Fate Whispered to the warrior 'You cannot withstand the storm' and the warrior whispers back 'I am the storm'

The navy ships were far on the horizon as the crew stood on the back of the boat. Waiting to see in Vivi will join them on their adventure. The crew waited with anticipation as time slipped away like sands falling in the hourglass.

Eyes Piering at the pale sand coloured cliff face, tracing the shoreline down to the costal shipping town. Seeing hovering over the docks void of people.

The crew could hear the voice on wind. A feminine voice speaking out to the kingdom.

It had been a challenge to get there, the marines had blocked the path damaging the ship quite badly in the progress. And only with the sacrifice on bon clay, the supposed friend on the crew (Dawnya still had idea how that had happened) had the crew managed to sneak away on the ship and make it to their meeting point.

Now all they could do was wait and hope.

"Did you hear that? The speech right now, it's definitely Vivi's voice" grumbled zoro the male also staring out searching.

"it's the ceremony at alubarna. Seems like she decided not to come..."

"It just sounds like Vivi that's all..." mumbled a frowning Luffy, his body half leaning over the rail chopper by his side.

"let's go..." someone muttered sadly, "it's almost 12 already"

Dawnya turned her head, glancing to the wild spread of sea behind them. Eyers narrowing at the sight.

"She will cause I know it! She is definitely over there! Let's dock and look for her!"

Dawnya poked usopps shoulder gaining the long-nosed attention and pointed to what her eyes had caught, "hey! Bad news!" usopp panicked pointing towards the sea, "the marines caught up with us!"

"How many are there?" zoro question the panicking male.

"let's sail now! Full speed ahead!"

"Forget it Luffy. She is different from Vivi that was with us" Sanji mutter trying to keep the sadness out of his voice. Sad had the female had felt the crew leaving them mostly guys... at least he had Nami-swan and Dawnya!

"EVERYONE!" a familiar voiced called, causing the crew to run to the back of the ship, spotting the figure and duck standing on the rocky cliff faces.

"Vivi!"

"Look she came right!" Luffy grinned.

"let's turn back quick" usopp cheered.

"The marines are closing in" Dawnya muttered, glancing from the approaching warships and the princess.

"I'm here to say goodbye!"

The crew froze staring at the princess standing so close yet soo far.

"I can't go with you all!" the voice echoed over the seas, as the princess spoke though the sound system of the island.

"Thank you all for what you have done for me!" the crew was silent as the princess spoke smiling happily at the crew. "Even though I still want to go with you, but right now I. I really love this country so I can't come along!" the princess admitted.

"Really?" Luffy grinned.

"Even though I want to stay here" they could hear a sob, as the female pirate princess, "but if there is one day where we meet each other again will you all take me as a friend?"

Silence.

A growing silence fell on the princesses' ears. Tears streaming down her face as she waited for the answer. Part of her wondered whether the pirate crew she grown to love would say no and laugh at her for being foolish, the other was a little flame of hope.

Nami had quieted the louder members (read Luffy) pointing out about the marines closing in close to the crew.

Instead, the crew departed silently. No answering the princess answer with words.

Zoro pulled Dawnya to his side as she and the rest of the crew raised their left arm into the air, fist held high showing off the cross of penned onto their arms. A sign, that whenever the crew would meet the princess again.

They would be friends.

And always be friends.

"Let's sail!" cried the crew, bussing themselves as the marines drew nearer almost in cannon distance.

Dawnya glanced back at the princess. The blue haired female staring the crew a tearily eyes, her fist raised showing off the cross she had penned onto her hand. The answer having been received wholeheartedly.

-x-x-x-

Finally, the crew had apartment from the warm seas of the sandy island. The smaller boat out sailing the marine's warships with a little bit of help from Dawnya adding a bit of wind into the sails to aid their escape. The notion acting as a training aid for the swordswomen.

It seems she'd been using these powers more from now on.

She jumped down from her perch, dropped down beside zoro who stared unimpressed at the depressed looking crew. "what's wrong with you guys?"

"we're lonely!" the rest of the crew balled out. Unhappy at the loss of a crew mate.

"don't cry anymore jeez still won't accept here leaving?" zoro muttered a frown pulling at his lips. "I knew that I should have dragged her aboard"

Dawnya glanced towards the green haired male before taking a step back as the rest of the crew started throwing insults at the male.

"barbarian"

"despicable"

"devil"

"Three swords"

"Wait Luffy is not an insult"

"Four swords"

"You just added one! Hey you now natou?"

"That could be an insult!"

"I understand" zoro sweat dropped, "just cry for all I care"

Dawnya felt the curl of her lips, blue hues glittering at the group's interaction only for the smile to slip off her face. Hand gripping her sword as a door opened.

"At last, we're out to sea. Good work"

"Ehhh!" the crew exclaimed in surprise at the new comer. A number of different reactions coming of the crew as she silently stood by, waiting for the others to choose the cause of actions.

"you're here for revenge?! Come on!" zoro growled gripping two of his own blades.

"Why are you here!" Nami panicked.

"Ahh pretty lady!" Sanji yelled, hearts in his eyes as he took in the sight.

"Enemy on board! Enemy on board!" usopp called though a megaphone. Where had that appeared from?

"Who is she?" chopper muttered while attempting to hide behind a wall... he was cutely the wrong way.

"What? it's you! You're not dead?" Luffy stared blankly.

"Don't point your dangerous things at me, didn't I tell you that before?" miss all Sunday stepped onto the main deck. As hands appeared knocking the swords from zoro grip and the staff from Nami's grip. A hand appeared on the top of her sword holding it in place.

She relaxed a little the women didn't appear to be violent, its fact the women seemed fairly relaxed – a little too relaxed. the women strolled across the deck, taking a folding chair that was in a cupboard. She tiled her head how did the women know that the chair was there? Even she hadn't known there was a door there...

"Since when did you board the ship?" Nami questioned going on the defensive since the ginger had been easier disarmed.

"I was here the whole time in the cabin reading," the women explained causing Dawnya to tense. No one had realised the previously enemy was there? "Reading this book, very interesting one and taking a bath. Are these your clothes? Lend them too me"

The dark-haired women spoke, turning towards Nami and Dawnya, blue hues glanced towards Nami. They weren't her clothes she'd only have two set of clothes currently. Nor did she have a room on the ship. Obviously, the clothes belonged to Nami. Who exploded annoyed with the women dancing around the subject. "What are you doing!?"

"Monkey D. Luffy" robin turned serious facing the captain, "you didn't forget what you said and did you?"

The crew's attention turned to the captain, what did he do? Sanji was the first to react, gripping the clueless boy's collar. "Ahhhhh! Luffy what did you say to this beautiful lady!?" the love cooks yelled violently shaking the teen captain.

"He-ey don't lie! I didn't say anything to you?!" the captain complained as miss all Sunday sat on the deck chair, relaxing out on the seat.

"No, I remember clearly you better take responsibility"

Shes... who... what's the story?" questioned a confused chopper, as Sanji throttled the captain and usopp threaten to call the marines.

"She was working for the warlord" Dawnya crouched beside the furry creature, eyes flickering to the women. "But she doesn't seem like a bad guy currently and usopp you're a pirate remember... you can't call the marines to us" the swordswomen turned her attention to the lying long haired boy.

"you're really weird, what do you want?" Luffy grumbled finally getting out of the cook's grip.

"Let me join your crew!"

"EEHHHHH!?"
