Marlene was stuck in a worst case scenario. Pitted against someone leagues above her while all alone. She hid quietly behind some boxes, only able to hope that Marta wouldn't spot her so easily. "If only someone else was here…" She whispered to herself.

"Come out, come out, wherever you are…" Marta said aloud, making sure her heels clicking on the ground would add a heavy sense of unease to the atmosphere. Marta knew exactly where Marlene was, but there was nothing wrong with toying prey in Marta's mind. "There!" Marta exclaimed, throwing her hand forward which sent a magical bomb towards the cover Marlene was hiding behind. The bomb exploded and Marlene let out a yelp, but she was untouched otherwise, which left Marta fuming. "Gah!? Why won't magic touch you!? What abilities do you even possess!?"

Marlene stood up slowly, looking for a way out while replying to Marta. "I…I told you, I'm not a mage…but magic won't touch me…"

"Really now?!" Marta exclaimed, throwing yet another bomb in Marlene's direction. The bomb exploded, but the magical energy was repelled by Marlene's body. "What is this?!"

"I don't understand it myself…" Marlene replied.

"Tch!" Marta scoffed. "So my item magic won't work at all against you, huh…?" Marta shrugged, dropping all of her heavy equipment onto the floor. She then cracked her knuckles, a wide grin appearing across her face. "That's fine, I can use my fist. Can you?"

"E-Eep…" Marlene squeaked quietly. Somehow her predicament managed to get worse. She had little knowledge in close combat aside from what she saw her fellow guildmates doing pretty much every day. Either way, this was going downhill fast.

Diamond held a blade made of ice in her hands, attempting to parry every strike Weavel made with his bladed arm. The agility of the mysterious hunter was too much for Diamond to handle, quickly putting her on the losing end of the battle. "Tch!" She grunted in annoyance, watching as Weavel jumped from wall to wall, making his movements near impossible to track. "Hold still!" Diamond exclaimed, pointing her hand to the wall. A magical seal appeared on both walls, covering them with slippery ice.

"Hm!" The next time Weavel gripped onto a wall, he found that there was nothing to hold on to, which threw him off guard for a split second.

"Gotcha…!" Diamond shouted, aiming a diagonal slash at Weavel's chest, but Weavel was much faster that she anticipated, and avoided the slash. "Gah!? What the hell are you!?"

"Hmph…Impressive…" Weavel replied, touching down on the ground. "It's not every day my guard is thrown off like that…you're an impressive human. Perhaps you have some potential...but Rajaron does need his food soon…he gets grumpy, and believe me, you don't want that."

"I don't believe it's my problem…" Diamond replied, pointing her blade towards Weavel.

"Hmph…" Was Weavel's only reply. He then placed his foot on the ground, pulling out a small knife. Weavel took one step forward, and the entire room darkened. The only thing visible were the slashes of the knife, which were all rapid. When the lights came back on Weavel was standing behind Diamond, who now had gashes all over her body.

"..!" Diamond gasped when her mind and body registered the pain, and she fell to her knees. "Gah…! W-What the hell was that…?!"

"Your end." Weavel responded, now turning to face Diamond. "Perhaps I was wrong…"

"Roar…"

"Now, it's time I finish this…" Weavel said, twirling the knife around in his hands while walking towards Diamond.

"Of the Frozen Dragon!"

"Huh?" Weavel turned, eyes wide as a funnel of ice slammed into him, sending him crashing through the wall.

"Nice shot, Hikaru-san." Tristan said with a nod.

"Thank you," Hikaru said with a nod, looking over towards Weavel, who was KO'ed from the surprise blow. "He's down."

"There are still more though, right?" Leon asked before his eyes caught Diamond. "Hey, look…"

"That's…Diamond Ice of Dealer, right…?" Tristan asked.

"According to Ace, that's her…" Hikaru nodded before raising a curious brow. "You…what are you doing here?"

"What's it to you?" Diamond replied in a short, annoyed tone. "Why do I always get stuck with the legal guild members…"

"Are you an enemy right now?" Tristan asked, preparing to slide into his Steel Make position if that was the case.

"Do I LOOK like an enemy right now?" Diamond responded with a sneer.

"She's injured…" Leon stated.

"If you're not an enemy, at least allow me to help with your injuries a bit…" Hikaru said while walking over to Diamond, reaching out to place a hand on her shoulder.

"Don't touch me!" Diamond quickly shouted, swatting away at Hikaru's hand. After the swat, Hikaru seemed to pause, seeing a quick vision of a blizzard in her mind. "I don't need or want your help!"

"Hm…" Hikaru backed off, turning to Tristan and Leon after. "I can smell a lot of them in this building…even a few others who aren't affiliated with them."

"I say we rescue them," Tristan suggested.

"I agree," Hikaru nodded.

"Weavel!" Marx shouted from down the hallway, repeating the hunter's name over and over like a broken record.

"Huh?" Leno turned at the sound of Marx calling out to Weavel, only to grin upon seeing the kid. "Ah, he's kawaii!"

"Weavel?" Marx blinked, only seeing the KO'ed Weavel, Diamond, and the Black Phoenix mages. "What happened here?"

"Who are you…?" Tristan asked, raising a brow. "It's dangerous around here, kid. Were you caught by these Wizard Hunters?"

"Uhm…" Marx blinked a few times.

"I don't have a good feeling about this kid…" Diamond muttered.

"Did you do that?" Marx asked, pointing to the KO'ed Weavel.

"Yes, we did," Hikaru replied.

"Oh." Marx replied, his childish tone suddenly dropping and changing into something much more dark, a purple aura radiating off of the small child. "You hurt Weavel?"

"I have a sinking feeling about this…" Tristan said while taking a step back.

"You shouldn't have done that." Marx stated as the area began to shake violently.

"Get back!" Hikaru quickly shouted, and everyone did. Marx's voice changed to something more demonic. His arms extended into wings, his teeth became sharper, and his tongue became elongated. His legs shrunk, only leaving his now large feet visible for his lower body. His eyes widened and his pupils shrunk to finish off his transformation.

"He's not kawaii anymore…!" Leon flailed in a comedic fashion.

"NO, NO HE'S NOT. HE'S DANGEROUS. WHAT THE HELL!?" Diamond shrieked.

"Get ready!" Hikaru ordered.

"Steel Make…" Tristan began while sliding into his position.

Leon got serious, a green aura of acid bursting around his person. He then puffed his cheeks out, gathering a vortex of acid around his mouth. "Roar…"

"Gate of the fish, I open thee!" Yukino exclaimed, swiping her golden key across the air. "Pisces!" A magic seal appeared, the twin fish appeared in their true forms as mother and son.

"Awe, lookie there!" Yumia said with a mocking squeal. "She summoned her two fishy friends!"

"We've been summoned in this form, Mama…" The son said.

"Which means the totally annihilation of our enemies, Son," The mother fish replied.

"Hey fish!" Yukia exclaimed while pointing her hand up, gathering a vortex of fire magic. "I've been looking for something to cook for dinner! Fire Tornado!" Yukia then threw her hand forward, unleashing a vortex of fire towards the two fish and Yukino.

"Let's go, son!" The mother shouted. The two fish then jumped in opposite directions, now rushing towards Yukia.

"On it, Mama!" The son exclaimed, leaping into the air.

"Where the hell do you think you're going?" Yumia asked while raising her hand, a ring of water surrounding her ankles.

"Water…!" Yukino's eyes widened. If she had been aware of the magic the twins possessed, she wouldn't have sent Pisces out. "No, get back!"

"Tidal Edge!" Yumia exclaimed, swiping her arms across the air. This sent a quick blade of water at the spirit, landing a direct hit. The humanoid spirits changed back into their fish forms, lying on the ground.

"N-No!" Yukino gasped. "G-Go back, you two…" Yukino sighed, forcing Pisces' gate closed.

"Aw, is there a problem?" Yukia asked while fire formed around her left arm in the shape of a blade.

"Bad luck is strong with you, isn't it?" Yumia giggled while water formed around her right arm in the shape of a blade. "In an instant, we echo…"

"And our hearts meet…" Yukia and Yumia said in unison, both twins now lunging towards Yukino, slashing one after another.

"What are these two…?" Yukino thought while constantly stepping back to evade the slashes by the twins. It was like they were one person who had two swords. As soon as one finished her slash, the other would immediately begin her slash, not giving any time for recovery. Yukino's dodging proved to be slightly useful, but she was caught by a few slashes, cuts appearing on her sides. "Ngh…"

The twins eventually jumped back, both grinning at Yukino's state. "Oh, c'mon now, is that all you have?" Yumia asked mockingly.

"We got a boring one…" Yukia sighed.

"Gate of the Scorpion, gate of the Golden bull, I open thee!" Lucy exclaimed, summoning her spirits, Scorpio and Taurus (who again was a temporary "loan") before her and Saeko.

"We are!" Scorpio exclaimed.

"It's always nice to see you!" Taurus said with hearts in his eyes towards Lucy.

"Your spirits sure are…different…from each other…" Saeko replied with a nervous laugh.

"Let's get this over with…" Bass groaned.

"Allow the ladies the first strike, at the very least?" Aeon asked.

"Fine…" Bass grunted.

"Surprising they have time for courtesies…" Lucy mumbled before pointing forward. "Taurus, Scorpio, go!"

"We are!" Scorpio explained, pointing his stinger forward towards the two hunters. "Sand Buster!" Upon calling out the attack, Scorpio unleashed a large torrent of sand towards Aeon and Bass.

"Moo!" Taurus called out, swinging his axe around Scorpio's Sand Buster, gathering the sand around his axe for their unison raid: Sandstorm Axe Alberdon. Taurus swung his axe towards the pair of Hunters, grinning as it seemed to be a direct hit, and sand exploded everywhere from the strike. "Haha!" Taurus jumped back, ready to admire his work.

"Nice job Taurus!" Lucy exclaimed. When the sand cleared, her and her spirits' eyes widened. Bass took the front to take the hit, and he was unscathed by it. "W-What?!"

"N-No damage…!?" Taurus gulped.

"Our sand didn't work?" Scorpio questioned.

"My armor is impervious to damage…" Bass replied, smirking slightly at the shock. "You won't be dealing any damage to me…"

"He's saying he's basically invincible…" Saeko replied before pulling out her wand, aiming it towards Aeon. "But his ally is not!" Just as before, the wand unleashed a large burst of energy equal to that of a dragon slayer's roar towards Aeon.

"Just because I don't have armor like Bass doesn't mean you should underestimate me!" Aeon replied, bringing his hand back. He then backhanded the incoming pink shot, deflecting it off to the side.

"Ah…!" Saeko was surprised at how easily Aeon managed to deflect her beam.

"Now it's my turn…" Aeon said with a smirk, rushing forward. He reached Taurus, throwing a heavy kick to the cow's abdomen. The kick was so strong Taurus flew across the room and hit the wall. The wall shattered and Taurus was clearly KO'ed, so he returned to the Spirit World.

"T-Taurus!" Lucy immediately shouted when Taurus was defeated.

"Taste Our sand!" Scorpio exclaimed, pointing his stinger towards Aeon. "Sand Buster!"

Before Scorpio could get his Sand Buster off, Bass fired off a Dark Pulse at Scorpio, cutting the spirit off and sent him flying into the wall, KO'ed. "Too slow…"

"N-Not you too…!" Lucy gasped at how quickly her spirits were defeated.

"Star Beam!" Saeko shouted, pointing her wand towards Aeon. The wand unleashed a sharp shaped blast. It was a direct hit, but Aeon only slid back from the attack. "Did that do damage…?"

"It tickled…" Aeon chuckled in response.

"Meteor Light…" Bass said while pointing his arm up, gathering energy in his palm. He then unleashed the energy upwards. The energy broke apart and began to rain down on Lucy and Saeko, causing squeals of pain to escape their lips.

"Ngh…" Lucy panted after the attack was over, bruises appearing all over her body. "S-Saeko, are you okay…?"

"I'm fine…" Saeko replied, taking a few deep breaths. She then placed her hand on Lucy's shoulder, causing a pink magic seal to appear. "Secret art: Astral Reverse!" Soon, the wounds on Lucy and Saeko's body began to vanish, almost as if nothing happened to them. "There…"

"A healing spell…?" Aeon raised his brow, clearly interested with Saeko's magic.

"Lucy, listen to me…" Saeko said. "We don't have many options…if we want to challenge them, we'll have to work together."

"How can we get past Bass' armor…?" Lucy questioned.

"Follow my lead…" Saeko said, taking a step to the side, extending her hand. A golden aura appeared around her body as the appearance of the room darkened to that of a night sky. "Survey the Heavens...Open the Heavens…"

"W-What the hell is all this…?" Bass asked while looking around.

"Of course…" Lucy thought, extending her hand to touch Saeko's, a golden aura now appearing around her body. "All the stars, far and wide, show me thy appearance…"

"They're about to cast something…" Aeon grunted, rushing towards the two mages with a white light appearing around his hand.

"I won't let you!" Loke exclaimed as he opened his own gate, landing a Regulas Impact on Aeon's jaw, forcing him to stagger back. "Lucy, go for it!"

"With such shine…"

"Oh Tertrabiblos…"

"I am the ruler of the stars…"

"Aspect become complete…"

Open thy malevolent gate."

"Oh 88 stars of the heaven…"

"Shine! Urano Metria!"

As the two mages chanted, stars began to appear around Aeon and Bass, more than twice the normal amount. But, this was vastly different than Lucy's usual Urano Metria. This was one of Saeko's version of Urano Metria coupled with Lucy's. The stars began to form together, forming one enormous star, taking up the entirety of the darkened area. The star then let off a bright let before exploding violently, the bright light blinding everyone. When the light faded, Aeon and Bass were panting heavily, but there was more than that. Bass' armor was completely shattered from the attack.

"W-What the hell was that…?!" Bass exclaimed, gripping his left arm. "T-They broke my armor!? Impossible!"

"That…That's the first time in a long time that I've felt an attack sting so much…" Aeon admitted.

"Yeah, now we're getting somewhere!" Lucy grinned, attempting to hide her fatigue from the large amount of magic used to cast the spell. "Thanks, Loke…"

"Anything for you~!" Loke said in his flirtatious tone.

"The battle isn't over yet…" Saeko warned Lucy and Loke.

"I won't stand for this…!" Bass roared out in complete frustration.

.

.

"Hope you're ready!" Marta grinned before rushing forward, pulling an arm back. Before she could reach Marlene, the gravity around her intensified, holding her in place. "W-Wha?! You liar! You said you didn't have magic!"

"T-That's not me…!" Marlene replied.

"Woo, just in the nick of time!" Cygnus exclaimed, jumping out of nowhere after.

"Cygnus!" Marlene shouted rather happily.

"Hmph…" Marta merely scoffed at the gravity god's appearance, now adapting to the increased gravity. "Cygnus Gwyidon? The Gravity Demi-God of White Eclipse? How boring…"

"Boring?" Cygnus raised a brow. "Clearly you don't know who you're dealing with."

"I've research on every single mage in White Eclipse, dearie." Marta replied with a nonchalant attitude, as though she was trying to shrug Cygnus off. "I know all of your abilities, and my comrades know of your abilities as well."

"So you know what I can do?" Cygnus merely smirked at the claim made by the Wizard Hunter, reaching behind his back. "Good for you, so don't complain when you're lying on the ground wondering how you lost." Cygnus then pulled out a large sword that was almost as tall as him, gripping it in both hands. "Allow me to formally introduce my friend here…This is Rebellion, and it loves getting up close and personal with everyone it meets."

.

.

Aeon teleported behind Lucy, swinging his leg at her back; the force was so powerful that she flew into the air while letting out a shriek. Aeon then teleported in front of her, swinging a downward kick at her shoulder, which sent Lucy hurtling to the ground, lying in a small crater afterwards. "It's a shame it had to come to this…" Aeon sighed.

"Lucy!" Loke exclaimed, quickly making his way over to Lucy, but was stopped when Bass hurled a Meteor Light in his face. The barrage of energy was too much for Loke to hold his ground against, so he flew back into some crates, lying unconscious.

"N-No! This isn't…" Saeko started, but was too late to do anything as Bass immediately fired a Dark Pulse at her back, sending her skidding across the ground on her side, right next to Lucy. "Ngh…"

"That's what happens when you get me angry…" Bass growled, now standing next to Aeon, still gripping his arm.

"I'm terribly sorry for the harm we have caused you, but you gave us no choice…" Aeon said while pointing his arm forward, gathering magical energy in his palm for his A-Cannon attack. "But, I'll be sure to make these last few seconds painless, and when you wake up, you'll be in Pergrande…"

"I-It this is it…" Lucy weakly asked.

"The stars say…help will come…" Saeko stated. "They've…never lied to me before…so I'll keep believing them…"

"Time to say goodbye…" Aeon stated while unleashing his A-cannon, the sphere of instant KO traveling towards the two downed mages.

Suddenly another pair of footsteps hit the floor.

"I've finally found you!" Natsu exclaimed while reaching the sphere before it could connect with Lucy and Saeko, kicking it away into the ceiling with his bare feet.

"What!?" Bass shouted.

"Impossible!" Aeon yelled.

"Natsu..!" Lucy let out a sigh of relief at the sight of her partner.

"Lucy, Roise, are you alright?!" Natsu asked.

"It's Saeko…" Saeko corrected Natsu with a sheepish smile and sweat drop.

"They're hurt really bad…" Aira said while walking in behind Natsu, observing Lucy and Aira.

"A-Aira-chan…" Lucy said with slight shock. "H-How…"

"I followed Cyg here, but then I lost him…so I followed Natsu instead," Aira replied. "Your wounds look bad…"

"I see…" Natsu said, his pink hair creating an intimidating shadow over his eyes. "Get them out of here."

"Alright, listen here punk!" Bass shouted angrily towards Natsu. "Who the hell do you think you are!?"

"Natsu Dragneel…Fairy Tail Wizard." Natsu then pounded his fist together, glaring hatefully towards Aeon and Bass. "Dragon Slayer."

"Oh, ho…!" Aeon chuckled, regaining his composure. "Dragon slayer, eh? I heard they sell pretty well on the market; dead or alive!"

"What are you going to do about those two…?" Aira asked Natsu while she began to heal Lucy and Saeko.

"I'll take care of them," Natsu merely replied.

"Take care of us?! HA!" Aeon laughed as if Natsu told the funniest joke in Earthland. "You must not know who you're dealing with, so you're mistaken if you can beat us…"

Neither Aeon nor Bass must've been paying attention to Natsu, because he was between the two within seconds, fire wrapped around his arms. "I KNOW I CAN BEAT YOU!"

"What?!" Was the only thing Bass had to say before Natsu slammed his fiery fist into Bass's face, the impact so powerful Bass flew through the wall.

Aeon turned, throwing a punch to the back of Natsu's head, but Natsu jumped into the air, hands over his head, a large blaze already formed. "Dazzling Blade of the Fire Dragon!" Natsu then hurled the flaming sphere towards Aeon, but the hunter jumped into the air, swinging a downward kick at Natsu's chest, which was a direct hit. The blow causing Natsu to rocket towards the floor, but the Salamander caught himself with a flip and stuck the landing. Aeon attempted to go for another blow, but Natsu cut him off by slamming a fist into his jaw, causing Aeon to fly back, but he too caught himself. "Alright, Dragon Slayer." Aeon said in a clearly annoyed tone. "I'm THROUGH playing games!"

"So am I," Natsu replied as he pounded two flaming fist together. "I'm about to pay you guys back double for what you did to Lucy.

I'm fired up."
