinner with Elena's family and surprisingly he and Matt actually got along. Damon even agreed to letting Bella and Matt spend time together during the weekends. Of course he's still not used to hearing Bella calling him Daddy, but he really can't blame Bella seeing that he wasn't there for Bella during the first six years of her life. Too bad Damon and little Gilbert couldn't get along but it was expected considering Jeremy never really could trust Damon when it came to Elena.
Damon wished he could have said the same thing about his parents when they came back into town during Christmas. Damon was still upset that his mother sent Katherine to Mystic Falls a few months ago. Of course, Lily tried to deny it and pretend that she had no clue what Damon was talking about, which upset him even more.
After Damon was done going through the books, he checked the time and realized that he had to go pick up Bella from school in fifteen minutes. Since Elena had to work at the hospital until later tonight, Damon had promised that he'll pick up their daughter. He even promised to have dinner waiting for Elena as well
.
Walking through the door a few hours later, the aroma of dinner filling the air had hit Elena's nose and of course made her mouth watering. After she hang up her jacket and slipped off her shoes, Elena walked into the kitchen where she found Bella sitting at the kitchen table and Damon standing over the stove.
" It smells delicious in here." Elena said as she leans down and kissed the top of Bella's head before she walked over to Damon and leans up as she greeted him with a soft and tenderly kiss." Hi baby." She whispered as she smiles softly.
" Hi beautiful." Damon whispered back as he leans down and kissed her back." How was your day at work?" He asked as he grabbed a few plates out of the cupboard and handed them over to Elena so she can set them on the kitchen table while he serve them tonight's dinner.
" Not too bad actually.I only had to see few of my patients and I only had to do couple of surgeries. Today was a very quiet and easy day." Elena responded with a smile as she finished setting the table and poured herself a glass of wine before she join her family for dinner.
" Hey Mom, can you bake cookies this weekend?" Bella asked as soon as she took a drink of her juice before she started eating her dinner.
" Hmmm, that depends on what the cookies are for." Elena said as she took a sip of her wine as she looked over at Bella.
" My school is having a bake sale on Monday and since everyone from my class is bringing something for the bake sale, I figured that I could bring something to. So can you bake them? Please?" Bella asked with a huge grin on her face.
Elena thinks about it for a moment as she then nodded." Yeah, I can bake them this weekend."
After Elena and Damon both tugged Bella in. Elena rested her head against Damon's chest as she gently ran her fingers up and down his chest." I've been thinking and I think, I want another baby."
Hearing what Elena said Damon looks down at her as he arches his eyebrows up in question." Are you serious?" He asked as he wasn't really expecting to hear that from her. They really haven't talked about having another kid, not since they've gotten back together.
Elena nodded as she looked up at him." I've been thinking about it for awhile now and I know Bella would love to have a little brother or sister to play with and I want another one with you." She said as she smiled up at him.
Damon's face broke into a huge grin as he leans down and kisses Elena deeply and passionately as he placed his hand against her face. While he continues to kiss her more deeply and passionately he rolled Elena on to her back as he slowly breaks away." I love you so much." He whispered softly.
" I love you too." Elena whispered back as she leans up and kisses him deeply and passionately as she wrapped her arms around his neck and groans against his lips.
Damon smirks slightly as he pulls away from her lips and started to kiss her cheek down her jawline." I was thinking maybe we could get started with the whole baby thing tonight." He murmured as he continue to kiss his way down towards her neck as he reached down between them and started to pull down her shorts.
Elena groans and moans out in pleasure as she felt his mouth against her neck. She arched up her back as soon as she felt him pulling down her shorts."Mhmmm. I was thinking the same thing." She said as she ran her fingers through his hair and pulled his face back up to hers as she kisses him more deeply and passionately.
Damon breathe and groans against her lips as he kisses her more deeply and passionately as he reached down between them again as he then pulled down her underwear and then slips his finger into her wet folds." Fuck baby your so wet for me already." He whispered huskly as he slowly move his finger in and out of her as he moves further down and started to place open mouth kisses down her body.
Feeling his fingers moving inside of her and feeling his warm mouth against her body Elena groans out in pleasure as she arched up her back as she grips the bedsheets tightly against the palm of her hands." Damon...please." She pleads in a breathly tone.
Damon chuckled softly against her skin as he heard the way she was begging for him. Damon kissed his way back up her body and back to her lips as he kisses her more deeply and passionately. Breaking the kiss for a moment Damon jumped out of bed and quickly took his sweatpants and boxers off. He then crawl back into bed and between her legs as he pressed his body against hers as he gently rub his nose against hers and smirks slightly.
Feeling him between her legs and his body against hers. Elena bit her bottom as she wrapped her legs around his waist. She then kisses him again deeply and passionately as she slipped her hand and fingers through his hair.
As soon as Damon felt her wrapped around his waist, he slipped into her and started to thrust in and out of her as he groans against her lips. Pulling away Damon leans down and nibbles and suck against her neck as he continues to thrust in and out of her and started to speed up his pace.
Elena groans and moans little louder as soon as she felt him thrusting little faster." Oh God, Damon." She groans out in pleasure as she ran her fingernails down his back." Fuck.. baby I'm so close."
Damon continue to suck on her neck little harder as he continues to thrust faster and deeper. Upon hearing that she was close Damon reached down between them and started to rub her clit in a circular motion as he moved up towards her ear and whispers." Just let go Elena and cum for me baby."
" Fuck... Damon!" Elena screams out as soon as she let go and came. Her legs were shaking with pleasure as she continued to ride out her organism. A moment later Elena lay her legs down as she catches her breathing.
After Damon came inside of her and once he slides out of her warmth, he moved to the side and pulled Elena closer to him against his chest as he pulls the covers up and over their bodies. Damon then wrapped his arms around her waist as he kisses her shoulder gently." I love you Elena. Good night."
" I love you too Damon. Good night." Elena responded back as she fell asleep in his arms.
