Fate Whispered to the warrior 'You cannot withstand the storm' and the warrior whispers back 'I am the storm'

The trip to Skypiea, was an interesting one – involving solid but bouncy clouds, at first it was potluck for whichever cloud was solid or not. But as they sailed the more obvious it became. And from her vantage point high in the crow's nest she could easily help navigate through the solid clouds towards what appeared to be a waterfall of clouds?

It was something Luffy liked the look of, so the next adventure begins.

The waterfall of clouds, was framed by a giant gate, called heaven's gate.

Was this the way to heaven? She could hear the horror of Chopper, Usopp and Nami believing that they died on the way up... it was possible but she didn't feel dead.

They had not. According to the old tiny women, it was the entrance to Skypiea. Dawnya jumped off her perched. As Nami admitted that they didn't have any Aigusu. A currently the wind women never heard of – could Beri work?

Could they exchange the money?

She felt a little unnerved of the women taking photos of them all, so she stood beside a sitting zoro – the male glancing at her before returning the attention to the old women.

"You can still go up" the women bluntly stated.

"Really?!"

Dawnya raised a brow, just as confused by the rest of the crew. Something seemed a little off here. Why would the women demean payment, then say they could go up for free? Was there an ulterior motive?

"Also, if you don't want to go up, it's okay too. I'm not a guard nor am I a soldier I just want to know your intention" the old lady exclaimed.

"Then we will go! We want to go to the sky island! Even though we don't have money we will go granny!" Luffy yelled for the crew a wild grin on his face.

"Really? Eight people, right?"

"Umm...how do we get up?" asked Luffy, taking the crew by surprised at the proper though out questioned, concerning how to travel up a waterfall.

Dawnya deadpanned at the sight before her. The ship was being dragged up the waterfall by a giant shrimp. The large caws, holding what left of the ship's wings pulling the vassal with ease up the swirling waterfall.

She really should stop questioning the craziness of the grand line.

Soon a sigh came into view, Godland Skypiea!

Finally, the shrimp released them into the white sea surrounding Skypiea.

They made it, made it to a sky island, without losing anyone's limbs, nor their lives!

Dawnya watched, eyes crinkling like crescent moons. As the crew laughed launching themselves into the shallow cloudy waters before the island. The air breath feels light in the high atmosphere. Zoro stood at the other side of the deck grumbling about the anchor as the hyperactive crew ran to saw.

"Hey what about the anchor?! There is probably no bottom in this sea, right?"

"That kind of thing doesn't matter! Hurry look, this beach is so soft!" the hyper captain shouted back.

"doesn't matter you..." the strong male grumbled, lifting the heavy metal anchor. "Anyway, this scenery is really amazing. It's like a in dream"

She nodded, humming in agreement as she watched the playing pair on the beach – a small chopper joining them.

"and seeing their happy faces hahah, can't really help it!" Sanji grinned flipping over the edge to join the hyper crew mates.

Dawnya let out a puff of air as the usually serious cook, goofed off with the rest of the crew on the beach. "He seems to be enjoying himself." she muttered quietly, glad to see them all soo happy after the departer of Vivi.

"Not gonna join them?" asked the male swordman, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Maybe in a moment..." her graze drifted to the cloudy waters holding the ship up "is that cloud? Or water? You think its deep here?"

"Maybe? I'm not sure. Not even sure the anchor would do anything" the green haired male admitted, his black hues also drifting to the cloudy store below. Silence drifted onto the pair, a gentle breeze causing the dark hair of the shorter women to move, catching the greened haired male attention. He watched the crinkled of her eyes as they seem to brighten at the cheerful laugh of the crew. Eyes drifted to the black artwork on her shoulder – she seems more alive compared to their first encounter. "Beautiful"

"Pardon?"

"nothing" coughed Zoro releasing his mistake of speaking out loud a slight red taint stained his ears.

An angry flap of wings drew the standing pairs attention, snapping them out of the pleasant silence they had settled into. The bird flew, pecking at the ginger navigator head who persisted to apologise for forgetting to let the poor bird go.

"There seem to be people living here. It can probably survive" zoro stated to the bikini wearing navigator, the pirate letting out a prolong sigh watching the bird fly away.

"And the anchor?" the one of the only sensible pirates the crew has asked.

"I put it down that soft cloud on the beach seems to be the structural basis of the island." he sounded sceptical be it was something.

Dawnya watched sitting on the ships railing as another crew member jumped into the cloud below. Leaving herself Zoro and the robin to view the hyper crew from the deck.

"What about you two? Going to head onto shore?" the older women asked.

"Ahh, I'll go too." Zoro scratched his head after a moment.

"same" Dawnya muttered, a little more cautious. Would the clouds affect her devil fruit? Was it deep? Nami appeared to be fine walking though it but... the thought tugged at her mind in worried thought.

"I've never thought that sailing and landing can be adventurous too" Robin spoke a spark in her eye and smile on her face.

"I didn't either. But they seem to make the most of it" Dawnya glanced towards the women sort of knowing where she came from.

"We better go, before they cause to much trouble" Zoro muttered, staring at Luffy throwing a square watermelon? Coconut they couldn't tell from here. Dawnya watched with a chuckled almost escaping as she watched zoro jump off the side, trip and land headfirst. Maybe a little pushed from robin cause his misbalance. But who was she to comment.

The raven-haired girl peered over the side calculating – she wasn't a fan of the water it made her weak. And the cloud... how would it react to her devil fruit if it was cloud and not water. She stared blankly at the cloudy sea. As the feeling of anxiousness started to gnaw at her stomach.

"It's not that deep," the green haired sword man grunted, arms folded over his chest as she looked expectingly up at her. He had finally righted himself, standing knee deep in the clouds. "Come one I catch you" the taller male stated, unfolding his arm offering them to his fellow swordswomen.

Dawnya breathed out, the values on her mask fluttering as she climbed over the wooden banister and let herself fall.

Fall into the awaiting arms of the first mate.

The man easily catching the weightless female, he set her on his shoulder before wading his way through the cloudy water. "See wasn't that bad" the man grumbled as his trudged on.

"I wasn't sure how the cloudy sea would react to my devil fruit" she confided.

"The others seem fine" he gestured with his free hand.

"Yes, but my fruit involve the wind, Nami talked about how the wind affects the clouds in the sky I didn't want to ruin the clouds here under the boat..." she explained – it was a part fear of the unknown making her not want to touch the cloud...

"we'll test it" she felt a shrugging motion underneath her sitting form. "You think chopper will let us have that spar now?"

She glanced down towards the green haired man, "start when we hit the shore?"

If they didn't ask, they couldn't be denied... Ask for forgiveness not permission...

She felt the grip around her legs tighten as the man turned grinning up at her. "you're on!"
