"Thank you Terrakion again for getting us here." Ash said, walking out of the Icirrus City Pokemart. "As for you two, last chance to go on your own, I won't force you to go into this fight if you don't want to."

"Dein!" Deino responded, biting at the air.

"Gol." Golett said at the same time.

"Alright then, Pokeballs go." Ash said, tossing the two balls he'd bought into the air, both capturing instantly. "Come on Lucario, I'm sure Rosa and Elliot will have your Pokeball, with any luck they're on their way… here." Ash paused, seeing the Team Plasma Air Ship flying north overhead. "Terrakion?" Ash asked, turning to see the legendary Pokemon gone already.

"Of course." Ash sighed. "Come on Lucario, we can't let them move freely without our interference."

"Groff!" Lucario barked in agreement, as the duo ran towards where the airship was landing.

Ash and Lucario rushed north to see a tower in the center of a lake, in front of it was a trio of Team Plasma grunts.

"Looks like we've got a fight on our hands." Ash said, mentally preparing himself.

"Sorry kid, this location isn't open to the public right now." One of the grunts lied.

"I'm going in, and we can do this the easy way or the hard way." Ash said.

"Your choice kid. Scrafty stop him." The first grunt said.

"Lucario, go use Aura Sphere."

Lucario leapt from the trees, sending an aura sphere crashing towards the Scrafty at a quick speed.

"Scrafty use Headbutt!"

"Cofagrigus use Shadow Ball!"

Scrafty slammed into the aura sphere with great force as Lucario had to dodge out of the way of the shadow ball.

"Deino come out and help Lucario with a Bite attack on Cofagrigus!" Ash called out. "Lucario use Thunder Punch!"

"Scrafty use High Jump Kick!"

"Cofagrigus use Shadow Ball!"

Deino rushed forward through the shadow ball, biting down on several of Cofagrigus's shadowy limbs, slamming the coffin like Pokemon back and forth as Lucario struck Scrafty's knee, sending them crashing back into the lake.

"Anything else?" Ash asked.

"Nope, no other problems for us, go right ahead." The first grunt said.

A few floors later

"Hey it's that brat!" Bonnie exclaimed.

"It's been a while since we've ran into him." Clyde commented. "But we can take him no problem. Conkeldurr come on out!"

"Gigalith let's go!" Bonnie called out.

"Lucario use Aura Sphere! Deino use Dragon Breath!"

Lucario sent out an aura sphere, the yellow orb slamming into Gigalith as Deino engulfed Deino released a blue flame breath on Conkeldurr, engulfing the fighting type.

"Gigalith use Stone Edge!"

"Conkeldurr use Hammer Arm!"

Gigalith's stones struck up from the ground, sending Deino into the air before being struck once more by Cokeldurr's arm, slamming the dragon to the ground in a KO.

"Lucario cover with a Dragon Pulse! Deino return! Golett come on out and charge forward with a Mega Punch!"

Lucario let out a pulse of energy, engulfing around Conkeldurr and Gigalith before Golett charged forward, slamming his fist into Conkeldurr as well, knocking the duo of twice evolved Pokemon backwards.

"Time for some new recruits, even he won't know how to fight them." Bonnie said. "Cubchoo let's go! Use Icy Wind!

"Good idea! Stunfisk come on out and use Thunderbolt!"

"Really wish I had more help." Ash admitted. "Lucario use Aura Sphere! Golett use Shadow Punch!"

Golett rushed forward through the thunderbolt, the electrical attack doing nothing as he sent a shadowy punch into Stunfisk, sending the flat Pokemon flopping back as Cubchoo was struck by the aura sphere, their icy wind doing nothing to halt it's progress, quickly knocking out the grunts two newest Pokemon.

"Maybe we should have quit while we were still ahead?" Clyde asked.

"I don't think that was an option." Bonnie admitted as a roar was heard from the floor above them and the tower itself shook.

"Either way it doesn't matter, the king has risen to his rightful place." Clyde chuckled.

"Enough dealing with these two, Lucario, Golett, let's go!" Ash called out, as the trio rushed up the stairs.

"Welcome Ash, to the new age of Unova." N said, as flames flew around him with Reshiram taking form.

"Oh this is not good. Zekrom it's time to wake up." Ash said, grasping the dark stone to no avail. "Come on Zekrom! Now isn't the time for jokes!"

"Don't you see, even Zekrom views you as unworthy now." N commented. "But I will let you keep them for now, when we meet next it will be at the Vertress Conference."

"N, you have to stop!" Ash shouted, as Reshiram took off with N.
